Rodolphus lay in bed, exhaustion clear in his voice. "I need to sleep... Can you get Sirius, please?"

Orion nodded, his expression soft. "Of course." He gently squeezed Rodolphus's hand before stepping out to find Sirius.

Moments later, Sirius entered, concern etched on his face. He moved with careful urgency, guiding Rodolphus to sit up and helping him to the bed. Once Rodolphus was settled, Sirius climbed in beside him, offering quiet comfort.

"You'll be okay, Rodolphus," Sirius reassured him, his voice soft but steady.

Rodolphus exhaled a shaky breath. "I'm just... overwhelmed, I guess."

Sirius nodded, understanding in his eyes. "You're allowed to be. But don't forget you've got me, Regulus, and Lucius. We're here to help you, always. Don't think for a second I'd ever leave you." He chuckled softly, adding, "Besides, you're like a mom to us."

Rodolphus managed a small smile, though his voice was wistful. "My kids I never had."

Sirius grinned, leaning down to kiss Rodolphus's forehead. "Exactly. And Lucius... well, he's going to be our dad soon, isn't he?"

Rodolphus blinked in surprise. "What?"

At that moment, Lucius entered the room, his brow furrowed with worry. "Rodolphus," he began, his voice tinged with concern, "my father told me what happened. Are you alright?"

Rodolphus's tension eased as he nodded. "I am now."

Regulus appeared next, his face a mirror of concern. "Mom, are you okay?"

Rodolphus smiled softly, his heart warming at the sight of them all. "I'm fine, just... need a cuddle."

Without hesitation, Regulus, Sirius, and Lucius climbed into the bed, surrounding Rodolphus with warmth and comfort, their silent presence an unspoken promise.

Sirius grinned mischievously, breaking the silence. "So, Mom, when are you and Dad making it official?"

Rodolphus's cheeks flushed as he playfully swatted at Sirius's head. "Sirius Black!"

Lucius blinked, caught off guard for a moment, but a small smile tugged at the corner of his lips. Without another word, he leaned in and kissed Rodolphus deeply, his affection clear.

Rodolphus, still in a bit of shock, kissed him back. "Lucius, when did…?"

Lucius pulled away just enough to meet his gaze, his voice soft and certain. "I've always known I love you."

Rodolphus huffed, struggling to get out of bed. "Help me up, please," he pleaded, his frustration clear.

Regulus and Sirius, ever attentive, immediately moved to his side, each taking one of his hands and gently pulling him to his feet.

"Where do you need to go?" Sirius asked with a smile, though his voice was full of genuine care.

"Bathroom," Rodolphus sighed, waddling slowly with their help.

After finishing, Rodolphus emerged to find Lucius waiting for him just outside. "Hi," he said, offering a tired smile.

Lucius reached for his hand, concern flickering in his eyes. "Are you okay? Regulus said you seemed upset."

Rodolphus exhaled, feeling the lingering tension ebb away as he leaned into Lucius's touch. "Just a bit overwhelmed, but I'm better now."

Lucius pressed a soft kiss to his forehead, his thumb tracing soothing patterns on the back of Rodolphus's hand. "I'm here for you, always."

Rodolphus smiled, his heart full despite the weariness. "I know."
