It didn't take long for everyone to settle into the new campsite. Hermione, Severus and Harry always typically handled the protections around camp while the rest would get the tent set up, along with beds, chairs, then collecting firewood. With the warmer weather, they were back to sitting outside during dinners or until bed. It if was too cold, they took refuge inside. Most had gotten showered, changed for bed and they already had dinner.

"Okay, so what did we gather from that trip…Other than being the closest ordeal we've ever come to getting captured?" Ron inquired. "Oh, and learning Luna has been taken by Death Eaters, with the high possibility that other closer friends have been taken too."

"I don't think we gained a whole lot from the trip. I do agree with Weasley that we need to be more careful, though…That was too close." Draco remarked.

"I think we gained quite a bit." Sirius stated. "The Deathly Hallows seem to be powerful, that might be what Tom is after."

"We already said what he wanted, Sirius…" Severus sighed. "Harry was right. Tom only cares about the Elder Wand, likely. It's supposed to be the most powerful wand ever made, Tom likes power."

"Then why wouldn't he want all the Hallows?" Narcissa questioned.

"Because he has no use for the stone, or the cloak. There's no one he wants to try and bring back, and he has no reason to hide from Death because he has his horcruxes to keep him tethered to this world. He won't die until those are gone. The wand is the only reasonable item Tom could want. Defeat me with it. It stands to say that Gregorovich had this wand, at some point, and it was stolen by Grindelwald. Where it ended up after that is still unknown." Harry informed.

"But Harry…We also learned that you're currently holding one of the Hallows yourself…" Hermione reminded. "Your cloak.

"There's no guarantee that my cloak is Death's cloak from the story." Harry argued.

"Actually, Harry…I think it is." Severus shrugged. "You remember what Salazar told you, about the family tree…You descend down from one of the Peverell brothers, and Xenophilius said that the Peverell brothers were known to be the three from the story." He enlightened.

"You have an Invisibility Cloak that's been passed through your family for generations, pup." Sirius added.

"Ignotus Peverell gave the cloak to his own son, then that child passed it to his daughter who married your ancestor, Hardwin Potter." Severus stated.

"But then that would mean the other brother, Cadmus, ended up with the stone and that line turned into the Gaunt's. Where Tom Riddle hails from." Harry said.

"But we already said that Tom has no use for the stone, nor the cloak…So that would mean the third brother is Antioch, who had the wand that's been passed around to different owners. You were right, Tom is after the Elder Wand. He wants power, why not use the most powerful wand known to man." Hermione offered.

"Alright…So I have the cloak, Tom's after the wand, and the stone has been lost to history…Apparently. Wonderful." Harry sighed. "Tom probably knows about the Hallows, I don't see how he wouldn't but right now, he may not care about the other two items as he has no real use for them. Becoming Master of Death might be a later goal after he's taken over the world." He rolled his eyes.

"Okay, so the question is…Where are we going next?" Narcissa asked. "While the story of the Hallows is…Interesting, and obviously proven to be true, we're still short three horcruxes from completing this mission and the Hallows didn't offer us another place to look. It just told us what Tom is after. We know he'll eventually go to Grindelwald, and there's no telling he gets an answer from a man who has been locked up for fifty-some-odd years." She informed.

"We know they've started taking students as prisoners," Draco added.

And then in the moment, Harry's eyes widened as his head went backwards. "Harry?!" Severus tried to touch him.

"Professor, no. He's in a vision!" Ron held the man back. It only lasted a few seconds before Harry's head returned to normal and he was trying to catch his breath.

"Harry? Harry, what did you see?" Hermione asked gently.

Harry was quiet and deep in thought. "Tom just found Grindelwald…"

"And…How did that go?" Sirius asked.

"Grindelwald knew Tom would be coming to see him, and told him what he wanted to know." Harry stated. "Grindelwald said surely you know I no longer have what you seek and Tom asked him where it was. Grindelwald laughed and said The Elder Wand lies with him…Dumbledore. Also added that Tom would never be the wand's master. Tom vanished after that."

"D-Dumbledore had the Elder Wand?" Hermione inquired.

"Evidently…Grindelwald must have had it during his rise of power, and Dumbledore defeated him, so he took the wand for himself. That seems to be how it works, being passed on to a new master when the old is defeated." Harry claimed.

"And Dumbledore is dead, so he shouldn't ever be able to defeat Dumbledore to get possession, right?" Lucius asked.

"I don't know how it works. I only know what I've seen…Tom knows Dumbledore has the wand, it was buried with him. The next place Tom will go…Is to Dumbledore's grave at Hogwarts, probably steal it from him." Harry mentioned. "If he gets that wand and finds us, we are, as I said some months ago when I saw my wand broken, so goddamn fucked." He was beginning to stress.

"The final battle is drawing closer and we still have three horcruxes to find." Draco said softly. "Harry's right, we're running out of time."

"What do we do then?" Narcissa questioned.

"If we've got nothing else, then I think it's time we figure out how to access what we assumed from the very beginning…" Harry told them.

"And that is?" Lucius pushed.

"It's…Mad, but I think we need to figure out how to break into Gringotts and access Bellatrix's vault." Harry remarked firmly as their eyes widened.

. . .

Yes. What Harry suggested was entirely mad. Breaking into Gringotts? It had never been done before. But Harry wasn't wrong. They had nothing else to go on except an assumption Bellatrix must be holding an item safe for Voldemort. So for the last month, with having only jumped camp one time after two weeks, they were trying to work out a plan of how to pull this off. It was April 9th, and by anyone's guess, Easter holiday for students and an open time for any of them to be taken captive. Easter was in three days, on the 12th.

"This is pointless, Harry…" Ron argued. "Without Bill, we've got nothing on getting into Gringotts. No one has ever broken in before."

"That's not true. Quirrell tried, in first year, to get the stone, remember? He failed because it had been moved, but he tried." Harry sighed. "Look, I know it seems impossible…But there's got to be a way unless any of you want to try and kidnap Bellatrix and imperious her to get access that way?"

"No, I don't believe that would be wise…" Narcissa stated.

"Well, it's all we've got as a lead. Finding whatever she has and her vault is our best bet at a narrowed down place. Maybe, if I touch the item, I'll get a flash of something. It happened with the locket and the ring…I get flashes. Maybe I'll see whatever else Tom used. I don't know." Harry sighed.

"I don't, we're running blind here…But it's been a month since we said we were running out of time. It won't be much longer now and I've got my money on Tom activating the final battle at the end of the school year…Just to keep to our fucking normal…" Harry grumbled.

"Harry, try to relax." Draco suggested.

"I can't relax, Dray. Everyone is counting on me to stop him. Dumbledore trusted me to get this done…We've had nothing in finding a new one since we started this ordeal, back in August." Harry remarked.

"Okay, let's settle down. Fighting won't help…We need to move camps again," Hermione suggested.

It didn't take them long to pack up, as it had already been known they would have to move frequently. When everything was ready, they were gone and appeared somewhere new.

"Alright, we know the drill," Harry said. A twig snapped in the distance as Harry let his wand slide down.

"What is it?" Draco inquired.

"We're not alone this time." Harry informed.

"Well, well…Look at our luck, boys." Said a man coming out from behind a tree, then a good group of others joined. "Not only have we found Harry Potter, but all the traitors too. It's payday…" He grinned.

"Hermione, Ron…You know what to do…" Harry reminded as they formed to stand back to back and wands drawn.

"Just like the ministry," Ron smirked.

"Now, now, come on quietly." Another remarked.

"Now!" Harry called.

"STUPEFY!" The trio shouted, creating a solid blast that pushed the snatchers back.

"Break for it. Evade plan A." Harry ordered.

It had been a backup. If anything happened, they all split up and met at a predetermined location. However, they had to outrun the snatchers first. The eight ran for it, breaking off in small groups, trying to fire off spells to protect themselves as snatchers were hot on their heels. Luck was not on their side. After a fair amount of time being chased, they ended up running into one another again and ended up surrounded and disarmed.

"So, might not be the best time…But what was your plan for if we got captured?" Ron wondered.

All seven of them glared at Ron then resigned themselves to being bound and blindfolded before being taken wherever it is they were going. No one knew, but they knew that they'd finally been caught after eight months on the run and no one knew what would happen next. It seemed quite bleak as Harry, Severus, Narcissa and Lucius were going to be main targets.

Severus, Narcissa, and Lucius were former Death Eaters who Tom wanted to kill for disloyalty and it was a no brainer as to why Tom wanted Harry Potter dead. Harry was the only one in his way of taking over, so sadly, everyone right now was hoping Harry had some way to get out of this or they were all dead and the mission failed.

. . .

Their blindfolds only came off when they had arrived at wherever they were. It looked like a mansion of sorts, but Harry recognized the place almost intimately. Little Hangleton, where both the Riddle and Gaunt families resided. A figure came to the gate, it was Bellatrix.

"Well done…Bring them in." Bellatrix whispered happily

The group was led inside and surrounded by Death Eaters, smirking at their capture. "Let the Dark Lord know we have Potter, and the three traitors…" Someone said.

"Let him know we'll hold them until he comes. I know he's on an important-," Bellatrix started then caught sight of the sword in the snatcher's hand. "Where did you get that?"

"Found it in this beaded bag, belongs to one of them. I think the teenage girl…" The head snatcher stated. "I figured I'd take it as a plunder of the job."

"Hand it over. No one should have that but me…" Bellatrix remarked.

"No. We caught them, victor takes the spoils…" The snatcher argued.

It was a second later that Bellatrix had them all on their back, or fronts, and unconscious. "Take them to the dungeons…But leave the young female," Bellatrix got closer to Hermione, who held firm while the psychotic woman grinned. "We're going to have a little chat, girl to girl…"

"No. No!" Ron tried to break out of a grip. "Take me. Take me, please. Leave her alone."

"Aw, what a knight in shining armor you have," Bellatrix chuckled darkly. "Don't worry, I'll make sure he gets to see you one last time…Before I kill you both."

The seven of them were dragged away, struggling, and thrown into a basement cell. The door slammed shut as Ron tried to grab onto the bars to shake the door, but it zapped him backwards.

"Ron? Harry? That you guys?" Came a voice. Everyone looked behind them to see figures coming out of the shadows. Luna, Xenophilius, Neville, and Ollivander. That last one was kind of shocking.

"We're here too, Draco…" Blaise informed lightly. "They only wanted Crabbe, Goyle, and Nott for information on their parents, but we refused to abandon them so we all got taken." He remarked.

"You all got captured?" Draco inquired.

"I got taken around Christmas, the rest were when Easter Hols began," Luna mentioned.

"I got brought here after…You escaped. I'm…Sorry again, Mr. Potter…" Xenophilius looked down, ashamed.

"We got taken around Christmas too, on the return to Hogwarts." Pansy enlightened.

"We've been trying for a while to get out. It's protected…" Added Ollivander. "I don't even know why he wants me."

"I was grabbed too." Spoke another voice.

"Griphook?" Harry asked.

"So you remember me?" The goblin chuckled.

"I met you when Hagrid brought me to Gringotts at eleven…" Harry nodded.

Upstairs, a loud, ear-piercing scream was heard.

"Hermione…" Ron whispered. "Harry! Harry, we've got to do something!?" Ron said quickly. "They're torturing her!"

"What exactly do you want me to do, Ron? We're locked in an enchanted dungeon underneath, my guess, Riddle Manor. I told you, if we got caught, we were screwed. Welcome to being screwed, this has been my literal life for years." The dark haired teenager stated.

"Sit down, be quiet and get used to disappointment." Harry told him as he found a place against the wall and sat down, clearly defeated with one leg out, the other bent and his arm over the kneecap, then his eyes were now closed.

"So you're just gonna give up?" Ron asked, surprised. "Harry, come on! Power up, I've seen the damage your magic can do. You could level this place!"

"Jesus, Ron…Give it a rest!" Harry snapped as Ron took a step back. "I know you and everyone else thinks I'm invincible, but I'm not. Yes, I've beaten odds before, but that was not when we were locked in a magical prison that blocks even wandless magic!"

"Even if I powered up and it somehow worked, leveling this place with us under it would kill us! Ironically, we're sitting on top of a damn graveyard. Rather fitting if I kill us with that plan." Okay, no one liked non-believer Harry. In everything, he always stood firm. But this? It was new.

"I can't power up in here. It would take too much energy and it would probably drain me to override the magic around this place. Not to mention the leveling scenario again, but releasing that much power, if it was enough, in this small space could seriously injure all of you." Harry told him. "I appreciate the confidence you have in me, Ron, but I am not God."

"I am seventeen years old, and everyone puts their faith in me being able to save them just because I survived a curse that should have killed me and would have if not for my mother jumping in front of it." He reminded.

"I did nothing to become the boy who lived. I am not everyone's goddamn savior. I'm not everyone's hero. And I am not all powerful. I am human, I have limits. There's nothing I can do." He informed, the room was silent.

"It would take a miracle to get us out of this one. The most I can do when Voldemort shows up is bargain to set you free if I let him kill me…Now please…Just stop and leave me alone. Accept the truth and reality. As it stands right now…We're done. We're finished. It's over and we failed. I failed…We've lost." Harry put his head against the stone wall, head turned away from them. "I'm sorry…"

"Come away, Mr. Weasley," Severus motioned to the teenager.

They all moved away from him. "Give him time." Narcissa told the children.

"You heard him, he won't do anything." Ron glared.

"Because right now, there's nothing we can do. Harry's right, we can't put all our faith on him because this is what it's done to rely on him this much…" Draco told Ron. "We had the warnings of him getting stressed for months. I don't think he's giving up, I think he just needs time to think without being hounded."

No one bothered Harry after that. Despite their hope that Harry would come up with an idea at the last moment, right now, it's clear that he'd lost his faith in himself. The only thing anyone heard was Hermione's screams above and it was getting to Harry; they could see it. His hand would tighten and his face would contort to looking disturbed or angry. Finally, Luna walked over to Harry and knelt in front of him, her hands on his own.

"Harry?" Luna said to make the teenager look at her. "We know you don't feel strong enough to get through this, and all hope seems lost. You've stopped believing in yourself, lost your own faith in your ability…"

"We put our faith in you because you've never let us down and you always found a way. It's not over. Not until we're dead. If you can't put your faith in yourself," She reached for the chain around his neck and pulled it out to reveal the cross.

"Maybe it's time to put it in someone else above you." Luna smiled. "You never walk alone, not physically nor spiritually. He's never abandoned you, Harry…Let him help now. If you're going to give up, do it, but not to Voldemort. To your God. Surrender yourself to him. Pray and ask for his help." Luna patted the teenager's hands, then she stood up and left him be.

Harry still didn't speak, but he did wrap his hand around the cross and closed his eyes with his head bowed down. 'I don't know if you're listening, but if you are…I could really use your help to get out of this. If not for me, but all my friends. Just give me what I need to get them safe. Please? I'll do anything. I'll give my life for it. I surrender to you. You are my God, I surrender only to you.' Harry prayed silently.

Harry snapped his head up when the cell unlocked and Peter stood there, wand trained on the group. "Bloody traitor." Sirius spat at the rat animagus.

"You there, Goblin. Come along." Peter ordered. Griphook made his way out of the cell and Peter instantly closed the door again and relocked it.

The answer hit Harry. Pettigrew owed him his life for third year against Sirius and Remus. That was their key out. The only question was how to get Pettigrew back down there to them. Maybe he could power up, just not with this many people around. Harry didn't care about the Death Eaters, but his friends, on the other hand.

"Harry? You've got that look…" Severus pointed out. "The look like you're planning something."

Before anyone else could say anything, Dobby appeared in the room and with him was Kreacher and Winky.

"Master," The three bowed.

"What are you doing here?" Sirius asked.

"We heard Harry Potter needed help and came right away." Dobby said.

"I am tied to Young Master Black because he is heir." Kreacher admitted.

"I can come to Master Potter-Snape due to his bond with my master," Winky nodded.

"No one can keep Dobby from his friend." Dobby said affirmatively.

Harry stood up. "You can apparate in and out of here, plus the grounds?"

"Yes, sir." Dobby assured.

"Harry, what are you planning?" Draco asked.

"Does that really matter?" Harry asked. "I've got a plan. Luna is right…It's not over. Not yet."
