MichaelTheFox: Yep, Kaguya is basically Maa Baggs. I hope you like the chapter.

22jward: Here you go.

Bednarczykmiki: Go ahead. Here's a map.

ShadowBloodedge9396: You think that heart to heart is strong, then read this chapter.

MisterWriter1994: Yes, they do.

Gamelover41592: Well, she is learning to let go and trust her child can be safe without her.

Blaze DragonX I envisioned The Atom, but thought Captain Atom, what an idiot I am, LOL!

Jebest4781: Enjoy this chapter.

Kyojin-chan: That would be fun.

MEATBICYCLE: AH, I see. Let's do a Death Battle: CftM Millie or BoM Mirko. Oh, you think Menma would be… evil? Naruto will eventually get over his weird fear of the doors, slowly.

Kreiger Techpreist: What?

DaftMerc39: Enjoy the new art. The doll dresses would be… dresses. I actually pulled Kaguya's laughing fit and snickering from FF7 Machinabridged. Yep. Well, Naruto was forced to apologize, so does it count? Mirko should have pushed him into her breasts. Yo, bro, it isn't like Charlie was looking at Naruto's dick on purpose.

Freedomringer: We shall see. That's the idea. I don't see it being a big issue, because Mirko would understand why he is panicked.

Rio Skyron: Return the Sword… Return the Sword… Yeah, Lilith had a powerful sneeze.

Thegrinningsalesman1: LOL!

Ravage88atlas: Good, I wanted a powerful, emotional scene/reaction for Naruto and Charlie's talk. I think you will like this chapter. I feel like if Naruto does call Charlie sister that would be done in private.

OKAY, LETS READ THIS SHIT! I DON'T OWN NARUTO OR HAZBIN HOTEL!

"Hey" = Speaking

'Hey' = Thinking

'Hey' = Memory

"Hey" = To be Determined

Chapter 11: The Weight

"You're going to be moving out of Lucifer's mansion?" Naruto asked Charlie over the phone as he did the dishes.

"Yes, I am so excited!" Charlie exclaimed, basically squealing. "Mom and dad picked a nice plot of land on the edge of Pride, and it is going to be a two-story house. It should be finished around February."

"Around the time I finish my training?"

Charlie heard the mild excitement and worry in Naruto's tone.

"Yep, and after that, when you are hired, we can throw a big party!" Charlie added, trying to brighten the mood.

Naruto smiled, putting the pot he was scrubbing aside before grabbing another dirty dish.

"So… does this mean Lilith has calmed down enough to give me a chance?"

Charlie was thrown off by this question.

"I… do believe so. I mean… mom was… Uh…"

Naruto chuckled, making Charlie pout.

"I understand, you don't need to say it." The teenager told his future boss. "Lilith should be opening up, even if it is slowly… right?"

"Yes, you ass."

"Love you too, Charlie."

Lucifer's Mansion…

Charlie hung up, crossing her arms.

"Aw, is my little girl having a hard time with the Dog of Hades?" Lucifer said, weaseling his way into the conversation.

"Yes… hm…" Charlie thought of something. 'He needs a last name… what goes good with Naruto? It's Japanese in origin, right?'

Charlie pushed past Lucifer, crushing him emotionally as she went to the library.

Instead of, you know, using her phone to look up a good name for her future butler, Charlie delved deep into a book.

Sure, why not.

Skip, One Month…

It was late December, bordering Christmas, New Years, and the Extermination.

"Hmmm…" Naruto hummed happily as he slurped ramen like a starving man finally given food.

"Disgusting."

"How can he eat like that?"

"I wonder how he keeps such a good figure?"

"How can those two stand being around that mutt?"

Naruto ignored them as did Kaguya and Mirko.

The trio of them were out in the Gluttony Ring, enjoying the colder weather with some steaming hot ramen at a Ramen Bar.

"More please!" Naruto said as he put his… umpteenth bowl on a very wobbly stack.

"Coming up." The cook said, dollar signs in his eyes as pupils.

"I'm not paying for yours." Kaguya said through slurps, her cheeks puffed and full of noodles.

"Me…*Slurp* neither…" Mirko added, her cheeks just as full of warm noodles and broth.

"No worries." Naruto said as he patted his pocket. "One thing about working for the King, is the FAT, and I mean FAAAAAAAAAAAAAT paycheck."

"Whore."

"HEY!" Naruto shouted at the mother/daughter duo, insulted they called him a whore.

Mirko chuckled, nearly snorting into her food as Kaguya smirked, finishing her fourth bowl.

"I'm done." She said, leaning back on her stool, rubbing her stomach.

"One more…" Mirko said, finishing her sixth bowl. "Make it a small…"

"Sure thing, little lady." The cook added, nearly finished making Naruto's next bowl.

Kaguya leaned into her hand, sighing.

"What's wrong?" Naruto asked, ears tilting to one side.

"The fights have slowed down, due to the season and all that, but…" Kaguya closed her eyes. "I feel like the fights are lacking variety now… I knew I should have set up in Pride, not Wrath."

"Why not uproot and move to Pride?" Naruto asked as his bowl of ramen was served. "Thanks."

He got a thumbs up from the cook before he focused on making Mirko's last bowl.

"I thought about it, Stupid Boy, but…" Kaguya grabbed her glass of water. "But it'd be a hassle. I mean, I am RIGHT near the border between Wrath and Pride, so it isn't like I can…"

Her eyes widened.

"Isn't like I could expand my arena… making two… and have sinners fight in one ring, and hellborn in the other. FUCK!" Kaguya slammed her hand on the table, making Naruto's Leaning Tower of Ramen Bowls fall, shattering upon impact. "WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THIS EARLIER!"

She slammed her head into the table.

"DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT!" She screamed, continuing to hit her head into the bar table.

Mirko and Naruto were flinching, the two teens clinging to each other as Kaguya's magic spread through out the ramen bar.

"DAMN IT!"

The final head butt destroyed the small establishment, Kaguya's hair and clothing rippling outward as she took deep heaving breaths.

"Uhm… Mom…"

Kaguya's eyes landed on her daughter and Naruto.

"Y-yes…"

"Uh… you okay?"

Kaguya took in her surroundings as she calmed, and then embarrassment hit her like a spiked truck.

"I AM SO SORRY!" Kaguya apologized to the owner, bowing.

"No, no, it's okay…" the cook said… his eyes once again dollar signs.

Ten Minutes Later…

The trio, with Kaguya weeping as she paid for damages, were taking a walk.

"Stupid Boy."

"What, Hag?"

"You're nearing the one-year limit, right?" Kaguya asked Naruto, ignoring his response.

"Yeah, got…" Naruto held his hand up, using his fingers to help do the math. "About… six to seven-ish weeks left."

"You excited?" Mirko asked, jumping on her toes a bit, smiling as she was so happy Naruto was so close to his goal.

"Yeah, very…" Naruto answered, cupping his chin, eyes closed in thought. "But I want to show Charlie I am committed…"

"What do you mean? Isn't you excelling at this training enough to show her your commitment?" Mirko asked, confused at his statement.

"I want to… Hm… I want to do something… just thinking of showing up and just getting the job isn't enough." Naruto replied. "I want to show her."

"Why don't you make her a gift?" Kaguya interjected.

"Okay, but what?" Naruto asked.

Kaguya smirked as she pulled out her phone, making a quick search.

"How about this, Stupid Boy?" She asked as she held her phone out to him.

Mirko and Naruto looked at her phone.

"A Magatama necklace?" Naruto asked, seeing said item on the screen.

"The Magatama symbolizes Good Fortune and Protection." Kaguya answered, smiling as she saw stars form in Naruto's eyes. "You want to show the Princess your loyalty, then how about you make this."

Naruto was pumped, so pumped steam was emitting from his nose.

"LET'S DO IT!" Naruto shouted, hellfire burning in his blood with passion as he grabbed Mirko's wrist. "COME ON, LET'S GO GET THE MATERIALS!"

Mirko was pulled around like a rag doll, making Kaguya laugh at her daughter and Naruto's antics.

"Young Love." She said as she turned to go home.

She knew what her children were capable of, so she didn't need to stick around.

Skip, Dec. 31st…

Construction of Charlie's house was going smoothly, but today… it was put on hold.

For today… was Extermination Day.

Sinners ran.

Sinners screamed.

Sinners attempted to fight.

Sinners failed to hide.

Sinners died.

From Lucifer's mansion, Charlie stood on the balcony, watching as the Sinners, HER PEOPLE, were being butchered by the exterminators.

"Charlie…"

The Princess didn't acknowledge Naruto's presence until he was next to her.

He saw her crying, her teeth were grit, her hands gripping the railing.

"Charlie, what's wrong?" He asked, touching her hand.

"Every year…" She shakily replied. "I can't help them…"

She turned, so emotional that her partial demon form took shape. Her eyes being red sclera and white iris. Her horns poking from the top of her head.

"It hurts…" She choked. "It hurts so much more… because…"

Charlie touched Naruto's face, so gently that Naruto nearly began to cry, feeling her shaking as they continued to make eye contact.

"When I took responsibility for you, I learned something." Charlie choked out, letting her tears flow, hitting the ground. "I learned the weight of a person's life… now that I know this weight…" Charlie took a knee, her face in Naruto's chest. "I can… I can… I can feel it… all of them… all of my people. Their lives are on my back, and…" She broke. "ALL I'M DOING IS JUST STANDING HERE DOING NOTHING!"

She cried.

Charlie clung to Naruto, crying into his chest.

"On…One day…" Charlie spoke through her sobbing, gripping Naruto's clothing. "One day… I'll save them…" She took a shaky breath. "I'll save them all…"

"Yes." Naruto replied softly, putting his arms around Charlie, rubbing her back. "I believe it. You'll save them. I'll be there. I'll be there to help and witness you saving them. I promise."

Charlie continued to cry, her heart ache just being too much to bear alone.

After several minutes, Charlie fell asleep, exhausted from crying.

Carefully positioning her on his back, Naruto walked Charlie back into the mansion.

He walked through the hall slowly, trying his best not to jostle Charlie.

"Charlie?"

Naruto looked up, stiffening slightly since it was Lilith who was approaching him.

"I am sorry, Your Majesty. Princess Charlie is just sleeping." Naruto explained as the Queen checked on her child. "She was overwhelmed by the Extermination."

Lilith's face softened, cupping Charlie's cheek.

"I see." Lilith said, turning her attention to Naruto. "Please take Charlie to her room."

"Of course." Naruto said with a bow.

"Thank you."

Naruto couldn't figure out how to fee as he walked away.

Over half a year, Lilith didn't hide any disdain or dislike for the fox hellborn.

But now, since the reconciliation with Charlie, Lilith has been polite.

Not overly polite or 'familiar' with Naruto, but dignified and elegant.

Fitting of her status as Queen.

Naruto took a deep breath.

'At least its better than her being a bitch.' Naruto bluntly thought as he approached Charlie's room, entering it.

Razzle and Dazzle stood up, seeing Charlie on Naruto's back.

The trio helped each other put Charlie in bed, with Naruto turning away to allow the tinier demons change Charlie into her pajamas.

Once changed, Naruto tucked Charlie into bed.

"Good night, my Master." Naruto whispered softly.

He bowed, even though he didn't need to, and exited Charlie's room… only to see Lucifer knelt down, looking through the key hole.

"Oh… uh… hi?" Lucifer said awkwardly.

"Luci…" Naruto deadpanned replied.

"I'm not spying!"

"That's weird to say when…" Naruto gestured to Lucifer's position.

Lucifer stood up, arms crossed, huffing.

"I don't know what you are talking about, Dog of Hades." Lucifer stated, making Naruto roll his eyes with a smirk.

Lucifer broke his bravado as he pulled something out of his pocket.

It was a small plate of caramel apples.

"I just wanted to give these to Charlie." He admitted. "And I didn't want to ruin any moment you two may have been having."

Naruto understood, stepping aside for Lucifer to walk in.

He watched as Lucifer put the apples on Charlie's bedside table and then kiss her forehead.

Knowing he didn't need to be there, Naruto walked away, quietly shutting the door.

'Alright, I need to get back to Walter's. I still need to work on my project.' Naruto thought, clenching his fist, pumping it up as green hellfire burned brightly in his eyes.

Two Weeks Later, Wrath Ring, Rabbit Foot Combat Arena…

Walter sat next to Kaguya.

"I do like the new look." Walter stated, looking around.

After Kaguya's freak out in Gluttony, she had spent a lot of time and money building a new section of her combat arena.

One arena in Wrath.

One arena in Pride.

This way, fighters from hellborn and sinner classes could be used to make her money.

"Thank you, Walter~" Kaguya purred, running her hand up and down Walter's chest, touching his thigh. "I'm happy you noticed."

Walter smiled before turning his attention to the ring.

Inside the arena, Arlong roared in victory, blood soaking the sand and dirt under his feet.

"ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG! ARLONG!"

The Envy Hellborn fish demon ate all the attention he was receiving like it was a five-course meal.

It sustained him.

"Hm…" Walter hummed. "Quite the brutal fighter… especially his sword."

"Arlong is not like the other fighters… unlike everyone else, who understand that killing their opponents can cost me money, Arlong throws it out the window just for blood. It gets the crowd amped." Kaguya pointed out, the crowd still cheering as Arlong left the arena.

"I can see why Naruto hates him." Walter pointed out.

Kaguya clicked her tongue.

"Stupid Boy's opinion is his own. If they fight, and I mean IF they fight, with how he is now, Arlong will kill Naruto." Kaguya stated.

She wasn't planning on ever allowing that fight to happen.

In her arena, at least.

If the two fought outside, then she had no control over that.

"Hm…" Walter thought as he stood up. "Well, I've been entertained…"

"Walter~"

The vampire gave Kaguya a side glance, seeing Kaguya unbutton her suit, showing off the top part of her breasts.

"Are you sure that I can't keep you entertained~" She asked him in a mix of bashful, playful, and teasing.

Walter smiled.

"I guess I have some more time." Walter said as he took Kaguya, who giggled.

She hadn't felt like this since she met her former lover.

Meanwhile…

"Damn it!" Naruto yelled, the material in his hand breaking as he was trying to carve/shave it down to form.

"Calm down, Naruto. You'll get it." Mirko encouraged, handing Naruto a new piece as he tossed the old one away.

"I know, I know… damn my clumsy hands and fingers. If only I had flexible, nimble fingers…" Naruto exclaimed… before a light bulb went off above his head.

His head slammed into the work bench.

"DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT, DAMNIT!" He screamed, continuing to hit his head into the work bench.

Mirko was deadpanned.

While Kaguya was outright terrifying, Naruto was just through a tantrum.

Mirko raised her hand, and slapped Naruto, jostling his brain back into focus.

"You done?" Mirko asked in deadpan.

"Yes… yes… thank you, Mirko." Naruto responded calmly, his focus sharpening.

Mirko smiled as Naruto pulled out his wire gloves.

"Oh, that's why you started hitting your head?" Mirko asked, hand over her mouth to hide her smile, but her mischievous eyes showing her laughter. "You forgot about your wires~"

"Yeah, yeah, fuck you!"

"I want you too." Mirko whispered.

"Huh?"

"NOTHING!" Mirko yelled. "JUST DO YOUR THING!"

Naruto blinked.

"What has her panties in a twist?' He thought before shrugging, wetting his hands in water, the wires soaking the liquid before he hyper focused on his objective.

Skip, Early February…

"What should I do!" Mirko exclaimed in a panic, running around Kaguya's office. "Valentine's Day is coming, and I don't know what to get Naruto!"

"Just get him a heart box of chocolates and a card. Done." Kaguya said as she was handling some paperwork as her child went butt fuck crazy.

"THAT'S NOT GOOD ENOUGH!" Mirko hollered, eyes wide and crazy, like a certain blue haired goddess that is useless. "I CAN'T JUST MAKE NARUTO SETTLE FOR BARE MINIMUM!"

Kaguya sighed.

"Just subtly ask him what he wants, and then go from there, dear." Kaguya replied, not really happy her child was acting like a complete dumbass love struck whore.

"GOOD IDEA!"

Mirko ran out of the building, allowing Kaguya to sigh.

'She gets this from her father.' Kaguya thought as she glanced at an old photo that was hung on the wall, behind a plant she used to hide it.

Shrugging, Kaguya got back to work.

Skip, Pride Ring, Walter's House…

"… very good, Naruto." Walter said as he lowered his arms as Naruto gasped, smiling as he lowered the Executioner's Blade. "I think we can call it a day."

"Good…" Naruto leaned on his sword. "I'm tired…"

The two entered the house.

"Go shower, then come down to help prepare for dinner." Walter told his student.

"Sure…"

*Ding-Dong*

Naruto flinched.

"You going to answer it?" Walter asked, hiding a chuckle.

"…"

"…"

"S-S-sure…" Naruto stuttered.

Walter watched, taking small amounts of sadistic glee at how nervous and terrified Naruto was as he stood at the door.

"You going to answer it? Or are you sca…"

"I'M NOT SCARED!" Naruto shouted, grabbing the door… and hesitating to open it.

Walter turned, hand over his mouth.

'He's still fucking scared of opening the door~' He internally laughed.

He knew it wasn't the door Naruto was scared of.

It was the uncertainty of who was BEHIND the door that made Naruto such a mess.

Naruto, meanwhile, finally opened the door, only to get a foot to the face.

"WHAT TOOK YOU SO LONG?" Mirko asked, pulling her foot back as Naruto hit the ground.

"My nose…"

"Oh, that was a love tap." Mirko shrugged, not taking it seriously.

"You asshole…" Naruto whimpered, his nose bleeding all over his chin, neck, and clothing.

Mirko huffed.

"Next time, answer the door quicker." She stated, grabbing his hand to pull him up.

"Why are you here, Mirko?" Walter asked. "I didn't expect you to come today."

"Oh, well…" Mirko turned red.

For all her bravado and bluster, Mirko was still just a young teenager.

"Well… I wanted to ask Naruto… if he wanted to spend Valentine's Day together?"

"Hmm…" Naruto hummed, his nose still full of blood and pain. "It's in a week, so… sure…"

Mirko fist pumped, mentally cheering… until she gasped in pain as Naruto elbowed her in the stomach.

"FUCKING…" Mirko gasped.

"Not so fucking funny when someone suddenly hits you, huh?" Naruto sarcastically told her, turning to go upstairs to shower.

Mirko, eyes full of rage, grabbed his foot and flipped him, making Naruto kiss the ground.

Walter sighed as the teens began to wrestle with each other.

'Why do hormones and puberty HAVE to be such a bitch in heat?' he thought as he just let the teens fight each other.

Fifteen Minutes Later…

"I… Win…" Mirko gasped out.

"No… I win…" Naruto corrected.

"No, you both lose." Walter stated as he looked down on them. "Now," His magic flooded the room. "Clean your mess or no dinner."

"Yes, sir!" the teens said in unison, ignoring their exhaustion and pain to stand up and run around, cleaning the mess they had made while fighting.

Chapter 11, DONE!

I mentioned it earlier, in the last few chapters, Charlie felt a weight, something that was unfamiliar. It was the weight of one life she was responsible for. And now, witnessing the Extermination with this new weight, Charlie feels every sinner's life on her back, making it heavier. It is the weight of a Leader, one they must carry if they truly hold their people in high regard. If anyone was wondering, I was listening to The Band: The Weight while writing this chapter due to the moment with Charlie being metaphorically weight down with this. We also see the start of Charlie's dream to start the hotel… to a degree.

Naruto's fear of opening doors was caused by Gerbil, and I wanted to show it wasn't the actual door.

So, next chapter, Valentine's Day for Naruto and Mirko, any ideas?

Also, Naruto's one year is a few weeks away from being done.

I had a lot of fun, I hope it showed.

If you enjoyed the chapter, leave a review, even if you hated it because it helps me become a better author.
