A/N: So welcome back to another chapter in the story. This will be my normal upload day from here on out and you can expect me upload a new chapter once a week. I will try to upload while I am overseas but just in case not you will see about three chapters come out at once so you will have something to read while I am away. I hope you enjoy chapter three of the story. We are also going to flop to Niou's POV every so often because I feel like it is useful to the end goal of the story As always I dont own PoT and this is a rewrite by the same person as X is 3 by midnight stealth if you want to check out that hot mess.

Niou sauntered away from Marui and the girl towards the office. His teacher had said something about someone from a different class needing a tutor and apparently his schedule was the only one that matched up with the student. He wasn't overly concerned with getting to the office early considering he had lunch next period and was not particularly hungry. He entered the office and went up to the secretary who was rapidly entering information on her computer.

"Scuse me, I was told to come here about being a math tutor? Name is Niou, Masaharu," Niou informed the secretary as politely as he could.

"Ah yes, Niou-kun," the secretary said briefly looking up from her keyboard," Here is the schedule and the name of the person that you will be tutoring. Your schedule matches up perfectly. Please let us know if there is any issue."

"Thank you very much," Niou responded taking the paper that the secretary had plopped on the counter. He didn't get a response as the secretary had gone back to entering whatever information she needed to into her computer.

Niou walked out of the office and over to the lunchroom to get something to drink. He settled on banana milk and took it to the rooftop for the remainder of lunch. While on the rooftop he decided to look at the papers the secretary had given him. He wanted to find out who he would be tutoring and in what subject so he could refresh his memory if it was something that he hadn't done in a while.

Name of student: Hoshimoto, Akari

Class: Algebra 1

Days for tutoring: Tuesday and Thursday at 17:00

Location: School Library or wherever the students deem fit.

'Algebra 1 huh?' Niou thought as he looked at the paper ,'This person must be stupid as hell. I guess I'll have to look over my Algebra books from middle school tonight in addition to my other homework.'

Niou stuffed the paper in his pocket. He was curious to see what this new person was like. He hoped that they were willing to learn and had the tenacity to keep up with his method of teaching. He really did not want to have to coddle someone through math.

(the next day Akari POV)

Akari walked into school hoping that her math teacher had good news for her in the way of a tutor. She walked into class feeling less confidant than she had in a while, but perked up when she saw her teacher motion to her.

"Hoshimoto-san, the office was able to find you an acceptable tutor he will meet with you starting tonight at 17:00 in the school library. I trust you will work hard, take good notes in class today as well, this will be on the examination," Yamamoto said before dismissing her to her seat for the class.

Akari could barely focus though. The paper she had somehow omitted the name of the person that would be tutoring her in math. She hoped that it was someone who could break down everything for her and not think that she was too much of a dunce.

Akari went through the day slightly distracted and her teacher even asked if she was alright when she was in Archaeology Club. She informed the teacher that she was fine and just having an off day. As soon as the president dismissed them, she made sure that her bag contained all her math assignments and ran to the library. She was to meet her tutor at table 3. As she rushed in, she stopped at what she saw. It was Niou the silver haired boy sitting at table 3.

'He can't be my tutor,' Akari thought as she approached the table cautiously.

"Pardon me, but I am here for my first math tutoring session," Akari quietly explained making Niou turn around.

"Oh for fuck's sake, it's you that needs help?" Niou snipped. This was going to be a long hour.

A/N: So I have tried to grasp Niou's personality a bit better. Tell me what you think
