Planet F78 of Sector 9, Southern Quadrant

Facet 74ny4 cut v0n, aka Yellow Diamond's Citrine to be exact, fixated her eyes on the ongoing battle on Planet F78; Her view was from space as she stood up from her chair to watch the monitors that displayed the various theaters of battle going on across the surface of the planet. With her hands clasp behind her back, her expression of listless deep thought while she gauged what hemisphere of the planet needed outright orbital bombardment just to quell the rebellion outright; Her decision however was tied up with the amount of importance the planet was to the Diamond Empire, and besides, any and all planetary bombardments were strictly ordered to be run by her superior Yellow Diamond before the order was given.

Superior being the lightest term Tanya could give to Yellow Diamond, seeing as how said Diamond was her creator in all senses of the word. 'Of all the reincarnated lives I could have been afforded, I end up with a life wrought with a nigh endless life, nigh endless strife, with the only caveat of possibly being killed by way of being shattered.' Tanya mused to herself as her citrine gem irises swiveled to glance at a monitor that showed one of the hemispheres of the planet contained and quelled. Moving from her spot, Tanya paced forward with her hands still clasp behind her back, all the while a rare few era 1 Nephrites and Peridots mixed in with Era 2 Nephrites and Peridot were working away at the consoles of the bridge in managing the ship systems and navigation; Save few of the gems took momentary glances behind them as Tanya passed by them, their posture was lax but kept up the work as ordered.

Tanya eventually reached a round projector that displayed a miniature display of the planet, and clasped her hands to begin giving out a few micro orders. "Facet n4v1 cut 94702 Nephrite." Tanya called out softly to the nearby gem working at the holotable along with a Peridot, her eyes homed in on the particular gem who straightened up and saluted her. "Ma'am?" the Nephrite questioned, "Your orders?"

Tanya lifted up her arm to point at the Hemisphere that had just been secured by their own Quartz and Rubies down on the surface, "Begin relaying orders by my command, any and all Gems within the southwest hemisphere of planet F78, you are to begin preparations for Anti-air guns deployment and provide air support for the ship to land." Tanya ordered out with a clip to her tone.

With a salute given to her superior from said gem, "Yes, my Citrine!" The Nephrite responded before she began interacting with a few other Nephrites to begin working on communicating out their Citrine leader's orders.

Tanya glanced at the Peridot that went ramrod straight when her gaze landed on her, Tanya formed a frown and spun around to leave. "Facet 848y cut 517 Peridot, follow me." she ordered out snappishly before making off towards the doorway that led back out from the bridge.

With a slight attempt to withhold a grimace on her part, unsure of what task her Citrine had in mind from her, she proceeded to give her superior a salute in response before responding, "By your command, my Citrine!" The Peridot responded before grabbing a holo tablet to take with her and followed close behind her Citrine superior.

As Tanya passed by her chair by which 'her' Pearl was standing at attention and waiting on her next orders, Tanya paused in her steps once she stood next to her Orange Pearl. "Pearl, with me." she instructed out before continuing on to exit the bridge, Orange Pearl in turn smiled whilst saluting her Citrine. "By your orders, my Citrine." she responded shortly before tailing behind her Citrine.

Just as Tanya approached the doors, she paused once more in her walking to turn around and face her bridge crew with her hands clasped behind her back once more, her citrine gem eyes scanned the room for any irregularities in the work ethic of her 'employees'; A few Nephrites and Peridots were idle, leaving Tanya to call them to attention. Turning fully around to face her crew, she cleared her 'throat' so to speak to grab their attention; with a few facet names called out, Tanya issued out an order for the idle workers to follow as well. "Far be it for the bridge to be over-staffed, I'll see to it you'll get more than enough things to do if all you're doing is sitting around chatting it up." She ordered out with a sardonic tone and grin.

The order given out garnered the desired effect, as a few idle Peridots went back to work to finish a few more calibrations of the ship's specs; Several Nephrites snapped a salute and marched their way up with hidden excitement, prompting Tanya to smirk. "Well well, seems we'll have a boost in numbers for our air team." she semi-jested, earning a crack of a smile from a few gems under her command. Tanya proceeded to then glare out at the remaining crew, "For the rest of you, no slacking! If you have nothing to do, then proceed with plan alpha nine zero three." she commanded out with an authoritative tone and expression.

One Nephrite that led at the helm to pilot the Hand spacecraft saluted her Citrine, "My Abundant Citrine, a word please?" she asked and shirked under her Citrine's withering gaze, "If it would be possible ma'am?" she added in as an apology from asking out of line.

Tanya huffed a bit and gave the Head Nephrite Captain a disappointed gaze. "Facet c4p cut 741n, corect?" she inquired from the helmsman of her hand spacecraft, earning a rather awed look from said gem. The Nephrite straightened up her posture and saluted ever sharp, "Yes my Citrine! Allow me to thank you for remembering me!" she gushed out.

Tanya narrowed her eyes at the helmsman, earning a rather nervous look from the Nephrite. "We are fortunate enough that we are far from the prying eyes of homeworld, as such, in any other case, I would be faced with ordering your shattering for speaking out of turn." she began to explain, earning a grimace from said gem. Tanya continued to speak with a smirk, "Just be thankful the leash on us is lax out here-"

"But Ma'am." Orange Pearl protested with an even smile as she stood beside her Citrine, and glanced down at her 'owner', "You are Yellow Diamond's personal Gem, her personal Citrine she made herself." the Pearl tried to point out with a prim smile.

Tanya glanced up beside her with a withering look, "Yes, but that doesn't mean I should go around shattering gems that forget protocol of their stations. Why else would planets like F78 try to rebel in the first place?" she inquired with a pointed look directed at her Orange Pearl, who had the look as if she was smacked upside the face.

"Why don't you rebel?"" a voice spoke up amongst the crew of the bridge, causing the room to go quiet faster than one could blink.

Tanya glared out to her crew, before sighing exhaustively and closed her eyes, "I'll excuse the treasoness question for now, but don't ever bring that up when we're in Homeworld's system." She then opened her eyes with a tired look, "We are part of a multi-galaxy spanning Empire, no matter how big a rebellion can get, remember how Rose Quartz's rebellion ended." She reminded her crew with a withering glare, "All it took was all three Diamonds to turn their gaze onto the planet, and destroy every gem on planet 3427h."

With her piece said, she turned around to leave the bridge; Tanya however stopped once more just as the doorway automatically opened up. "You don't have to like it, I certainly don't like it, but the jobs we were made to do are all we can do for now." she spoke out while not turning around, "And a Rebellion at this point in time is not the answer." she said before she fully left the bridge with the gems that followed with her in tow.

Once the doors shut behind Citrine and her entourage of gems, the remaining crew on the bridge sighed a breath of relief. One Nephrite rounded on the Nephrite next to her with a heated glare, "Could you be any more out of line, facet wh331?" She hissed out, "You could have gotten shattered!" she worried over her fellow Nephrite.

Said Nephrite simply shrugged with a grimace of embarrassment, "Sorry facet 57332, it's just that Citrine seems more lax than any other gem we've been commanded by, and her propensity for shattering gems under her command is next to none." She tried reasoning.

A Peridot from across the room guffawed in cheeky laughter, while pointing out at Nephrite Facet wh331. "You should have seen the look on your face when she glared out at us, you looked like a pearl caught with her hands in a destabilizer!"

Said Nephrite that the Peridot was laughing at, smiled threateningly back at the Peridot. "Oh, what's that Facet 73ch? I distinctly remember a certain Peridot and how she reacted when Citrine caught her in the act of an idle hobby of hers." she remarked with a dark grin of amusement.

Peridot Facet 73ch quieted up and had her cheeks glow a dark green in embarrassment, "s-s-shut up!" she demanded.
