Planet v32m

In a procession ships exiting out of their warp speed, of which was a very high number of them, one large orange war hand ship exited from its warp speed followed by several more ships to arrive above the volcanic moon of the nearby gas giant that the moon orbited. Within the Orange War hand ship, Citrine stood and waited for the planetary comms to connect.

With her arms presently crossed, the commander tapped her arm idly before a holoscreen finally blipped into existence within the bridge for the Peridot on the other end of the video call to see Citrine standing and waiting. "Greetings, commander Citrine, we were expecting your presence." The peridot gem remarked with a respectful tone.

Citrine ceased her idle activity and planted her hands against her sides as she began to converse with the Peridot in a firm tone, "As I'd expected, Yellow Diamond had me come here to pick up a ship she wants me to employ within my armada." she replied back with a straight look back at the video call she had with the peridot gem.

"Right." Peridot nodded as she began configuring something on her hand, before pulling up a holopad and pressed into the bottom half of the screen, "Olivine, Ma'am, the commander has arrived." she spoke into her device, before abruptly the video screen became a threeway video call between the gems.

"Ah, perfect." The Olivine gem remarked with a bright expression, "We've just finished calibrating the ship's systems." she commented, before continuing to speak with the commander, "Are there any questions before I hand the ship and its crew off to you?" Olivine inquired, while holding up a holopad of her own, showing details of the ship in question, "I can send the specifics of the ship to you if you'd like."

Citrine responded with a nonchalant tone, "That is fine." she answered, before a ping went off from her holopad that was laying atop the armrest of her chair. With a glance in the device's direction, Citrine lifted a brow of intrigue, before looking back at Olivine through the video call, "The ship has its own shields, correct?" she asked.

Olivine adjusted her optics before answering the commander, "Unfortunately, with the amount of power the ship needs to split a planet open with, we needed to allocate the resources from the ship having any means of protection, to letting it work at max efficiency to crack a planet in two with little need of a second shot."

"Hmm…" Citrine mused with a curious look on her face, before frowning a bit, "Well…it's not like any of our ships have shields of their own…." she spoke with a distasteful frown, before remembering something, and narrowed her eyes at Olivine through the video call, "Wait, when you mean the ship does not have any means of protection…"

"If what you're gonna ask is if the ship has any broadside cannons, or anything else to defend itself, then no." Olivine answered Citrine with an apologetic look, "Ship project ch1531, was designed solely to be a planet cracker, nothing more, nothing less." she informed Citrine in an informative tone.

Citrine withheld herself from letting out an annoyed tone, and simply let her facial expression show that she was a bit miffed, before sighing, "So I need to divert a few ships to safeguard the planet cracker, I suppose I can manage with the amount I have." the commander commented with a hapless shrug.

"Excellent!" Olivine said as she placed down her device she had in her hands to clap her hands together once, before giving Citrine a respectful salute, "I'll send word to the captain of the ship to begin her lift off, she should be up with you in a few minutes!" She informed Citrine, before her call with the commander ended, leaving just the Peridot and Citrine left in the video call.

With a glance from Citrine, she directed her attention at the peridot as the green gem stood at attention for the commander, "Will that be all ma'am, for this call?" she asked respectfully.

"That will be all." Citrine answered back with an even tone, before the peridot gem ended the call with the commander.

Turning back to walk to her seat, Citrine frowned to see Spinel once again having plopped herself into it, but this time the court jester was on it upside down, dangling her stretched legs over the back rest; Spinel was stretching her fingers to make shapes and figures with her digits, sticking her tongue out a bit as she tried making objects out of her twisted stretched fingers.

"Hey, Citrine, watch this!" Spinel excitedly announced as stayed in her position while turning her hands into an imitation of a machine that dangled a ball of stretched fingers, "~I present to you, the wrecking machine!~" she boisterously announced with a giggle.

"Is there any reason…you keep sitting in my chair?" Citrine asked with a bit of annoyed look, while walking towards her seat at a relaxed pace.

Spinel giggled with a brimming smile, "Pink always let me sit in her chair, while she played with her Pearl on her ship" She tried to reason, before stretched her neck to let her look at the approaching Citrine Commander rightside up, "Hey look, I made the ~injector~!" she announced proudly, while making her stretched fingers imitate the looks of a gem injector and held her hands up to present the little art she created with her stretched fingers.

Citrine stood before her chair as Spinel relaxed herself in it while showing the commander her little show of making figures with her stretchable fingers, "hmm." the commander hummed in thought, before walking away from Spinel towards the Nephrite navigators, "Get yourself a light and shine it against a wall. Bet you'd make quite the shadow puppet show." she remarked with a nonchalant comment, while earning a surprised gasp of excitement from Spinel.

Making herself fall off from the chair, Spinel let her fingers untangle from each other and picked herself up from the floor to bounce after the commander with an excited grin, "I've never heard of that! What are shadow puppets?!" she asked with a wide eyed look.

Giving the galactic map that the Nephrites were projected out from one of the holoprojectors, Citrine stared up at map before speaking with Spinel as she split her attention between to two, her eyes trailing from highlight part of the map they were in, to the solar system that was attacked by organics. "It's where you make objects with your fingers in front of a light source, and the end result are plain and simple shadow objects. Of course, it works best when you're in a dark room, with one sole light source to make the shadow puppets." Citrine explained, while Spinel had an intensive look on her face.

"Show me!" Spinel asked in giddiness, clenching her fists in excitement, while bouncing at her knees, "showmeshowmeshowme!" She excitedly strung her words together in a rush of eagerness as she looked up at Citrine with a wide eyed look.

With a passive glance Spinel's way, Citrine shrugged with her hands on her hips, "I'll show you when I have the time." she spoke back with a sharp tone, earning a sad and annoyed look from Spinel.

"Awe, come on!" Spinel whined and threw herself to the floor, "You can't just leave me dangling there on a fun idea!" she begged, and kicked and punched at the air in frustration.

Citrine, feeling her eye twitch at Spinel's consistent childish acts, sighed before turning to face her while the crewmembers of the bridge would give the interaction between the two a glance every now and then. "Keep that up, and I won't" she threatened, a tactic she was familiar with how parents would do to make their kids behave, and a kid was how Spinel was acting.

Spinel slackened her arms and legs, and pouted with an annoyed look, "Booo." she said while cupping her mouth to echo her voice out into the air.

Citrine lifted her brow while holding her hand up and lit sparks up between her fingers, "I'm sorry, let me rephrase myself, behave, or you'll find yourself poofed and bubbled for the remaining trip." she threatened with a dark look.

Spinel quickly stood up and melodramatically posed with her hand against her forehead while palming her chest, "~You wouldn't dare, poof the wondrous Spinel!~" she declared, and clasped her hands while giving Citrine a puppy dog eyed look, and pointed her index fingers into her check while giving a pouting look, "Just look at this face, Ain't I just a ball of fun!?~" she smiled cheekily.

Elsewhere on the ship within the hallway that led towards the bridge, Lapis and Orange Pearl were walking in tandem, with two other Lapis Lazuli's chatting in excitement behind them as they all headed to the bridge.

Orange Pearl and Lapis were given the order from Citrine to receive the Lapis Lazulis Blue diamond was giving back to her to borrow before they took off, of whom were very excited to be on the same ship of the famous Lapis Lazuli that Commander Citrine had employed under her command.

Lapis facate m3 cut 4n, a Lapis Lazuli whose prominent features was her gem on her left shoulder, a medium hairstyle that styled in a short, and curly bob with flat bangs.

Lapis facate n1 cut c3, said gem had notable freckles on her face, short dark blue hair that was tied back into a ponytail, and the placement of her gem was located at her navel area.

Both Lapis Lazulis couldn't help but turn their heads around to look at the interior of the ship as they traveled behind the famous Lazuli. "I gotta hand it to that Citrine commander, I feel jealous she gets to have such a huge ship!" The lapis with freckles excitedly remarked as she traveled beside her sister lapis gem.

"Hm." Lapis m3 looked around with a bored look, "It's pretty standard when you look at it really, our own ship our diamond gave us, may have been small, but at least it afforded us a better looking interior decor." she commented snidely while smirking with her arms crossed.

Lapis n1, brushed off the other lapis's comment with an amused eye roll as she walked beside her, "You're just saying that cause you always enjoy your own space." she remarked back.

Lapis herself glanced back at the chatty lapis's, and smirked back a bit, "Maybe you should tell the commander that yourself. Maybe get your own ship back instead." she challenged with a smug look.

"What!? No!" Lapis n1 answered with a surprised look, before rushing up to walk beside the older Lazuli gem, "I still wanna learn how you do that one move where you turn water into those projectile things!" she begged while giving Lapis an excited smile.

"What? You mean water bullets?" Lapis asked back at Lapis n1, who nodded back furiously while Lapis m3 suddenly rushed over as well as her attention was on the subject of new hydrokinesis moves.

"Yeah!" Lapis m3 answered excitedly for her sister gem Lapis n1, as she walked on the other side of Lapis, opposite of Lapis n1. "The only thing you showed us last time was that buzz saw move!" she gushed in awe and an expressive look on her face, a stark contrast to her previous snarky attitude.

With a bit of an annoyed look from Lapis herself as she kept walking while Orange Pearl who was off to the side with a bit of an amused look, Lapis spoke with a flat look and disinterested tone, "Look, they're just moves I learn from Citrine." she rolled her eyes at the confused looks from the other Lapis gems.

With a nonchalant wave of her hand through the air, Lapis continued to talk, "She simply supplied the idea that the versatility of what I can do with water is more than I can imagine, outside of terraforming, and I gave the thought a chance. Turns out, water is more than a tool to cut with…" she rolled her eyes and spun her finger through the air, "Woopee, there. That's that gist." she informed the lapis gems.

The reaction from Lapis n1 was a confused one while Lapis m3 rolled her eyes at the explanation, "Lame." she remarked, before speaking more as the four of them all reached the doorway to the bridge, "You just don't wanna be outdone if you give up your secrets." She blamed Lapis.

"Nah." Lapis smirked back at the snarky lapis, as they all stepped into the bridge, "All it takes is a little imagination, and some years of experience in the battlefield, and you're good." she explained in an amused way that the Lapis gem couldn't wrap her head around the idea that it didn't take that much to think outside the box.

There was also the fact that she was more powerful than most Lapis Lazulis, was that she had to harness everything within herself to will everything into focus. It took an enormous amount of focus to the more devastating attacks she was notorious for under Citrine's commander, and the one time she went all out, a hole was punctured through a moon.

She doesn't like to talk about using an entire planet's water to puncture a moon full of rebels, she isn't very proud of losing her temper and patience

"Just look at this face, Ain't I just a ball of fun!?~" Spinel's voice cut Lapis's thought process as the four gems let themselves into the bridge. The pink gem was doing some silly attempt at looking cute and posing before Citrine, while the commander herself was looking down at her on the verge of frustration.

"Spinel!" Orange Pearl chided out as she stormed over to said gem, who twisted herself at her waist to look at pearl and blow a raspberry at her, "Can you not go one minute without bothering the commander in such a manner!?" she admonished SPinel, who giggled and launched herself at PEarl, tackling the gem to the floor with a wide smirk, "Tag, your it!" she shouted into pearl's face, before zooming off out of the bridge.

Citrine, who was in the midst of pinching the bridge of her nose, pointed off where Spinel dashed off to, "Pearl." she said, looking over at the gem in question, "Go play with her, I need this bridge free of her for at least a few hours." she exhaustively ordered.

With an understanding small smile, Orange Pearl saluted her Citrine, "I'll do what I can, my citrine." she said, before making a quick dash after the Pink gem, whose laughter echoed from the hallways.

Once the Bridge doors shut, leaving the bridge with some quiet for once, the commander turned to face Lapis with her fellow gems that were adamant in following her around; Lapis walked over first to converse with Citrine with an amused look on her face, "I still don't get why you let her stay on your ship, or retinue of gem staff, she's a court jester at the best of times, and a distraction at the worst of times." she conversed with Citrine as she stood across from her.

Citrine eyed Lapis with a certain look, "She's the only court jester in existence, and it does not help matters when she has been Pink Diamond close playmate for as long as who knows." The commander corrected Lapis with a knowing look, "She can give a better character description of Pink diamond than most gems of the pink court. She would know who Pink Diamond really was behind closed doors, and what really happened back then, before the debacle on Pink Diamond's colony." The commander explained.

"Huh…." Lapis mused with a thoughtful look, and tilted her head a bit in contemplation, "I…never looked at thought about it that way…" Lapis remarked while cupping her chin, realizing the veracity of Citrine's words, "That is of course, if you can get past her immature attitude, and attention span for one minute." she said, giving a sly look at Citrine's annoyed face after she stated the problems with Spinel's character.

"I will say though." Citrine began saying as she thought back at the memory of how well Spinel fought against those yooperlites, the commander looked to the side with a narrow eyed look, "Spinel's body is suited quite well for battle, I would like to use that sort of advantage she has." she remarked, alluding to how well the pink gem was able to fight on such a level.

"Well…" Lapis spoke back, giving the commander a curious look, "I mean, didn't Yellow Diamond say anything about Spinel?" she asked Citrine.

Looking back at Lapis, Citrine shrugged back at her, "She said Spinel was created as a Diamond rated playmate, I was assuming she meant to withstand roughhouse playing, I didn't think she meant on this sort of scale Spinel showed on our descent beneath the surface of homeworld." she surmised.

With her attention taken off from Lapis for the moment, Citrine directed her attention over at the other two lapis lazulis, "The topic of a pink gem aside, have you two gotten acquainted with the ship?" she asked the other lazuli gems.

Lapis n1 stepped forward first while waving her hand in the air excitedly, "ooh ooh, before that, there's something I got to know, ma'am, with respect of course!" she bashfully asked urgently from Citrine.

"Yeah!" Lapis stepped up beside her sister Lapis gem with a curious look on her face, before both Lazuli gems glanced in Lapis's direction, who began to feel uncomfortable at the moment.

"I…don't see a problem with that…" Commander Citrine answered back with an expectant look and raised brow, "I suppose I can answer a question first."

Lapis excitedly clenched up her fists and smiled towards Citrine, "Are the rumors true about your lapis, that she blew a hole through a moon with water!?" She asked in excitement.

"Oh come on!" Lapis angrily exclaimed in exasperation, she threw her hands up in defeat, "It was one time, one time, and nobody won't stop talking about it!" she slapped her face in embarrassment.
