*Alamo Square, San Francisco*

It was the night before everyone had to head back home as Anya and Linda were talking about the fun experiences that they had during their time together.

"I can't believe we're all gonna head back home in the morning. It's crazy how fast time flies when you're having fun…" Anya had spoken to Linda while she nodded her head in agreement.

"I agree but I had fun with you, Auntie, and Uncle. You guys truly made my summer worth it but do you have any plans for the second part of your summer or nah?" Linda had spoken back with a smile on her face as her question was met with Anya shaking her head in denial.

"Nothing too major as of yet but I may hangout with my friends but I hope that the second part of summer goes wonderfully for you but don't be afraid to send me a letter or telephone me, okay?" Anya had advised her cousin as her words were met with Linda nodding her head in agreement.

"I will, I also hope I can bump into Amy one of these days as well but that honestly remains to be seen since she lives out here but she did told me that she'll probably visit one of those days so that's something to look forward to" Linda had answered back as she was preparing herself for a good night's rest while Anya nodded her head in understandment.

"That's wonderful to hear and It seems that you've made a new friend and that makes me very happy for you so definitely get to know Amy more if she ever does swing by your place, okay?" Anya had advised her cousin as her advice was met with Linda agreeing with her before speaking.

"I know, It makes me happy as well so I'll definitely follow your advice as well" Linda simply replied back as she continued to get ready for bed while humming to herself which made Anya happy.

"Speaking of friends, I wish you could meet my friends back in New York. I know for a fact that you're gonna enjoy your company but if you guys ever visit us in New York one of these days than I'll introduce you to my friends, okay?" Anya had spoken back to her cousin as her comments made Linda excited.

"That sounds like a plan, I'll introduce you to some of my friends as well so you better be ready!" Linda had spoken back to her cousin while giving her a smile and a thumbs up which was returned by Anya as both girls were finally getting ready for bed.

"You know I'm gonna be ready buuut I'm getting tired as well so I'm gonna call it a night since we gotta wake up early in the morning but it was a pleasure in chatting with you, my dear cousin" Anya had spoken out to Linda while yawning in the process which was completely understood by her.

"It's all good and I'm honestly getting tired as well so I guess we gotta call it a night then but once again, thank you so much for making my summer enjoyable. I truly hope that we can experience a vacation like this again" Linda had spoken back with a smile on her face as she finally got into her bed while Anya did the same thing.

"Same here honestly but like Cousin Catherine says, once one chapter closes then a beautiful chapter opens and that's the advice we should follow once we depart tomorrow…" Anya had spoken back as she saw Linda turning off the lights as it was now time for both girls to head for bed.

"I agree and Goodnight Anya, I hope you sleep well…" Linda had spoken back in a sleepy tone of voice as she finally rested her head on her pillow which was followed by Anya doing the same thing.

"Goodnight Linda. I'm hoping that you get a wonderful rest as well" Anya had spoken back as she finally closed her eyes and drifted off to a rather good sleep for the rest of the night.

*8:55am*

It was finally morning as everyone was prepared to depart for home as the only thing left was the farewells.

"Goodbye Anya, I really enjoyed your company and I'm hoping that we can do this more often but I hope that school goes well for you in the next month or two and I love you as well" Alexander had spoken to Anya as he and her gave each other a warm hug.

"Thanks, I love you as well and I wish for the same as well but don't forget to write to me as well or telephone me if you're able to" Anya had spoken back to her cousin as she tried her best to fight the tears that was slowly coming up in her eyes as the pair released each other from the hug.

"It seems that my time is finally over but I hope my presence was worth the while!" Alexander had spoken out for one final time as he turned the other direction to enter his father's car as it was only Anya and Linda out on the street.

"So, It seems like this is goodbye. I don't know when we're gonna see each other again but I promise you that I'll have good, loving friends! Just like you, okay? I'm not gonna get emotional here or anything but I hope that you had a good time…" Linda had spoken to Anya while fighting tears which was noticed by Anya as she felt a hug from behind.

"Goodbye Linda, I honestly had a blessed time with you throughout the summer and I hope that we can continue having these types of moments together and always remember that you'll eventually meet friends that will love and accept you just like my friends back in New York, okay?" Anya had spoken to her cousin as she heard Linda slowly beginning to cry before eventually letting her emotions overcome her as she turned around to hug Anya.

"T-Thank you, Thank you for everything! I'm gonna miss you so much but…" Linda had spoken out as she continued sobbing for a good minute before releasing herself from the hug while letting out a tearful smile.

"Let's make a promise that when we meet whatever we're young adults or our next vacation is that we'll introduce our friends to each other, okay?" Linda had spoken to Anya once again as this was followed with her smiling back.

"We have a deal and I wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors but Goodbye! I Love ya!" Anya had spoken back to her cousin as she ran towards the car to get inside.

"Same for you, I love you as well, Cousin Anya! I'll miss you so much!" Linda had spoken back to her cousin as she waved goodbye to her family as they were getting ready to depart.

"Honey, We must go now. We don't wanna be late for the airport" Maria had spoken out to her daughter as she saw the car driving away with Linda staring out.

"Anya, I'll gather many loving friends for the day that we meet again but until then, Farewell, my wonderful cousin…" Linda had thought to herself as she let out a smile before heading towards her family's car with a sense of hope, security, and wonderful blessings for her future as she was eager to reunite with her cousin once more.
