Peter found himself in a world consumed by darkness. As he swung through the gloomy cityscape, a powerful force beckoned him from the shadows. Peter's heart raced as he fought the urge to give in to the strange allure that was chasing him. Memories of the past flooded his mind, reminding him of the dark path he could have been led down before. Determined to resist its control, he ran down the streets only to stop in shock when he saw ghosts of his past.

"Parker, you're early," Otto told his student. He was drenched in what looked to be water. "But not fast enough to have saved me."

Peter backed off in shock as he ran down the alleyway to try and escape his guilt for failing to save his mentor. When he was running, he heard a gunshot at the end of the alley. wondering what was going on, Peter raced down to the end of the alley only to see his uncle. Dying on the side of the sidewalk. A gunshot in his stomach as his bloodied hand reached out for his nephew.

"Peter..." Ben whimpered as he reached for Peter. "Help..."

"Uncle Ben..." Peter felt the guilt of all those he had failed to save. "No. This isn't real. It can't be."

Peter turned to start running again, but he only ended up coming face-to-face with Lian Tang. Her face looked like it was clawed off with three claws.

"It was your fault, Peter." She muttered. "Why weren't you there?"

Peter ran around her and tried to find somewhere where he wasn't surrounded by anyone else. When he ran around, he stopped and found Curtis Connors in the middle of transforming into the Lizard.

"You left that case of DNA," Connors tells Peter. "What did you think would happen?"

As Peter kept running, he stopped and saw a familiar face wearing a hat that kept him out of sight. When he raised his head, it was a scorched face of Tadashi. His oldest friend. Dead. Because he wasn't there to save him.

"You think that you are a hero?" Tadashi asks. "What good is a hero who can't keep those he loves safe?"

Peter tried to back away, keeping his eyes on Tadashi this time to be sure he didn't go anywhere. But all he ended up doing was stepping on something. When he looked down at what he stepped on, he noticed that it was Honey Lemon's purse. When he looked back, he was shocked to see Honey Lemon lying on the ground.

"Honey Lemon!" Peter ran over and checked and only saw that her mask was shattered, and she wasn't breathing. When he looked around, he was left shocked and afraid when he saw Peni, May, Teresa, GoGo, Hiro, and all of his friends and family lying on the ground. All of them were lying around as if they were in a massive fight with someone. "Who? Who did this?"

"Who do you think?" a sudden voice whispered. It almost sounded like Peter. But it also sounded more demonic. "They did."

Peter looked over and was shocked at what he saw. It was Rhino, Doc Ock, Sandman, Lizard, High Voltage, Shocker, White Rabbit, Scorpia, and every villain he had ever fought in years. They all stood high above his fallen friends and had gigantic smiles on their faces.

"All of this power… you're wasting it," The ominous voice called out as the whole world went black. "We could do so much more than just stop criminals. We can end crime. We could end them." Peter then watched as two eyes formed that seemed to resemble his lenses. "Just give us control and we will show them what we can do. We can save everyone. Protect everyone. But we can only do that together… help us so we never need to lose anyone else ever again."

The Symbiote, sensing Peter's resistance, grew more aggressive. It lashed out at him, attempting to ensnare him with its inky tendrils. But with each strike, Peter nimbly dodged, relying on his acrobatic skills and quick reflexes. He didn't know that succumbing to the Symbiote's influence would endanger not only his own soul but also the lives of those he cared about.

Peter however gasped awake as he then looked around and saw he was back in his bedroom. He looked around and saw nothing was different. He looked down at his hands and saw that the suit had already retracted. He was also wondering how he got to his bedroom, and yet after resting wondered how he felt so tired.

The next morning, Teresa and Peni were getting ready to head off for school but couldn't help but notice a certain someone was missing. And it seemed that May also noticed that Peter was missing as she wondered what was wrong.

"Is Peter okay?" May asks the sisters.

"Uh..." Peni wasn't sure how to lie to May and looked to Teresa.

"He was up a little later than normal." Teresa decided to use that excuse as it had worked before. "He just needs to..." Then she looked over to the stairway and was a little shocked at what she saw. "...rest."

Peter came stumbling down the stairs, approaching his family who watched him intently. He looked as if he might pass out at any moment. As he reached for the fridge, it appeared as though he was struggling to get his hand up to the handle.

"Pete, you okay?" Teresa asks.

"Never better, Peni," Peter replied, seemingly unable to keep his balance.

Peni seemed confused when her brother called Teresa by her name. "Peter, I'm Peni."

Peter looked over at Teresa and his younger sister. "Uh, are you sure?"

"Honey, you don't look well at all," May commented as she placed her hand on Peter's head. "You look like you could use a good rest."

"What?" Peter said, scoffing. "I'm fine."

"Peter, you look just like you did when you once stayed up all night trying to finish our seventh-grade science project," Teresa recalled the memory.

Peter said, "I'm fine." But as he spoke these words, his head began to slip backward and hit against the piano. He added, "I'm awake!"

"Okay, no, go back upstairs," May demands him. "You look like you're about to faint. Get to bed."

"I'm fine. I'm not a child, May." Peter tried to fight back but was too tired. "I'm..."

"Get," May demanded her nephew. Peter then made his way upstairs and left them alone. "Teresa, tell the school Peter won't be in today."

"Yep, on it," Teresa promised. "Speaking of which, we should get going. I'll drop Peni on my way."

Teresa and Peni left the household while leaving Peter alone. But what they didn't know was that when he went back to sleep, he would have the same nightmare over and over. His mind is being turned against him. The parasite living inside of him constantly tries to turn him to hand over his body. Becoming a poison within his own body. Becoming something...venomous.

Teresa managed to get to school and sighed as she was worried about her brother back home. She noticed her friends were playing what appeared to be a game of ping pong with a robot fighting against GoGo. She sighed and saw maybe this could be a normal day, which would be a good thing with Peter out of commission.

"Game of ping pong today?" Teresa asked as she strolled up to them.

"Nothing much else seemed to be going on." Hiro shrugged.

"Where's Peter?" GoGo was curious when she saw he was missing.

"Oh, he seemed to be under the weather and definitely needed some rest," Teresa explained. "So, don't expect to see Spider-Man today."

Then all of a sudden, Fred came running into the room in what appeared to be a panic. "Guys! Guys! Guys!"

"Your increased perspiration and repetitious speech pattern indicate alarm," Baymax commented.

"I am alarmed, Baymax," Fred stated. "Fire alarmed! The tiki torch factory is set on fire! We have to spread it from spreading to the paper mill next door!"

"Let me guess...there's a hairspray planet nearby, too," GoGo commented, taking a serious guess.

"Nice. GoGo is familiar with the area." Fred commented.

They needed to travel to Fred's place because they needed to get the super suits that they left there because of the mess they were in after their fight with Globby. When they arrived, Fred used his foot to open a secret vault where they hid their suits. That was when they saw it was empty and made them both confused.

"Uh, where are they?" Hiro asks.

"Oh, right. We brought them back to our place, remember?" Honey remembered because she wanted to use some chem balls to clean their suits faster.

"We gotta work this out," Teresa commented.

They then hurried to Honey's place and quickly worked to try and get changed. When they found all of their gear and got it all together, they made their way to the emergency.

"It's Fred-zilla time!" Fred cried.

But by the time they arrived, they saw the police already cleared the area and taken care of the fire. Yuri was talking to the firemen when they approached. "Actually, Fred-zilla time was about an hour ago. Sorry, you missed everything."

Hiro saw that their suit-up thing was definitely a problem. "We gotta figure out a way to suit up better."

"Yeah," GoGo agreed.

As they arrived at the Cat Cafe, situated on the outskirts of the city, they were greeted by the sound of purring feline friends. They settled down at a cozy corner table and began to discuss their pressing issue - how to solve their suit-up problem. As they talked, their attention was drawn to a small commotion at the counter, and soon enough, Cass came over with Mochi the cat in her arms. Cass seemed excited about something that had to do with the furry friend.

Cass said, "You guys have to see Mochi's latest trick." She added, "Well, you don't have to. It's completely optional."

"Ah! I live cat videos," Honey exclaimed as she began recording.

"Alright, Mocki. Slow clap," Cass said as she backed off.

Mochi then started to slowly clap his paws together. That actually was pretty adorable, and the team had to agree.

"Aw," Teresa said.

"Okay, that's cute." GoGo even had to agree.

"I am totally posting this!" Honey exclaimed as she did just that.

"Aw, that's sweet," Cass said as she walked off with Mochi.

"Oh, I almost forgot," Fred said as he pulled out a ticket of sorts. "I have an extra ticket to the Maximum Insane Obstacle Challenge."

"Isn't that that weird online show that makes contestants do insane stunts for little reward?" Teresa asks.

"Uh, yeah!" Fred stated.

"Well, sounds fun, Fred. But I gotta work on something to help us solve our suiting-up problem." Hiro said as he immediately got up and ran away.

Fred turned to Wasabi, who would rather have been anywhere else. "I'm busy too, Fred," said Wasabi. "I'm reorganizing my... organizer." And then he was off like a shot.

Fred then looked at the girls who seemed to be the only ones left. Teresa tried to find a quick excuse and pretended as if her phone rang. "Oh, gotta take this." Then she turned around to take the fake call. "Hey, May. What? You need me to come home to look after Peter while you go to work?" Then she turned to Fred. "Sorry, Fred." She then got up and sneaked out, acting normally. Then her phone rang and it was actually May calling. "Hey, May. What? You need... Wow, I might be psychic."

Fred then turned to Honey and Gogo. "Hard pass, no excuse," said Gogo.

"No, come on, but-"

"There's nothing anyone can say that can make me go on a dopey game show," GoGo proclaimed.

"I would go, Freddy," she says. "But I'm throwing a sticker party."

GoGo shivered as the memories of the last sticker party filled her mind, and that was definitely not something she wanted to deal with twice. "I'm in! I can't do another sticker party!"

And that's where Fred and GoGo found themselves next, seated in the audience. Fred, however, was wearing a poncho, as if he expected it to rain; this confused GoGo because they were in a studio, and there was no chance of rain.

"What are you doing?" GoGo asks him.

"Did I not mention that our seats were in the Maximum Insane Gross Zone, and I only brought one poncho?" Fred asks, noticing her look of anger. "Apologies, enjoy the show."

"Ladies and gentlemen, today's show is presented by Yaki Taco!" As the announcer was speaking, they could see someone jumping around the stage and peeking their head out. "And now, please give a warm welcome to our insane host, Mr. Sparkles!"

Mr. Sparkles is a noticeably short man. He is balding, but he wears a pink wig to cover it, and has dyed his sideburns the same color. His usual clothing consists of a purple suit and pants, a purple bow tie, a large buckle belt, and white boots. His eyes are blue, and his natural hair color appears to be black, as evidenced by his eyebrows.

"Hello, Sparckleheads!" Sparkles called out to all of the applause. "Oh, you're too much. You're too much, stop it. All right. No, seriously, you're too much. Stop it! I have a hardout at four! Now! Who's ready to play..."

"Maximum Insane Obstacle Challenge!" The audience cried out.

There was then some sort of chicken clucking. "You know what that means! Time to find our first contestant!" A chicken contraption was then brought out, as an egg was rolled down. Sparkles cracked open the egg and looked at the number inside of it. "Seat number... 65!"

That's me! That's me! In your face, 64!" The old man who was sitting in seat 65 cried as he laughed. "Ooh! Yes!"

Sparkles chuckled as 65 ran up to the stage. "Ooh!" He said, but when he got close enough, he shoved him a little. "Stay outta my light, you mummy!" He then cleared his throat and pushed a button. "Always stay young at heart! Now, let's find out today's first challenge, shall we?"

A wheel came down with dozens of different challenges in the game. It then stopped on what appeared to be sushi. "Sushi Limbo!" an announcer shouted. "Dodge the chopsticks, and don't get dunked in the soy sauce."

"Come on, isn't this the best?" Fred asks as GoGo blows a bubble and pops it.

"Ready...set...limbo!"

And the guy was wearing a sushi outfit for some reason to go with the game. Jumping over a few of the sushi rolls on the obstacle course, the guy didn't get much farther when a pair of chopsticks grabbed and dropped him into the sauce. And the sauce ended up flying into the audience and right onto GoGo, and only GoGo. She snarled at Fred for what she was being put through.

Fred assured him, "You don't have to worry; it's low-sodium."

"And here comes the losing hand!" Sparkles exclaimed as a robot hand picked up the contestant. Then there were sounds of a baby crying filling the room. "Uh-oh, sounds like it's time to feed the baby!"

The announcer explained, "Feed the baby." He continued, "Don your diaper and squirt the food into the baby's mouth. Be careful; he's not feeling well."

"And our lucky baby is two hundred and three!" Sparkles proclaimed, and that seat happened to be GoGo,

"Go on, GoGo, feed the baby!" Fred cheered her on.

"Wait, it's "Feed the Baby," but I have to wear the diaper?" GoGo wasn't sure what that was about.

"That's the maximum insane part!"

"I'm not looking like an idiot in front of millions of people," GoGo stated as she sat back.

"Don't worry about what other people think, GoGo," Fred said as he stood and revealed he was wearing a diaper and nothing else under the poncho. "I mean, look at me! I came prepared to be humiliated. It's fun!"

But GoGo stood strong with her statement. "Maximum hard pass."

As the events unfolded, Hiro initiated a communication with Penny, Baymax, Wasabi, and Honey, who were physically present at the site. Although he did not immediately disclose the precise nature of the matter, his intentions seemed clear to them – that he would soon elucidate on the subject matter.

"Hiro, why are we in the middle of a field?" Peni asks as Wasabi sneezes.

"Uh, yeah," Wasabi said as he sneezed. "The pollen levels are killin' my sinuses."

"This is the best place to demo the long-range capability of our new suit delivery system!" Hiro explained and showed the app on his phone.

Wasabi then ended up sneezing again. "Ah-choo! Sorry.' He blows his nose.

"Nasal spray can help relieve your congestion," Baymax said as he prepared to inject it.

"Uh thanks, Baymax," Wasabi said as he pushed it out of his nose. "But I think I'm good."

"Right now, the suits are at Fred's, on the other side of the city." Hiro went on to explain.

Hiro then activated it and they waited for their suits to come to them. Their suits floated across the city and made their way over to them. Except all of them ended up coming to the wrong hero. Peni watched and shrieked when she was given the Baymax suit. Honey was then given Teresa's jetpack as it was embedded in her back. Wasabi got the worst of the bunch as he ended up getting squeezed into the SP//DR suit. Baymax got hit with Hiro's suit, and Hiro got...Honey Lemon's.

"There appears to be an error," Baymax commented.

"Huh," Hiro commented as he looked over the outfit he was currently in. "Sorry, guys. Uh, the code checks out. I don't know why that didn't work."

"Hiro, it's just a fluke." Honey Lemon assured him. "Right, Wasabi?"

"Totally." Wasabi wheezed as he was trying to escape the SP//DR suit. "I might need some help over here.

And wouldn't you know it, that video that Honey Lemon posted online began to become an online hit. The entire world loved Mochi's slow-clapping video. It was becoming so popular that it was actually rivaling the Insane Obstacle Challenge. And it was all on the same day, which didn't seem to sit well with Sparkles.

"Hang in there. You're still a star! No matter how many fair-weather fans unfollow you. Keep sparkling!" Sparkles proclaimed as he heard a knock on the door.

"Uh, Mr. Sparkles?"

"What is it? Can't you see I'm giving myself a creepy pep talk?"

"Sorry, sir. I just thought you'd wanna know that Yaki Taco is no longer presenting us."

"They have to present us," Sparkles stated. "Who else would they present?"

"Slow-Clap-Cat. He claps." He explained and showed the video. Then he ran out when Sparkles threw a lamp.

"No one can take away Mr. Sparkles' sparkle! No one!"

"I give you suit delivery system 2," Hiro said as he, Peni, and Baymax were left in the woods as the sun began to set. Then they watched as a giant orb came flying across the sky and crashed into the ground. "Huh, that's weird. The suits were supposed to pop out."

And the suits began to randomly shoot out in the air in constant directions. Everyone ducked to try and avoid getting hit by the armor flying in random areas.

"Sorry, guys. Usually, I come up with solutions to this easily." Hiro wasn't sure what was wrong.

SP squeaked, which only Peni could understand. "Yeah, I am starting to think that, too."

"What?" Hiro sounded offended. "What did the spider say?"

"SP thinks that you are suffering from inventor's block."

"Inventor's block?" Hiro asks.

"You know, writer's block for inventors." Peni shrugged as she sat on top of the SP//DR suit.

Hiro wondered about that when his helmet shot out of the transport system and smashed into his head. "Ow."

"On a scale of 1 to-"

"Seven!" Hiro cried.

Then the next day, Hiro was in the labs in the garage and was trying to get over the inventor block as Peni put it. He was groaning and throwing away paper after paper. Seems that he was seriously taking this thing to heart. Cass was off doing some sort of interview about the Slow Clap Cat video that has become the number-one hit video on the internet in recent days.

"Wow, he is seriously struggling with that," Teresa commented.

"What if I am out of ideas?" Hiro asks in terror. "What if I never get over my inventors block?"

"Okay, you seriously need to take a break, kid," Teresa commented. "When was the last time that you took a break?"

"Breaks? Who needs breaks?" Hiro asks. "Peter barely takes a break."

"And he is currently in his bed for two days," Teresa stated.

"Should we worry about him?" Honey asks.

"Nah, I am sure he will be fine." Teresa shrugged.

That was when Fred ran into the area with his phone in hand. "Guys, you gotta see this!"

On the phone was Mr. Sparkles with Mochi in what looked to be a cat-sized rocket ship. "Hello, world! Mr. Sparkles here. You might remember me from my old internet game show "Maximum Insane Obstacle Challenge. Well, today, I start a new show: "Totally Lethal Unfair Obstacle Challenge", where the stakes are out of this world!"

"Mochi!" Hiro cried as he saw that it was his cat inside the rocket.

Peter's phone was going off, showing him the exact same footage. Well, it would be showing him the footage if he was awake to hear it.

"It's my most insane challenge ever," Sparkles stated. "If someone can beat it in the next hour, Slow-Clap-Cat goes free! But if not, I'll just have to turn this internet star into a real star. By sending him to space!"

Peter's eyes opened and all that was there was darkness. The Symbiote was coursing through his body and was now filled with anger. Getting up, Peter stretched his arms out and his entire body was shifted with the Symbiote covering his entire body.

"Poor Mochi!" Honey said in worry.

"We've got an hour," Peni said as she saw the countdown clock.

"We can save him!" Honey cried as they ran out to the front door of the Cafe.

"Hiro! We need our suits." GoGo stated.

"I know! Hold on! Voice integrated command." Hiro said as he showed his new app.

"VIC yeah, I like that," Fred commented.

"Bring our suits to Lucky Cat Cafe," Hiro tells the phone.

"Okay, Hiro, I will bring your suits to the middle of the ocean," VIC said.

"VIC, come on! You're embarrassing yourself, that's not even remotely close to what he said." Fred stated.

"Lucky Cat Cafe!"

"The Ocean! Middle of the ocean!"

"Seriously, VIC?" Fred asks.

As they stood there, dumbfounded, they witnessed a rocket soar across the city skyline, originating from the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology. The rocket was headed towards the ocean and, to their horror, it crashed right into the center of the vast body of water. The realization struck them that the crash had rendered them unable to access their outfits, leaving them stranded and vulnerable.

"Please tell me we have backup suits," Wasabi begged.

"We do not," Baymax said.

Teresa sighed and rubbed her head. "Unbelievable."

Cass then came up on her bicycle."Mochi's missing. I have to hang up these fliers."

"Baymax, you go with Aunt Cass," Hiro tells the robot. "Don't let her find out Mr. Sparkles has Mochi. She's already upset."

"I will protect Aunt Cass from further emotional trauma," Baymax promises.

"Come on, Baymax," Cass said as she and Baymax went off to hang up fliers.

"You guys go to the studio," Hiro said as he ran to the school. "Buy me some time."

"But what about Mochi?" Teresa asks.

"I know what to do," Hiro promises. "And I know how to do it."

When they made it to the scene, they found the police were already there, but they were being humiliated by how they had been attacked by a bunch of boobytraps he had set up.

"Sprinkles has the whole place booby-trapped!"

"Stand by and wait for backup." Yuri returned.

The heroes just snuck past since they weren't their priority and they made their way inside. They saw Mochi on the other side of the obstacle course. But there didn't seem to be a clear path for them to reach him.

"Why don't we just ambush him and grab Mochi?" GoGo asks.

"Because he's booby-trapped the whole set!" Fred, the expert of the whole place, stated. "The only way to save Mochi is to complete his insane challenge!"

Then a spotlight was shined down on them. "Totally Lethal Unfair Obstacle Challenge! Keep up!" Sparkles stated as he activated the wheel and it ended up landing on a picture of broccoli.

"Scream of broccoli."

"To save the cat, put on the broccoli suit and clear the Pot of Fon-doom! Then face the Veggie Cruel-dites! "Cruel-dites?"" Sparkles explained the rules to them.

"What is he even talking about?" Peni asks; even she wasn't following what the guy was saying.

Fred however showed up and was already wearing the broccoli suit. "My destiny!"

"Ready?"

"Born ready!" Fred proclaimed.

"Set?"

"Born set!"

"Go!"

"Born go! Ahh!" Fred ran his way upward to jump and grab onto a rope. But that didn't go his way and he fell into the outzone. "Ah!"

"Whoa! Aww, feta luck next time! Feta is a type of cheese." Sparkles stated. "Never stop learning."

Wasabi was up next.

Wasabi managed to make it up to one of the ropes but was slightly dangling. "Uhh, this isn't vegan by any chance, is it?" He asks. "I'm trying to watch my dairy."

"Sorry!" Sparkles stated as he roamed around the area on a crane.

Wasabi tried his hardest to not fall in, but the costume was making that challenge a little bit harder. He managed to make it across and ran on a conveyor belt where he was attacked by giant fake broccoli. He was smacked a few times but managed to stay up.

"Nice!" "Way to use your core!" "Woo-hoo!" "Come on, Wasabi!"

"Boring! Broccoli loves company!" " Sparkles stated as Wasasbi was running from carrots. "And now this is happening!"

Wasabi screams as he is smacked off of the platform and crashes into a giant pile of tomatoes. "Aah! Ah! These tomatoes are overripe! Gross!" Then he was picked up and dropped into ranch dressing. " Whoa!"

"Meanwhile, back at the ranch dressing! Looks like he got dealt a bad hand." Sparkles mocked as Wasabi was brought up to him.

"I'm guessing this isn't vegan, either," Wasabi stated.

"No. It is." Sparkles promised.

Then one after another, the heroes were humiliated by the constant unfair attacks from the unfair obstacle course. And that was when they were left with GoGo. She suck up her pride and decided to just go with it as she put on the stupid costume and got ready to save Mochi. She was able to get across the rope easily with her strength and agility. Running over the carrots and barrels was a small challenge. But then came what appeared to be a gigantic blender that Sparkles revealed last second.

"Dun-dun-duh!" Sparkles cried as GoGo saw it was a real blender that would kill her. "The blender-"

"The blender of affliction!"

Sparkles got irritated as he turned to someone backstage. "Mother, I thought I was gonna say that! Broccoli in a tropical smoothie? Who would do such a thing? Me."

GoGo ran her way up and tried to make her way across. But as she was using the bars to cross, Sparkles dropped fruit into the blender, making juice shoot upward and splash onto her hands. GoGo began to slip as she tried to get a grip on the bars. Everyone panicked as they knew there was nothing that they could do to save her without their gear. That was when the roof of the studio caved in and rubble and debris came crashing down. Just as GoGo slipped, a tentacle wrapped around her, ripping the broccoli costume off of her. The debris fell into the blender and caused it to shatter and break.

Peter didn't say anything as he dropped GoGo as she fell to her knees in terror of almost dying. Peter saw she was scared and snarled at the man who almost killed the girl he loved. Sparkles.

"Spider-Man!" Sparkles was more than surprised to see him. "Well, what an appearance! You know that door was unlocked, right?"

Peter looked around the arena and stretched his arm to crush the button that would stop the timer. "Hand over the cat, or I will be sure to make sure your video is the number one hit!"

"Well, that was the deal...NAH!" Sparkles then activated the rocket and launched Mochi. "This is what cheaters get!" He then ran his way over to a chicken that he jumped on the back of. "Till next time!"

Peter stretched his arms and smacked Sparkles off of the chicken. "We're not done yet!"

Sparkles panicked as he ran across the studio while Peter was chasing him. "You can't escape me, Sparkles!" Peter proclaimed as he chased the small man. "I'll chase you to the ends of the earth!"

Sparkles then activated one of the traps, which was basically a fruit gun. Peter didn't even need to dodge it as the fruit splattered on impact. He then shot out a web and destroyed the gun easily. Hiro managed to get over his inventor block in time to make a rocket, feeling Sparkles was going to go back on his word. He then sent a new version of the suit transfer device to grab Mochi and bring him back.

"You think that this will stop me?" Peter then threw the gun right at Sparkles. "Pathetic!"

But when the gun flew and destroyed one of the platforms, a bunch of metal rods came falling and began to dangle on the ground. The vibrations of noise started to upset the suit. It caused Peter to cry in pain as it screeched in agony.

While that was going on, Peni watched as it happened and was seriously confused about what that suit was made out of. Last night, it was affected by the fire caused by Globby and that car, and now the sound was causing it to become disoriented and even cause her brother harm.

"Well, that happened!" Sparkles stated as he got back on the chicken. "Till next time!"

Then Sparkles escaped into the night, likely to become another pain to deal with on another day. Peter groaned as he was quick to finally get over the disorientation when the ringing bars stopped. His friends came running when they saw he was on the ground.

"Hey, Peter, you okay?" Teresa asks as she helps him stand.

But Peter pushed her off as he looked up to where Sparkles went. "He got away from us."

"Hey, we got Mochi, that's all that matters right now," GoGo stated. "That's what's important, right?"

Peter looked over and saw that Mochi was okay and groaned. He rubbed his eyes and shook off whatever was happening to him and retracted the mask. "Yeah, you're right. Sorry. Woke up on the wrong side of the bed, I guess."

And while Hiro finally got a working delivery system for them, Obake was watching the footage taken from the studio. He saw the entire thing with the creature being affected by both fire and sound. He looked down at the small sample that he had in his possession and wondered what made it so special.

"You can enhance the skills of Parker, and have a weakness to fire and sound. Interesting." Obake commented. "But he is also becoming more aggressive. Dangerous even. Are you poisoning his mind? What other secrets do you possess?"

Peter was rubbing his head as he was looking at himself in the mirror back home as his family slept. He saw how that small fight was taking out a lot in him. But when he looked at himself in the mirror, all he saw was something monstrous. It was him wearing the black suit, but it had a mouth with sharp teeth, and the body looked a lot more muscular.

"What the heck is going on?" Peter wondered and rubbed his eyes. "Is this suit doing something to me?"

"It is making us stronger." It sounded like a voice in his head. "The woman we loved nearly died tonight. We only managed to save her because of our powers. We need each other. We are only strong together."

Peter rubbed his head and looked at himself in the mirror, only seeing himself. "Stronger...together."

And while he was questioning this, that was the same questions that were going through Karmi's head as she was still studying her sample of the Symbiote.

"You can enhance the properties of your host. But you also make them more territorial. Deadly territorial." Karmi commented as she ran more tests. "And you just end up eating them when you are done with them or need the energy." She picked up her small vial containing the Symbiote. "You are dangerous. A parasite like you, if you got out, could duplicate and become deadly." Then she placed down the vial. "What if there are more of you out there?"

The Symbiote, however, she never realized was longing to be whole. It was divided, and it wanted to get away from this scientist to reunite with the rest of itself. She didn't know half of how dangerous this creature was.

It was toxic.

It was poison.

It is venomous...
