TWO HOURS AGO:

May was currently in the kitchen trying to get anyone to pick up their phones. She was worried about where they were and what they were doing since their school must be over by now and they hadn't told her or left her any messages to say they were going to have a late night. And considering Peni hasn't come home either, she could only begin to worry.

As she was wondering where they were, Teresa opened the front door, followed by Peni slowly walking in behind her. Teresa didn't seem to care about how worried May was when she sighed in relief and saw they were back. Teresa forced the door open as fast and strong as she could and marched her way inside. When she did, Peni slowly entered the home and closed the door slowly.

"I was so worried," May said with a sigh of relief. Teresa didn't seem to care as she was on a rampage and marched her way upstairs. Then May noticed there was a missing member of the family. "Where's your brother?"

"Don't know. Don't care." Teresa stated as she stormed off to her room.

May was left confused as she looked over to Peni and saw her face of sorrow. "Hey, sweetie. What happened?"

Peni knew she couldn't keep this from May and needed to tell her the truth. "Something happened..."

Back upstairs with Teresa, she was huffing and fuming with anger as she pushed everything off of her desk and screamed in anger. She took her jetpack jacket off her back and tossed it across the room. The action managed to knock something off of the shelves. She stopped her tantrum when she heard something shatter and wondered what it was she broke. She made her way over towards the broken picture frame and saw it was from the day that Peter and her graduated high school.

Teresa's mind took her back to the day of her graduation ceremony. She could vividly recall the joy and excitement that filled the air as they all received their diplomas and threw their caps into the sky. The proud expressions on the faces of Cass, May, and Tadashi as they collected their diplomas were unforgettable. However, her reminiscences took a different turn when she thought about what happened after graduation.

As she was getting ready to go out with her friends to celebrate, Teresa passed by her brother Peter's room, and she heard sobbing. Curiosity got the better of her, and she peeped into the room to see what was going on. She saw that Peter was holding an old photo of him and Teresa with Ben, Peni, and May when they first moved into their house. The picture held a special significance because they had to relocate to Ben and May's house after living in an apartment.

It dawned on Teresa that her brother may have been thinking of their deceased uncle, especially with the recent events. She went into the room to comfort her brother and offer him a shoulder to cry on. Despite the happy graduation ceremony and the excitement that came with it, this emotional moment with her brother was one of the most memorable for Teresa.

"I missed him a lot today," Peter told his sister.

"I know. I miss him too." Teresa said as she let her brother cry on her shoulder. "But he was there."

"I can't help thinking about the last thing I said to him," Peter whispered in sorrow. "He tried to tell me something important, and I threw it in his face."

Teresa wasn't entirely sure what he was referring to but figured that it had to do with his favorite line with great power comes great responsibility.

"You loved him and he loved you. He never doubted the great man that we'd grow into...you would grow into." Teresa realized her mistake in that phrase. "How you were meant for great things. He loved us and knew we would live up to that somehow."

Peter nodded and looked at his sister. "Thanks, sis."

"No problem, bro," Teresa said to him and hugged him once more. "We're a family. I'll always have your back."

Teresa then got up to leave his room and Peter alone for a moment. But she didn't know that when he left the room, he moved his way over to his bed and pulled out a suitcase where he kept the wrestler outfit. Teresa doesn't realize that her words have just inspired her brother to do something that could shift the fate of the city forever. Teresa was the one who helped inspire the idea of Spider-Man.

To say the crew felt defeated was an understatement. The whole team regrouped at Fred's house where their wounds were being attended to by Baymax and Heathcliff. GoGo was unconscious lying on the couch when she finally started to wake up.

"Good afternoon," Baymax said as GoGo sat up and held her head. "Please be careful. You have a... mild concussion."

"What happened?" GoGo asked as she looked around and saw everyone injured. "Wow. What did I miss?"

"We got our butts kicked." Wasabi recapped as he got his chest wrapped in a bandage. "By Peter."

"Peter?" GoGo asked as the memories started to flood in. "Oh, god. Chameleon."

"He's alive," Honey assured her, placing bandaids around her arms. "Ow."

"Peter...that rage..." Fred was the one who was least injured after everything that happened. "It was like...something I've never seen before."

"It wasn't him." Hiro reminded them, his arm wrapped in a bandage. "It's that creature. That suit. We have to find a way to get it off him."

"Off him?" Wasabi asked with a scoff. "We couldn't even get near him."

"We can't give up on him," Hiro told them as he used Fred's computer to look over Karmi's research. "There had to be something here that could help us fight it."

"It only leaves its host after the host is dead." Honey reminded Hiro. "I...I don't know how we can fight something we don't even truly understand."

"We can't give up on our friend," Hiro stated, after everything Peter's done for them he wasn't going to give up on helping him. "We...we can't."

Honey looked around all of them and all of them were sympathetic to Hiro and all felt the same way. But they were also confused about what they could possibly do. There was no way of fighting a creature that wouldn't let go of its host unless it was willing. And Peter made his point that he wasn't going to willingly release himself of the Symbiote. He's been through too much and his mind has been beaten down too hard.

Then they got an alert on Baymax's police scanner. "We need backup! Something...I-I don't know how to describe it! It's too powerful!"

"Report! Hernandez, report!" Yuri called in. "All available units, get to San Fransokyo Prison!"

"Oh, come on." Wasabi groaned as he stood up. "What's going on now?"

Hiro wondered what was going down at the prison and knew they needed to hurry. "We better find out."

The scene was one of chaos and confusion as the streets near the prison were overrun with prisoners attempting to escape. Amidst the commotion, a massive hole was visible in the side of the building, revealing the extent of the damage caused by the jailbreak. However, there was a squadron of cars stationed outside the prison, and Yuri was holding the line against the onslaught of escaping convicts with her squad of officers.

Despite the chaos, the team remained focused and determined to maintain control of the situation. One of the prisoners was trying to sneak around unnoticed when suddenly a flying disk came out of nowhere and hit him on the head, ricocheting off him and heading back towards GoGo. She quickly responded, skidding to a halt just behind Yuri, while the rest of the team started to appear one by one.

Honey used her chem-ball skills to reinforce the hole in the prison wall, preventing further escape attempts. Baymax flew in and used his rocket fist to take down one of the escaping convicts. Finally, the entire team converged around Yuri, determined to figure out what was going on and restore order to the situation.

"Captain Yuri." Hiro greeted. "What's going on?"

"We're not entirely sure," Yuri admitted to the team. "We thought it was a standard breakout attempt, but then we learned something drastic. Nobody was trying to get out. Something got in."

"We'll take a look." Hiro said.

"It's hero time!" Fred cried as he leaped over the wall.

The rest of them followed and made their own way over the wall to then make their way inside to figure out what was going on. When they entered the prison, they saw bodies everywhere spread around the floors. Bent prison bars, and even a few injured prison guards.

"This looks like a horror movie," GoGo said in fear.

"Baymax?" Hiro wanted to know.

Baymax did a scan of the room, seeing all of the broken bones and injuries everyone had suffered. "There appear to be no...fatalities."

"So, whatever made its way through here didn't want to kill them." Honey saw that as a good thing. "That's good, right?" She seemed to be trying to convince herself.

"Yeah, but why come here at all?" Wasabi asked.

Screams were heard down the halls, causing them all to jump into defensive positions. They hear what sounds like something thudding and banging against a wall in the distance before things go quiet.

"We're not heading towards the spooky noise, are we?" Wasabi asked in fear. Then he watched as everyone was doing exactly that. "Of course we are."

Down the hall, Herman Schultz was running down the hallways with his Shocker Gauntlets wrapped around his wrists and was running away from something. On his path, he ended up bumping into the heroes while he was facing the other way.

"Oh, guys, you've gotta save me!" Herman pleaded with them.

"Wait, you are happy to see us?" GoGo was a little confused. "What's chasing you?"

Then they heard something coming from the level above them that was making quite the noise. It caused them all to get into a defensive position with Herman whimpering after already knowing what was coming.

"Baymax, are your scanners picking anything up?" Hiro asked.

Baymax scanned the area and picked up something interesting. "My scanners are picking up...Spider-Man."

"Spider-Man?" Hiro was shocked to hear that. "He's here?"

"Maybe he got his head on straight and came to help?" Honey was looking on the optimistic side.

But that optimism was crushed when the roof above them shattered and something big came crashing down. All they saw was smoke and debris for a brief moment until finally, they got a glimpse of what they were dealing with. The humungous form that even towered slightly over Baymax himself was hunched over after his fall from the upper levels. He snarled as his tongue slithered around like a snake.

Then the creature started to turn around, revealing its eyes to them, and roared at the sight of them. Showing off his two sets of rows of teeth to the team. Wasabi was the first to react, as well as possible. He screamed at a high pitch that echoed throughout the entire facility.

"What is that thing?" Fred asked.

Honey used a chem-ball to try and freeze the creature. But that didn't do any good as the creature only caught it with his hand and wrapped tendrils around it to have it explode and do nothing to him. Then in retaliation, the creature released a gigantic arm of goo that they scattered to try and avoid. But Baymax was too big to manage to get out of the way and was smacked into the wall where a giant goo net kept them caught.

When Herman tried to shoot the creature with his gauntlets, the creature wrapped a tendril around his left leg and yanked it. "Let me go! Let me go!"

The creature however didn't listen as he dragged Herman upward and had him dangling upside down. Herman tried to use his gauntlets again, but the creature grabbed his hands and crushed the gauntlets with ease. The dust settled and everyone was shocked at the size and scale of this creature.

"Eyes." The creature snarled, giving everyone the first sound of his voice. "Lungs." He started to look over Herman's dangling body. "Pancreius. So many snacks, so little time."

Herman whispered as he got his face licked by the creature. "Help!"

"Ow," Hiro groaned when he realized there was something about the creature's costume design that drew his eye. "Oh my god!" He then tried to shake himself off of Baymax's back. "Baymax, rocket fist!"

Baymax then used his rocket fist to shoot off the webbing and then the fist smacked into the creature, sending him flying into the wall and dropping Herman. The villain was knocked out but the heroes quickly came back together.

"Guys, look at the creature's chest!" Hiro got their attention. "It's the Spider-Man logo."

"Whoa. Hold the phone. You're saying that thing is Peter?" Fred asked as he looked back at the creature.

GoGo watched the creature make its way out of the hole and screeched yet again. "Peter, are you in there?"

"Yes," Baymax confirmed, showing a scan that revealed Peter was currently in the center of the creature. "He is in there."

"We are not Peter Parker anymore." The creature stated as he pushed the debris out of the way. He then marched over, causing the floor to thud and them to take a few steps back. "We...are...VENOM!"

"Venom?" Fred tried out the name. "Wow, that's actually pretty cool. I even like the way he says it." He then tried to mimic the voice. "We are Venom. Ooh, anyone else gets chills?"

Fred was then punched by Venom, sending him flying into the walls. He then roared at them again when GoGo seemed to have been set on trying to get that creature off of him. She sped around the room, trying her best to try and avoid the tendrils that came to try and attack her.

"Get off of him!" GoGo demanded as she leaped off the wall and landed on the tendril, causing her to run over and punch Venom in the face, sending the creature off balance. "I am not going to ask again!"

Venom snarled and slammed his fist against the ground, watching as a wave of tendrils made its way towards them. Wasabi jumped ahead and used his laser arms to then cut through the tendrils before they could harm any of them.

"Yeah, give us back our friend!" Wasabi proclaimed.

Venom then grabbed all of them by their throats, dragging them over towards him. They tried to find a way to get themselves free of the tendrils, but it was difficult with his strength or power.

"Peter!" Honey tried to break through to him. "We're your friends."

"We don't need friends." Venom proclaimed. "We are free."

Then when Venom went in to try and kill them by biting their heads off, he was stopped halfway. They weren't exactly going to question why this was happening, but they weren't going to question it.

"No..." Venom grunted and seemed to be mentally fighting himself. "Can't...fight..."

"Peter, is that you?" GoGo was guessing Peter was fighting back. "Fight it, Peter!"

Venom snarled and tried to fight back and then suddenly a flying projectile came in and sliced the tendrils that were holding the team before flying around and returning to who threw it. The projectile turned out to be thrown from the hand of Captain America. He jumped from his advantage point and threw his shield again, noticing the shock of the teenagers who saw he came to their help.

The shield smacked Venom back a bit as he stumbled to try and fight back. "Eyes up front, soldiers!" Steve cried out to the heroes as he threw his shield again, bouncing off the ground and uppercutting the alien creature. "The fight isn't over yet!"

Fred was shocked to see the Avenger there and gasped. "Is that Captain America?"

Venom screeched and tried to attack the soldier, but he was quick on his feet by skidding underneath the creature and then used his shield to hit him in the back. Venom then stumbled as he turned around and finally managed to grab the Super Soldier around the waste and even held his arms. He snarled as he raised the War Vetarain up to his mouth and tried to bite his head. But then something seemed to be stopping him still.

"No..." Then the creature threw the hero towards the others and Honey used a chem-ball to catch him. "Not strong enough yet. We are not whole yet." He then snarled as he looked down at the heroes. "But we will be soon."

Then with that, Venom charged at the walls, leaving a gigantic crater in the wall where he had left, leaving the team confused and scared. They all were tired from their previous fight against Spider-Man, but now they had to fight this Venom that had apparently taken their friend over and is now going to kill him if they stay bonded for too long.

Steve groaned as he stood up and fixed the hold on his shield. "Thanks for the save."

"Captain America." Hiro greeted him. "What-what are you doing here?"

"Ah, I was in the neighborhood when Stark contacted me, saying there was something off when he got an alert saying that Spider-Man went rogue," Steve explained as he fixed his shoulder strap. "Figured I should stop by and see what the heck was going on. Seems it was a good thing I did, and it looks like you could use the help."

"And it looks like we can easily use it," GoGo stated.

"How do we fight that thing?" Wasabi asked. "Everything we seem to do only seems to weaken it."

"I don't know, but I know we can think of something," Steve said when he looked and saw a few missing members. "Weren't there more of you?"

"I see the web, it's his signature, and I know Spider-Man was here." News started commenting more and more on the new hero.

"The guy protects us. He's a hero."

Teresa felt a sense of irritation bubbling within her as she stood, watching the television news produce nothing but absurd stories regarding a strange superhero in San Fransokyo known as Spider-Man. With an eye-roll, she reached for the remote and turned off the TV before shifting her gaze to her watch to check the time.

As she glanced at the clock, her thoughts drifted toward her current responsibility of babysitting Peni. May needed to work a night shift to make up for the bills, and Teresa couldn't help but worry about her aunt's well-being. She suspected that May was overworking herself, trying to make ends meet for her family.

But her concerns didn't stop there. Teresa was also worried about Peter, who had been absent all day. However, she didn't have to wait long before Peter appeared, swinging his way towards the house. He was bruised and injured from his fights with criminals in the city.

Peter's day had started with a challenging fight with Herman Schultz, where he had to retrieve the villain's dangerous gauntlets. Then, he got into a scuffle with an armed robber, who ended up shooting him in the hip. He had to take some time to heal the wound, but there was no rest for the weary.

Following that, he had to stop a car hijacking, which ended with his face being smashed into a brick wall. So, it was safe to say that his day hadn't gone all that well. Not to mention he needed to get to the Daily Bugle so that he could get paid. As Peter reached his home, he slipped and crashed into the trash cans, causing him to groan in pain.

He quickly ripped off his mask and stumbled towards the back door, where he changed into his civilian clothes to hide his superhero costume from his family. When he made his way inside, he was met with Teresa.

"Hey, I'm back," Peter said with a wince.

"Where were you?" Teresa asked him. "Nobody has heard from you all day."

"I was busy," Peter told her as he went to the fridge for food to help his healing factor. "But I am back now, everything's alright."

"No, where were you?" Teresa demanded to know, recognizing that Peter was avoiding showing his face. "And will you take that stupid hood off?"

Peter sighed and knew it was better to take it off for himself rather than have her do it. He took off his hood and showed his bruised face and bloody nose. Teresa gasped when she saw how bruised he was.

"What-what did you-what are you doing?" Teresa was worried about her brother. "Why are you coming home bruised?"

"Please, Teresa, just...I know that this doesn't make any sense to you, but trust me that I know what I am doing." Peter begged his sister to understand.

"Do you?" Teresa asked, watching her brother groan. "Look at you! You look like you just came from a fight. Is that what you're doing now? Going out picking fights? Peter, we have enough going on right now to worry about you."

Peter didn't bother to even respond any more as he pulled out an envelope from his pocket and slammed it on the island in the kitchen. Teresa was confused about what that was as she walked over and picked it up and noticed that it was an envelope full of cash and saw a cashed check that came from the Daily Bugle.

"Seems someone liked my photos." Peter quipped to her. "I was taking photos of the attacks, those battles around the city, and I wasn't paying attention. It just ended with me getting hit against a wall."

Teresa looked down at the money and didn't know what else to really say. Peter took her silence as a response and then strolled off and left her with the money that would surely help the family and would even help the burden off of May's back.

Teresa was still in her room when she broke out of her memories and looked to see Peni was in the room. She chuckled and gestured for Peni to come over. Peni walked over to her sister and they hugged one another. She was explaining the situation to May, leaving out the superhero part and keeping in the confessions.

"What are you doing here?" Teresa wondered.

"It's Hiro. He was trying to reach you." Peni explained.

"Yeah, I guess I was a little distracted," Teresa admitted as she took out her phone. "Woah, that's a lot of missed calls."

"She said to turn on the news," Peni explains.

Teresa wondered what was going on and turned on the news. What she saw caused her and Peni to gasp when they saw that there was a monster out on the loose.

"Is that...?" Peni recognized the color scene and texture of the creature.

"It's Peter," Teresa confirmed in terror.

Baymax was flying with Steve and Hiro on his back while they were trying their best to track the monstrous form of Spider-Man. Keeping up with Spider-Man was difficult for them, he seriously got an energy boost because of the Symbiote and he was no longer holding back in racing through the streets.

"Where is he trying to go?" Wasabi wondered as he tried to keep up, holding onto Fred to keep up.

"I don't know," Hiro admitted. "Baymax, can you chart where Venom might be heading?"

"Scanning," Baymax said as he tried to get a chart on where Venom was heading. "He appears to be heading for..."

"SFIT." GoGo took notice of it.

"Why would he go to a school?" Steve wonders.

Hiro tried to consider why Peter or Venom would want to go to the school and remembered what he said. "Not whole yet." He repeated the phrase that Venom said. Then he remembered the videos that Karmi made and the fact that Venom was attached to Peter at the time. "He's trying to become whole!"

"What does that mean?" Honey asked as she used her chem balls to bounce high and catch herself to keep going.

"He's missing a fragment of himself." Hiro tried to explain. "Back at the prison, he said that he wasn't strong enough yet. I think P- Spider-Man is still in there and is even fighting this thing to keep it from harming us. He's the host, so he must still have some control over it because this creature wasn't whole."

"That explains why it was still Spider-Man when fighting us." Wasabi was starting to follow. "But where is the other piece?"

Hiro then froze when he remembered who had the last fragment of the Symbiote.

Karmi was exhausted, but she knew she had to stay late at the San Fransokyo Institute of Technology (SFIT) to finish her project for a class that was unrelated to the Symbiote fragment. Her uncle wouldn't be home, so she had the entire lab to herself until he was ready to get her. As she worked, she heard a strange noise coming from the hallway. It sounded like inhuman screeching, and it froze her in fear. She looked around, trying to figure out what was coming, and heard screams coming from outside the lab. It was then that she realized that something was coming for them.

Karmi's eyes darted towards the small sample of the Symbiote that she had kept with her. She knew that it was dangerous and could attract unwanted attention, but she couldn't leave it behind. Suddenly, the doors to the lab were ripped open with incredible force, and the monstrous Venom entered the lab.

Venom was searching for the Symbiote fragment, and he knew that Karmi had it with her. However, Karmi had hidden herself in one of the containment rooms with the fragment, hoping to keep it safe. She could hear the creature screeching and snarling, searching for her. Suddenly, Steve appeared, using his shield to knock Venom out of the way. This gave Hiro the chance to grab Karmi and lead her out of the lab to safety, with the rest of the team following close behind.

"Come with me!" Hiro demanded and they ran off.

However, Venom was not going to let them go so easily. He turned his attention towards the team and used his tendrils to create a massive, spiked wrecking ball. He slammed it into the ground with incredible force, causing slime from the Symbiote to splatter all over Wasabi. The team was now faced with the daunting task of stopping Venom before he could cause any more destruction.

"Ew! Get it off!" Wasabi screamed and tried to get the slime off of him. "It's all over me!"

"We've got bigger problems!" GoGo cried as she sped and sliced through the slime-covered hands. "We gotta get Spider-Man out of this!"

"I don't think it's going to be that easy!" Honey cried as she threw a new chemball filled with acid.

But that did nothing and Venom only winced from the pain but then grabbed Honey from the head and started to lift her into the air. She then tried to free herself while Venom turned his other hand into a blade and tried to strike the team.

That was when someone else came flying in and the SP//DR came flying in and punched the monster, sending him flying into the wall. Dropping Honey in the process she took in a deep breath after struggling to breathe through the monster's slimey fist. SP's screen face showed one of anger and got into a stance, prepared to fight the Venom monster.

"Get off of my brother!" Peni demanded from inside of the mech suit.

SP then leaped into action and went in to strike the monster, which he quickly retaliated by grabbing SP's arm before she could hit him. He went to try and bite the containment pod Peni was hiding in and even stretched his mouth open further than humanly normal to try and bite it off.

But that was when something came out and shot Venom in the back. Venom screeched and turned to see that it was Teresa who shot him with one of her tazer guns. She had her eye mask over her eyes, but you could tell she was mad at the creature.

"You." Venom snarled at Teresa.

"You heard her!" Teresa proclaimed. "Let him go!"

Venom snarled as she looked back and forth between the two and chuckled. "We don't need you anymore. We belong together. We are suffering because of you!"

Teresa realized that this thing was referring to their fight and opened fire to try and harm the creature further. "I know I hurt you, Pete, but I need you to hear me."

Venom screeched and his whole body became one gigantic spike ball and attacked the entire crew all at once. He snarled and saw everyone stumbling to stand back up and saw that he was finally going to be rid of this group.

Hiro got Karmi outside where Baymax was waiting for them. "We gotta get you and that fragment out of here."

"Wait, fragment?" Karmi asked, realizing that she was right. "You're saying there is more of this stuff? What is it?"

"We thought you were the expert," Hiro said, suddenly realizing what he had said. "I-I mean, I happened to see your research on this creature."

Karmi then started to fangirl out that her hero saw her work. "Wait, you saw my work?"

Before they could go further into this conversation, a window was broken and they both looked to see Captain America and Wasabi being flung from the building and slammed into the ground.

"Ow." Wasabi groaned as he stood up. "What are you still doing here?"

"It looks like you could use the help," Hiro commented.

"We've got this!" Steve stated as he got back up. "Get that fragment out of here, or who knows what will happen?"

Venom then came jumping out of the building, creating a new crater in the side of the building, and crashed right in front of the rest of the team. Venom growled and towered over all of them, and when Baymax went with another rocket fist, Venom grabbed it, and this time crushed it with his teeth.

"Not this time." Venom snarled as he stepped forward, all of them taking defensive stances in terror. "Hand us over! We need to be whole!"

"Whole this!" GoGo cried.

As Venom turned around, GoGo emerged from the hole he had made and rapidly threw two circular disks at him. Fred then leaped over Venom while he was distracted by the disks and blasted a powerful breath of fire at him, causing him to stagger back in pain. Peni then entered the scene and delivered a powerful punch to Venom, sending him flying backward.

The impact of Venom's body against some construction equipment caused it to start falling apart, sending metal poles crashing down and causing intense sonic vibrations that started to break apart the creature.

Peni, who was inside the SP//DR, watched the scene unfold with a sense of familiarity. She had a flashback to the Mr. Sparkles incident where the Symbiote had also been unable to withstand the clanging of the metal pipes. As she got a closer look, she realized that Peter was indeed inside the creature. His suit was torn up, and his entire body looked as though all life was being drained from it.

But the moment the pipes stopped falling, Peter was consumed by the Symbiote again, and he regained his strength. The creature's grip on him started to loosen, and he was able to break free from its hold.

"That's it!" Peni cried.

"What?" GoGo asked.

"Sonic vibrations!" Peni explained. "Whatever this thing is, it's unstable to sonic vibrations."

"So, cause enough noise, we can get Spider-Man out of there." Hiro took a guess. "Okay, I will take Karmi out of here with the rest of the parasite, you guys cause some noise!"

Venom snarled at them once more, while Honey came out of the building with Teresa, who heard everything over the radios and they used their chem-balls and tasers to make a dome to keep the creature stopped for a moment. Teresa and Honey then sighed as they landed and needed to figure out what to do next. Baymax took off with Karmi and the fragment to keep her safe.

"Okay, noise is a good start, but Peter still needs to willingly remove that thing." Honey reminded them.

Venom was starting to break his way out of the dome they made. Teresa then aimed her guns at the dome to make sure that he didn't get the jump on them. "Okay, we better come up with something quickly!"

GoGo got an idea when she looked at her disks and then towards Captain America. "Wait, Captain, if you use your shield and hit them against my disks, that should make sonic vibrations enough to put him off balance."

"Giving us a chance to get in close and rip Peter free." Peni followed the idea.

Teresa looked and saw Venom breaking free. "Let's hope this works! Because-"

Venom then leaped out of the dome of chemicals and then came in and slammed into the ground, sending everyone flying backward in the process. Venom snarled as he saw that the fragment was gone.

"Where did you send us!?" Venom demanded to know.

"We're not gonna tell you!" Wasabi stated, activating his lasers.

Venom launched a tendril toward Wasabi and the rest of the team, seeking to avenge himself for the damage they had caused him. GoGo, quick and agile, used her disk to slice the tendril off, halting Venom's attack. Hiro ran to avoid a tendril that was then blocked by Fred who burned it off.

As Venom retreated to heal himself, Steve threw his shield toward the creature, hitting GoGo's disk in the process. The impact created a vibration that caused Venom to screech in pain, allowing Peni to swiftly punch him in the chest, sending the creature slamming against the wall. Undeterred, Venom charged back in for another attack, but Peni was ready, pinning him against the wall and throwing him off-balance with her punches. Honey, resourceful and determined, picked up a metal pipe and swung it into Cap's shield, causing Venom to scream in agony.

As Peter came into view, Venom became more frenzied, desperate to hold onto his prey. Peni tried to rescue her brother by grabbing him and pulling him away from the monster, while Teresa, tactical and precise, flew around the scene, wielding tasers to disrupt Venom's movements.

In a sudden move, Venom sliced off one of Peni's mech arms, causing her to lose her balance and allowing Peter to be thrown back into the creature's grasp. GoGo, undaunted, rushed into the fray, using her disks to create more vibrational interference and halt Venom's advance. But the creature's screech was so overwhelming that everyone was caught off-guard, grabbing their ears in pain.

At that moment, Venom saw an opportunity to strike. He charged towards GoGo, intending to eliminate her as Peter's closest ally and end his resistance once and for all. But Teresa, brave and selfless, stepped in front of GoGo, blocking her from harm. Venom stopped in front of Teresa, screeching in her face, trying to intimidate her. But Teresa stood her ground, knowing the stakes were high. She hoped that her actions would be enough to keep the team safe.

Everyone slowly got back up and saw what was going on, but they didn't dare to strike just yet when they saw something was going on.

"I understand now. I understand why I could never see you were Spider-Man." Teresa tells him. Nobody quite understood where she was going with this, but decided to see what her plan was. "Because I could never see how someone who has suffered so much could still be so...cheerful."

Venom snarled and drew his claws and made them long enough to impale Teresa. But there was something inside of him that was keeping him from sending the finishing blow.

"But that's just it. Now I see it. That's what's made you so strong." Teresa started to say, tears flowing as she reached and removed her mask so they could finally see eye to eye. "You can hide the pain. You've been doing it for years. That's what made you Spider-Man. Not some PARASITE!" She snarled at the creature, watching as it seemed to become light-headed. "But your heart. All you wanted was to save everyone to make up for your one mistake. But you need to stop shouldering all of the guilt, the blame, it's been a burden on you for years. We're a family, Pete, and family sticks together! You never gave up on me, you never gave up on Peni, and I sure as hell am not going to give up on you!"

Venom screamed as he grabbed his head and started to stumble around in pain.

"Fight it, Peter! Fight it, Spider-Man!" Teresa encouraged her brother.

As Venom was fighting off what was going on, a fist came punching through his chest, causing Venom to scream in pain. Venom tried to shove the fist back, but Peter was starting to drag himself out of the Symbiote that was continuing to fight to try and keep Peter from escaping their bond. Peter pulled his second hand free and was about to break out when Venom started to eat him, trying to bond them back together. But Peter was finally fighting back and was trying to get himself out of this situation.

Using his web shooters, he yanked a metal pole over and then smashed it against the metal walls of the school, causing Venom to screech and lose control. Peter started to pry himself free yet again, but Venom started to consume him once more. When the rest of the team started to make their way toward them to try and intervene, they were stopped.

"NO!" Peter cried, a small hint of the Symbiote still in his voice. But they saw it was him speaking. This was Peter Parker. "He's mine!"

Everyone backed off and saw this was his eternal struggle to finally finish off. Venom started to try and get control back while Peter was consumed by the creature once more.

Peter opened his eyes and saw he was back in the mindscape that the symbiote had him in last time. Instead of having memories of his past, he was in a dark environment surrounded by nothing. Then he heard someone and turned to see the Symbiote version of himself. Looking down at his torn and beaten-down suit, he placed on his mask and went back into his usual stance.

Peter was the first to react, racing towards the Symbiote version of himself, causing him to jump in defense. But Peter expected this and then used his webs to grab the Symbiote throw him around and slam him into the ground.

"It's over, Venom!" Peter proclaimed. "You better get out of my head, right now!"

"Who do you think you are?" Venom asked, turning into goo and vanishing.

That was when several tendrils came from the darkness and latched onto Peter's limbs to keep him still. A gigantic version of Venom's face peered from the darkness and snarled at the hero, pulling him into the darkness.

"We have taken root in Peter Parker. Mind. Soul. And Body. Why bother struggling? There is nowhere you can go. Nowhere you can hide."

Before he was pulled into the darkness completely, he was then grabbed ahold of and his friend pulled him back up. Not just his current friends, but his past friends such as Otto, Lian, Tadashi, and even Uncle Ben.

"He has no reason to hide." Ben Parker said with pride.

"The boy is stronger than you think," Otto said.

As Peter stood in front of his friends, he felt a rush of determination coursing through his veins. He knew that his friends were the reason he kept going, and that they were the ones who had always believed in him. With renewed strength and courage, he took a deep breath and prepared for the battle ahead.

Suddenly, Venom appeared before him, its dark tendrils snaking around Peter's body and threatening to consume him. But Peter refused to give up. He summoned all his strength and leapt into the air, crashing down on top of the monstrous creature.

In the real world, Peter's friends watched in amazement as their friend struggled to stand. They could see the look of determination in his eyes as he grabbed hold of the creature and began to pry it off his body.

Peter went for the mask first, his fingers digging into the slimy surface of the Symbiote and tearing it away from his face. Then he moved on to its chest, yanking with all his might to break its hold on him. Finally, with a powerful surge of strength, he managed to rip the Symbiote off his body completely.

But the creature was not defeated yet. It began to crawl back towards Peter, desperate to rebond with him and take control once more. But just as it was about to reach him, Hiro stepped forward and placed the containment device over the creature, trapping it inside.

With the Symbiote finally defeated, Peter collapsed to the ground, exhausted but victorious. He knew that he could always count on his friends to help him rise above the darkness and emerge victorious.

GoGo ran over with Peni and Teresa as they all tried to take a moment to hug him. Peter chuckled when he saw bud family come back to him.

"Man, you look terrible." Teresa joked, seeing how drained of energy Peter was.

"And yet I've never felt better." Peter admitted with a chuckle. Then he looked and saw Captain America. "Steve Rogers. Uh, Captain America. Sir."

"Just call me Steve, kid." Steve said as he helped Peter stand up. "That was one of the most impressive things I've ever seen in my life. And I've seen some impressive things."

"Uh...thanks?" Peter guessed.

Steve chuckled. "Stark might be onto something with you." He then started to walk away. "Good luck."

"Wait, what? What does that mean?" Peter asks.

"Aw, look at it." Fred said as he looked at the Symbiote. "It's so cute when it doesn't have teeth to fight back with." He then started to get close to the container. "Aw, it's so cute." Then when the slime ball stretch out to try and attack Fred theoguh the glass, he shrieked and fell backwards. "Ah! Okay, I'm sorry!"

"So...what do we do with this thing?" Hiro wonders as he shook the container.

Peter looked down at it and have it an angry look. "I know what to do."

The next day, Karmi looked around at the destruction of her labs. It was small compared to the damage to the walls outside. But it was gonna take some time to clean up. When she started to pick some papers up, Peter came in and slammed the container with the Symbiote inside on the table.

Karmi turned and saw that it was Peter with a gigantic sample ten times the one she was carrying on her. "There was more of it?"

"I need you to lock it under lock and key, and then throw away the key." Peter tells her. "This thing is too dangerous. We need to destroy everything that is related to it and find a way to permanently destroy it."

Karmi saw that he was serious, and took notice at how drained Peter looked. His healing factor made him look better compared to last night, but she nodded and knew this was serious. "I'll get started when I can."

Peter nodded and looked at the mess. "What do you say we clean this up?"

Obake watched everything from his base of operations and was more than impressed with everything he saw. He looked over at the sample of the Symbiote that Globby collected and looked at it.

"What a magnificent specimen." Obake congratulated it. "Longing to be whole. It's curious to see what you can accomplish with the host that deserves you." Then he turned back to the footage. "And Peter Parker...proving to be something far more than I gave credit for."

Finally, Peter made his way home with GoGo. He needed to face his aunt after she was told everything through Peni. He knew this wasn't going to be easy but got support that he needed.

GoGo encouraged him as he made his way towards the door and slowly opened it. When he made his way inside, May turned around and gasped when she saw how terrible Peter looked.

"Hey, May." Peter greeted her. "I'm...I'm sorry-"

May didn't scorn him, slap him, or even yell at him. All she did was pull Peter close so that she could hug him. She didn't blame Peter, she never could.

"Oh, thank god." May cried as GoGo watched and smiled.

Things might finally get back to normal. Well, a sense of normalcy.
