It was almost Thanksgiving in the two worlds and Gwen was helping Elder Kettle get everything ready for a big Thanksgiving dinner. Gwen magically created large tables for the guests. Next, she magically sets up Thanksgiving decorations around the cottage.

"Well Elder Kettle, what do you think?" Gwen asked.

"Beautiful my dear. I think that takes care of the preparations." Elder Kettle said.

"Yeah. Clarence, Cordelia, my parents and the Smiths and Mrs. Smith are joining us this year. Isn't this exciting?" Gwen asked.

"Yes Gwen. We'll all feast together as one big family." Elder Kettle said.

"It was nice of William to bring his mother to join us." Gwen said.

"Yes. I know she's lonely since her husband is never around." Elder Kettle said.

"Yeah. It was very hard for Will and Mrs. Smith. But hopefully some company here will cheer her up." Gwen agreed.

"I hope so too." Elder Kettle agreed.

Just then, they hear the front door burst open.

"Elder Kettle! Gwen!" Cuphead and Mugman called as they each held up a turkey.

"Good job boys! You got the turkeys. Now, put them in the ice box." Elder Kettle instructed.

"Yes, Elder Kettle!" Both cups answered as they both head to the kitchen.

But both cups kept trying to shove their turkey in the ice box. Gwen sighed, then she magically made both turkeys fit into the ice box.

"Thanks, Gweny!" Both cups called.

Gwen shook her head as she continued making preparations with Elder Kettle.

Mugman brings out a cornucopia filled with little pumpkins, gourds and squashes and places it on the table on a pile of wheat stalks.

"Wow, Mugsy. Is that your centerpiece?" Elder Kettle asked.

"Yep. I made it myself." Mugman bragged.

"Very lovely Mugsy." Gwen complimented.

"Thank you Gweny. I kinda started getting artsy from you." Mugman admitted.

"Aw, that's nice. You don't need magic to unleash your imagination." Gwen said.

"Aw, thanks." Mugman said bashfully.

"Gobble! Gobble! Gobble!" Cuphead called.

Gwen and Mugman look and notice Cuphead dressed in a turkey costume and acted like a turkey.

"Aw, cute costume Cuphead." Gwen complimented.

"Why, thank you Gweny. Think this'll impress the family tomorrow?" Cuphead asked.

"Of course, it will buddy." Gwen said.

"Alright you three, let's get some cooking ready so we'll eat it all together tomorrow. Us and humans." Elder Kettle suggested.

"Yeah!" All three said at once.

"Don't forget, mama, Rose and Cordelia are bringing stuff over too." Gwen reminded him.

"Of course, dear. Uh, refresh my memory, what are they bringing again?" Elder Kettle asked.

"Mama's doing the candied yams, mashed potatoes and gravy, Rose is doing green bean casserole and Cordelia is doing pumpkin pie. And we're doing the turkey, the stuffing and rolls." Gwen reminded him.

"Oh yes. Speaking of food, let's get to it." Elder Kettle said to the cups and human.

They all got to work on making the stuffing and preparing the turkeys by soaking them into a brine in a cooler. They wait until morning for the soaking to be finished.

Finally, Thanksgiving Day had arrived. Gwen and the cups spend the morning getting everything ready. After a quick breakfast, Gwen and Elder Kettle got to work cooking the turkeys and making the stuffing. Cuphead and Mugman were getting the tables ready for the guests by setting up plates, silverware and glasses.

After a few hours, everything was set and ready for Thanksgiving.

"Well, I think that's everything." Elder Kettle said happily as he wrapped his arms around the cups and Gwen.

"Yeah, I think we're ready for my family to come here." Gwen agreed.

"I placed my centerpiece on the table." Mugman said as he pointed.

"Aw, that's great Mugman." Elder Kettle complimented.

"And I got my turkey costume ready!" Cuphead said as he held up his turkey costume.

"That's wonderful Cuphead. I'm sure everyone's gonna love what you boys prepared." Elder Kettle said.

"Yeah!" Both cups said.

Just then, they hear the door portal from the Emmons house open and Edgar and Margarine enter, and both bring in the candied yams, mashed potatoes and gravy.

"Mama! Papa!" Gwen exclaimed.

"Gwen darling." Margarine said.

Both parents set the food down in the kitchen and hug their daughter. The cups join her in their embrace.

"Hello boys." Edgar said.

"Hello daddy-o, mama." Both cups said.

Then, they hear a knock at the door. Elder Kettle answers and Clarence, Cordelia and Ms. Chalice each holding a pumpkin pie.

"Happy Thanksgiving!" All three said at once.

"Aw, same to you three. Come on in." Elder Kettle said as he opened the door.

The trio walk in and join the others in the kitchen setting the food up. Gwen and Clarence give each other a kiss while Ms. Chalice opens two cans of cranberry sauce and pours them into two bowls and places spoons in them.

"Viola!" Ms. Chalice said, feeling proud of herself.

"Nice job sugar pie." Cordelia said as she placed her hand on Ms. Chalice's shoulder.

"Aw, thanks. Can't wait to eat some of your pie!" Ms. Chalice said.

"Trust me, it's gonna be worth the wait." Cordelia assured her.

Just then, they hear the second door portal to the Smith's house open and Rose, William carrying Emma and Jack and his mother Mrs. Smith enter the cottage. Rose carries the green bean casserole and Mrs. Smith carries a dish of Brussel sprouts.

"Rose! Will! Emma! Jack! Mrs. Smith!" Gwen said happily.

"Hey sis." Rose said as both sisters embrace.

"See mom. This is what we look like when we set foot in this world. You'll get used to it." William said to his mother, noticing her new cartoon appearance.

"Wow, so this is what being a cartoon is like." Mrs. Smith said, admiring her new appearance.

"Hi Will. Hi Mrs. Smith." Gwen greeted and hugged them both.

"Hey Gwen." William greeted.

"Gwen, I told you before. Call me Florence." Florence reminded her.

"Sorry, Florence." Gwen apologized.

"That's quite alright dear." Florence assured her.

"Ah, Florence. So good to see you again my dear." Elder Kettle greeted.

"Thank you." Florence said as she and her son enter the kitchen.

After everyone socialized for a while, Elder Kettle toots his spout nose.

"It's time for dinner everyone!" Elder Kettle announced.

Everyone sits at the large tables with all the dishes prepared. William sits Emma and Jack in highchairs. Cuphead puts on his turkey costume and gobbled like a turkey. Everyone was awed with Cuphead and applaud him.

"Thank you. Thank you everyone!" Cuphead said, taking a bow.

"Very cute Cuphead." Rose complimented.

"Yeah, so cute." Cordelia added.

"Aw thanks." Cuphead said as he took his seat.

"Here is my centerpiece everyone!" Mugman announced as he unveiled his centerpiece.

Everyone was awed and amazed at the centerpiece and applaud Mugman.

"Thank you everyone." Mugman thanked.

"Very creative." William complimented.

"Yeah, did Gwen teach you art?" Clarence asked.

"Nah, I did my own arts and crafts myself." Mugman bragged.

"Oh nice." Clarence said.

"Alright everyone, now that my boys expressed their talents, let's eat!" Elder Kettle announced.

Everyone started plating their dishes and started eating dinner together. Just then, Rose realized something and looked at Emma and Jack.

"Uh, honey?" Rose asked William.

"Yeah dear?" William asked.

"Did you bring the kid's sippy cups?" Rose asked.

"I thought you did." William said.

Rose realized they forgot their children's sippy cups.

"I'll go get them. I'll be right back." Rose said as she got up from her seat.

Rose stepped through the door portal back to her house. She went downstairs to the kitchen and grabbed the twin's sippy cups from the cabinet. Afterwards, she goes back upstairs and stepped back into the cottage, fills the sippy cups with milk and gives them to Emma and Jack.

"There you go my darlings." Rose said to her daughter and son.

Emma and Jack both started sipping on their cups as Rose sat back in her seat.

"Isn't this great? All of us together on Thanksgiving?" Gwen asked.

"Yes, it is dear." Margarine answered.

"Yes, it's nice not being alone." Florence said sadly.

"Now, dear. You are not alone. You have your son, your daughter-in-law and your two grandchildren. Plus, all of us here." Elder Kettle assured her.

"Thank you. It's just hard with a workaholic husband." Florence said sadly.

"Mom, Elder Kettle's right. Don't think about him. Let's enjoy Thanksgiving with our friends and family." William reminded her.

"Alright son." Florence said and resumed eating.

Just then, they hear a male voice.

"Is there room at the table for one more?"

Everyone turned to the Smith door portal, and everyone gasped at the unexpected intruder.

"Dad?" William asked in shock.

"Henry?" Florence asked.

William's father Henry stepped forward and stared at everything around him, including his new cartoon appearance.

"What is this strange place?" Henry asked.

"Mr. Smith! How did you find out about this place?!" Gwen asked, demanding to know.

"Well, I was coming to join my family for Thanksgiving as a surprise. But when I got to my son's house, I was shocked nobody was home. Then, I heard Rose coming to get something and she went back upstairs. I knew something was odd, so I followed her upstairs and found that strange glowing door and now I'm here." Henry explained.

Gwen glared at Rose.

"I thought you made sure you weren't being followed!" Gwen scolded.

"I thought nobody was home! How was I supposed to know my father-in-law was in the house spying on me?!" Rose said defensively.

"Please calm down girls." Edgar said, calming his daughters.

"Oh, well, pleasure to meet you, Henry." Elder Kettle said politely.

"What is this place? Wonderland, Neverland or Oz?" Henry asked.

"Neither. This place is called the Inkwell Isles." Gwen answered.

"Inkwell Isles?" Henry asked as he looked around.

"Gwen, would you mind making him an extra chair?" Elder Kettle asked.

Gwen got out her ink pen and magically created another chair for Henry to sit. Cuphead and Mugman get up and grab another plate, silverware, napkin and cup to set up next to Florence.

"Oh, thank you." Henry said as he sits down in the chair.

Henry started plating some food and started eating with the family. William feels confused about why his father suddenly showed up out of nowhere and joined him and his family and friends when he never had before.

"Well, this is nice that Henry could join us." Margarine said.

"Yeah." William hesitantly said.

"Thank you, Margarine." Henry thanked.

The cups and Elder Kettle look awkwardly at William and Henry, wondering if everything was okay.

"So, William. You going to introduce me to your friends?" Henry asked.

William sighed then said,

"This is Elder Kettle, our host. And these are his boys Cuphead and Mugman." William introduced as the trio waved.

"And this is Rose's sister Gwen's fiancé Clarence, his half-sister Cordelia and Ms. Chalice." William continued as the group waved.

"And you already know the in-laws Edgar, Margarine and Gwen." William finished.

"Yes, we met before." Edgar said.

"So nice to see you again Henry." Margarine said.

"Thanks." Henry thanked.

Everyone resumed eating dinner until it was time for games. Everyone goes outside to the backyard to start games. They start with the game of Turkey Tag. Cuphead dresses up in his turkey costume for the game.

"None of you can catch me!" Cuphead taunted.

"We'll see about that." Mugman said, preparing himself.

"I bet I'll catch you first!" Ms. Chalice called.

"And remember: No cheating!" Rose called.

"We won't!" All three cups called.

Gwen blew the whistle, starting the game. Mugman and Ms. Chalice start chasing Cuphead around the yard gobbling like a turkey. But Cuphead was very clever and outwitted Mugman and Ms. Chalice until they were worn out.

"Ha! Told ya you couldn't catch me!" Cuphead taunted.

Just then, he felt two pairs of little hands wrap around his legs. Cuphead looked and saw Emma and Jack hugging his legs.

"Aw, you both got me!" Cuphead said in a cute-like voice.

Cuphead wrapped his arms around Emma and Jack and lifted them up in his arms.

"Aww!" Everyone said.

Cuphead carried Emma and Jack back to Rose and William. Henry goes up to the couple.

"Uh, may I see my grandchildren?" Henry asked.

William hesitated until Rose said,

"Sure Henry."

Rose handed Emma and Jack to Henry. He smiled at the twins and cuddled them. William looked upset until Rose placed her hand on his hand.

"It'll be okay honey. Maybe this is a wake-up call for him to start being with his family and not his office." Rose assured him.

"I dunno." William said, unsure.

Just then, Clarence walked up to William carrying a football.

"Hey, you wanna play some football?" Clarence asked.

William looked at Rose as she encouraged him to play with Clarence.

"Okay, you're on!"

William said as he got up and joined Clarence in the backyard. Cordelia joins Rose and holds Jack in her lap as the two socialized.

Meanwhile the cups were exhausted from playing and from eating Thanksgiving dinner. Gwen comes over to join the cups.

"So, what do you guys wanna do now?" Gwen asked.

"We could take a nice nap. That'll settle our stomachs." Mugman suggested.

"Eh, can we do that later? I'm still awake and alive." Ms. Chalice said.

"Ooh! I know!" Cuphead exclaimed.

"What Cuphead?" Gwen asked.

"Huddle up!" Cuphead said and gestured the group to huddle up.

The four friends gather around and Cuphead whispered his idea.

"Cuphead! We can't do that! Rose made me promise her no more pranks!" Gwen scolded.

"Aw come on Gweny! You love playing pranks on the Devil! Besides, you like getting even with him, right?" Cuphead asked.

"Well… yeah." Gwen hesitantly answered.

"I dunno Cuphead. Rose was being serious about no more pranking the Devil." Mugman agreed.

"Well, last time it almost got us killed when we along with Kizzy had a girl's night out together. But it was still pretty fun watching the look on the Devil's face when girlfriend planted that whip cream/pink sparkle bomb in his bedroom." Ms. Chalice explained.

"Yeah, that was really funny." Gwen admitted while giggling.

"Great! Then it's settled!" Cuphead said excitedly.

Gwen and the cups sneak off while the other family members were socializing. Gwen tapped her ink pen and the group disappeared to Hell. They appear in her prison bedroom.

"Wait, we're in your personal prison?" Cuphead asked.

"Yep. He made this prison just for me." Gwen answered.

"It's pretty nice girlfriend. I mean, I know it's a prison, but at least it's comfy." Ms. Chalice complimented.

"Yeah. Anyway, I'll go find the Devil. I have a good idea where he is." Gwen said.

She shapeshifted into a ghost. Ms. Chalice turned into her ghost form and joins her.

"Can I come too girlfriend?" Ms. Chalice asked.

"Okay fine. But you gotta keep quiet, okay Chalice?" Gwen whispered.

Ms. Chalice nodded in agreement.

"Come on." Gwen said.

Both girls flew outside the bedroom and search around Hell for the Devil. They reach the dining area, and both girls are shocked at the sight. A large buffet table was set up with platters of Thanksgiving food. The only one sitting at the table was the Devil himself with Henchman holding a platter of food.

Both girls realize the Devil has taken all the food for himself and left nothing for his imps. Gwen gets an idea and gestured Ms. Chalice to retreat back to her bedroom. They rejoin the cups and turn back into their living forms.

"Guys! He's eating a whole buffet of Thanksgiving dinner all for himself!" Gwen exclaimed.

"Woah!" Both cups exclaimed.

"Yeah! That gluttonous pig!" Ms. Chalice insulted.

"I got an idea. Cuphead, I need your help." Gwen said as she magically created a slingshot.

"Guys, follow me and stay close." Gwen instructed.

Gwen magically turns themselves invisible and head to the dining area. Gwen remembered where the employee lounge was and heads there. She peeks inside and noticed the imps were all starving and bored. Feeling bad for them, she goes back to the cups and quietly takes a corn from one of the platters and gives it to Cuphead.

"Wanna do the honors buddy?" Gwen whispered.

"With pleasure." Cuphead whispered back.

Cuphead aimed at the Devil's head as Gwen took Mugman and Ms. Chalice and took cover. Cuphead released the corn and it hit the Devil in his head… BONK!

"OUCH!" The Devil cried in pain.

Gwen quickly grabbed Cuphead and pulled him in their hiding spot.

"WHO DID THAT?!" The Devil roared.

"Duh, it wasn't me boss!" Henchman nervously said.

The imps come running in to check on their boss.

"What happened boss?" One imp asked.

"Which one of you numbskulls threw that corn at me?!" The Devil angrily asked.

All imps shook their heads in denial. Just then, Gwen used her ink pen to make one of the turkeys float up while no one was looking. Suddenly, she drops the turkey on the Devil's head.

The Devil roared in fury as he struggled to get the turkey off his head.

"Uh oh! What happened boss?" Henchman asked.

"GET ME OUTTA HERE YOU IDIOT!" The Devil yelled furiously.

Ms. Chalice grabbed a spoonful of potatoes and flung it at one of the imps.

"FOOD FIGHT!" Ms. Chalice yelled in a different voice.

All the imps excitedly grabbed food and started firing the food at each other including their boss and Henchman, making a mess of everything. Gwen and the cups retreated to her bedroom and were laughing hysterically. After calming down, they decided to head back home.

Gwen teleports themselves back to the cottage in the backyard.

"That was awesome Gwen!" Cuphead said.

"Yeah! Did you see the look on his face?" Gwen asked.

"Price…" Ms. Chalice said.

"…less!" Mugman finished.

The four laughed again as they rejoined the family.

"There you four are. Where have you been?" Rose asked.

"We were playing our favorite game in the woods." Gwen lied.

"Yeah!" All three cups answered.

"Oh, hide and seek again, huh?" Rose asked, figuring it out.

"Yep, still the best hider." Gwen bragged.

"Everyone! Dessert's ready!" Cordelia called.

"Ooh! Pumpkin pie!" Ms. Chalice said excitedly and joins Cordelia in the kitchen.

"There you are love. Ready for some pie?" Clarence asked Gwen.

"Always." Gwen answered as they join everyone inside the cottage.

Back down in Hell, Henchman finally managed to get the turkey off his boss's head. The Devil gasped for air as he sat back down.

"There ya go boss." Henchman nervously said.

The Devil looked at the horrible mess his imps have caused and noticed most of the food has gone. The Devil growled furiously and blew his fiery temper, destroying everything around him. Henchman took cover behind a rock just in time.

"Those numbskulls are gonna be punished BIGTIME for this!" The Devil angrily said as he grabbed his pitchfork.

"EHM! Excuse me!" His auditor Stickler called.

"WHAT?! I'm busy punishing my workers!" The Devil yelled.

"I'm here to inform you that none of them started the food fight." Stickler said.

"What? If they didn't who did?!" The Devil asked.

"I thought I heard someone laughing in that bedroom you made for Miss Emmons earlier." Stickler pointed out.

"What?!" The Devil asked shockingly.

He rushed over to the prison bedroom, but he found no one there. Then, something caught his eye, he notices the slingshot Cuphead used earlier to fire the corn. Knowing immediately who is responsible, he growls furiously.

Back at the surface, everyone continued to socialize as they eat pumpkin pie. After a while, Gwen and the cups handle the cleanup with the dishes and leftovers. Gwen and Clarence kiss each other goodbye as he and Cordelia leave with leftovers back to their apartment. Rose and William hug Gwen goodbye as she and her in-laws leave with the children. Edgar and Margarine hug her goodbye and return to their home. Elder Kettle falls asleep in his recliner from eating too much.

"That was a wonderful Thanksgiving, huh guys?" Gwen asked.

"Yeah!" All three cups said.

"Now, what do you say we…?" Gwen was about to ask until she noticed something odd.

Gwen noticed a bunch of floating turkey feathers floating in the kitchen.

"Uh, what's with the feathers?" Mugman asked.

"I'm not doing this, I swear!" Gwen protested.

Just then, the feathers chase after Gwen after the cups.

"RUN!" The four said at once.

The group make a run for it outside the cottage. The group split up into three and run off into the forest and the group of feathers divide up into three groups and go after each of them.

Cuphead tries hiding in a tree where three squirrels live. But they beat up Cuphead and kick him out of their tree, exposing him and captured by the feathers.

Mugman and Ms. Chalice try to hide in a cave, only to realize too late it was full of sleeping bears. All the bears wake up and roar furiously at the duo and beat him up until they were finally kicked out. Mugman and Ms. Chalice are also captured by the floating turkey feathers.

Gwen was the last to be captured. She runs towards Mount Mugmore and finds herself trapped. The floating feathers close in on her until she devised a trick. She tapped her ink pen and a smoke explosion exploded, startling the feathers.

Gwen quickly jumps over the edge and made herself float down safely to the ground. She notices an ant hill and decides to try to hide there. She shrinks herself to the size of an ant and takes cover in the ant hill.

She waits for a while in the dark when she hears screeching noises. Gwen makes her ink pen light up and realizes there was a guard ant holding a spear ready to attack. The guard attacks with his spear, only for Gwen to dodge his attacks. But the guard ant chases her towards the entrance ready to finish her off.

Suddenly, without warning, Gwen was swept up into the air before the guard ant could finish her off. She is struggling to break free as she was brought back up to the cliff. Gwen is dropped into something, and darkness suddenly closed in on her.

In the backyard, the three cups were brought by the floating feathers.

"You guys got caught too?" Cuphead nervously asked.

"Yeah." Both Mugman and Ms. Chalice answered sadly.

"Wait, did Gwen get away? Where is she? Where did those strange feathers come from?" Cuphead asked.

Just then, they heard a familiar evil laughter. The Devil suddenly appeared from the forest, making the cups realize the Devil is responsible for the floating feathers.

"That would be me." The Devil answered.

"Oh no…" Mugman said worryingly.

"So, I'm assuming you're wondering what all this is about, hmm?" The Devil asked.

"Uh… Happy Thanksgiving?" Ms. Chalice nervously answered.

"WRONG!" The Devil yelled.

"…but thank you though." He finished calmly.

"Anyway, I'm sure you had a wonderful Thanksgiving dinner today, am I right?" The Devil asked.

"Yeah." All three cups answered.

"Well, I was enjoying my Thanksgiving dinner all to myself when… something attacked my head." The Devil revealed.

The Devil reached into his pocket and pulled out the slingshot.

"Do any of you recognize this? Hmm?" The Devil asked.

"Uh… nope sorry! Never seen it in my life!" Cuphead lied.

The Devil tsked at Cuphead's lie.

"Fine. Then I suppose you don't wanna know where… she is?" The Devil asked.

All three cups' eyes widened, realizing the Devil has Gwen somewhere.

Meanwhile, Rose comes back through the door portal back to the kitchen to pick up her kid's sippy cups. Suddenly, she caught sight of the Devil holding the three cups hostage and quickly ducked for cover.

"The Devil!" Rose quietly exclaimed.

Rose decided to spy on him, so she quietly sneaks to the back door which was left open and hides in the bushes while the Devil wasn't looking.

"No idea where she is? Fine, I guess I'll have to show you myself." The Devil said as he raised his clenched fist.

He opens his fist, revealing Gwen in her shrunken form. He snaps his fingers, restoring Gwen back to her normal size, making the cups and Rose gasp.

"Oh no… you didn't!" Rose quietly said frustratingly, figuring out Gwen lied to her.

"Ugh! You selfish, greedy, entitled monster!" Gwen yelled as the Devil carried her in his arms as she struggled.

"I really thought you learned your lesson, Gwen. But it seems your stupid cup friend persuaded you to play pranks on me again." The Devil said as he glared at Cuphead, making him laugh nervously.

Rose facepalmed, figuring out Cuphead talked Gwen into pranking the Devil.

"Did you think I was gonna let you get away with this? Well, I have a suitable punishment in mind… for all of you." The Devil announced.

"Oh no…" Mugman said fearfully.

The Devil snapped his fingers, making the feathers tickle the cups, causing them to laugh uncontrollably.

"No! Not the tickling torture!" Ms. Chalice yelled through her laughter.

Gwen looked at her friends floating and getting tickled in horror.

"Your turn, my beautiful flower." The Devil taunted.

"Oh no! No, no, no, no!" Gwen yelled.

But the Devil snapped his fingers and more turkey feathers floated Gwen up in the air and started to tickle her, making her laugh uncontrollably.

"There, now I feel much better. I'll make the turkey feathers stop when all of you are tickled out. Enjoy!" The Devil called as he teleported back to Hell.

Rose knew she had to do something, so she came out of hiding and ran up to Gwen.

"Rose! My ink pen! Hurry!" Gwen yelled.

Rose grabbed Gwen's ink pen off her belt, but she refused to give it to her as she folded her arms in anger.

"Rose! What are you doing?!" Gwen yelled.

"You lied to me sis?! You four pranked the Devil after you promised me, you'd never do it again?!" Rose angrily asked.

"Oh, you heard everything?" Cuphead asked.

"Yes, I heard everything Cuphead! How could you talk Gwen into pranking the Devil! I thought you learned something last time!" Rose scolded Cuphead.

"I'm sorry! We were just having a little fun! That's all!" Cuphead yelled through his laughter.

"I warned you this would happen! The Devil won't stop until gets even with you guys! But none of you listened to me and now you're gonna have to face the consequences!" Rose scolded the group.

"Rose! I'm sorry I lied to you! It won't happen again! Just hand me my ink pen!" Gwen apologized.

"Do you promise to stop pranking the Devil? Because that wedding ritual is gonna stop him once and for all, remember?" Rose asked and reminded her.

"Yes! Yes, I promise! I promise we won't prank him ever again! Now, please help us!" Gwen yelled.

"Hmm… okay." Rose said.

Finally, Rose gives Gwen the ink pen back and Gwen uses her fire attack to burn the turkey feathers, releasing herself and the cups from the tickling torture.

"Ugh! Finally!" Mugman exclaimed.

"Yeah, I thought we were gonna be tickled to death!" Ms. Chalice added.

Gwen struggled to get up until Rose helps her up and grabbed her fist. Rose grabbed the three cup's handles and dragged the group inside the cottage like schoolboys. Rose released the group, as they all caught their breath. The three cups pass out on the floor, exhausted from the tickling and the food they ate today.

Gwen was feeling exhausted and tired too and was ready for bed.

"Thanks… sis. I'm… going to… bed now." Gwen said tirelessly as she tried to walk.

"I'll get you to bed. You and I need to talk." Rose said sternly and helped Gwen upstairs to her room.

Gwen sighed, knowing she was in big trouble. While Rose was getting Gwen upstairs to her room, Clarence comes through the door portal and picks up a sleeping Ms. Chalice and takes her back to his apartment.

Elder Kettle wakes up from his nap and finds Cuphead and Mugman asleep on the floor.

"Aw, they ate to much they fell asleep." Elder Kettle assumed.

He lifts the boys up in his arms and carries them upstairs and puts them to bed. Then, he goes to his room and goes to bed.

In Gwen's room, Rose helps Gwen in her bed, puts her invisible sweater on her and sits down on her bed next to her as she glared at her sister.

"Gwen, I'm very disappointed in you!" Rose scolded.

"I know." Gwen said sadly.

"He almost had you this time! Almost a year ago, you made a promise to me! After that fateful girl's night out, you would never mess with the Devil again! And I believed you! Why did you let Cuphead talk you into doing this?! You knew better than to do that!" Rose scolded and asked.

Gwen laid there silently, hesitating to answer her question.

"Because… I'm so sick and tired of him trying to kidnap me wherever I am. I just want all of this to end." Gwen sadly answered.

"It will end Gwen. But your problem is you're too impatient. I know you want to perform the ritual and marry Clarence, but you need to wait a little longer. We're getting closer to your wedding day after each day." Rose reminded her.

Gwen sighed, knowing Rose was right.

"I'm sorry sis." Gwen apologized.

"I don't wanna lose you again. I was miserable after your disappearance. I felt incomplete without you in the family picture. Finding you and stumbling through that door portal in the Inkwell Isles was one of the happiest days of my life. In fact, I don't think I'd be married to William and had Emma and Jack if you haven't come back into our lives." Rose admitted.

"Really?" Gwen asked.

"Yes, Gwen. Well, you should get some sleep. I gotta get the twin's sippy cups back home." Rose said as she got up.

"You forgot them again, didn't you?" Gwen asked.

"Yeah. Well, good night." Rose said as she left Gwen's room.

Gwen felt guilty for breaking her promise and lying to Rose and went to sleep. Meanwhile, the Devil returned in the backyard but to his shock, Gwen and the cups were gone.

"Ugh. Her stupid sister was just here, wasn't she?" The Devil groaned, figuring it out.

"That's right." Rose answered.

The Devil turned and saw Rose approaching him from the darkness.

"Ah, Rosy Cheeks. Nice to see you again." The Devil sarcastically said.

"You leave my sister alone!" Rose warned him.

"Oh, I won't be doing that. And I'm gonna make sure she and that stupid boy don't marry each other. I claimed her first! And if you try to interfere again, it'll be your last. So, I'd advise you to stay out of the way if you know what's good for you. You almost did last time until she saved you. Well, goodnight." The Devil warned back.

The Devil tapped his pitchfork and disappeared back to Hell. Rose sighed, knowing the Devil will stop at nothing to kidnap and marry her sister. Rose refused to heed his warning and returns home through the door portal and rejoins her husband and children for bed.

The next day, Gwen restores the kitchen back to the way it was with her ink pen. She feels guilty for lying to Rose and breaking her promise. She decided to give Rose some space until she decides to forgive her.

Gwen decided to go for a walk in the woods to try to clear her mind. She sits alone at Mount Mugmore and stares in the distance. Just then, she hears footsteps approaching, but she doesn't budge. She noticed a familiar someone sit down next to her. Knowing who it was, Gwen sighed.

"You back to yell at me some more?" Gwen asked.

"No. William and I talked. I know you can be careless, sometimes you're irresponsible and sometimes you make me wanna tear my hair out." Rose said.

Gwen cringed at Rose's words.

"But…" Rose continued.

Gwen looked at her sister in a confused way.

"You're still a good sister. You saved my life." Rose admitted.

"And you saved me." Gwen said, remembering that fateful day.

"I made him trade you and Mugman for his pitchfork." Rose said.

"Yeah." Gwen agreed.

"Look, I may have overreacted a little bit last night. I'm just looking out for you." Rose explained.

"And I may have gotten a little careless. So, we're okay?" Gwen admitted and asked.

"Yeah. We're okay." Rose answered.

Both sisters made up and sat together for a while. Gwen needed to start taking her promises more seriously and to be on her guard for the Devil until her wedding day. Now that Christmas was coming up, Gwen and her friends are preparing for what's yet to come this year.
