Well, I did say I would be bringing this back in my OC x Venelana one-shot. However, that one-shot has no connection to this. Not with the way I'm going about it. Originally, it was going to be connected to this but things changed and I decided on a different approach.

But anyway, welcome to the rewrite of High School DxD: The Golden Dragon of Destruction. The other version wasn't going the way I want it, but I had done one too many changes for another to be done, so I deleted it. Hopefully I do better with this one than than the last attempt, especially with how I'm going to go about it.

I'm not gonna get right into the DxD plot, like I did in The Legend of the Son of Sparda, Lucifer of Mammon, and A Betrayed Devil. With the approach I'm going with, canon may not begin for a while.

And yes, this is a harem story. It IS DxD, which is a harem anime after all with women being attracted to beings with great power. And someone being the avatar of King Ghidorah? Of course it was going to be a harem story.

And one thing that may, and will most likely, be key... is strength. You really think a being like Ghidorah will accept his avatar having a weak mate? Unless they have potential to grow and become stronger, Ghidorah would be against it.

In this, Ghidorah and the OC are more akin to Anti-Heroes, or at least are in the Grey area. They aren't good, but they aren't bad to the point they want to rule or destroy the world. It's very simple; don't piss them off and they won't end your existence.

Anyway, let's get started.

Disclaimer: I do not own Godzilla or High School DxD. I only own the OC Markus Reeves.

It was very quiet at night, save for the engines of vehicles passing on the streets of New York City, even this late at midnight but some people do work and finish at such times. Walking towards an abandoned-looking warehouse in the Hell's Kitchen neighbourhood was an eighteen-year old teenager with dark brown eyes, swept back black hair and fair skin.

His clothing consisted of a faded black, 3/4-length, hooded leather coat with red interior linings and the symbol of a three-headed dragon with it's wings spread sewn on the left arm, a gray tank top, black fingerless gloves, black faded jeans and black military boots.

Slung across his back was a massive sword with a heavy double-edged blade, notched on both sides near the tip. The grip is plain, but the guard is skeletal, with a skull-design on each side leading to the rib cage from which the blade emerges; on one side of the blade, the skull is that of a human, while the other uses a dragon skull. The crossguard looked to be the bones of the arms, but were folded in against the ribcage part of the sword.

This young man's name was Markus Reeves, and he was very far from an ordinary teenage boy.

Markus stopped and looked over the warehouse with a fierce, yet stoic, expression on his face before he continued towards the front door and had no hesitation in giving it a Spartan kick, sending the doors off their hinges and flying into the far back wall with a resounding 'SLAM!'

Markus strode in and took in the sight before him.

Nightmarish creatures, looking half human for their upper body half, while their lower bodies resemble animals or a hybrid of different creatures combined together. They looked like they came from the darkest, depths of Hell.

That would be because they had. These creatures were known as Stray Devils, who were Reincarnated Devils who have diverted away from their masters for their own selfish desires. Without their masters to keep their powers in check, they become a great threat if their powers go beyond their control.

In Markus' opinion, those that indulge in their desires and become monsters from it are nothing but rabid dogs that need to be put down.

The Stray Devils snarled and hissed at Markus as he walked towards one that was notably bigger than the others, and gave off the impression that he was the head honcho of the group of Strays. As he approached, the Stray Devil chuckled darkly.

"Well, well, look who it is. The Dragon of Death." The Stray Devil announced, as Markus came to a stop a few feet away from his 'throne', staring at the Stray Devil who had a couple of female Strays draped over him.

"You know who I am." Markus stated more than asked.

The Stray nodded with a sick grin. "Yeah, hard not to when you walk around with that symbol on your shoulder and the back of your coat." He then eyed the sword. "As well as that sword. Such fancy titles you have earned, boy. Dragon of Death... Dragon's Sin of Wrath, and my personal favourite... The Dragon God of Destruction."

Markus simply placed his hands on his hips, his expression remaining stoic despite raising an eyebrow.

"What brings the leader of the Seven Deadly Sins to my abode?" The Stray Devil asked curiously.

"Do you really need to ask?" Markus asked, not moving an inch as the Strays behind him started to get closer with growls of hunger filling the warehouse, nor did he look at them to see the hungry looks they were sporting. He kept his eyes on the leader. "I'm here... to kill you and the rest of them."

The Stray Devil laughed in response, pushing the two females off him and leaned toward to bend his snake-like body. "You come in here, alone, and threaten me? Perhaps your reputation is greatly exaggerated. How about you walk out of here, or I'll defile your corpse in the next five seconds. Feed what's left to my boys. Human flesh is their favourite. One-"

In the blink of an eye, Markus had unsheathed his sword, Darkstride, and slashed the Devil's head clean off his body. Markus turned uncaring of the blood gushing out the headless corpse as it slumped over with him now stood in the puddle of blood beginning to form.

"Sorry, we've got stuff to do." Markus said, not really sounding apologetic because of the coldness delivered in his tone. "Oh, and who said I was alone?"

At that moment, there were several explosions, followed by several forms landing by Markus and taking up position. Their entrance made the Stray Devils back in fear as they realized who they were up against.

The Seven Deadly Sins.

On Markus' right was a tall, voluptuous woman with thickly braided, bow-adorned, scarlet hair. Her two front braids have two golden ornaments near the upper sections; she also wears two U-shaped earrings (one on each ear), and wears red lipstick.

For clothing, she wore a risqué version of the typical witch's garb. Her black top has a diamond-shaped opening, exposing a portion of her breasts, and a heart-shaped pattern around the borders. It extends down to the naval of her stomach where it meets a large angular scar, is draped over by a dark-colored cape with a light-colored inside and two medallion gold-like ornaments, and is held together by a golden chain. Not left bare, too, her neck is decorated by other small cloth-based accessories, including a wide bow. Additionally, she wears an elongated black loincloth with the symbol of a golden three-headed dragon that had it's wings spread emblazoned on its front, having white borders on its edges and being connected to another cloth piece with the very same heart-shaped design. She also wears black thigh-high boots with heels that have a white-colored border near the top and gloves of the same color and design, only having claw-like extensions. Her black witch's hat is much larger than her head and possesses dreadlock designs with white bandaging near its ends. It also has a fur lining near its edges.

Her name is Irene Belserion, the Lion's Sin of Pride, and second-in-command of the team.

Next to Irene was a young woman about a year older than Markus with long, scarlet hair, brown eyes and a slender, voluptuous figure. Her clothing was a beautiful Japanese/Chinese attire reminiscent of a revealing kimono. It consists of a short sleeveless tunic decorated with many flower motifs, which has revealing openings on the sides and front, exposing much of her cleavage. These openings are held closed by a large, dark obi, which has a thin red rope tied around it, sporting a wide closing ribbon on the back. What also closes the openings of this armor is a lighter and smaller white belt, which is wrapped around a pink, flower-patterned cloth circling her waist on the back and the sides. On the front, her groin is covered by a long cloth hanging down from her tunic, while the back is circled by another one, almost reaching down to her knees, possessing jagged edges. Another cloth is also hanging down from the sides, held closed by the ribbon on her back. This cloth has a yellow border and is folded to the outside and split into multiple edges at the middle of the cloth, pointing away from her body. Her legs are covered by light stockings reaching up to her thighs, and her feet have simple sandals.

Her name was Erza Scarlet, Irene's daughter, and the Boar's Sin of Gluttony.

Next to Erza was a young gorgeous woman about the same age as Markus, with knee-length silver hair that has bangs swept to the right side, red irises with slit pupils, and a stern expression. For clothing, she wore tight, black leather pants that hugged her legs and hips like a second skin as well as her ass, black combat boots, a black, leather corset top that exposed her cleavage.

Her name was Moka Akashiya, a Vampire, and the Goat's Sin of Lust.

On Markus' left was a beautiful woman in her early twenties. She had pale skin, long jet black hair tied by a red bandanna and loosely done up in a ponytail with the ends resembling curved black feathers, along with dark crimson eyes. Her attire consisted of a shallow cut black and red dress with black shorts underneath, with series of beaded necklaces and a belt that wraps around her waist and carries her weapon's sheath. Attached also is a long black object that is either fur or feathers, with a red and white bandana material like hanging from behind her. Her forearms bare red armored gauntlets that protrude outwards and solid black gloves, along with black mid-thigh high leggings and black heels with red soles.

This was Raven Branwen, the Fox's Sin of Greed.

Next to her, was another beautiful young woman with fair skin, long ashen-black hair that covers her left eye, that are a bright amber color. For clothing, she wore a dark red, off-the-shoulders v-neck mini dress with yellow designs. There is a blue feather-like accessory on her right hip at the top of an open portion of her dress. The dress ends in an upside-down triangular tail in the back, ending just above the knees.

There is a quarter-circle shaped keyhole on the dress' upper back at the same height as her chest. The sleeves end in a triangle shape, which are wrapped or tied around her middle finger, with the gold designs of the sleeve taking over at the wrists. Her fingernails are painted dark red.

She wears black shorts underneath her dress, as well as a black choker on her neck. She has a gold loop earring with a black gem dangling from it on her right ear. She has dark, glass, high-heeled shoes and a jeweled anklet on her right leg.

This was Cinder Fall, the Serpent's Sin of Envy.

And beside her was another extremely beautiful woman. She had long, flowing black hair that went all the way down to her lower back and golden eyes that looked familiar. She was wearing a tight, black kimono with a red interior and a yellow obi that accentuated her large breasts. She was also wearing an ornately decorated headband and a set of golden and black beads around her waist where her kimono had an opening, showing off her long, smooth legs. The most noticeable feature was the pair of black cat ears on top of her head and two black tails swishing back and forth.

This was Kuroka, the Grizzly Sin of Sloth.

Together, the Seven Deadly Sins charged at the Stray Devils to take them out.

On the sunny island of Menorca, which was a one-hour thirty-minute flight from Madrid, the capital of Spain, a luxurious private villa could be found deep within the woodlands, far from populated areas, yet high enough to be granted an amazing view of the Mediterranean Sea belonging to Spain.

The villa was large, and contained everything that the occupants needed. An outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, a kitchen, dining room, living room, and four bedrooms, each with extremely comfortable, king-sized beds. You name it, this villa had it. The epitome of something luxurious

In the master bedroom, where a king-sized curtain bed was located, the curtain strewn along to conceal the occupants of said bed. Laying in the bed was seven individuals, six women and one man, the latter of which was currently awakening from his slumber.

With a groan, Markus Reeves, leader of the Seven Deadly Sins, slowly sat up after carefully moving an arm off his chest. He groaned as he stretched his ars until he felt his muscles pop. He then looked at his bedmates and smiled a little before carefully, and quietly, getting out of bed while the women moaned from the lack of body heat before shuffling closer, cuddling with each other.

Yes, not only were the Seven Deadly Sins a team... but they were also lovers. One man sharing six women that he loved with all his heart and knew they loved him back just as fiercely.

Markus nearly shivered as he felt the cool air brushing against his naked body before grabbing a pair of boxers and shorts, sticking them on before grabbing a house robe to put around him. He winced a little as he could still feel the scratches from Kuroka's fingernails digging into his flesh during their rough fucking.

'She should get them clipped at some point. I may heal fast, but Jesus.' Markus thought, but he wouldn't accept her any other way. He looked back at his loves, smiling softly as he watched Kuroka and Cinder cuddle up together while Irene had Erza and Moka under her arms and Raven shuffling to lay on top of her.

They had formed the Seven Deadly Sins only two years ago, having decided to put their skills and abilities to use as a mercenary team in the supernatural world. And they've done a lot of jobs for various factions and pantheons.

Markus shook his head and was about to walk out of the bedroom and prepare breakfast for him and his team/lovers when something caught his eye and he looked at it, his smile falling as a result, his gaze turning sad. He walked over and picked up a golden locket, holding it in his hand before opening it to see the picture of a smiling girl, who looked to be about thirteen years old as that had been her age when the picture was taken and put into a locket.

She was most likely Markus' age now, as they had been the same age.

She had beautiful red hair, as beautiful as Irene and Erza's scarlet red hair, blue-green eyes that shone brightly with joy and happiness. Who was she?

Her name is Rias Gremory. the girl that was once Markus' best friend... and the girl he loved.

"It's not too late to go back, you know." The voice of Ichi, the middle head of the three-headed dragon called King Ghidorah who was in Markus' soul, commented upon sensing his avatar's feelings.

Markus sighed as his thumb softly caressed the picture of Rias' face. 'She won't want to see me. Not after what happened the last time I saw her. She's probably moved on now and... that's okay with me.'

"Evidently not if your heart is in such pain as it is right now." Ni, the right head of Ghidorah and the most aggressive of the three, remarked with a scoff. "And here I thought your current mates helped you move on."

'I didn't... 'move on' as you say. No matter what, i will always love Rias just as I love Irene, Erza, Raven, Moka, Cinder and Kuroka. You know Rias was the first girl I loved, so she has that special place in my heart. And it was my fault for what happened. I was the one who chose to leave.'

"Then why not return? It's been five years now." San, the left head and the most often distracted of the three heads, questioned. "If you think she's going to be angry at you-"

'No, San, it's... it's better this way. It's better for her.' Markus sighed, sitting down in a chair while clutching the locket in his hand. 'I'll just damage her life.'

"You can't stay away from her forever, Markus. Sooner or later... that part of your past will draw your attention and you will need to face it. Face her." Ichi said, with Markus remaining silent. "After all, you knew her since you were children."

Markus looked down at the locket, staring at the picture of Rias as his mind started turning, going back to the beginning. To when he met Rias and this all began...

And that's it for this chapter to kick this all off. So, the next few chapters, not sure how many, will be basically taking place before this one. It's like how John Wick opens, only this story is opening at the very end. It's just gonna be how Markus met Rias and what happened onwards to explain how Markus got to where he is now. And yes, I'll show how he met Irene, Erza, Kuroka and the others to form the Seven Deadly Sins.

Now, for the harem. It'll consist of women from DxD and other anime, as I'm sure you've already guessed.

Harem: Rias Gremory, Akeno Himejima, Raynare, Kalawarner, Kuroka, Venelana Gremory, Grayfia Lucifuge, Serafall Leviathan, Yasaka, Yubelluna, Gabriel, Tiamat, Irene Belserion, Erza Scarlet, Raven Branwen, Cinder Fall, Moka Akashiya, Kushina Uzumaki, Palutena, Chisato Hasegawa, Seiros, Esdeath, Celestine, Olga,

Will there be more? Maybe. Depends. Gotta remember, Markus is basically a dragon thanks to Ghidorah, and dragons value strength in their mates. If they aren't strong enough to protect themselves or meet Ghidorah's standards, then he won't accept them as his avatar's mates and Markus' instincts as a dragon would be compelled to agree. As for the limit... maybe twenty five or thirty at best. Is that a lot? Yes. But we're talking about a harem anime right now.
