Unpleasent Vistors have entered the Braniac Mothership. Oh no... This means trouble. How will our heroes save Brainiac? Find out in this chapter.

It was quiet in the main room. Too quiet. So quiet, that is has the Kryptonian El Cousins worried. Where is Brainiac?

"Is Brainiac okay, Kara?", asked Clark. "He hasn't returned in quite sometime now..."

"I know. Primus has never been unresponsive like this.", said Kara.

"I hope he's not in danger..."

"DANGER?! We shall always protect our Kryptonian members from danger.", Kara says as she puts her hand on her chest as if she was giving a prideful speech.

"Maybe we can find him if you let us out...", said Kieran.

"Not a chance, kid. We're still taking you and sister to Krypton.", Clark responded.

"But we don't wanna go! What so dangerous about our world anyway?", Carmine asked in a frustrated tone.

Kara sighed as she was about to admit the reason why the Pokémon Universe is treated unfairly.

"The problem isn't your world... It's Arceus. He's a dangerous being that creates creatures only to destroy people in different universes for his own means. And we cannot let him cause casualties or genocides to other people in universes. So we must simply keep the Pokémon Universe from coming into dimension places like here and all of the other universal dimensions."

"But Arceus has a heart. Can't you get along with him?", Kieran asked.

"No", Kara replied. "The decision has been made by our family of the House Of El of the Kryptonian Empire. It cannot be changed."

Carmine knew were this was going. Apparently the Kryptonian mistakingly seeks Arceus as a threat to invade other life that aren't Pokémon or Pokémon Trainers in other universes.

A few seconds later, the alarm sounds off amongst the ship.

"Oh dear...!", Clark yelled.

Clark sees that the four intruders have captured Brainiac on the missing Kryptonian screen.

"I think Brainiac got kidnapped..."

"That's not like him to be kidnapped," says Kara.

"Kara, stay here with our prisoners. I'm going to check it out."

Kara nods her head while Clark goes to find and save Brainiac.

Inside of the secret room, Brainiac awakens. He sees the four teens planning on how they are going break Carmine and Kieran out of the ship and go back to their homeworld.

"So the plan is to make sure whoever else this robot is working with doesn't see us", says the toothpaste-haired teen.

"Where am I? Who are you humans?", Brainiac asked in a menacing tone.

"Oh... right... we are The Elite Four! I'm Drayton. And tgis is Lacey, Amarys, and Crispin. We are from Blueberry Academy of the Pokémon world."

"Very logical names. But you won't hide for long. Two Kryptonians are in this ship and are with me. And they will find you and prison you with the rest of yoyr friends."

Lacey does a pose with her hands in the shape of an "X". "That's just not right! We did nothing to you!", She says.

"It's not really you humans... Arceus is the reason we're doing this", Brainiac replied.

"That sounds unprecedented. What does it mean?", asked Amarys.

Brainiac explains to the four why Arceus is the enemy of him and the people of Krypton.

"It's not unprecedented as you think. Arceus is the reason we're doing this. He's the one who made an enemy with us. Did you know, that our main presidential family of Krypton discovered him and how he created those "Pokémon"?! They decided not to and avoid authorization of peace talks and ceasefire to your universe for it. And then if we didn't do that, where would that leave other universes including ours?! We thought Arceus and those things were nothing but friendly creatures with herpic powers. But now the used their powers to cause catastrophe to your world, your environment, and or your people?! NO. Our House Of El made a speech after our discovery of this 3 months ago. We activated a high alert watch for our planet... to make sure you fools don't invade our area."

"Wow... that's very uhm... misunderstanding", Crispin says.

"Yes", says Brainiac. "Indeed it is. But now out of nowhere, Carmine and Kieran warped here on the two Kryptonian cousins' other home planet, Earth. Minutes before we decided to declare abduction on them and interrogate them for why they arrived here. At the end of the day, problems get solved. Instead of harming them, we bring them and you all back safely to your home, and now you four foolish foreign humans will have to make a choice. What will you do? Comply? Or do this the hard way?"

"Guys! Don't listen to him... It's a trap", said Lacey.

The other three are thinking about the choices Brainiac dealed them in with.

"How do we know you'll let us go home after taking us to your leaders?", Drayton asks Brainiac with curiosity.

"As long as you tell us why your here, things will be resolved easily", Brainiac answers with a soft voice.

That tone of the robots voice has Drayton convinced. Amarys does not trust it one bit. Lacey and Crispin are feeling timid and conflicted.

"You know, how about we use this as a deal, hmm..?" Brainiac lends out his hand to formulate a handshake as a deal. Drayton lends out his hand as well and puts the palm of his hand on the robots metal hand. They shake hands.

Meanwhile with Clark and Kara.

"I've searched everywhere!"

"Even the maintenance room?", asked Kara.

"Especially there."

Brainic returns with robotic minions including the four Blueberry Academy teens who have their hands up.

"Hey. Hehehe... we surrernder...", says Lacey in her nervousness and fear.

"Guys! Thank goodness! Wait-! What do you mean surrender?!" Carmine didn't like the term of surrendering.

"We decided to make a deal to surrender to these "Kryptonians" in order for us to go home", Drayton said.

"DRAYTON YOU IDIOT!" Yelled Carmine.

"You know these people...? This just go interesting." Kara seemed to be very confused and felt akward that her and her cousin and her robotic kryptonian friend have to deal with a bunch of kids from another universe filled with Pokémon.

The Brainiac Droids put the four teens in the red prison orbs.

"So how do we get from Thanagar to Krypton now, Brainiac? It's not like you caused this or anything", Clark said in sarcasm. He doesn't seem to like how they are stranded without any fuel amomgst the ship.

"I've got it!", said Kara. "We can use our heat-rays to create heat friction to the hyper drive."

"I nevee thought of that. Good job, Kara", Clark replied.

"I'll be right back."

While Brainiac sets the location of destination to Krypton, Kara flies outside of the ship and flies into the fuel engine room of the bottom of the ship. She starts beaming her lasers from her eyes at the hyper drive.

"RRRAAAAAAAHHHH!!!!"

The hyper drive starts powering up with heat in electricity. Kara then flies back up the main room of the ship.

"Excellent work, Kara", Brainiac says. Ship, activate the destination to Krypton", he exclamied.

"And this time, NO. MORE. BLACK. ZERO. PROTOCOL.", Clark added in annoyance.

His ship starts the hyper drive to Krypton.

A few minutes later. They arrive to Krypton and the ship is floating towards the landing area of the Kryptonian Empire.

"Ah. It's good to be back. The Kryptonian City" Brainiac was happy to see the view of the hometown.

All of the Pokémon Trainers, except for Carmine yelped "woah!" as they are dazzled and amazed by the scenery.

"Why are you woah-ing this!!! We are kidnapped here!!!", Carmine yells.

"Come on sis, give this a chance! Wowzers! This place is amazing.", Kieran says.

"Wowzers indeed, kid. This is our first home. Until A few wars here and there put me and Kara in danger. And our El family had no choice but to keep us safe and smuggled us out. We were sent to Earth. And it was, and always is, our second home since then."

The teens were a bit in shock to hear that Clark explained the purpose of having Krypton and Earth as both of his and Kara's homes. Brainiac sighs in sadness as he remembers that time they had to put Clark and Kara as kids in escape pods to be safe on a new planet do to wars becoming to destructive for Planet Krypton.

"But the older we grew, the Kryptonian Empire applied peace for all of us space beings. And now we are in freedom. That is unless there are unspeakable threats heading our way and we must do everything in our power to stop it", Kara explains.

Clark smiled as Kara mentioned how Krypton was now in peace.

The ship lands in the ship landing pod. In the House Of El, the teens are put in a prison cell.

"Oh come on! This place is so cool and all, but you can't just do this to us!", says Crispin.

"Sorry. But Kryptonian Empire's rules", said Kara.

"Okay! We get it! Rules! Just let us out, please! We have came to warn you! We're trying to keep you safe!" Carmine still doesn't understand what's happening and tries to get Clark, Kara, and Brainiac to let her, her brother, and her friends go, along with warning them about something.

"We will let you all out so you can explain the warning to us... When we report this to our family and their guards of the empire", Kara assured Carmine.

"Yes, we'll be right back. Besides, this will only take several minutes", Brainiac added.

The three walk away from the prison cell that the teens are im. While they are walking to the council, Kara is confused and a bit worried about what the warning means.

"Kal-El, what does this warning all mean?", Kara asks.

"I feel like it means something horrible, but we will definitely see for ourselves", Clark answered. "Look on the bright side though, at least our jobs of bringing then here was easy.

Clark, Kara, and Brainiac arrive at the council.

Clark's father and mother, Jor-El and Lara, and Kara's father, Zor-El, are seen sitting in their thrones.

"My Kryptonian God! Children! Your finally here!", Jor-El says excitedly.

"How's Earth?", Zor-El asks.

"Earth is well. And we are also well", Kara answered.

"That's good. Now what brings you here?", says Lara.

"Pokémon Trainers. Six of them. They have come to our universe to send us a message. A "warning" if you will", Brainiac answered.

"Hhmm... the treachery arrives to our existences at last..." Jor-El was not happy to see that the people of the Pokémon Universe have came to the universe of Superman and Supergirl.

"Kara, Kal-El, you are the Supergirl and Superman of this universe, and you must've resorted to unfortunate measures against them, correct?", Zor-El asks.

"Not really, uncle... we abducted them and brought them here. They seemed extremely harmless for some odd reason. I mean, their Pokémon did attack Kara a bit, but it wasn't too much of a big deal", Clark explains.

The adults eyes widen and they gasped to hear that Kara was harmed.

"I'm fine now! It's uh...it's uhm... it's fine I think..." Well saying that, Kara rolls up her sleeve and shows them her arm. They, including her, can see that she has a burn mark from the "Motcha Gothcha from Sinistcha attack"

"Those treacherous snakes have harmed you. Whatever creature it was, it must be destroyed!!", Jor-El says in anger.

"A Pokémon called Sinistcha did this to me. But regardless, it was provoked. Not violent"

"It's okay, daughter. You took the bravery of pain from such a harmful monster. I'm proud of you", Zor-El replied.

Kara thanked her father for praising her of her bravery.

"Brainiac, before we meet these prisoners, take Kara to the medic room to treach the wound on her arm. She should be fine by then"

"As you command, Zor-El", Brainiac responded. "Come on Kara, I know exactly how to take care of such a minor injury."

"Are you sure? I didn't even think you were a medical bot. I always thought you were a warmonger" says Kara.

"Oh trust me. As I always say, I am many things..." Brainiac tells her in a soft voice.

After they left, Jor-El and the others wanted to have a word with Clark.

"Superman. Kal-El. My son. Did any of those pesky vile people say anything to Kara let alone threaten her?", Jor-El asks.

"You mean the Pokémon Trainers? They haven't threatened her at all. However, this one named Carmine was trying to reason with her. Telling her that she and her loved ones are innocent at that they come in peace. She was trying to reason with her, but Kara knew in her heart to be startled and ready if anything bad were to happen. If doesn't make sense, father. Those people don't come in peace according to what you guys discovered. And on too of that, it's mostly Arceus out of them we must watch out for"

Jor-El, Lara, and Zor-El were intrigued and curious after hearing Clark's response.

"Hmm... maybe they are also here to give us a reason. Maybe the Pokémon Universe might be promising to trust after all as we think", says Zor-El.

"Really?"

"Yes, I agree with Zor-El", says Lara. "If they are innocent and come in peace as they say, maybe it's time we listened"

"But... what if it's all some sort of trick", Clark says in shacky voice in worry.

Jor-El lets out a chuckle and laughter. "Don't worry, son! Whatever happens, will be there to handle it. We are Kryptonians. Don't forget, we are powerful after all"

Clark smiled when hearing his father laugh means he wqs just overthinking things and has nothing to worry about. He also knows that Kryptonians like him are stronger than expected. They are the heroes of the Kryptonian Empire after all.

"Your right. I was just overthinking this. I'm going to get the prisoners and bring them here."

"Sounds good, Kal-El", says Lara.

Clark leaves to go fetch the prisoners.

"I guess Kal-El has learned dark secrets and things about universes. I kind of feel bad for him, ya know. I mean there are universes that have some threatening characters while others are harmless", says Zor-El.

"He'll be fine. No matter who's the obstacle of being stronger than a Kryptonian, Kal-El can find ways to be it. He's smart. Just like his cousin", said Jor-El.

Meanwhile in The Sun And Moon Show Universe.

An animatronic figure who's face is in a form of a moon cresent with nighttime looking pajamas is panicking while typing through the computers.

"SUN!", the Moon Animtronic cried.

"Yes! Moon?!", a voice yelled.

A sun animatronic figure jumped out of what appeared to be a ballpit and ran to see the moon figure animatronic was panicking but then claming down and taking deep breaths after words.

"Sun, we have a problem. Carmine, Kieran, and the friends have been captured", says Moon.

"Th-the-they've been captured...?!", says Sun who is freaking out.

"Yeah. But uhm, we are going to go to the location they are at"

"Could it have been aliens, or pirates, or some sort of Pokémon entity?" Sun asks in concern.

"I don't know what it is... but... uhm... we have to resuce them. And they only way to do that is to- hold on a minute..." Moon starts looking at the text message from Carmine and Kieran.

SOS. We've been captured by these half-human half-aliens called the Kryptonians. Help us! NOW.

"Dear god...", Moon says in shock.

"What? What is it?", Sun asks.

"They have been captured by the Kryptonian Empire."

"LIKE SUPERMAN AND SUPERGIRL WITH THAT FAMILY OF A PLANET???!!!"

"Mmmhhmm", Moon answered. "Which means we are dealing with what are their identity names...? Clark, and Kara I think..."

"I'm gonna pass out now."

Sun makes himself faint and falls to the ground while also flipping over barrerls to the ground. Moon laughs to see how hilarious Sun is.

"That's my brother" Moon then looks at the text message. "Don't worry guys. Will come and save you. Those Kryptonians can't have you captured in there for long. Will have to use our Star Powers if they attack us willingly though. It's time we went into battle.
