It was one of those days in college when Gwen came back everyday exhausted.

The daily lectures and briefings have always struggled to capture her likings. The only thing keeping her going was to become a coroner examiner. [1] The end goal would be worth it. So with her goal ahead of her, she decides to continue all the college lectures and anything possible to make sure she gets her degree.

One fine afternoon, Gwen had just come back from a three-continuous-college briefing and flopped on the nearest landing. Her sofa and right next to her dog, Ace. [2] After making herself comfortable, she decided to laze around and scroll on her phone. The dog cuddled against Gwen as she just rested. She hadn't been able to do such things as college kept interfering with her social life. And her leisure time. So this was probably one of the only times she got free time. She was surprised to see the amount of notifications she hadn't responded to. The last time she checked was... two months ago.

I didn't notice this. Weird. Gwen thought, staring at an unusual text message. The number wasn't even saved and she'd received messages from this mysterious person from... a month ago!

Hey Gwen, it's me, Trent. I hope I haven't texted in a wrong time!

It's just that we haven't spoken in a long time and just wanted to know how you're doing rn

If it's not a problem for you, I was wondering if you wanted to catch up for coffee sometime. Since it's been forever yk?

Anyways, respond when you have the time!

Hope to see you soon? ~Unknown number, delivered a month ago..

Hey Trent, it's nice to see you haven't forgotten me

Srry for not responding earlier yk how college is these days

I would love to meet up with you! Once you're online maybe we could talk about the details! ~Gwen, delivered a few seconds ago..

After responding, Gwen could feel her heart pounding. In all honesty, she'd completely forgotten about Trent. She'd completely forgotten about Total Drama. After the season, Gwen slowly lost contact with most of her friends as she occasionally spoke to LeShawna, Heather, Noah and DJ from time to time. Other than that, she erased the traumatic events placed from that show.

"Can't believe he still remembers me." Gwen thought, laying on her couch, thinking about the situation. Maybe... no! Scrap that he wouldn't.

Gwen continued checking her inbox for all her notifications she'd received. Nothing really caught her eyes as it didn't seem interesting and boring. That was part of the reason why she stopped socialising as much. It made her feel drained. Just like the show...Forget the show Gwen! The next email she'd received was very eye-catching. An email from McLean...

Hello Gwennie!

Miss your favourite host? Well you don't have to worry as you're now invited for a podcast with my buddy Tod and I. Also Chef. Anyways, it's going to be next week and you'll be coming whether you like it or not. Remember those contracts? Still work. I'm a genius.

I'll be sending a ride over to your place next week to pick you up since I don't want my fans to see you with your lousy ride or whatever you have.

Nevertheless, can't wait to see all the drama you'll be riling up.

From your incredibly hot and amazing host, Chris.~Delivered 6 days ago

Seriously? I have to come to this! But the contracts... But I have college... but I might get to see... Never mind. Can't believe I have to do this. Gwen thought as she checked when the email was sent.Six days ago!? That means it's tomorrow! Crap!

Immediately, Gwen dashed off to her closet to pick out an outfit. Gwen wants to look presentable in front of D-the whole cast again and the millions of fans. Just for the reference, it wasn't Chris's fans. Nevertheless, Gwen was going to see everyone she resented the most. She can't believe she's going to do this.

Maybe she should call LeShawna for advice?

So, Gwen did call LeShawna... and Heather. The three had become very close friends after being permanently kicked out of the show and replaced with the reboots.

"What's up girl?" LeShawna inquired.

"Yeah Goth Girl, I was busy having my manicure." Heather snapped. Although Gwen and Heather became friends, they still kept their little rivalry. This time, they didn't despise each other and have gut-wrenching thoughts about one another. Same with Heather and LeShawna. And Gwen and LeShawna. "It better be important."

Gwen was confused. Neither of the two had spoken about the podcast. Why weren't they? "Didn't you guys get the email?"

"What email?" Heather questioned, being a little interested in the conversation.

LeShawna was too. She hadn't gotten any specific email which made her want to call her friends at 11pm in the night. "Yeah girl, what email you talking 'bout? The only ones I get are from my fans who still email me about how I got my gorgeous body. Can't they take the hint that I got it naturally 'cause none of them could get this body from just workin' out." LeShawna ranted as she admired herself in the mirror. Confidence was scared of her.

"The email from Chris. About the podcast." Gwen responded, rolling her eyes.

Heather perked up. She hadn't an email yet. Where was hers? "I haven't gotten one. Wait, let me check again."

"Yeah, Imma check as well." LeShawna added. As soon as she checked, there was no emails from Chris. Definitely none about a podcast either. "Didn't get it."

"I didn't either." Heather added on. "I think it was only you."

Gwen was confused. Why didn't Heather or LeShawna get it? They were always surrounded by drama as well. Especially Heather. Heather created drama. If she didn't get an email how did Gwen get one? "Oh... that's weird." Gwen responded.

"Tell us what happens there." Heather stated. "You're probably going to be there with Duncan and..."

Duncan. Weird name now. Used to mean so much more to Gwen.

LeShawna noticed Gwen's silence but assumed it was because Gwen was picking out her outfits. "Show us your outfits girl!"

That snapped Gwen out of her trance of thoughts as she started presenting LeShawna and Heather her outfit ideas. "So which one should I wear?" Gwen asked.

"I'm surprised it's not... gothy." Heather remarked.

"The girl got out of that stage years ago, white girl." LeShawna retorted. "Get with the time!"

[1] Random career path I put Gwen in and I did this because in every story I read, she's only a struggling artist. So, I decided go change it up with the help of other people.

Coroner Examiner: Meaning a government or judicial official who is empowered to conduct research upon the death of others. Doesn't sound too OOC since like Gwen would be interested in something related to criminology... I think.

[2] Also, Gwen's dog is a Yorkshire Terrier and is a Teacup Yorkies

Another warning, I don't know any of this college stuff or coroner examiner since I'm just a teenager who makes up this stuff. Also, as I've probably mentioned in other stories, I live in Australia and don't know anything which happens in America so I'm referencing it off movies and my very little research about it.[1] Random career path I put Gwen in and I did this because in every story I read, she's only a struggling artist.
