Gwen got out of the limousine that Chris organised for everyone. She was in fact wondering who that everyone is since surprisingly not everyone from the show were there. She didn't expect to seethis muchpaparazzi. Gwen knew the amount of fans there were but didn't realise how much there was when they were all around her, trying to take pictures of her. This was definitely going to drain her social battery.
Gwen covered her face with her hands and quickly tried to dash away, inside the really wasn't in the mood for this."Of course Chris had to make it harder for me and inform the paparazzi." Gwen muttered to herself.
Lights were flashing all around her as she tried to make way. Enthusiastic fans were screaming her name as she walked across the red carpet.
"Gwen is that really you!?""Why aren't you showing us your face!?""Gwen, look at the camera!" People screamed in her ears as they continued clicking pictures of her. She couldn't believe this. It had been two years and people are still obsessing over some silly reality tv show.
Gwen sped up her speed and bumped into a tall figure."Oh sorry, I just need to get through." Gwen stated as the figure turned around.
He was tall and was wearing sunglasses and a scarf, covering hall his face. People were taking photos of the two and Gwen was curious to whom that was shocked to see Gwen but acted quick on his guy took off his scarf and wrapped it around Gwen. it doing so, this action made the two feel less overwhelmed about the situation and cameras. It had been two years since people have bothered the ex-campers with photos.
"Come on, let's go." He instructed.
Gwen felt a bit shocked. It sounded almost she knows the two are on the red carpet but it seemed was he?
The two quickly rushed inside as paparazzi screamed and yelled for pictures.
"Thanks." Gwen thanked as she handed him the scarf.
"No biggie." He calmly responded as he removed his hat and sunglasses.
Gwen was shocked to see who it was. She was stuck in her position. Him. Why was he here? She knew this was coming but hadn't expected it to be so soon. Out of all the people it was-
"You guys here for the podcast right? Follow me." An assistant interrupted.
"Trent! Gwen! Glad you two could make it." Chris greeted, unusually nice. That was peculiar. Chris led the two inside the podcast studio, showing the other two ex-campers: Courtney and Duncan. Courtney was intently glaring at her PDA as Duncan sent a little nod to Gwen and Trent. "Go have a seat next to the others."He stated.
Duncan seemed nervous meeting Gwen again. It had been so long."Long time no see." Duncan greeted.
Same as Duncan, she'd been a little hesitant about meeting Duncan. It was majorly due to the fact that after season five... after their nasty break up. Ultimately leading to the other forgetting about each other. So this surprise encounter was surely awkward. "Oh, hi-um-Duncan." Gwen greeted back as she awkwardly smiled at Duncan. She wasn't ready to meet Trent. Moreover, she wasn't ready to seeDuncan.
Gwen and Trent awkwardly shuffled themselves next to Duncan. The four sat together in utter silence. Each were making sure neither of their eyes would meet.
Todd looked around to see if everything was set up as he held a thumbs up to audio engineers as he adjusted his microphone. "Alright, I'm going to start in three... two... one... Welc-"
"Stop!" Chris interrupted. Everyone stared at Chris for an answer, wondering why Chris wanted to pause. Chris adjusted his tie before eyeing the four who were sitting on the opposition side of him, Todd and Chef. "Trent. Move to the far right and Courtney, you stay where you are. Now, Gwen, you sit next to Trent and Duncan, you sit in between the two girls." Chris ordered as he peacefully sat back down on his seat. Everyone was glaring at him, wondering why he was being so strict on the seating arrangements as Chris crossed his arms. "It's for the promo shots." Chris stated.
"Can we just get this over with?" Courtney snapped, disgusted to see Duncan sitting next to her.I'd much rather sit with Trent.
The other person turned on the podcast. "Welcome back to Drama Unscripted, I'm Todd if you don't know already and today I'm collaborating with the one and only Chris Miester." Todd announced.
"Yes, it's me, the best host of all time..." Chris Chris was being his narcissist self, Chef coughed in the middle when he heard Chris talk about the best host. Chris noticed as he turned back to the microphone. "And Chef is second." Chris added as he also heard Todd cough as well. Chris rolled his eyes as he ignored Todd's attempts.
After Chris was done talking, Todd decided to speak up. "Alright. Here we present our famous four from Total Drama. Would you guys like to introduce each other?" He offered.
"Pass." Duncan stated.
Courtney ignored Todd as she continued staring at her PDA.
Gwen just shook her head. "Nope."
"Umm... no thanks." Trent politely declined.
"Tough crowd, eh?" Todd one answered as Todd sighed.
Chris decided to step up as he had an idea on what to do. He gave Chef a signal as Chef understood and marched up to Courtney to steal her PDA. Courtney fumed at Chris as Chris smirked back.
"Alright Trent, what's with the new look..."
The podcast had been going on for sometime and the arguments levelled at a minimum. That really peeved Chris as he wanted more action and drama. So, he nudged Todd to talk to him. "You should ask the big question now." Chris suggested.
"Oh yes. I forgot about that." All four of them were a bit anxious because they all knew the question. It was plain to see what the duo wanted to ask them. Everyone wanted to know the true answer. This could be the end of the war against the fandom. The four knew their answer even if they didn't want to admit it. It's just uncomfortable talking about it in front of other people. "I'll start off with our top fan favourite, Duncney."
"Make sure kiddies to answer honestly." Chris chimed in.
Duncan scoffed as he crossed his arms, forgetting what Chris could do. "And what if we don't?" Duncan suggested.
"We'll do this." Chris said, snapping his fingers.
Chef pulled out the lie detector/electrifier and strapped it tightly around each of the contestants.
Before he could do place it on Duncan, Duncan quickly jumped off to run away. Unfortunately, due to Chef's advantage, he was able to get a hold of Duncan before he could go any further. Chef grinned at Duncan as her held Duncan up so he wouldn't escape. "You're not escaping this time." He chuckled.
"Not cool dude," Duncan frowned at Chef. That only led the others to snicker at the sight of Chef fastening Duncan on the electrifier. He made sure it was extra tight. "Could you go a little tighter? I can still breathe." Duncan remarked.
Chef pulled it even tighter. "Better?" Chef grinned.
Duncan could feel a small tear forming in his eye."Yup." He winced.
"Well now we can get this started. What about you Courtney? You'll start." Todd asked her.
"Well, I know that Duncan obviously has feelings for me but I can't lie of how stupid I was to fall for him. Like, how did someone likemeever likehim?" Courtney pointed to Duncan.
Duncan rolled his eyes at the statement. "I feel the same way too."
"Liar. Everyone knows you still liked me. I mean, there was a reason why Gwen dumped you and that was because of how heartbroken she was when she realised you still loved me..." Courtney claimed. Gwen, who was hearing this bit her lip. She hated what Duncan made her feel in All Stars. It was very unpleasant and made her... jealous. She felt that slice of irritation at the things she was hearing. Trent noticed this as he took a mental note of Gwen's reaction. "I mean, he's such a neanderthal and ungrateful of everything I did for him…" Courtney went on a tangent for who knew how long.
As she went on her ranted, Duncan whistled to catch Gwen's he did, he saw Gwen look a bit provoked. What was that for?
"What?" Gwen hissed at Duncan.
Duncan eyed the strap which was fastened to his strap wasn't even useful for the electrifier but Chef only used it for Duncan so he would stay put and suffer for his benefits.
Gwen stared at the strap. "Could you unstrap it?" Duncan pleaded.
Obviously, she was going to deny. She doesn't care about Duncan and doesn't need to help him.I'm not that type of person. Why would I say that?Gwen thought, mentally slapping herself. Her thoughts then changed to earlier when Duncan had helped her get through the paparazzi.I have to owe him back... I pondered. That wasn't the only reason why she was reconsidering her decision to help Duncan out. "Fine."She agreed as she started loosening the straps. Chris, Todd and Chef were fortunately not paying attention as they were slowly starting to fall asleep. So, they didn't catch onto what was going on.
"Thanks Pasty."
"Don't call me that." Gwen deadpanned.
Trent, who was overhearing the conversation, nudged Gwen to remind her that they were in an interview and the listeners of the podcast could still hear them. Although they might not from the blaring noise of Courtney. "Gwen, we're in an interview." Trent reminded.
From hearing a new voice who wasn't Courtney, Todd sat up straight, beaming at Trent. "Well since Trent seems to have got a lot to say how about we move onto him." Todd suggested.
Courtney was stunned. She didn't want to be interrupted in the middle of her rant. She still had so much to say. Especially about how Duncan deserved to go to jail and many, many, manymoreflaws about Duncan. "What!? I didn't finish yet!" Courtney protested."I still need to finish!"
"Fine. Do you still have feelings for Duncan?" Todd asked.
"I will never like that ogre again!" Courtney stated. A second later, she was getting electrocuted. "Ow stop that! That hurts! Stop it!" She screamed.
Chef tapped Chris's shoulder to wake him up as Chris decided to brush it off. He needed to move on from the podcast. "Well there you have it, Courtney still has a thing for her ex. Let's move onto Trent now." Chris announced.
"What about Duncan? You didn't ask him yet!" Courtney stated. "Well, it's obvious he still has a thing for me."
Todd turned to Duncan as he spoke. "Duncan do you still have feelings for Courtney?" Todd quickly asked.
"No." Duncan instantly responded.
"Well seems like he's telling the truth. Let's move on"
Chef sitting in the back finally felt relieved. "Finally. Stupid girl." Chef mumbled.
"Moving onto our next favourite ship, Gwent! Or does the couple causing that scandal in World Tour want to start first?" Todd announced, hinting towards Gwen and Duncan who looked away. "Now Gwen, what made your sweet relationship crumble with Trent?" Todd inquired.
The two thought about it for a moment. Both Gwen and Trent had two different interpretations about the situation. Gwen thought of it as the fact that her and Trent were too different for one another. On the other hand, Trent blamed Duncan for it. "Well, it didn't crumble. I guess we were both too different for each other and were better apart." Gwen responded.
Trent furrowed his eyebrows. "And how she dumped me for Duncan." He glared at got over the break up but he never stopped hating Duncan for it.
"I've got game dude. That's on you." Duncan defended.
Trent crossed his arms as he scoffed. He always hated Duncan's attitude. Duncan was twenty-one and he still acted the same to when he was sixteen. The issue was that Trent and Duncan had become quite close during Hawaii but now, Trent went back to resenting him. Strange.."My relationship was going perfectly until Duncan came in. I guess you could say that Duncan ruined our relationship." Trent explained.
Gwen sat up straight. "That's not true and you know it. That was on you for how you became." Gwen defended.
"Aw that's sweet. Boyfriend Kisser is sticking up for her boyfriend." Courtney teased. "I hope you know that he's still intome. Not you and he will never see you more than another fling."
Gwen and Duncan simultaneously rolled their eyes in response.
"Well Boyfriend Stealer, what do you have to say about this?" Chris inquired.
Gwen crossed her arms. "Can we go home now?" Gwen wondered.
"No." Todd and Chris said at the same time.
Everyone groaned in response.
Chris was about to speak until Courtney raised up instead. She came prepared with something just for Gwen. It was very annoying but still. "Well I've prepared a song for my fellow friend, Gwen."
Duncan leaned in to talk to Gwen. "This isn't going to end well for you." Duncan chuckled. Gwen elbowed his ribs.
Courtney started singing about Gwen and she finally stood up and walked closer to Courtney. "Oh my god Courtney, what I did was four years ago! I even broke up with Duncan in to make amends! You know this!" Gwen yelled."Why are you still mad about this!?"
"Ouch." Duncan muttered and Trent silently patted his shoulder.
"Well, you still stole him from me!"
Gwen could feel a vein popping out of her forehead. Courtney clearly knew what happened in World Tour and how they were broken up. "I can't believe you're still hinged on that. You guys broke up and I saw it happen." Gwen stated as she attacked Courtney. Soon they started fighting.
"Cat fight! Cat fight!" Chris yelled.
Chef walked up behind him. "I missed this." He grumbled.
"Jason! You better be recording this!" Todd instructed to the cameraman, Jason. "This would be amazing for the publicity."
"This would be perfect for the promo." Chef chuckled as he gave Todd a high-five.
Duncan and Trent looked at each other and nodded. They needed to stop this. Mostly because this was a bad look for the two girls and weird. This was probably the one time they got .
Duncan pulled Gwen away from Courtney as Trent helped Courtney up. Todd, Chris, and Chef all groaned in wanted more drama.
"This was going to be perfect for ratings." Todd stated.
"He's like another Chris." Trent commented as he disapprovingly shook his head.
Todd went back to the podcast. "Well it seems like we're gonna go to a break. We'll come back after our break." Todd said and paused the podcast.
"Interns!" Chris yelled. The interns ran up to him. "I need my hair gel!" Chris demanded as they went.
I may have slandered Courtney a lot so I maaay give her a redemption arc. Maybe.
