As Trent spoke to Courtney and the three hosts were getting their make-up sorted, Duncan pulled Gwen aside. Once Gwen and Duncan were in a secluded area, Duncan glared down at Gwen as he fumed at her.

"Gwen, what was that!?" Duncan questioned as he shook her shoulders. "Why would you listen to what Courtney says..."

As Duncan spoke, Gwen stopped listening. She just stared into Duncan's eyes. Their faces merely being apart. Being engulfed in his presence before he moves away. Gwen noticed some differences in Duncan. The most noticeable part was that he had grown out of the punk stage and now had natural, black hair. His style had changed a bit and seemed more mature and he had grown a couple of inches from the last time she saw him.

Duncan stared back at Gwen. She had changed her hair to black which went up to her shoulders. She didn't wear as much make-up as she did back on the island as she decided to keep it natural. Although, she still managed to have kept her 'pasty' skin as Duncan called it. She hadn't grown much but her style had changed a lot. However, her style changed to dark clothing but not goth. She still rocks up with her goth attire once in a while but at the moment she wears basic clothings.

That was until she realised her situation. So, Gwen pulled away from Duncan's grip as she glared at does he care now? Wasn't as if Courtney was only on his mind last season."What? Now you're on her side now? I knew you still liked Courtney." Gwen fumed.

"What do you mean? I don't like Courtney, I..." Duncan stopped when he realised what he was going to say.

Gwen raised an eyebrow. "You what?"

Duncan pushed away from Gwen and stood straight. "I nothing. I wasn't going to say anything."

"Ok well, move." Gwen said, attempting to push Duncan obliged as he moved out of the way. He lowered his head as he let Gwen walk through. "Thank you." Gwen thanked as she walked past Duncan.

Gwen continued walking to the door of the recording room as Duncan watched. That was until he spoke up which led to Gwen halt in her position. "I'm sorry for everything what happened in that season." Duncan apologised. He didn't even dare to look up as he thought of how he acted in All Stars. How nice and heroic he didn't like heroic me. She liked when I was a criminal."That was very lousy of me to act like that."

"Duncan... do you even know why you're apologising?" Gwen inquired. She was slowly understanding what Duncan had been apologising for.

"Of how nice I became." Duncan responded. "That's why you broke it off with me, right?"

The words rung through Gwen's head. She knew it. She knew there was no way Duncan would've understood what really hurt her. "You don't get it! I'm not mad at you because you became nice Duncan! Why do you think I'm so shallow?" Gwen snapped as she stomped her foot in frustration. "I can't believe this." Gwen muttered before stepping inside the studio.

There Duncan stood. He had no clue what he had just witnessed. He also had no idea what made Gwen so mad.

"Crap."

The podcast continued as the cast sat in their new seating arrangement. It started off with Courtney sitting on the far right with Gwen, followed by Trent and Duncan. It was coming to the near end of the podcast as the four were excited to leave. Fortunately for them, they couldn't start recording again because Todd accidentally turned it off, meaning the podcast had come to an end. This also meant that the podcast had ended abruptly with no disclosure on what happened.

"Oh. It seems like I finished the podcast. My bad." Todd announced to the others in the room. "Maybe a sequel to this another day?"

"No!" Chef snapped. He was getting tired of doing absolutely nothing.

Chris, who had just witnessed this let out a chuckle as he walked over to Chef. He held Chef's hand as he tried to hold his grin. "Think it's time we go now. We have a new season to premier." He stated as he excused himself and Chef. "Bye kiddies!"

"Well you guys can head out now." Todd stated as he released the electrifiers with a press of a button.

The four immediately halted out of their seats and ran first one was obviously Duncan was about to leave until someone tapped his turned around to see Trent, much to his dismay.

"Hey dude, can we talk. You know, one to one." Trent asked.

Duncan looked around. "Uh… sure." He what happened in the podcast, he had expected Trent to hate Duncan. "What's up... Trent?"

"So about what happened on the podcast, I didn't mean to get mad at you. I wasn't even mad at the situation because I got over it years ago. Also, we got along well in Hawaii and I don't want to throw that away. I just have other things on my mind at the moment and let my anger out on you." Trent explained.

"Oh. It's all cool dude. No need to stress." Duncan reassured, becoming less tensed.

Trent grinned at Duncan. "I saw you take Gwen outside to talk. You two good now? Or did you two get back together?"Trent nudged Duncan.

Duncan looked down at his feet as he scratched the back of his neck. "Yeah about that... she probably hates me even more now." Duncan stated. Trent peered at Duncan, waiting for an explanation. "I said something. I think. So now she hates me forever now." Duncan awkwardly chuckled.

"Don't worry. You two will be back to normal in no time." Trent said. "Anyways I've got to go. Bye Duncan." Trent waved.

"Bye." Duncan waved as he shoved his hands in his pockets. "He's wrong."

As soon as Gwen arrived home, she chucked her shoes off as she slammed the door. She was in disbelief of what happened. She was enraged that she had to talk to those people once again. After All Stars, she thought she could completely get rid of the memories but it keeps coming to haunt back. Gwen wants nothing to do with Total Drama ever again. Gwen barged into her room to see her dog, Ace, peacefully sleeping. A small smile trickled on Gwen's face.

RING!

There came a call from LeShawna and Heather.

"Can't I just get a break from the show?" Gwen groaned, not really meaning the sentence. As much as she wanted to regret it, she hadsomegood memories in the show and had some good friends. "I guess Heather and LeShawna aren't bad."

"Ooh-hoo, girl! You've got to spill everything!" LeShawna exclaimed. "Like what happened in the podcast."

Gwen rolled her eyes at the thought. She was trying to forget about the podcast but here she is needing to explain the drama in the podcast. "It was awful. Times like this are when I wonder why I agreed to Brody's dare into joining the show. Maybe I wouldn't have been involved in all of this."

"You mean your cat fight with Courtney? Yeah, I saw the fight. It's all over the internet." Heather commented.

"What do you mean? We're in a podcast. How could you possibly have seen the fight?" Gwen inquired, taking interest in the topic.

Heather pulled up her phone as she swiftly opened the video. It was so popular that you could open any social media platform and the first thing to pop up would be the fight. "Can't believe you didn't see it but see. The two of you fighting." Heather presented the phone to the camera of the laptop. Gwen and LeShawna looked through the screen in anticipation. Gwen was more than shocked. "Who was recording? They couldn't even film the full view." She complained.

"That's what your seriously complaining about? I didn't even know our fight was recorded!" Gwen retorted.

"Yeah um... I don't know why they didn't ask for your consent or anything before about it. They probably did this to advertise the podcast." Heather responded.

LeShawna nodded along. "Yeah, turns out Todd is Chris's younger brother and Chris wanted to help him out. Don't know if that's true though since those were just rumours."

"I can't believe this." Gwen fumed. "I'm going to sleep." She stated before closing her laptop, not allowing the other two girls to finish their sentences.

Afterwards, Gwen just fell asleep with the thoughts of everything in the podcast on her mind. She was regretting all of her choices she had made in the show. She also regretted letting her guard down and attacking Courtney. Now everyone saw that same side of Gwen from Celebrity Manhunt. It was a very bad reputation Gwen held from her later seasons. Any season after season one left her receiving the same levels of hatred as a mass murderer.

And I have class tomorrow. This day can literally not get any thought in her head as she slowly fell asleep.
