Bittersweet Vengeance-Ch 34
Derek and Penelope had spent Friday by him taking her shopping for more clothes and anything else that his baby girl/wife would need, they had a lot coming up with them planning the nursery for their baby and then of course the birth of their baby, where Penelope was almost 7 months pregnant Derek didn't wanted to make sure that Penelope was as stress free as possible.
Friday night Derek and Penelope had a movie night where they pigged out on her favorite things and ended up falling asleep on their huge couch downstairs, when Penelope had woken up on Saturday morning she did so to the smell of eggs, bacon and chocolate which meant that Derek had got to the diner a few miles from their home and grabbed her favorite muffins.
She raised up and stretched, she felt great, then her hand slid down to cover her baby bump and smiled as she said, "good morning little one", Derek walked into the living room and said, "welllll, good morning sweetness I was just coming to wake you up for breakfast", she said, "it smells amazing handsome".
He walked over and held out his hand to her and said, "here let me help you", she took his help happily and soon they were sitting in the dining room, she said, "it looks wonderful" as she reached for a piece of bacon, Derek grinned and said, "how you feeling this morning?", she said, "great, I haven't slept that good in a long long time".
He winked at her and said, "I'm glad", as they ate their breakfast they talked about the nursery, she was so excited as they shared their ideas and she couldn't wait to get started on the nursery, she could imagine it and knowing Derek she knew that he would give her the nursery she'd always dreamed of.
After breakfast Penelope headed upstairs to grab a quick shower, when she was done she headed back downstairs and smiled when she saw Derek, he turned to see her, he winked at her again and said, :"I love you sweetness", she said, "and I love you", he then walked over and pulled her into his arms.
She said, "handsome I am so so happy to be back home, home with you and the others", he kissed the end of her nose and said, "it's gooddddddddto have you here", she said, , "this isn't a dream is it, I'm not going to wake up and be all alone or drugged again and forced to be with Sam?", he shook his head and said, "no sweetness, this isn't a dream, this is real, so so real" and to cement that fact he leaned down and claimed her lips with his in a passionate kiss.
When they pulled apart she said, "make love to me Derek", he said, "are you sure?", she sad, "I need you, I need you so so much", he took her by the hand and said, "your wish is my command" as they started making their way up the staircase that led to their bedroom.
