Detective Fredo showed sheriff Hayward the tape that father Clarence brought him.

Anna: I'll show this tape to Erica's lawyer, but I'm not sure it will change her intention to plead guilty. And I don't see any new evidence on this tape.
Fredo: I think Ryan Lavery was on to something. I think he got close to figuring out the killer's identity. He mentioned five names, Erica Kane was not one of them.
Anna: He was drunk and rambling. If you see anything on this tape resembling real evidence, please point it out.
Fredo: No, no evidence leading to anyone. But it does confirm that the girl murdered at the Sunrise Club was Babe, not Sarah.
Anna: Even if Erica knows for a fact that Sarah was not the one killed, she could be saying it's Sarah so that we won't consider Kendall as a suspect. And we know for a fact that Michael raped Erica's daughter Bianca, and the others all helped Michael get away with it. I can't alter a potential prosecution based on your feeling. Erica confessed.
Fredo: Maybe she fears the killer was Bianca, based on this tape she might be. I think the killer might be taunting us.
Anna: In his drunken state Ryan might have sent this tape to Bianca. Bianca tried to plead that her mother was innocent. She said to me "My mother didn't kill these people. Trust me." She never said that she herself killed anyone, but I do think Bianca wanted me to suspect her. Maybe Bianca gave this tape to father Clarence to try and cast suspicion away from Erica. But, short of new evidence, Erica will plead guilty tomorrow.
Fredo: I think the killer has one more victim before they're done. Either Reggie or Zack.
Anna: Reggie was forced, but he did help with the cover up. Or the killer assumes Zack was somehow involved. But according to you both of those men are still suspects.
Fredo: Maybe one is the killer, the other the final intended victim.
Anna: As unlikely as your theory seems to me, I don't want anyone else to die. I can't divert resources on just a hunch, we're spread thin with JR's death. Okay, I'll keep an eye on Zack tonight, you keep an eye on Reggie.
Fredo: That sounds fair.

Gary went to the Sunset Club where Reggie was working. Anna went to Zack's house where he was recuperating. Gary was partially correct. The killer was indeed on her way to one of these locations. It was here that she would complete her revenge, and take one more life.
