Hi guys, most of this chapter will be Cell's confrontation with Broly hope you enjoy.
The Legendary Android
Cell rose his arms as he eyed his 'prey' standing a good distance away from him. He wasn't expecting Paragas to show up, he had thought he was watching his planet and likely saw what he was doing to his soldiers. But he didn't expect to see him to actually send Broly after him.
"Damn you Towa!" He cursed at the demon she didn't make a plan for him if Broly had to be dealt with early. His power had surpassed his counterpart's Semi Perfect Form, but not near enough to match his Perfect state.
As he is now, he will die in a head on fight.
He was starting to regret not asking Dr. Gero to recreate new models of 17 and 18.
No! He needed this! He needed this kind of conflict to improve. Trunks, his variants of 17 and 18 are so far ahead of him! He needed to catch up, he had to follow Towa's plan in order to reach a form that can surpass perfection.
But this power, he isn't ready. What can he do?
"Cell!" Dr. Gero yelled as he held an arm up. "Do not panic! Look at him he is not at full power! There is a chance!"
Cell looked at Broly seeing the blue hair as well as the crown. It was some sort of energy suppression device likely to keep him under control.
That means that the doctor was right, he can still win.
Dr. Gero looked at Broly, who was more monstrous than he expected. A Saiyan was born with this kind of power? He surpassed any Android he created, except for Cell when he reached his final form.
That device on his head, it was suppressing his energy, Paragas doesn't want him to fully let loose and destroy what would be his empire.
Grand, he with Cell and the other Androids should be able to overtake this brute.
Now that he has awaken early, he will initiate plan B.
Broly looked at the opponents in front of him, the green monster, an old man, and three others. His dull mind was unable to truly voice his true thoughts.
"Broly" His father's voice spoke in his head. "Destroy them all."
The legend walked forward with a frown as if not taking this seriously.
"Tch" Cell scoffed at the monster's overconfidence and rose an arm up. First he will weaken him and then he will absorb him. "Destructo Disc!" He yelled as he tossed his hand firing a yellow disc of energy.
Broly watched the energy disc head for him, likely aimed at his arm, strange that the creature wasn't going for the neck.
He aimed his hand forward and unleashed a powerful green energy wave.
It destroyed the Destructo Disc and headed for Cell.
His eyes widened it was too fast to dodge, he crossed his arms hoping to block.
"19! With me!"
But in front of him by his sides Dr. Gero and a pale rotund Android wearing similar clothing appeared with their hands aimed at the blast, showing a red Ki absorption bead.
The energy attack split between the two figures going into both the pale Android and Dr. Gero's palms.
Cell was surprised, this was the first time he had seen energy absorption in person.
Dr. Gero and Android 19 turned back to Cell.
"What extraordinary power!" His creator said smiling he can feel his power take a sudden jump from that simple Ki blast, at least by a fraction, and that was after dividing it with Android 19. "Oh, Cell I cannot wait to see what you gain from absorbing this monster."
Cell grinned at the doctor. "I cannot either, that attack would have greatly wounded me."
Broly eyed them boredly and was going to fire another energy blast. "Monster… no, I am a devil." He was about to fire an energy ball.
"Wait!" He heard Paragas shout into his mind. "Do not fire anymore energy, stick to close combat."
Broly stopped and was ready to run towards them obeying his father faster than he used to.
But then by his sides three more figures appeared surrounding him.
Androids 13, 14, and 15.
"Whoa big fella!" The white-haired Android said aiming a hand at his face. "You got more guests to tend to."
Broly scoffed and was about to attack.
But then 14 grabbed him from behind in a full nelson.
The shorter purple Android 15 threw sever all punches and kicks into his abdomen.
And 13 fired multiple Ki shots into his face hoping to wound him.
With Broly occupied Dr. Gero turned to Cell.
"This will not be enough to incapacitate him, Cell we are using plan B." He said to him. "Be ready!
Cell smiled at him as if he had already been told the idea.
"Yes doctor, just say the word." He placed a hand on the ground getting ready.
Broly seemed to be getting a beatdown from the three Androids, 14 holding him in place, 15 throwing punches and kicks in his abdomen. And 13 firing Ki wave after ki wave.
But it didn't last long.
He spread his arms apart making a small explosive wave, both 14 and 15 suffered massive damage from this simple action as they were forced back.
Broly then smashed a fist down 15's head forcing him to crash into the ground creating a massive crater.
He then turned and smashed a fist through the larger Android 14's body making him break in half.
Boredly he then turned to stare at 13 who seemed to panic despite being remaining fully intact.
Broly rose an arm ready to strike him down.
But then a detached fist with a green gauntlet flied out and smashed across his jaw forcing him to look away but it wasn't strong enough to leave a bruise.
He turned casually to see the fist go back to where it came from towards the ship that these strangers arrived in.
A large Android with green armor and a red mohawk walked out of the spaceship, clearly waiting inside until he was needed.
13 flew downward between the bodies of his fallen comrades as Broly's attention shifted to him.
The legend then dashed towards 16 at fast speeds eager to see the strength of this new foe.
16 did the same though noticeably not as fast as his opponent.
The Android threw a back hand aiming for his face.
Broly caught it and smashed his fist into 16's chest, sending him flying back clearly physically superior to the Android, even while suppressed he then dashed forward and smashed his clench fists down the Android's head forcing him to the ground.
16 made a huge crater where he landed looking up at Broly.
The legend rotated his body ready to race down towards him.
But then he noticed a shadow above him, he turned.
A large blue being with red spikey hair, white armor looking plates on his shoulders and chest.
Super Android 13 had absorbed the other two Androids and grabbed onto Broly from behind.
Broly growled as he was surprised not expecting one of them to have power like this, but he was still stronger.
He was starting to break free.
But then 16 flew up and grab Broly from the front keeping Broly in place if only briefly.
It was long enough though.
From the sides Dr. Gero and Android 19 appeared and grabbed onto the sides of his neck.
"Now your energy is ours!" Dr. Gero yelled as he and Android 19 were absorbing his energy.
Broly struggled seemingly unable to break free losing some of his energy and being held back.

From his hiding place Paragas looked panicked. "They can absorb his energy from touch as well?!" He yelled looking at Broly's power level starting to drain. There was no choice if he wanted to keep his son as his power source or rather to destroy these strangers he had to unleash even more of his energy.
Damn it, just where did these pests come from?
Wait, he remembered what one of his scientists said.
The two that killed the Prince Vegeta, their power levels couldn't be detected.
That must be what these two are.
He had been preparing to raise an army powered up by Broly, but he never thought they'd come to him.
There was no choice, he turned a dial.
"Do not make me regret this son." Paragas pleaded, wondering if he was even going to be able to survive.

Dr. Gero looked ecstatic, his sensors detect that his and 19's energy were rising rapidly, now they may rival 17 and 18 when he had created them.
If only he knew of this monster's existence sooner! The experiments he would have done with him! Whatever the case this energy was theirs for the taking.
But he then looked panicked even though his energy was rising Broly's was rising even faster than it's draining.
"This man, no this monster, he is far beyond anything I can imagine."
Broly's control device glowed as he felt his power growing again.
He screamed as he spread his arms apart forcing all the Androids off of him.
Broly then raced towards Super 13 and slammed his fist up the blue behemoth's abdomen forcing him upward.
He then flew towards 16 and smashed his fists down his back forcing him on the ground. He then flew down and stomped both feet on his back severely damaging him.
Dr. Gero growled as he wanted to drain more energy from him first but he is now touching the ground while most of his energy. Also, Android 16 was on the ground, he would not be able to continue.
There was no choice, it was now or never.
"Cell now!" He yelled.
On the ground far from Broly Cell had his palm on the ground and chuckled. He yelled as he fired an energy wave to the ground, weak to him but strong enough to destroy a planet if left unchecked.
As the blast was fired it struck the core and broke the ground.
Broly was still on the ground and sees the ground breaking while still standing on 16 a huge wave of lava surrounded him.
From space the entire planet turned a blazing red while showing cracks across.
It detonated in a gigantic explosion.
All that was left was an asteroid field, with a green dot in the center.
Of course, the attack wasn't strong enough to hurt Broly's body, the only threat was that he needed oxygen. He was surrounded in his green force field.
From his hiding place Paragas wondered where they were. "Search the area Broly, whoever they are they seem to be living looking Androids."
Broly did so look around searching for any signs of life.
From a top of an asteroid a large red sphere was fired.
Broly turned and caught the energy blast with his barrier.
On the asteroid was Super Android 13 grinning madly as he fired his S.S. Deadly Bomber.
The blast connected but it did little more than create a dust cloud, clearly un able to break through his barrier.
Broly then fired a powerful green energy sphere towards 13.
Super 13 looked surprised as the energy blast landed.
It created a gigantic explosion that can be seen throughout solar system.
From below a figure jumped across asteroids until he reached behind him.
It was Cell with his hands cupped beside him.
"Kamehameha!" He yelled unleashing the technique up close as if intending to break the barrier.
Broly didn't react to it as the blast swallowed his barrier.
Cell looked ahead with a glare not holding onto any false hope that his attack did any damage, he knew better.
Just then a green sphere surrounded him, and then a large bulky hand grabbed his neck.
"GAH!" The bio-Android screamed as he was lifted up.
Broly looked at him with a stoic expression, he opened his barrier just enough to grab him before any oxygen could escape.
Cell seemed to panic and thrusted his tail into his neck.
'Grab it, Broly! Do not let it pierce you!'
Broly did so and grabbed it before it could reach him, he then pulled.
Cell screamed as his tail was ripped off, then it turned to ash.
Paragas had seen Cell's tail in action from the safety of his lair, he knew better than to allow Broly be hit by that.
Broly aimed his hand toward Cell's face.
Just as he prepped his energy blast behind him two figures came.
Both Dr. Gero and Android 19 had escaped the explosion and placed their hands on the barrier.
The barrier broke and got into the palms into their hands, they were absorbing that energy.
Broly was annoyed as his barrier shattered now unable to breath, but he can survive without oxygen just not for a long period of time.
Cell used the opportunity to kick into Broly's neck, it was strong enough to force him to let go of him.
Dr. Gero and 19 threw a combination of punches and kicks at the legend.
Broly even though he was unable to breath blocked the attacks, and even if they landed, they damaged themselves more than he did.
Cell cackled as he slammed a kick into Broly's side.
Android 19 greedily tried to grab on to the Saiyan's neck area.
But the legend swiped his hand across the Android.
And 19's hands were now missing, meaning he was unable to grab on to him.
Broly then blasted 19's body destroying all of it, with him unable to defend himself.
Dr. Gero grimaced, 19's strength didn't make too much of a difference, but they had hoped to use his energy to at least be grow strong enough to close the gap and be able to assist Cell in absorbing him.
He'll need to use plan c if he wanted this to work.
Dr. Gero flew back as if escaping the entire scene and abandoning Cell.
Broly turned his attention towards the escaping Android and aimed his hand towards him.
But to his surprise Cell flew up and threw a fist across the back of his skull.
It wasn't enough force to cause Broly physical damage but it was enough to force his head to look down.
He growled and turned with his hand against Cell's head, he then flew up while holding his body upward, he smashed through the surrounding asteroids until he landed on a large asteroid.
It created a huge crater with Cell further damaged.
Broly looked down at him and rose a fist ready to destroy the monster.
But just then he stopped, and walked back while placing his hands near his throat.
Air, he needed air!
The legend flew up towards where he can find air.
Cell chuckled as he flew after him, he had to remember to thank the doctor for Frieza's cells.
As he reached Broly his tail grew back and he reached for the brute from behind.
But Broly turned and backhanded the creature forcing him back. Now knowing that he needed to get rid of him and fire an Eraser Canon, hoping to end the beast so he can go back to his father's planet to literally catch his breath.
The Eraser Cannon was powerful enough to destroy the Bio Android.
Cell crossed his arms as the blast got closer and closer.
Dr. Gero came at his side and put his hands up.
Though it was only absorbing some of the energy, a good amount of it had reached Cell and seemed to take his whole body.
Once it was over Cell seemed to be gone.
But Dr. Gero's scanners told him otherwise.
One surviving cell remained.
Good, he had taken enough not to kill him, only to bring him near death.
Broly screamed as he saw the doctor here, now he was going to keep him from going to a planet.
His instincts to survive started to override whatever control Paragas had over him, the blue gem on his crown started to crack.
Broly screamed as his green aura surrounded him, the entire area glowed a jade shade that can be seen throughout the north quadrant.
Now Broly's crown had destroyed, he had become a completely different beast, he was now doubled in size, his hair turned spikier and lighter green and his eyes were now blank.
He had now become what Paragas had always feared the Legendary Super Saiyan, a beast, no a devil, that only seemed to destroy.
But he still needed to breath, he needed to eliminate all in his way and finally go to a planet to retake oxygen, he looked towards Dr. Gero.
The Android looked terrified at the sight.
This? This was the actual Legendary Super Saiyan? Towa had been right it did equal Cell's Perfect Form.
It surpassed any Android he had created thus far.
Broly aimed his hand forward ready to annihilate the doctor.
But Gero smiled, he had one final trump card.
From one of the floating asteroids another figure flew downward.
It grabbed Broly from behind by his arms much to Broly's frustration.
Looking back, he sees a familiar sight.
It was Android 16 who had survived the planet's destruction, only half his face was missing, both his arms looked skeletal and he was missing one leg.
Broly was annoyed one moment and he'll break free.
But 16's body glowed a bright white.
"Mission complete" The Android used the bomb in his chest and created a bright explosion that forced the doctor to cover his eyes.
Dr. Gero looked bothered at the sight, 16 had been lucky to survive and he had to surrender him for this mission.
That demon Towa had better be right about this being worth so much trouble.
Just then by his side he heard a loud sound, a bright yellow light coated him. He turned and grinned.
"There you are! I had thought I might not have absorbed enough energy."
Cell was floating where he was destroyed with a loud cackle. His Ki aura had grown even more.
Dr. Gero watched as his power level increased even more from Ascended Vegeta's level to Goku after he had used the hyperbolic time chamber.
"This is beyond any of my expectations." He said as he watched his energy grow.
Though Cell was now more powerful than ever he looked to where 16 had self-destructed against Broly.
He sees him now in base covered in wounds.
Dr. Gero looked at the legend. "He is alive, he is passed out from both the explosion and the lack of oxygen." He smiled and looked to Cell. "And your Zenkai boost has improved your body to the point where you can now take his cells, now go do it! Before he dies!"
Cell chuckled as he dashed towards the asteroid where Broly was stuck in.
He immediately stung his tail into his shoulder.
Broly's body began to shrink as his body mass went into Cell's tail.
Every chunk Cell took into himself the Android felt exhilarated.
"Oh my! Yes!" He yelled laughing loudly. "This power! This is the kind of power that was supposed to rival my perfect form! And now, I will begin my ascension beyond perfection!" He yelled as he took in Broly's body.
All that was left was his pants, gold bracers and boots.
Once that was finished Cell felt different, the spots on his bodies glowed the same green that Broly did when he powered up.
Cell fell to his knees as he felt his body started to change, he screamed loudly.
Dr. Gero looked at Cell watching him struggle.
His scanners detected his power level climb higher and higher with no signs of stopping.
"What am I seeing right now? Wait, this is no ordinary absorption!" He yelled fascinated. "I- I think he's tran-"
Cell yelled as he stood up and his body unleashed a barrage of green energy blasts that spread in all directions just like Broly's used to when he lost control of his overflowing Ki.
The Bio Android screamed as his body changed shape and fired multiple Ki blasts in different directions.
Dr. Gero watched on unable to raise his hands to absorb the energy. His entire body was destroyed all while the real one was just as shocked as he was.

Paragas watched the grotesque creature had absorbed his son through that disgusting tail.
This isn't happening!
His son! The legendary Super Saiyan had not only fallen, but have been taking into whatever that monster is.
The pinnacle of the Saiyan race is gone and there was nothing he could do about it.
He began to lament how he raised his son, perhaps if things have been different, he could have actually trained him to be a real warrior, instead of fearing him and seeking to control him.
That was what lead to his untrained son's demise.
But now he had lost what he had needed most in his new Saiyan empire.
It was over, there was nothing he could do, all he could do was escape.
"Krang!" Paragas yelled. "Get the pods ready we-"He stopped when he looked out his window.
He sees a familiar green energy headed for the space station they were hiding in.
The Saiyan had no time to scream as the overwhelming energy destroyed the entire space station.

In space floating over a planet was a figure with a powerful green aura surrounding him.
Laughter can be heard from him.
He is now at his first step.

Dr. Gero's Earth
The screen had turned to static.
Dr. Gero looked frustrated at the sight but reeled in his annoyance. "My copy has been destroyed, damn it."He squeezed his fists. "I miscalculated he was not ready to take in Broly."
He mentally chastised himself for that failure, he wanted to see how strong he could make this version of Cell and now he ruined it.
Towa shrugged her shoulders and tapped her staff on the ground.
A new screen showed before them.
"Here" The demon offered. "Now we can see what has happened to Cell, hopefully I won't have to get a new one."
Dr. Gero looked at the screen and his eyes widened.

Juno System
Floating over the blue planet that was going to be Paragas's capital planet was a tailed, winged figure.
Cell was now as tall as Broly.
He still had his wings on his back.
His body was as was now the same as Broly in his legendary form.
But now his chest and shoulders where pale white with the same black gem in the middle of his chest.
His wrists looked like they had green gauntlets with the same black spots Cell always had.
The legs for the most part remained the same, except now they looked more like green armor with black spots over them.
His head was now somewhat different, he still had the same head piece in his imperfect state with the black gem in the center.
The face now took on a more human look only with his orange mouth now formed into a mask.
Cell looked into his hands as he was covered in green energy.
"A new form?" He asked himself in a deeper voice like Broly's. "I expected just a jump in power not this as well."
Cell then threw a fist unleashing a pressure that shattered multiple asteroids in the distance.
He chuckled as he threw a few more punches and kicks feeling the force of every attack.
The Android laughed loudly as he felt the power flowing, no overflowing through his veins.
This power it had to have been stronger than even his perfect form! It had only been a day and already he was getting what he was promised.
Cell laughed loudly as he powered up unleashing his new green energy.
Not only had he taken Broly's power but the biology of the true Legendary Super Saiyan!
It was amazing his Ki was arising every second! He was getting stronger and stronger.
Just then Cell's body began to shake, his eyes turned blank and he screamed as it started to become too much.
He had to unleash energy now!
Cell unleashed a wave of powerful energy that destroyed multiple planets in the distance.

Dr. Gero's Earth
Dr. Gero couldn't shake off the amazement just looking at the magic screen. He is even able to read his power level.
It was actually above what the data Towa had given him that Cell reached in his perfect form.
No, not just that, he was above what Gohan was measured to have when he had overpowered him! It was astronomical compared to what he expected.
Towa was surprised as well, she didn't think that the result of absorption would increase this much. She grinned, she was looking forward to what else Cell could turn into, perhaps she won't need another Cell after all.
She turned to Dr. Gero who was doing his best to hide how impressed he was but failing.
"I take it your satisfied?"
Dr. Gero didn't respond for a moment before he collected himself.
"His body will need to be adjusted so he can better progress his rising Ki that Broly possesses." He responded. "Otherwise, he may just explode like I feared."
Towa smiled knowing that he was hiding the praise he really had for her idea.
"I can begin working on it."
"No" Dr. Gero interrupted with a hand outstretched. "Cell is my creation therefore I will begin work on it. I'm going to send some copies with tools needed to make his new body stable."
Towa played with her staff.
"Very well, I will send whatever number of copies you wish to his location, be sure to use the data I have on Broly as a reference to ensure Cell's adjustment."
"I already know." Dr. Gero scoffed. "Now, what else will he do?"
Towa frowned thinking of Daburack, she wanted to destroy Trunks by almost any means. Almost. She was not going to use her brother, even one of his counterparts to become part of this creature.
Still if he is to evolve strong enough to take 17 and 18 into his own, he will need a massive power level that can measure up.
Fortunately, she has an idea that will do just as well.
For now, she thinks Daburack's other half will do to help Cell to his next step.
"Once you are done, have Cell destroy the sun of the Juno System." She said smiling.
Dr. Gero was going to ask but after what he saw he believes that this is just going to be something else worth his while.

Otherworld
Supreme Kai arrived on a tiny planet with one guest.
To greet him were two familiar faces having a sparring match in Super Saiyan form.
Both of them reverted back to base form when they see who has come to greet them.
King Kai turned and smiled at them.
"Hello Supreme Kai it's an honor to have you here." King Kai bowed before him.
"Thank you for having us, North Kai." He bowed his head and looked at the two orange clad warriors behind him.
Goku greeted Supreme Kai and looked at the Kais's four guests.
Bulma walked forward looking at Goku and his son.
"Goku, Gohan" She smiled as she walked to them. "Its so good to see you again."
She gave her childhood friend a hug along with Gohan who smiled.
"Its good to see you again Bulma." Goku said with a smile.
"Yeah" Gohan said smiling at the woman who she had known since childhood.
After they have greeted they turn their attention to the three orher guests.
Goku walked forward with his happy go lucky smile and walked up to Trunks.
"Trunks! Man, I've been looking forward to see you again." He smiled. "Well, not that I was hoping to in a hurry." He grinned while scratching the back of his hair.
Trunks smiled back at Goku.
"Hi Goku, good to see you." He shook his hand.
"Whoa!" Goku smiled. "You've gotten mighty strong huh? Wanna have a match? Maybe you can take me on at full power!"
Bulma sighed abd rolled her eyes but she smiled. Same old Goku.
Trunks chuckled. "Sure Goku, I'd love to see if I could measure up." It was always good to see Goku, mother really was accurate about how great it felt to be near him.
The half Saiyan turned to see the man he lost long ago.
"Trunks" Gohan greeted as he walked towards his student with a smile on his face.
"Gohan" Trunks returned the smile and the two hugged like brothers who had been apart for so long.
Trunks looked at him smiling. "It's great to see you again."
"Same" Gohan chuckled. "The beards nice."
"I think it looks kind of funny on him." Goku said grinning.
"Dad" Gohan frowned at his father who seemed to chuckle.
Trunks just chuckled glad to be back here meeting the Z-fighters of old and who he lost.
Gohan looked over Trunks's shoulder to see two others here.
They looked like Trunks and… like her.
But the half Saiyan didn't give them a mean look.
The girl looked at Gohan like she had seen him before, she did have some caution towards him. Given the last time they 'met', the same went for Goku.
"Hey, are they-" Gohan pointed at the teenager and the little boy next to her.
Bulma walked over to her grand children helping them settle down especially Iolite.
Trunks turned to them to see Shorz is a little nervous while Iolite seemed to remember the last, she saw their faces. But he smiled at them knowing everything will be ok. "They are." Trunks admitted and turned to him.
Gohan didn't seem shocked and in fact he only smiled wider.
Trunks was happy to see that he didn't seem to hate that they looked like who would obviously be their mother.
"Kids, come here."
Iolite turned to Shorz and smiled at him letting him now that everything will be fine.
The siblings walked towards the father and son before them.
"These two are my children, my daughter, Iolite, and my son Shorz." Trunks introduced them. "Mine… and Lazuli's, who used to be Android 18."
Trunks didn't know what was going to happen in the upcoming battle. But he was going to make sure that his children will enjoy these days before it all begins, he learned to enjoy every peaceful day to the fullest.
I know the title of the chapter's obvious I hope you guys enjoyed it none the less.
I'm thinking we got just a couple more before the final conflict arrives, don't worry I think you'll like how Cell gets even stronger.
Two maybe three left and then we can start the final battle.

shadowwriter01: Yeah even in the manga it was only ever stated he had absorbed in the hundreds of thousands. that's why I went with the fusion theory, I can't think of any other way that can justify why he had gotten so strong, it can't just be adding their power level on to his own obviously.
