Welcome back everybody to Damocles: The Avenger
Previously: we saw Jason chasing after some thugs who knew where a kidnapped girl was being held but Jason is soon met with Utah the watcher who tells Jason he shouldn't be here but Jason flat out tells Utah to get the hell out of there.
Now: A well-known hitter explains to his friends that he met someone in Pakistan who looked like a famous wrestler but what he did in Pakistan is beyond anything he has ever seen.
Sidenote: Jason's appearance is going to change from here on out. Who will he look like? You'll just have to read and find out.
Who is Jason helping out you may be wondering? You just have to wait and see

A hitter's strange encounter
(Earth-MCU Leverage HQ, Boston Massachusetts)
To a normal person, this bar seems like a regular place.
In truth it is, but this was the place for a group of people who let's just say do the right thing for the right reasons. But it's also funny that their team name is called Leverage.
Now, that left one big question: what is this group currently doing right now?
Nathan was just getting his morning coffee after he looked over some of the clients that they were going to help but after he was done he walked in on his team who were arguing over something more specifically someone who Elliot said he met while he was in Pakistan.
"I'm telling you guys right now, he's real! " Elliot tells the others who had looks that practically said that they didn't believe him.
Hardison Is usually the guy who believes in Supernatural and loves science, but he finds what his friend says hard to believe. "Okay, then Elliot then tell us exactly how this guy is real and how did you even meet him, to begin with?" He asked his friend.
Aggressively nodding his head at this, "Okay here's what happened"
(Flashback, in Pakistan a month after the team went their separate ways)
'After everything was finished with the art heist and we went our separate ways, I went over to Pakistan when I heard that they were smuggling some guns there in case you guys know that I don't like guns.'
Elliot is hiding behind a crate as he watches over a deal happening between several men who were selling off some AK-47s but these weren't old AK-47s these were brand new ones equipped with grenade launchers.
As he moved in a little closer, Elliott accidentally bumped into a crowbar which fell to the ground and made a loud sound.
(Present time with the team)
They all looked at him with disbelief at how he made a mistake like that to which Elliot nodded his head, "Yeah yeah stupid on my part.
He just knew the Parker was not going to let him down on this
(Final flashback)
The men were now firing at Elliot who hit behind cover but he quickly threw a flash bang grenade towards their direction.
One of the armed men tried to attack Elliot from behind but he was quickly taken down by Elliot who hurt him due to his loud footsteps with a quick jab to his throat and a knee to his face which knocked him out.
Grabbing a 2x4, Elliot uses it to slam a couple of the men and then breaks the 2x4 on the head of the man who was either dumb or stupid as he tried to use a knife on him. Throwing away the now broken 2x4, Elliot makes a break for it but he soon finds himself surrounded by all the men who were pointing their AK-47s at him.
(Present time with the team)
"Wait wait wait, how the hell did you manage to get out of that? More importantly, what does this have to do with a guy like John Cena himself, who if I remember correctly doesn't have any superpowers at all as he's just a regular guy who wrestles?" Hardison asked with a look of disbelief.
Nate pinched his nose in annoyance, "Maybe let him finish and then we'll know how he got out of that situation." Nate tells his hacker friend.
"I felt like this was going to be the end of me as they were about to shoot. That didn't happen because someone came through down from the roof in full tactical gear and if the look he gave them meant anything, every single man there was already dead. As I've already mentioned he could quite possibly be Cena's twin." Elliot recounts his story of what happened.
Parker, eating some popcorn "So, then what happened?" She asked him.
So, Elliot explains how the Cena look-alike told all the men that they were about to get an ass beating of a lifetime. He then proceeded on doing just that and once it was all said and done the men were lying on the floor unconscious, which just left him and Elliot.
When he told them how the look-alike told him he owned him, he disappeared like a ghost leaving Elliot all alone in the warehouse.
After everything was fully explained to the others, Hardison summed up what they all were thinking: "Damn, that's crazy."
(Underground lair in the Cole Residence, New York)
Unknownst to this group of Thieves, they were being watched by the person that Elliot told them about and he had to admit it was amusing with the way Elliot spoke of him.
"That seemed a little bit much, but it's good to know that Mr. Badass has now seen something new in his line of work," Jason commented on watching Elliot be overly dramatic in his encounter with him.
More specifically why does he look like John Cena?
(Transformation flashback)
As a kid, Jason had many favourite wrestlers. But the one he liked the most was none other than John Cena, who's dedicated to the things he has done and has proven that he is one of the best wrestlers there is.
That's why he was saddened to hear that John was going to retire soon so he figured this would be a good tribute to him. Taking one last look at what he used to look like, Jason pressed a few buttons on a machine and once he was done with pressing another few buttons he waited for the transformation to happen.
Now at first, nothing happened, but that's when he felt it. "Ahh," Jason yelled in pain as his entire body began to get bigger and also muscular as well. He felt that his entire body was going to be ripped apart but that wasn't the case as the transformation was complete.
Balancing himself, Jason looks at a mirror and sees his face looking just like John Cena down to the facial structure.
"Dang, I look good," Jason said to himself, sounding very much like John Cena.
(End of Transformation flashback)
During the past few weeks that he was on this earth looking over all the heroes and vigilantes that were currently active, Jason was kind of surprised to find out that the leverage team existed on this Earth and that they were the season 2 version of the team.
Jason figured he would keep an eye on them and even help them out a little bit just like how he helped Elliot in Pakistan
With that now out of the way, Jason can now move on with his other plans, one of those plans is travelling through the multiverse.
Doing that though left Jason a little bit stumped on what he intended to do, there were many options but several of them didn't sit right with him so he spent a few hours going through all of his suggestions on what to do and After enough thinking and planning he came up with the best solution to this whole thing.
"Alright here we go," Jason says, standing on a platform while also pressing a few buttons.
The platform glowed a little bit and then all of a sudden there was a huge flash of light which blinded the entire room. Once the light died down Jason took a look at the monitors which showed that the process was complete which made him smile a little bit. Looking at another monitor it showed an Earth that was named Earth 38 and whatever Jason sent it was sent to that Earth.
"All the other earths are going to be in for a surprise when they meet someone who is a carbon copy of the original person," Jason says knowing how true that is going to be.
With his job now done, Jason left his apartment and headed out to see if there was any crime to be taken care of.
Safe to say this was a pretty good day for him.
