Chapter 8:
Justice League:

Time: 12:00 p.m.
Last Sunday, Clark Kent, Janitor working at S.T.A.R. Labs was merged with a dying Kryptonian named Kal-El. He fought against the forces of Despero, but that won't stop Despero himself.
"Looks like some Metallos are coming," says Lex Luthor, Clark's best friend.
"This looks like a job for Superman," says Clark.
...
As Superman, Clark fought against the Metallos, but this time, something strange began to happen. They had a green glow that was affecting Clark in a weird way. Then he came. "That's interesting."
"Despero, I presume," says Clark.
"It seems my Metallos' new energy source weakens you," says Despero, "but what are you? A human or a Kryptonian?"
"Yes," says Clark.
Clark tries to fight it, but he feels too weakened, and he ended up falling, but then he had a strange vision of seven warriors from different planets.
...
"Clark! CLARK!" Clark wakes up and sees Lex. "How do you feel," asks Lex.
"Like you look," says Clark, "how did you get me back to S.T.A.R. Labs?"
"The new intern helped," says Lex, "meet Jamie Olsen." It was a red head girl.
"I thought it was going to be a boy named James," says Clark.
"It would've," says Jamie, "I used to be a Jimmy. Also, thanks to Mr. Luthor, I now know your secret identity."
"I wasn't thinking," says Lex.
"It's okay," says Clark, "I had a vision."
...
"It seems that when Kal-El merged his body with yours, you gained his memories," says Lex.
"In the vision, his father, Jor-El was part of a team called the Justice Society," says Clark, "nice to know justice exists on other planets. Anyway, he and six other heroes fought against Despero. I think that's what I need to do."
"Your plan is to find Super Friends," asks Lex.
"Check the computer," says Clark, "see if you can find other heroes."
Lex checks the computer. "I got something," says Lex, "in Japan, there is the mysterious Batman. He's had experience fighting aliens."

City: Tokyo
Year: 2022
Day: Sunday
Time: 1:00 p.m.
Yomato Toda aka Batman was fighting a spider like monster.
"Batman, you are no match for the Terrorantula!"
"Evil one, you are faced with the Master of the Night, Batman!"
Yomato and Terrorantula then fought. "King Char will be pleased once I end your life!"
Terrorantula then grows to gigantic size and Yomato then gets the Batmobile and it takes him to Shinobot. Shinobot fights Terrorantula. "Summon Nightwing," says Yomato. Shinobot then uses the Nightwing to destroy Terrorantula.
...
Yomato was with his girlfriend, Midori and mentor, Zortis.
"You have done well, Yomato," says Zortis.
"I wish I could drive Shinobot," says Midori.
"Maybe another time," says Yomato.
"Yomato Toda," says Clark as he appears.
"It's Superman," says Midori, "from America."
"I need your help," says Clark.

City: Themyscira
Year: 2022
Day: Sunday
Time: 2:00 p.m.
Lois Lane aka Wonder Woman was fighting some of Zellmer's demons.
"I wish Zellmer would try something different," says Lois.
Then there was a cheetah like demon and a swan like demon. "Does then help," asks the Cheetah.
"That does... wait, why would a swan be silver," asks Lois.
They then attacked Lois, and she fought back.
"The Queen will reward us for your destruction," says the Swan.
"Diana, if you have any advice for me," says Lois.
"Use the lasso," says Diana.
Lois then uses the lasso on the two. "I remember now," says the cheetah, "my name is Barbara Ann Minerva!"
"And I'm Vanessa Kapatelis," says the Swan.
"That witch turned us into these things," says Barbara.
"Okay, I can help you," says Lois.
"We're starting to..." Vanessa then stops and the two break free from the lasso and attack Lois.
"I'm sorry," says Lois as she is forced to kill them.
"Thank you," says Barbara.
The two then fall to the ground.
"This job stinks sometimes," says Lois.
"Tell me about it," says Clark. Lois looks and sees him and Yomato.
"Superman and that guy from Japan," says Lois.
"I'm Batman," says Yomato.
"We need your help," says Clark.

Year: 2022

Time: 3:00 p.m.
Ariel Curry aka Aquagirl and her girlfriend, Sarah were hiding from the fans.
"I wish I could go back to being a secret," says Ariel.
"You know what I like about these hiding places," asks Sarah.
"The fact that they can't find us," asks Ariel.
"They give us alone time," says Sarah.
Ariel and Sarah were then about to kiss, but...
"Sorry to interrupt," says Clark as he, Yomato, and Lois appear.
"Are you guys here to recruit Ariel for some kind of superhero team," asks Sarah.

City: Central City
Year: 2022
Day: Sunday
Time: 4:00 p.m.
Wally West aka Flash was fighting Professor Leonard Snart aka the Icicle.
"Professor Snart, if you please listen to me..." Wally begins.
"You tried to kill me," says Snart, "and the result was me becoming this ice monster!"
"You were being mind controlled," says Wally, "I was trying to save you!"
"Then who was controlling me," asks Snart.
"Would you believe... a talking gorilla," asks Wally.
Shockingly, Snart does not believe him. Snart then tries to freeze Wally, but Wally kept running out of the way. Wally then realizes he has no choice and uses his speed to generate enough heat to melt Snart. "You'll pay for this..."
Something then freezes Snart. "I thought it could help him live," says Clark, "we don't need any more unnecessary deaths."

Year: 2022

Time: 5:00 p.m.
Dr. Maxwell Butler aka Green Lantern was chasing after Kanjar Ro.
"Kanjar Ro," says Dr. Butler, "you are under arrest for trying to blow up the Earth...by the way, why do you want to blow up the Earth?"
"I'm trying to save your people," says Kanjar Ro, "he's here and the best way to keep your people safe is to destroy it all! You can't conquer a planet if there is no planet."
"I... suppose I shouldn't argue with...that logic," says Dr. Butler. Dr. Butler then creates a construct of a hand and grabs Kanjar Ro. "There are better ways to protect a planet."
"I agree," says Clark.

City: Metropolis
Year: 2022
Day: Sunday
Time: 6:00 p.m.
"I can't believe we've been traveling all around in just hours," says Yomato.
"Makes sense to me," says Wally.
"What is this place," asks Ariel.
"I'm guessing our Hall of Justice," says Lois.
"Actually it's S.T.A.R. Labs," says Clark.
"These are your team," asks Lex.
"Yes. My name is Clark Kent. An alien being named Despero is here, and we have to stop him. We need to work together. The seven..."
"There are only six," says Lex.
"Well, I figured you..."
"Does Lex Luthor look like a superhero," asks Lex, "I'm just mission control."
"How'bout you," asks Clark.
"I shall stay here with Mr. Luthor," says Zortis.
"You," asks Clark.
"I'm just a spirit," says Diana. She then disappears.
"Oh boy," says Clark.
"I heard you were going after Despero," says an unknown voice. "I'm D'el Sh'okk and I want in."
"What are your qualifications," asks Clark.
"I'm a shapeshifter, I can read minds, phase through things, I'm probably as strong as you and I had experience with Despero. He killed a friend of mine."
"He killed my friend too," says Clark, "alright, you're in. But we're not doing this for revenge."
"Maybe you're not," says D'el.
"Must there always be fighting," asks Dr. Butler.
"Dr. Butler, I have heard of Despero," says Zortis, "King Char is afraid of him. You know what that means."
"I don't even know who King Char is," says Dr. Butler.
"So, what's the plan," asks Wally.
"Batman will use his Shinobot to fight the ship," says Clark, "while the rest of us infiltrate it."
...
Despero's ship was attacking Metropolis. People were panicking. Wouldn't you? "And I left Earth 1 to get away from this kind of stuff," says a crazy sounding man. The Shinobot then takes on the ship while the others enter.
...
Clark, Lois, Ariel, Wally, Dr. Butler, and D'el are now in the ship. "Let's split up," says Clark, "who wants to come with me?"
"I'll go," says Lois, "I mean... I think we could work well together."
"Alright," says Clark.
"I'll go with the Doc," says Wally, "I might need him if I get a cramp."
"That leaves me with someone's favorite Martian here," says Ariel.
They then separated.
...
"So, you're like two guys in one body," asks Lois.
"Kal-El sacrificed himself to save me by merging his body with mine," says Clark, "I guess I get access to his memories."
"I got a ghost to guide me on how to use the lasso," says Lois, "so... you seeing anyone?"
...
"When will the violence stop," asks Dr. Butler.
"I ended up turning a guy into an abominable ice man," says Wally, "sometimes, this job stinks."
"But at least we are saving people," says Dr. Butler.
"That's true," says Wally.
...
"My girlfriend really wants to see me with a real martian," says Ariel.
"Your planet is strange," says D'el, "mating with someone of the same gender?"
"You don't do that on Mars," asks Ariel.
"I don't understand the point. You can't have children."
"Actually... mermaids can... just don't tell Sarah. I don't know how she could take it."
"Are you..."
"Of course I'm not. I just don't want her to freak out until we're ready."
...
The Shinobot was still fighting Despero's ship.
...
Clark and Lois find an assembly line of Metallos.
"That's a lot of metal heads," says Lois.
The Metallos then activate, and Clark and Lois are forced to fight them.
"The Kryptonite..." says Clark.
"Diana, I need advice," says Lois.
"The metal seems to block the kryptonite," says Diana.
Lois then grabs an unused Metallo alloy, and it becomes Clark's armor. "That feels better," says Clark.
...
Wally and Dr. Butler then enter a room, and they find Dr. Butler's wife.
"Clara," asks Dr. Butler.
"Max, get out..." Clara was then glowing some kind of violet energy.
"Is that normal," asks Wally.
...
D'el and Ariel find Despero.
"Depsero," says D'el.
"Do I know you," asks Depsero.
"It's time I make you pay," says D'el.
"Oh right, the Martian," says Depsero, "I see you made some friends."
"And we're going to take you down," says Ariel.
"Bring it on," says Despero.
...
The Shinobot was still fighting Despero's ship.
"This is a lot tougher than Char's monsters," says Yomato, "I summon Nightwing!"
The Shinobot gets out the Nightwing and uses it against the ship.
...
Clark and Lois were still fighting the Metallos, and they were winning.
"Maybe there is something to this whole armored superhero thing," says Clark.
"It might make a great movie," says Lois.
The Metallos are beaten. "Let's go," says Clark.
...
Dr. Butler and Wally were trying to get through to Clara. "Star Sapphire's not messing around," says Wally.
"Please don't give my wife a supervillain name," says Dr. Butler.
"Max... help... me..." Clara had trouble controlling it.
"Wally, distract her," says Dr. Butler.
Wally begins running around Clara. Dr. Butler didn't want to do it, but he knocked her out.
"Wanna go after Despero," asks Wally.
"I have a few words I'd like to have with him," says Dr. Butler.
...
D'el and Ariel were still fighting Despero. "You are no match for me," says Despero.
"Maybe they could use a hand," says Clark as he, Lois, Wally, and Dr. Butler came.
"Wait," says Despero, "is this...is this a new Justice Society? I don't believe it. They were the first people to ever defeat me. Well, I guess I'll have to make up for that mistake."
All six of them took on Despero while the Shinobot was still taking on the ship. "Let's give him three black eyes," says Wally.
"Why did you even take my wife," asks Dr. Butler.
"Is that who she is," asks Despero, "I was just taking any random woman for my experiment."
"You're a fine piece of work," says Lois.
Then something was happening. "What was that," asks Despero. He then checks. "I don't believe this. You're giant robot thing is wrecking my ship!"
The Shinobot was winning now and destroying the ship, causing it to fall to the ground.
...
Yomato exits the Shinobot to make sure the others were alright.
"Guys," says Yomato.
"You owe me a new ship." Yomato turns around and sees Despero. He was about to attack Yomato, but then something stabbed Despero in the back. He turns around and sees it was D'el. Then Clark uses his freeze breath to freeze Despero completely. Then Dr. Butler creates a construct hand and smashes him.
"Consider that the last time I take a life and enjoy it," says Dr. Butler.
Everyone sees the seven heroes united and saving them from the invasion.
...
Clark Kent aka Superman, Yomato Toda aka Batman, Lois Lane aka Wonder Woman, Ariel Curry aka Aquagirl, Wally West aka Flash, Dr. Maxwell Butler aka Green Lantern, and D'el Sh'okk aka Martian Manhunter have formed a new team, the Justice League. Whenever the Earth is threatened, they will come together to protect it anyway they can.
"I still have to get back to Japan," says Yomato.
"And I have to get back to my job," says Dr. Butler.
"I'm scared to go back to school," says Ariel, "everyone's probably gonna worship me if they find out I helped stop an alien invasion."
"I have to find a job," says D'el.
"Let me help you with that," says Wally, "you'd make a great detective."
Everyone else left. "You're still here," asks Clark.
"I was wondering," says Lois, "how do you feel about Chinese?"
...
It may seem over, but then a mysterious rift opened in the sky and a mysterious young man came out. "Nightwing's Log. I have entered Earth 49. Now I have to help this world before Darkseid attacks. I just hope I'll be able to get back to Earth 1... and back to Starfire."
