Stargate Atlantis Trading Grounds I: The Return To La Rochelle
Warnings: With this series, there's going to be a severe amount of backlash brought on by the traumas of Hathor and Machello. But the connector here is going to be Need and Shyla's kingdom, so for Sam and Jack. The events of Hathor and Shyla have stuck, leaving them facing a backlash that has Daniel. And Teal'C, on one of the line, them on the other, in basing this solely on the book series on the movie, directly after it.
The events are altered to it being civilian ran with military help and the SGA is just that, as Jack and Makepeace get the entirety of the consequences. That resulted in Daniel becoming a pariah now in that book series, only now it's reversed here. So everything negative on Daniel is Jack now, in the SGA and everything Jack is Daniel. In the SGC ops, but it's because of the permanent effects of Hathor's pheromones.
This story and it's followers are going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.
Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration. So with this chapter, is the colony/crew is now getting used to being a slightly underwater crew.
As he's getting to work in trading to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack. Just to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.

Chapter 38: New Finds And Research Begins IV: Research And Unexpected Truths IV

And the three teams then all went pale. "So you see not helping them free themselves from a dictatorship is not worth anything, when they offer something to us. In return, after the Byrsa spared his life after he saved 3/4's of them in Shak'yl's attack. 5 months ago at the time, he was tested by after he told Daniel to make a run for it. And then killed Shak'yl, and killing two more guards?" he asked and they all went broke out.
And in a sweat then at the remark. "Well that sounds like an NID, you interfere when nobody needs it, when they see their lives fine the way they are. If we meet a bounty hunter saying this the very same way here right now, in truth. Has it ever occurred to you, someone outside your base may not see things the way you do?" He asked and they all went white, realizing this was why he created that guideline, it had to do with this.
"There thank you right now, you just said what we're all thinking, our lives were fine till they came in with your self righteous ideas of freedom. And stirring up the status quo, sure we had to deal with a culling every now and again, but our lives were quiet and happy. Till you showed up and with your lofty ideals of killing every system lord you came into contact with." Aris Boch, who was the bounty hunter the team met now, said and Sanderson nodded in understanding.
"Hunter, you're a bounty hunter, you getting a better price then the old one, so we pay you double and you switch targets huh?" Picard asked and he nodded. "If my double on your show Rick, whoever he maybe placed a bounty on your best friend's family member. And they gave an even higher number, to let them and you go, well, I'm raising the price, if they want the target." he said and Richard Dean Anderson nodded in understanding ad he crossed his arms gently.
"Fair enough and we're charging to your account 200lbs of naquada to get any indication who the next target is, on Neumann's unit." Sanderson said and he nodded. "I'll go 250, but you got a deal." He said and Picard nodded. "Done, you got a deal, we'll pay you 275, for you to trace the next target, after they pilfered Grannis's pilgrim planet just last month. And before Vala joined the SGA." he said and Aris nodded in acceptance, knowing that was plenty now then.
"Aris tell me the truth, do you have family, next of kin, children?" Daniel asked and Aris nodded. "I do, I wasn't lying to you, my kinfolk are the people you would have met if we walk into each other again, but now knowing you're willing to free us from Sobek. Well that helps, as old crocodile head already killed Kali's minor back in the 30's on your planet." he said and they nodded as Connery and Harrison exchanged irritated looks at the memory of that scenario.
In taking the feelings of everyone in the galaxy into equation of interference when no one needs it. "And after you came back from Gaea annd empty handed, I remember and recall the carefully blocked report, just before Argos. On M'kwethet and Saqquara now, their lives were perfectly fine, everything was fine till you showed up. He sent that back through now, after coming off of La Rochelle now, and the president approved it. There's the policy now, and everyone in the SAC agrees with it, how the public takes that rulebook. That was just standing there between victory and defeat, because after the things you see on this base. As alternate realities are just to ridiculous to even consider, but if your belief system. You consider that stupid, as you're Jewish or did you become an atheist after 15 years." Landry said and Jack went pale at that, realizing the SGC were trying to convert everyone to freedom. But a meaningless war, killing people on both sides, all because you're bored out of your minds. And stir up the hornets nest, there is no war, the only war is with the renegades, not the majority." he said and Jack went white, realizing he did something illegal in the new administration then.
But to the MIS it was legal at that remark, to protect themselves at the time. "Oh so you see that what you did wasn't illegal treason in the real military, well this isn't. This isn't the real military or the MIS, it's the Stargate program, these rules. They are there for a reason, and you keep breaking them, you're being tried for court martial. Because the JAG created for this, is I'm one of the generals on it." He said and they went white.
"Get it through your god damned mind, you little bastards, this is not the military intelligence services, when you took on this post, you forfeited being MIS." Sanderson said and they went white in fear, realizing their past records were destroyed. And created a new file and the Stargate program had a JAG court of its own now finally in the program. So anything that had during the programs, was now a case of legal or illegal, and what he did was illegal.
"Say it, you only give us more ammunition to use against you right now, because in your mind. You're fighting a war, and screwing up the lives of good soldiers, because you got. In truth here, 5 good soldiers killed, and 70 good kids and cadets, we lost 13 more soldiers, that caused this." he said, knowing his next remark was going to be, 'they can't do that' now, and Jack swallowed hard, realizing his choices were the cause of that remark.
"But Daniel sold that mission log guideline book, as the side note to the Price You Pay, and Ashley agreed, which is why her name is next to his on these books. Co authors, Commander Daniel Jackson and Ashley McConnell, he and she drew the side note. He writes the books, she does the proof-reading and then sends them to the company. And he's preparing to get Bill McKay involved as well, so the 3 of did these together."
"But that companion novel is the side panel, and after, you interrupted their choosing, before Maesen came down with Pneumonia, but did that not make a point to you?" he asked and she swallowed hard, realizing she never considered that, that consideration. Of interfering in their belief system, Jack's anger in that had abruptly killed one of their charges. And it resulted in no emergency DHD power glove, all because of the SGC beliefs then now.
"But here's what happened, he came back while you were on mission on various planets gentlemen." He said and they both paled at that, as he put in a new tape and they saw him at the Whitehouse then. "Alright son what you got for us exactly right now." Sanderson asked and he smiled. "The repository is the ticket, they all look under developed true, but that's just a facade right now, they're beyond technologically."
"In advancements, Italy: is protection shields stopping anything stronger then category 5 hurricane or tornado now. They also protect against tsunamis and damage by the elements now, in truth. France: medical care and curing world hunger, Germany now, is anti-grav shields, Greece: is hover conversions for vehicles now. Everything we saw in the movie, every country carries it, the offers were a blend of money, food."
"Drugs and if they need it, humanitarian aid now." He said and they nodded proudly at the news. "So what's the monetary card exactly?" He asked and he chuckled. "What was money back from th to 17th centuries exactly General." He asked and they smiled. "We used gold, silver, and jewels to pay for everything, let me guess, bronze is used, and they use copper?" He asked him and Daniel nodded smiling and they nodded gently then.
"Yeah, but the reason I prefer this to being in the SGC, is because certain people crossed the line and then blamed me, Sir why did you have them in SGC. You knew what they were, what they used to be?" He asked and he crossed his arms. "So we all had a reason to, when their minds snapped finally here, out of jealousy. And they're not bothering to fight the programming, that we had a reason to put them behind bars."
"But first Jonas Hanson and now them, anyone else have their minds snap here right now, because if they go nuts and stay nuts, they're being put down. You baby are of my star card, I'm thinning the ranks in the military of corrupt officers. Said thinking, because their military intelligence, they can do whatever they want. And not get slapped with the consequences." Sanderson said sternly and they all went pale at that.
And at the stern tone of condemnations toward them, never thinking they would kill them for not bothering to fight it in the programming, they were a liability in the eyes of the military. "You're looking for any reason to have us discharged based on the insanity plea, and simply because of Hathor!" Jack said shaking in fear and they all nodded sternly. "Not simply because of Hathor, you're a drug addict with a beyond violent temper now."
"Why shouldn't we have you idiots committed for not showing simple common sense, what fantasy world do you live in, you think we, your superiors. Now will tolerate you yelling us, when you can't get your way, huh, that it, because I'm not West. That I never tolerated back talk before I will not start now, young man so as such. You raise your voice at me, you're in the lock up till you calm down, as of now, and I mean it."

But did you not get the point, Daniel is working for psychiatry, so you don't have the authority here, he's a medical department, working psychiatry?" Hammond said and he went pale at that remark, realizing after he yelled at him then now.
And during Teal'C's trial, that told him the effects still hadn't stopped and the set up furthered that opinion, in the entire department of the medical psychiatric network at the time. "So as such right now, just watch the attitude, young man, if you're not going to fight. In the effects, you're a traitor and you always will be now, because The Chosen. That shows the entire reverse to Retaliation which is focused on the movie, this is the tv show."
"And you just committed political suicide now, that's the non color image, here are the books themselves as singles, Daniel chose the cover art now." He said, through them on the table as they saw them standing in front of Acropolis, Thor's Hammer, The Ancient language text. And then Jack froze, seeing Hathor directly behind them as he read the book cover. "After Hathor's departure, it is discovered she stood something of importance now."

So you, as MIS are what exactly, if you decided to kill the first planet you came across, by bringing a bomb with you?" He asked and they all went white in fear, realizing NID were red, to the blue soldiers they thrived on destruction and threat and force.
"But do you remember this people." He said, as they saw the memory of Hathor's exodus from the base and they all started shaking in fear now. "Well as a result here, Sir, just let the SAC pull the plug, because I found a perfect way. Into bringing money in now and at the same time, give the archeology community now. Said a way to understand, the job in the cartouche is beyond dangerous, the repository now, but first, Sirs."
"There's something you need to see, because the reason I chose reddish orange, bordering on going blood red, is because it symbolizes the NID. As Jack is in the background, and with him Makepeace and Johnson, while Sam, Lou, Anna, Jared and Teal'C are surrounding me, with Hathor full sized above us." he said and he nodded. "We understand, there was a trauma, but how serious are the effects of the technology."
"If you had to alert us to this, because I guarantee here, that though the effects are strong, they're not strong enough to stay long lasting. Unless of course they refuse to resist the effects and let it go." Yosuf said and they nodded. "Agreed, Danny, let us have it." He said and Daniel nodded. "I think you figured it out Janet, Sam, but you had it right, like you said CIA agents never trust them watch them like a hawk."
"I got everything we need in case we encounter another one, but these idiots never bothered to learn anything. Like always my knowledge, as a archeologist just saved us, but I discovered information we needed. And I never had to hear the words, your godfather wanted everything, Sam. But in doing so now, she attacked me, Janet, I fought it, them no." he said softly and they nodded firmly.
"I'm an undercover agent, but remember the books focused on the movie?" he asked and they both nodded. "We're entering this one, but the joint chiefs are going to have the duo's heads later for this, but I did my job and in the middle of it she attacked me. The pheromone is like GHB, but the black out remark was no black out at all, and neither was the scream of denial, I was in shock."
"But once I heard what she was, I snapped out of it automatically, she is a queen, one of several in the galaxy and as her husband created the off shoot. Wait till they find out about this, but to put this bluntly to make human compatible symbiotes for human created Jaffa. It's they need a sperm donor for the DNA, and it wasn't genuine either, its assault." he said and Sam nodded firmly.
As he showed them, his neck and his wrists. "That was not on purpose, she raped you, okay they were turned into droness. She rapes you, the webpage said that she had magical posers over men?" Janet asked and he nodded. "You guessed right it was a pheromone, what you're looking at here now. Is across between Etana and Poison Ivy, in truth she's a xenomorph queen, one of several now."
"She's the first we found, and probably the one the offshoot wanted to keep locked up, the queen's had magical powers over men. Word for word what my counterpart told you, I'm repeating it, when drugged they'll do everything she tells them to do. Some are drones others are turned into Jaffa and Jack got the second, because of his hormones, it's Kynthia all over again, ladies."
"But I fought it, I snapped out of it, before she dosed me twice and then assaulted me." he told her and she nodded as he pressed his forehead to hers. "Not leaving you guys, my heart belongs to you guys now, ladies." he added and she looked down with a smile on her face at that. "Did you find anything?" Jack asked and she sighed as she answered him gently at that remark and Sarah crossed her arms, as remembering what she read then.
"Probably nothing we can use, maybe we can least get a cellular level analysis on the goa'uld, maybe we even find some DNA." she said and Daniel sighed. "Alot of that will probably be mine."he said pointedly to her and her eyes narrowed. "Ew." Jack said and he nodded. "Yeah ew, and you got the worse end of the deal, but they're made for human turned Jaffa." he said and Jack looked up in shock.
As Hammond walked in and the duo quickly stood up. "General, the girls possibly dug into an old friend's website research paper, but I learned enough. Now, that we can prevent this from hapening again, she's a queen Goa'uld. But she's across between Etana and Poison Ivy, but she's the xenomorph queen in Aliens." he told him and he nodded as he answered him gently at that as Jack looked up.
"I want a full report and come directly to my office, son, though you got assaulted. You did your job and I'm very proud of the way you did your interrogation of her, kiddo." he said and Jack swallowed hard at that. "Yeah not good, and just reading that book, I never hated military intelligence officers more right now." Kevin Bishop said sternly and Hammond nodded in agreement, as they exchanged irritated looks at the memory.
"At ease, Captain, Doctor." he said and they sighed as she tried to get it out. "Sir about your head, I'd like to explain that if I could." She said and he shook his head. "Captain, I'm putting you and Dr. Frasier up for a commendation medal." he told her and she nodded. "Well thank you Sir, but I..., you are?" she asked and he nodded as Daniel took her hand and they saw a gentle knowing smile in his eyes then.
"You know, that we're close to getting together now Uncle George?" Daniel asked and he smiled and nodded. "That reaction you just gave only cements the fact, she's just getting over Jonas and you're who I approve of here. Jack is not her type and she needs you after having her heart destroyed by Jonas." he said and Daniel nodded to him."If you hadn't kept your wits about you and done what was necessary now."
"We could have put the entire planet at risk, so good job, ladies." he said and they nodded smiling as he finished. "Well that's all." he said and looked at Daniel. "Son I need the intellgence in a half an hour, so I can send it to your godfather, Ryan and Dillon." he said and Daniel nodded. "Yes Sir, I will now."he said and Daniel nodded as he looked at Sam as Janet left the room at that remark gently.
"Teal'C how much do you know about queens?" he asked and Teal'C sighed."Not enough to be of any use, I know of some of the queens in the system lords." he said and Daniel nodded. "Damn it, alright I need to tell you this now, but I discovered 10 things here that should help. If we come across another one Sam, but first off, and I was going to tell you this myself, before she drugged me."
"But she was a queen, but for every 10,000 regular ones there's a queen, they're like every other queen in the insect society. Including the xenomorphs in aliens now, but they're the for-center of their entire race. 2) is that all Goa'uld have naquada in their blood, so they can search out other hosts, jaffa or just the gate, that's how she knew it was here, because she could sense it."
"3) all queens had a device that could turn normal humans into jaffa, which explains how Teal'C's species was born. It's because of this now, for the men, some they turned them into their armies, others were turned into priests and it's for the women, they were turned into priestess's. 4) The queens had a drug that could over ride higher reasoning, but for some that resisted like I did."
"They gave a stronger dose, 5) in order for the larva to be created, they needed a sperm donor, to get them to connect to the right race." he said and she nodded. "For Jaffa created out of humans, she needed another human in order to do so. Let me guess, when you realized this, you tried to stop her, and she hit you with another one, before I walked in and saw you sitting there in shock."
"She did it against your will?" she asked and he nodded. "Yeah, but whoever gave you that information just saved the entire planet with me indisposed at the moment. But whatever he said was right, she had magical powers over men, if they were soldiers and she could seduce them. And into doing almost anything for her, in every case it says they were drunk with her presence."
"But turning them into drones was another way to turn them into Jaffa now, and she had turned one already and you prevented the others from that by driving her through the gate honey." he said and she nodded firmly. "Then I'm lucky I found that web-page, he, whoever wrote it, mentioned your theory on cross culture pollenization as well, but his voice, I think you know him."
"If he mentioned you by name." she said and he nodded to her gently. "Whoever told you that, he never knew how close to the truth he was here, because it was another theory turned real. And we got evidence to that today right now, but for science fiction, the theories are real close to the truth. And this one is right up there with the one that the show proclaimed here at the moment."
"We're looking at a repeater to that episode on The Next Generation, season 5." he said and they nodded. "Let me take a guess, but she was across between Poison Ivy and Etana Lol on the show?" she asked and he nodded. "Yeah and as if that's not enough as I'm the one who fought it and they didn't, the added psychological side effect, now, as I'm the one trying to fight her off now."
"And it's that these guys are going to be furious at themselves for making asses of themselves in front of you girls and that you had to save them right now. For Hammond him I understand, because, he thought he lost me last month, to him. He's thinking of me as a son now. For you, we're close, and in your eyes I'm your best friend, but you remember the prince of thieves now."
"Well the reason I resisted her try at first, is because I belong to you now." he said and she nodded gently to that as Hammond hid a smile at the wording gently. "Take me as I am take my life I would give up everything, I would sacrifice, and I did and I never want you to change Daniel." she said and he nodded as she leaned against his side and he wrapped his arm around her then as he said it to her.
"For the full officers the ones that are trained for mind control techniques, they can't hold up against whatever this pheromone is, but for these guys, there's no getting passed it now. They made asses of themselves and were nearly turned into Jaffa by their own pig-headness. But I may not have completely broken out of it, but I did now, but I used a bit of reverse psychology here."
"And I'm just going on the briar patch remark here, but if normal straight forward tactics never work use the characters hormones against them. And that works well when they let their hormones get in the way of the job, with a pretty woman who's like a black widow here. But what you did when you broke out of detention was exactly what a true scientist would do now."
"Reverse the ambush and by using the drones hormones against, them as you knocked them all out and then went for the throat. And by deactivating the first of her jaffa, but the connection only stays active if she's still in range and once gone everyone is back to normal.
