Warnings: With this story the books came out a year sooner, so The Price You Pay came out the same year as the pilot episode, turned book now. And the book titles that are given now are the names of the events, after Enemy Within. Thor's Hammer, Torment of Tantulus, Hathor, Cor'ai and Enigma, as this story now. Takes place two years later after the events of Singularity now, and the psychosis is still very strong.

With this series, there's going to be a severe amount of backlash brought on by the traumas of Hathor and Machello. But the connector here is going to be Need and Shyla's kingdom, so for Sam and Jack. The events of Hathor and Shyla have stuck, leaving them facing a backlash that has Daniel. And Teal'C, on one of the line, them on the other, in basing this solely on the book series on the movie, directly after it.

The events are altered to it being civilian ran with military help and the SGA is just that, as Jack and Makepeace get the entirety of the consequences. That resulted in Daniel becoming a pariah now in that book series, only now it's reversed here. So everything negative on Daniel is Jack now, in the SGA and everything Jack is Daniel. In the SGC ops, but it's because of the permanent effects of Hathor's pheromones.

This story and it's followers are going to match the dialog, in the flashback memories, of chapter 4, of the past meets the present series. As it also follows the complete mental breakdowns, of the human half of the team. And Robert Makepeace and Adam Johnson, so the story is going to follow the dialog to the letter exactly. Along with some new dialog that was not in the fast forwarded portion in the flashbacks.

Basing this in real time, rather then the show, of 25 years ago, Antarctica was a neutral zone for research so military research was not allowed out there. And with it, as the chair is considered military technology, it was meant to be last resort. In case of another orbital attack, so the outpost is now trade and exploration. So with this chapter, is the colony/crew is now getting used to being a slightly underwater crew.

As he's getting to work in trading to bring in more improvement for the planet at large now, so a military attack. Just to bring him back to the states, is attempted, is an international. In incidents and enough to get them convicted for kidnapping now, with his clearance. So from here, is he's dropping in on Ry'ac and Drey'auc and before the press conference. And just before his first stop in planets is to Gaea, home of the Nox.

Chapter 42: Truths Revealed And The Search Begins III: The Truth Revealed III

"Having a sudden removal and return like this, I'm going on a guess, but that's another piece we need to understand the Jaffa anatomy. And his body is fighting the toxins of both that and the sarcophagus now."

"I have to be sure of this to make a sure determination now, but how often was he shipping out, I know you wanted to run several medical tests. And on them for the amount of times they'd gone through the gate now at the moment?" he asked and Jack paled at that remark, in knowing what was coming. "With only 9 teams it's every other day, but twice a week for seven months now, Jake."

"You think that the fact they'd been over worked just caused this combined with Hathor just showing up on the base?" Hammond asked and he nodded. "I do, but Hathor, and Nem, just did us all a favor, he's been over worked. I don't have to heard words here from Sam or Daniel, but the trio want some peace and quiet. And for once, well they're going to get that rest finally now at the moment."

"And that's not if he, Danny, gets hurt for whatever reason on this mission, but the base is on stand down for missions for a month after this. No debates, these are the symptoms of any drug withdrawal, he's hallucinating out of a fever here. So that's it, alright Robert, you're next." he said as she gave him another and he did the same with him, as he checked his then and his eyes narrowed with a worried look.

"He's at 105, they're both in withdrawal and they're delirious right now, alright take them to a medical iso, level 17, they're stuck in there. And until it wears off and Peter, Jason, Billy, Tony, I want six guards each in both rooms. One of them flips out tell me and we go to sedation, take them away." he said and the groups both nodded as they shoved the duo out of the room as he sighed at this.

"It was 6 hours later that, I came back, but if their attempts to break me never worked, she went to beating with a whip next, as you're about to see. But she's as sadistic as her book self right now, by that I mean here, Meyers and I being tricked. She hid her true self from us, in an alternate storyline, based on the movie itself, these." he said, passing her a quintet of novels and she nodded sternly then. It's SG-1!"he said and Cromwell nodded.

As the twelve walked back through and Daniel passed him the GDO. "I believe this belongs to you, Sir." he said and Hammond smiled at him. "Nice work son." he said and Daniel smiled, before he could answer him, Lou got a look at his back. "Did anyone notice this, there's blood all over the back of his robes." he snapped as he touched his back. "No don't do that!" Daniel said through gritted teeth as his legs gave out.

"Daniel!" Sam and Anna shouted together as Lou and Jared lowered him to sit on the ramp. "Get a medical team in here, now!" Hammond shouted over his shoulder as he crouched in front of him. "What did she do to you this time, son?!" he said quickly to him and he sighed softly. "That's the part left out of the catch of being a pharoah for a queen goa'uld, they get abusive with their consorts, dad, in fact."

"Though the plan went without a hitch, she thought that I had a hand in helping Sam free Jack from being her first prime and punished me for it." he said as the adrenaline quit on him and he steadied him as Janet and Warner arrived. As Warner cut his shirt open to get a better look. "Oh my god, she's used a whip or some sort of branch on his back, I need 10cc's morphine, stat!" he snapped and the duo nodded.

As Perry loaded a syringe with the amount needed, and gave it to him and he relaxed after five minutes as he leaned forward and Warner steadied him. "Alright again what happened, Janet told me she attacked you, before you told us O'neill let you have it. And out of anger at the time today, but if I know anything the duo are going to turn this around and tell Mackenzie." he told him and he said then gently.

"Her new first prime let me have it with the whip, ten lashes, because without Sam there, she though I betrayed her, and this was punishment." he said to them and she nodded to him. "These are more then just ten lashes, it looks like someone used a tree branch across your back." Janet snapped gently and Anna got one fast look and her eyes narrowed in anger as she answered her at that remark.

"Not a tree branch, but something just as bad, certain areas of punishment in the valley of the kings, they used a cat O'9 tails on the victim they're punishing. But that's what caused this, the amount of blood lost it takes a week to recover from here. And even then they're sore for two weeks." she said and the two nodded. "Come on, lets get you into the infirmary." Sam said and he nodded to her.

As they helped him up there gently. "Harper, I want four guards on his private room." Janet said and the guard nodded to the order gently at that remark. "And one other thing, wildfire means no one in or out, lock out the damn phones. From anywhere but directly to the joint chiefs for a month. What energy I have, I just drained it all, from this situation." Daniel said with an exhausted tone in his voice.

As Perry helped him stand up as he wrapped his arm across his shoulder. "I wasn't running away from the trauma and decided to run psychological testing. And on those two, but my godfather is your boss, Janet." he told her and she nodded. "General Matheson is your godfather, then what is Jared to you exactly, if General Carson named all three of you." Warner asked him and he explained that.

"My brother, his mother is my godmother, Matheson was my mother's best friend, Dillon is my dad's. Our parents have been together since college, but they were the best of friends. With our fathers all scientist and medical, forensic scholars we took to ideas of brains over brawns and drew up this plan. Test the duo, and the tests came back as they flunked it at the moment here now."

"We decided to run this in a way our fathers would, though I don't know what happened to the third member of our trio. But her name was Anna Matheson, I lost contact with her after the accident, my first foster home. And I ran into her at the Foresters place, before again at the Blacks, but ever since that was it."he said and they nodded as she went over it gently at that news as Anna came in then.

Just as she was saying it they heard a scream of pain then from further down the hall and Daniel nodded."One of them's suffering detox from this crap right now, or is it just the pain of withdrawal from the damn thing?" he asked and Jared sighed as Anna answered him. "It's both, Jack flipped out the second he heard that he was about to go through another detox and Uncle Jake treated him before."

"Hey you okay, my brother?" she asked and Janet sighed. "He was attacked by her and then he took ten lashes to the back right now, Anna." she told her and she and Jared both nodded."No amoxicillin Janet, penicillin, he's allergic to amoxicillin, he's also allergic to heavy doses of pollen." she said and Janet stroked her hand across back of his neck as he turned his head as Warner stitched up the lacerations.

"I got the test and meaning to it, I know that was faked, what did the duo and Carson tell you to do since O'neill reactivated." Janet asked and he explained that to her. "After his son died he was deactivated and came close to suicide, but he was reactivated without a psych eval. After Hammond reactivated him, and they and Sam brought me home, I made contact with the trio that second day."

"They asked me to run psychological testing on him, but he blew the first one after the virus hit them and they're furious at the fact he lied. Regarding blowing things up on Abydos at the time, but what they're also furious about. In order now but five tests and he flunked them all. And that he brought back a contagion and then attacked me out of jealousy." he said and they nodded to him.

"Well I'd say this made it clear, despite the trauma you're facing it and went to go on a dangerous mission, though you had a concussion. I'm not looking at psyche evals in your case, that was brave and courageous and like George said. There are better ways to complete the mission without death and destruction." they heard and he shifted his position to see Carson come walking in and he smiled.

"Hey Uncle Jake, well I got the results in this mission, tactical knowledge and getting our prototype back. But the virus, followed the cake, then Ry'ac, Nem, Hathor, and he knocks me into the wall again, but he's about to suffer a psychosis. We keep this up and the next one isTeal'C and a judgement day call for him, but I completed the mission." he said to him and they nodded gently to him.

"You may not have told us what you had in mind that though James may see this as you're a megalomaniac. To us, the three of us, the fact you faced down a trauma like this and the fact you were hurt here as well by said trauma. That's high moral fiber, and as was you going to a way that insured you. The 12 of you came back alive, so hopefully we don't have further problems like this."

"But the amount of stunts done as a child is one thing after we saw each other last, but you keep this up. And at the rate this is going I'm not going to make it to my next birthday, son, so take it down a few notches." Carson said and he nodded as he pressed his forehead to the older man's gently at that. And Carson ran his hand through his hair gently in response and their parents nodded to that response.

"Alright that's plenty son and to answer your question whether or not we can grant permission, I want you to tell everyone in this book the truth. And it's because the duo are facing being made pariahs starting now, if he did it to you, who won't say he won't to it to the kids too." Jumper said and Jack went pale, realizing his training had completely destroyed his life then as Daniel looked between them gently as he came to a decision then.

"There's more General, but here's what happened during my reassignment, and I helped them escape." He said and put the next tape in then. "Uh huh, let me guess here son, but this is focused on the fact you once again outsmarted them. As the cross and double became clear after George said that O'Neill lost his temper that was a test. And for Teal'C to prove his loyalty to us and Earth." he said and Daniel nodded gently then.

"Name change General, Commander Teal'C Thomas Martell now." He said and they chuckled."You gave him a human name and a future outside base resident where exactly, if and when you return to Colorado Springs?" He asked and Daniel nodded. "My apartment building next door to me now, I'm still waiting for the final verdict. But the lord warned them off, so we see what happens here what happened just prior now."

"But this keeps up and they're crossing the line completely." He said and he nodded. "Well it's already too late, because no matter how much they debate this, argue and beg for us to change our minds, that's not going to happen here. So let me have it, I came in directly after they said the words, but Michael, B.J. and John never saw this, nor did Bill." Clinton said and he nodded as he turned it on, as Jack went pale then at this.

As they saw the last 7 minutes of the episode. "I will have you removed from this program forever if you do this!" Maybourne shouted and Hammond nodded. "Wherever you send them, we'll hunt them down." Maybourne said with a threatening tone. "Daniel, you better get going, you got your bags packed and ready to go, son!" Hammond called out and he nodded. "Sir Yes, Sir, just waiting for our guest to arrive right now and with her."

"It's my new military boss at the moment." he said and the trio looked at him in shock at that remark then. "Uncle Derek and Uncle Dave are coming to get me, so them and Haden and Generals Landry and Picard, are taking custody of me. Along with the number of officers that want maximum progress with minimum effort." he said and Hammond, Lou and Warner smiled sternly as the trio looked at him in shock at the news.

"Go, go where?!" Makepeace asked quickly and Daniel smiled. "I've been re-assigned for the duration now that we let them go, you're removing me. And from the base-line program, fine, I just been re-assigned anyway, so you win. I'm gone, but I been reassigned to the Navy and Army, as an anthropology officer. To fix this little wrinkle now." he said and Makepeace quickly said it to that remark at the fact he and Jack been played.

"You're leaving, you can't do that, you broke orders?" he snapped and before Hammond could answer him, they heard a stern tone to that as a new voice entered the conversation at that. "And we're not sending them anywhere, the gate was activated of world, someone is sending for them." Sam said slowly and he said it. "Who?" Maybourne asked and a second later a woman with wild hair walked through.

As she stood there in front of the gate and smiled. "Hello." she said and Daniel ran up to her. "Hello Lya." he said and in a fast remark, that screamed desperation. "All personnel in the gate room, this is Colonel Maybourne. I've got a presidential order to take the aliens with me, do not let them pass, use force if necessary." he said and all the S.F.'s raised their weapons and Daniel sighed at that in annoyance.

And looked at her, with a bemused look and she nodded in agreement. "Your race has learned nothing." she said and Makepeace and Jack flinched at that as she looked at Daniel, Teal'C, SG-1 and Hammond gently as they saw the pleased smile at that. "But you have, the Tollan are most welcome to the Nox, please come."she said and they smiled as Omac patted his shoulder at that response as he said it to him.

As he looked at Hammond, Jack and Sam, before looking at Teal'C and Daniel smiling gently. "Narim was right about you, perhaps someday in time, we will meet again." he said as they were getting ready to go. 'Good bye my friend.'Narim said to her softly and she answered him. 'Bye.' she said in response as she stood up then gently at that. "If this is not desperate and nothing ever is, hold them at gunpoint." Drey'auc said sternly to this then.

"Stop, take one more step, and I'll be forced to have them open fire." Maybourne snapped and she shook her head sadly at that, as Jack looked at him in disgust at that. And as she closed her eyes and brought her arms into a circle, as she activated it purely on mind control. "Come." she said as the Tollan went up one by one at that as Jack looked at Daniel as he smiled at him gently at that response then as he said it.

As Maybourne shouted it out. "Fire, fire!" he snapped and the guns all got yanked out of their hands as they all went through the gate as Jack smiled at that. "Yeah sure all you see is technology you can use to wage war and destroy the planet here. I'm looking for technology that heals the planet, not destroys it." he said and they swallowed hard at that. "Oh dad, little bait and switch regarding Neumann's team, put the target…" he said and Hammond nodded.

"God I love those people." he said smiling as they looked at Maybourne who had a furious look on his face at this as Omac stayed put as he watched him leave the room. As Jack, Sam and Hammond smiled as they went to join Daniel."You did good Daniel." he said and Daniel smiled. "What of Maybourne?" Teal'C asked him and she said it with a chuckle then. "Oh, he is not a happy camper." she said and Hammond nodded gently.

"There'll be hell to pay once he gets back to Washington." he said as he moved to the system and hit a few keys then as a new section just above the briefing room opened as Jack looked at the thoughtful look on Daniel's face. "What?" he asked and Daniel smiled. "Oh I was just thinking about what the little guy with the funny hair once told us." he said and Jack chuckled as he answered him as he quoted it then.

"The very young do not always do as they're told." he said and Daniel nodded. "Yeah." he said and the trio nodded smiling as they stood there together. "What have you done Jackson, you realize that you blew our best chance of fullfiling our mandate." Makepeace snapped and he crossed his arms. "By holding innocent people hostage, yeah I realize that, but then they are our allies, my friends."

"I will not hold my friends hostage for the sake of selling my soul to save earth right now." he said and that, they were looking at him in shock. "So we were right, you are a traitor and a Goa'uld sympathizer." he snapped and Daniel said it coldly. "No what I am is man who believes in basic human rights, regardless of the country's jurisdiction and screw you." he snapped back at him and they nodded.

"And for the record I am not the one that committed espionage, I told Omac and Narim about Hathor and you just exposed your thinking to us about me. Nothing's changed in two months and Uncle Rob is still working here right now, And as the base psychiatrist, so watch it gentlemen, you're the traitors and a murderer." he added and they tried to keep from paling as they watched Maybourne walk in then.

"Never told them the truth did you, you lied and turned it around, saying I committed espionage, I tried to kill myself. But with the evidence splattered all over the cameras, we're showing the truth. And to West and Vidrine in the end after we get rid of all of you, but I win, gentlemen." Daniel said sternly and they swallowed hard at that as Lou crossed his arms sternly as he went off at that remark.

"Nice try and you are already too late, they reassigned me to General Hank Landry for the duration of this mission, to find a back payoff. And that's why I'm leaving with them right now, first Gaea and then who knows. Teal'Cm am I a security risk, when all he wants is you?" he asked and Teal'C shook his head sternly. "Indeed you are not, but with the Shol'vas, you appear to be." he said and they both went white in fear then.

"Never mind under the influence, you hated the fact that Sam questioned your decisions, your beliefs that she was on our side, and you get burned by it. That she, Hathor, is nothing but a leach, you been played by a master manipulator. I will find the resistance queen and when I do it really is the enemy of my enemy. Now, but the enemy of my enemy is my friends, so tell me now, gentlemen."

"Where do you two and Maybourne fall into that now, you're Sam and Jack's enemy, and you're mine. So therefore your enemies are us and we are friends, the best of friends now, to you. Teal'C and the Jaffa wanting freedom are just as much your enemy as the renegades, but do you know where that thinking lands you here?" he said to them and the duo paled at that as they tried to control it then

"It gets you thrown in Leavenworth for mass genocide, and attacking Teal'C's people and his family. That could destroy the entire earth human race, you not get that, as is attacking every planet in the galaxy. There are innocent people we made friends with, you want a war, you got it with the renegades now. But the primary players, the system lords are all innocent of the attack the night."

"When on the base last year, you triggered that by sabotaging us, my units, your own soldiers were killed with their hands in the cookie jar. Porro, Reilly, Brown and Freeman's brothers were murdered in the attacks. Following them is 80 members of Abydos, Ketering and four soldiers when Apophis attacked. The base, and three to six others after Apophis attacked the base and our camp."

"But you know the reasn I was happy, before you guys came into the picture and ruined the enjoyment us scientists have for this program. It's because we're not arguing with you repeatedly, we can study it all. And to our heart's content, and why do you suppose you're segregated from us and Catherine, now." he said and the duo swallowed hard, realizing he saw Jack as the traitor still and always then, firmly.

As Omac gripped Daniel's shoulder protectively as Narim went through the gate along with the guns then. "You are relieved of duty effective immediately, Dr. Jackson!" Maybourne snapped out and the duo smiled in cruel delighted glee that was cut short and as Hammond said it with a stern smirk to him then at that remark as he said it. "It's too late, Colonel, I put through his resignation papers, he quit his job here."

"Before you could give that order, that order and threat to him." he said and Maybourne look at him on shock as Makeprace and Jack did the same thing. "Where's he going, if he's got two duffle bags on him?!" Makepeace said in shock to the news. "He's being sent to live with them and search out a way to salvage this in a lose one/win one, as of now, that is why Omac is standing next to him here."

"He's protecting him until they send word back to us at the moment, but he's going to planets owned by the races against the goa'uld to do it now. The intention is checking into a good area that gives a good salvage. Of over billions in dollars, once he finds it he returns to the SGC and my unit joins with him. As we bring it all back, but this was on the voucher that set up in the past now."

"Our core mission as you're about to so rudely put it to our commander is going through that gate. And to find technologies that defend against goa'uld incursion. Well that's Daniel job and what he's doing on this mission, you would have brought in a few thousands by holding them hostage here. Daniel is going to attempt to bring back half a trillion in technological dollars by doing this."

"Daniel's team is waiting on stand by, and as we never found a secondary gate, business gate operations as well. Then yes, his only chance to report back to earth is through the SGC, but in order to do that. As his GDO at the SGC is now locked out, starting today, though the sextet are coming with him. Then the only way to report back in, is through my unit and his own starting now."

"As the one way and only way to report back with news now that he pulled it off now, although we found a puddle jumper and his new team. They are tracing him by locking on his radio signal to do it at the moment. But he's covered all the bases, regarding getting captured by the renegades, starting now." Lou said and he looked at him in shock at the news as he answered him in rage at that.

"On who's authority, he's a civilian, a security risk." he said to him in shock and anger. "Freeze, Colonel Maybourne, stand down, right now?!" they heard a stern shout at that remark then sternly at that. "The joint chiefs and I rescinded the original decision, Daniel has our full support and full authority now. As of now, by me, your commander in chief, to go with the Tollan and Lya of the Nox."

"But for the duration Daniel is going with them to get us a way to salvaged this situation right now, so it's a lose one/win one now. And his commander on this mission of search and retrieval is General Hank Landry starting now. George, I'm hereby removing Daniel from your command effective immediately." they heard and Maybourne quickly turned to see Clinton and he nodded.

"To put this bluntly, you are trying to enforce your ideas of the Cold War, but there is no Cold war, no rivalries between our countries at all. No violence, no wars, complete peace, but does that stop you from trying to stir up the hornets nest. No it doesn't, as such we were created to prevent any and all acts of terrorism by arresting the instigators." the chief director in the SAC said and they paled at that remark.

"The fact there is no Cold War, no KGB, CIA, even M16, we're interpol, preventing all acts of drugs and terrorism from entering other countries. All wars ended during the last and final war between your country. And whoever it was in 1865, since that time, in 133 years ago, your type now. Think all this peace is boring and wanting more action stirring up the hornets nest."

"As such that's why, when we were old enough to take the torch, decided to end all future wars, strifes and block off countries to your soldier types. As your types are terrorists, you officers that are all hardcore soldiers. We reached our limit of wars and created a new global network. One designed to prevent what is turning into a psychosis on Daniel." she added and they looked at her in shock.

"So what's the deal, gentlemen, to you it's 'all in, or not at all' is that correct, you fire him. But you don't let him go completely, still need him for translations, but that is all you need him for now. Well never mind that, as before you could decide on that, George signed his release and he's free to go. I accepted his resignation papers and assigned him a new military commander now."

"And I am a full 5 star, you are just Colonels and a Lieutenant, so my decision stands, unfortunately for you now. I too am an old friend of the Jackson, Parker, Matheson and Warren families." he said and they paled at that. "Daniel's been traveling around the planet, since he was a cub, understanding the entire scope. Of being in multiple countries, blending in with the locals, he can disappear in a matter of seconds."

"But he's taking along a little extra insurance, via Teal'C's back up staff weapon, so no need for ammo, he has an endless supply in the weaponry right now. But he can take care of himself, he's not a child, he doesn't need a babysitter. So wherever he goes, if it's in the cartouche, act like the locals he never got arrested, before. So why would he now exactly, now that he works solo, boys, why?" he asked as the generals waited then.

And for the response to that. "Sir, he could sell us out, you can't let him go!" Jack said to him at that in shock. "Jack's right, he's a traitor, he's going to sell us out, you can't let him transfer or let him leave earth, Sir, he's a goa'uld sympathizer, and a traitor." Makepeace said and they nodded as they just stood there smiling with stern looks on their faces and Jack felt his heart sink, realizing their immediate response to that was a test right now.

"There, thank you for confirming my thoughts on you and Colonel O'neill, right now, Colonel Makepeace." Addison said to him sternly at that remark."Stepped right in there, didn't you, gentlemen, that was a test to confirm our thoughts right now. Just to test your psychosis, you hated him ever since Hathor as he resisted her and you didn't. And the fact we gave him your missions, but you turned on us during Hathor now."

"When he was raped at the time, you willingly went in there, just to be turned into a Jaffa, Colonel O'neill, you barely missed killing Frasier that day, Colonel Makepeace. So you just confirmed my thoughts now, the only traitors we see here, is you and Johnson." Carson said, walking into the 'gate room and they paled as they looked at Daniel who had a smirk on his face and they went white in fear at that, realizing he set them up.
