Lowee, Gamindustri

Place: Basilicom

Date: March 22, 2020

Time: 12:28 P.M.

The purple and black pairs of sisters walked into the castle like Basilicom. The lobby area was filled with employees carrying large stacks of documents. They met up with Lowee's oracle and followed her to the elevators. When they reached the top floor, the oracle guided them to where Blanc's office was located.

Uni and Nepgear broke off to visit Rom and Ram as Noire and Neptune went into the meeting room. They were seated down at the white table where Histoire, Blanc, and Vert were already present.

"We are all here?" Histoire asked as she looked at everyone at the table.

"Yes, I believe so," Vert confirmed with a nod.

"Then let's get this meeting started," urged Blanc.

"So what's this about Arfoire being alive again?" Noire inquired.

"Yeah, what's with that? I thought we destroyed her," voiced Neptune as crossed her arms.

Histoire answered, "We did, but after some research through my tome, which took three days, and the reason why this meeting was a week later, I found that she was being revived."

"Look at this recording." The blonde goddess took out her laptop and turned it on. "This was what Lowee's satellite picked up." She turned the laptop around to show the purple and black pair.

Neptune and Noire leaned over the table to get a closer look. The screen showed an island that was floating off of Gamindustri covered in dark clouds. Vert zoomed into the island to show the condition. The ground was littered with metal debris and many cracks. Clicking another button, the screen changed to a different area where there was a large crater.

The purple CPU squinted her eyes, seeing something in the crater. "What the Nep is that?"

"It looks…" Noire narrowed her eyes trying to figure out what she was seeing. "...familiar."

"That…" Vert zoomed in on the crater to show the god-like rabbit figure on the screen. "…is Arfoire."

Both Noire and Neptune's eyes widened in disbelief as they stared at the screen. While they could only see the upper body, that was indeed Arfoire in her Deity of Sin form.

"H-How is this possible!?" Noire yelled.

"From what I have found, 10% of Gamindustri's population have begun to put faith in Arfoire other than you four," replied Histoire.

"Which explains why Leanbox and Lowee have been losing shares lately," the blonde added.

"Funny thing, so is Planeptune, but I thought it was because I was being lazy," Neptune casually said as she leaned back into her seat

Noire angrily bonked Neptune on the head and yelled, "That is not something you should be laughing about!"

"Has Lastation lost any shares?" Histoire questioned.

"Yes, but not enough to make it seem strange," the Black CPU answered.

"So Lastation was the least affected… Either way, we must find a way to stop Arfoire from coming back to life," said the small fairy.

"Who would even put faith in that old hag anyways?" Neptune asked.

"Apparently there's a group that's spreading Arfoirism," voiced Histoire.

"Arfoirism? Is that even a word?" Neptune questioned as she raised an eyebrow.

"No, Neptune. I just made that up," Histoire deadpanned. "It's actually called the Arfoire Movement."

"Please ignore Neptune and continue with what you have found," Blanc annoyingly voiced.

Histoire did as Blanc told and continued, "According to my book, this group goes by the name of ASIC or otherwise known as Arfoire Syndicate of International Crime. They're a group of devoted followers that worship Arfoire and work for her."

"Wow, your book has everything doesn't it?" Neptune reached out and grabbed onto the tome causing Histoire to squeak in surprise. Neptune pulled the fairy closer as she asked, "Mind if I take a peak in this book of knowledge of yours?"

Histoire blushed as she fidgeted. "I rather you not for these pages are very fragile. And this tome is a part of me, it would be weird to have someone touching and going through… me…"

Neptune blushed a bit and she immediately let go of the tome as Histoire hovered back up over the table. "Okaaay, hands off of Histy, got it."

Histoire cleared her throat and continued to explain, "Continuing, there are four members that should be watched out for. They call themselves Criminals of the Free Word."

"Pff, what kind of name is that?" Neptune snickered.

Noire groaned, "Neptune, as much as I love you, please shut up."

"Right, sorry, sorry," Neptune lightly chuckled.

The tome cleared her throat and continued, "We already know this, but their goal is to revive Arfoire by providing her with shares stolen from you goddesses.

"How are they doing that?" Noire inquired.

"They achieve it by distributing counterfeit products and cheat devices to steal people's faith," Vert answered as she clicked the arrow key on her laptop and the screen switched to a different window showing what looks like their products only cheap-looking.

"If it's counterfeit and cheap, exactly why are they putting their faith in that?" asked Noire with a raised eyebrow.

"Tsk Tsk Tsk," Neptune wagged her finger with each click of her tongue. "People are simple-minded, that's why. Also, they are too much of a cheapskate."

Noire once again bonked Neptune on the head. "We're talking about your people here too!"

"These are all the information I have collected, there is nothing more I can say," claimed Histoire.

"You did what you could, Histoire. You can leave the rest to us," Noire reassured.

"How are we going with this?" Vert inquired as she closed her laptop.

"I say we just go directly over and destroy the body," suggested the Lastation CPU.

"Will that even work?" Blanc questioned.

"Do you have any better ideas?" Noire countered.

Blanc glared at the Black CPU while Noire glared back. Neptune felt the tension and jumped in, "Why don't we just go to the Graveyard to take a look? It couldn't hurt, right?"

The white goddess huffed as she backed off. A light grumble escaped her lips. "I suppose so…"

Vert tapped her fingers together and announced, "Great! Then it's decided. We'll-"

Before the green goddess could finish, the door to the room burst open, catching the rest of the CPUs off guard. They turned to the door to see Ram running in with Rom following. Then Uni, Nepgear, and the oracle came running in, trying to top the twins.

"Ram! You can't just run in on a meeting like that!" Uni scolded.

"We are so terribly sorry!" Nepgear apologized to the older CPUs.

"Mina, explain yourself," Blanc demanded.

"Y-Yes, Lady Blanc! The twins wanted to go to the newly opened amusement park and had come to ask for your permission," Mina answered. "I couldn't stop them from disrupting your meeting, I deeply apologize for that." The blue-haired woman bowed in shame.

Blanc sighed as she pinched the bridge of her nose. "Of course…"

"Hey, Blanc! Hey, Blanc!" Ram skipped over to Blanc's side and asked, "Can we go?! Can we go?!"

"That would be a no," Blanc answered.

"P-Please," Rom pleaded as she pouted.

"Even if I were to say yes, I can't go because of work and there would be no one else to watch over you," explained Blanc.

"Um… Uni and I could watch the twins for you," Nepgear hesitantly offered.

Uni rolled her eyes as she voiced, "I bet you just wanted to go to that amusement park too."

Nepgear lightly chuckled as a blush formed on her cheeks. "It sounded interesting…"

Blanc frowned as her eyes glanced between Nepgear and Uni. "I don't know…"

"How about I go with them!" Neptune volunteered.

Blanc gave the purple goddess a weird look. "You will?"

"Yeah," she chirped and quickly added, "and Noire too!"

Noire blinked in surprise and looked at Neptune. "Wait, me?!"

Vert abruptly stood up and said, "I think we all could use a break, and I'm also intrigued by this amusement park you speak of."

Blanc groaned, "Fine, you all go, but I need to stay."

"Of course! You can leave the twins to us," Vert assured.

The white goddess nodded. "Thank you."

"But Blaaaanc!" Ram whined, "I want you to come with us!"

Blanc stood up and voiced, "Sorry, Ram, but work comes before playtime. You need to understand this once you take over Lowee with Rom." The white CPU walked past her younger sister and left her office with Mina following.

Ram pouted as she watched her sister leave.

Lowee, Gamindustri

Place: Amusement Park

Date: March 22, 2020

Time: 2:57 P.M.

"Yaaay!" Ram cheered as she ran around on the brick road. "We're here! We're really here!"

"S-Slow down, Ram!" Rom yelled out, trying to catch up to her younger twin sister.

"Wait for us!" Nepgear shouted as she ran after the twins.

"Hey! Don't run off like that! You'll get lost!" Uni warned as she ran after them herself.

Neptune, Noire, and Vert had made their way into the amusement park with Nepgear, Uni, and the twins. The three older CPUs had to play rock, paper, and scissors to see who would pay and Neptune lost. She had to pay for seven people and because she was a goddess, the employee gave Neptune three free tickets to play the games. The purple goddess was overjoyed and accepted.

Once everyone entered the park, they all admired the scenery around them as many citizens from around the world came to see the opening of this new attraction in Lowee. The CPUs could see roller coasters, merry-go-rounds, drop towers, and other exciting rides along with walking mascots taking photos with little kids. It was like every child's dreamland!

Neptune pointed to one of the roller coasters and squealed as her eyes sparkled, "Let's go on a ride, Noire!"

"We're here to supervise, not to have fun, Neptune," said the Black CPU.

"But Noooooooire~" Neptune pouted as she gently tugged on Noire's arm like a small child.

Very giggled at the adorable sight. "I can watch the younger ones while you two lovebirds can go enjoy yourselves."

"But that wouldn't be fair to you," voiced Noire, feeling bad that the green CPU wouldn't have any fun while she and Neptune did.

"It's quite alright, I'm not big on roller coaster rides," Vert revealed. "I'll relax with the children. And maybe convince Nepgear to be my sister instead," the green goddess whispered the last part.

"Hey, I heard that! Keep your grubby hands off of my Nep Jr!" Neptune yelled as Noire sighed, dragging the purple goddess away toward the line of people.

Vert smiled as she waved the couple away. "Have fuuuuuun~" The blonde turned back to the candidates only to realize that they were nowhere in sight. "Oh, dear… I seem to have lost them…"

The goddess looked around but didn't see any of the CPU candidates. She crossed her arms, in a predicament. At the moment, she had two choices. Vert could look for them, or she could enjoy some of the attractions this amusement park had to offer.

The blonde hummed in thought. "Hmmmm… They're big girls, I think they can handle themselves on their own…" Vert smirked and began to roam around. "I think I'll have some fun too. Who knows? I might bump into Nepgear and them later…" Vert giggled to herself.

Next chapter might take a bit since I'm going on a family vacation the next few days, but I'll make sure to get some writing in! That's a promise!
