Place: Amusement Park

Date: March 22, 2020

Time: 3:19 P.M.

Neptune and Noire walked hand in hand as they shared a cotton candy. They have gone on three different rides, a rollercoaster, a drop tower, and a pendulum ride. Now they're taking a break and just wandering around.

As they were walking, Neptune heard someone call out to them, "Hey, care to try your skill?"

Neptune stopped walking and turned to the voice to see one of the park's employees that were running one of the game stands. He was a young man dressed in a striped vest.

"Want to give it a try?" Noire asked.

Neptune smirked, "Oh yeah!"

They approached the stand and the young man handed Neptune a baseball while saying, "Care to give it a shot?"

"Sure," Neptune replied. "Do I just throw the ball?"

"With one ticket, you'll have three attempts to knock these three sets of three bottles. If you can knock down two of the sets, you'll get one of these small prizes. If you can knock down three of the sets, you can get one of these large prizes behind me. What do you say?"

Neptune took one of her tickets and handed it to the man, "I say, sign me up!"

The man handed her three baseballs. Neptune grabbed one of them and took aim. She tossed the ball at the first set, only to hit the bottle on top. She groaned but moved on to the next set. She took another ball and tossed it, hitting two, but missing one. With her third ball, she tossed at the third set but missed entirely this time.

Neptune pouted, "My aim can't be that bad!"

Noire giggled, "Let me show you how it's done."

Neptune gave Noire a daring look, "Alright, let's see how much better you can do, missy!"

Neptune handed the employee another ticket and he set the bottles back again. He handed Noire three balls and stepped back. The Black CPU took the first ball and took aim. With concentration, she threw the ball and knocked down the entire set. Neptune's jaw dropped a few inches from the sight.

"Lucky shot," the man said.

Noire scoffed as she rolled her eyes, "That was not luck. It's called precision."

Noire took the second ball and once again took aim. She threw the ball and proceeded to knock down the second set of bottles with a single throw. Neptune was amazed and shocked when Noire took out the third set with her last ball.

"That was some fine throwing. Now, go ahead and choose one of these large prizes."

Noire looked at the prizes up for grabs. They were mostly large stuffed animals that kids would mostly want to get, but since she earned it, she might as well take one. One thing that caught her eye was a giant white bunny that was nearly half her size, and it had nothing on but a blue ribbon around the neck.

She smiled and pointed to her prize, "I'll take that giant rabbit."

The man nodded and grabbed the bunny from its stand. He handed it to Noire. "Here you go, congratulations."

Noire took hold of the giant stuffed animal and turned to Neptune. "Here."

Neptune blinked in puzzlement. "For me?"

Noire nodded as she said, "Yeah."

Neptune's eyes lit up as she took the stuffed bunny. "Thanks." She looked at the rabbit's red eyes and giggled. "You know… it reminds me of you."

Now it was Noire's turn to blink in puzzlement. "What do you mean?"

"You have white hair when you go HDD and it has white fur. It also has red eyes like you and one last thing…" Neptune snickered as she said, "Rabbits die if they feel lonely."

Noire's face flushed as she yelled, "What do you think I am?!"

"It's cute!" Neptune laughed out loud as she hugged the stuffed toy.

"Stop laughing like that! Neptune!"

"Sorry, sorry!" Neptune sniffled as she wiped her tears away from laughing too hard.

Noire crossed her arms and huffed, "I'm not cute."

Neptune smirked, thinking that action alone was already cute. "Don't be mad, I'll make it up to you."

Noire glanced down at the shorter girl, "Oh yeah? How?"

Neptune hummed as she looked around. Her eyes caught another game stall, but what she was mostly eyeing was the large purple stuffed dog. She smirked and took Noire's hand, guiding her to the stand.

It was a simple game of ring toss and Noire wrinkled her brow in confusion. "Ring toss?"

"Yep, and I'm gonna win you that," Neptune said as she pointed at the stuffed animals.

One of the stuffed animals was a large purple corgi with purple eyes. While Noire wasn't a big fan of stuffed toys, she will admit that it was adorable. "That is pretty cute."

"I'll take three rings!" Neptune cheerfully told the man behind the counter, handing him a ticket.

"You don't have to win me anything," Noire said, although she didn't take her eyes off of it. Somehow that stuffed dog reminded her of her girlfriend, maybe because it was purple and its large eyes are similar to Neptune's.

"This is how I'm gonna make it up to you," Neptune claimed, grinning at her. "And you'll have something that'll remind you of me like how this stuffed rabbit reminds me of you."

"That's sweet and all, but can you even land one of the rings on the pegs? You can't even knock down a bottle with a ball."

Neptune smirked and activated her transformation. Noire leaned back in shock as Purple Heart stood before her. "It's all in the wrist, honey," she voiced as she took hold of the rings.

With little effort, Purple Heart threw one of the rings and it easily landed on the peg. The next two rings were the same. Purple Heart smirked as she was able to win a prize for her lover.

"I'll take that purple dog, please," she said, smiling, as the man running the stand handed it to her. "Thank you." Purple Heart turned around and released her transformation. Back to being Neptune, she handed the stuffed toy to Noire. "Here you go."

"Did you really have to transform for that?" Noire questioned.

"I'm taller in that form. It gives me a better view," Neptune explained with a grin.

Noire rolled her eyes and leaned down to give her lover a short kiss on the cheek. "Thanks for the prize."

Neptune blushed, "Y-You're welcome."

Noire giggled, loving the sight of her blushing girlfriend. "So, anything else you want to try?"

Neptune looked around again. She had another ticket so she could try another shall, but then her eyes caught something in the distance. She pointed her finger and Noire followed her finger to a large round structure, the ferris wheel.

"Wanna try that ride?" Neptune asked.

Noire didn't object. "Sure."

They made their way to the Ferris wheel and waited patiently in line for their turn to board. They didn't have to wait that long when it was their turn next. Noire sat inside while Neptune sat next to her near the door. They placed their oversized stuffed animals on the seat across from them and closed the door.

A moment later, the wheel began to spin, maintaining a very slow pace. The wheel will stop once a while for other passengers to get on. Neptune took one of Noire's hands and placed her head on her shoulder.

As they climbed higher, Neptune could see above the treetops. Her eyes twinkled as she watched the people below her, looking like little ants. She nuzzled into Noire's shoulder and closed her eyes, enjoying the peaceful silence. She also very much enjoyed the lovely scent of lilies coming from Noire's soft silky hair.

Noire smiled and leaned her head against Neptune's. "This is nice…"

"Yeah," murmured the shorter girl. "We really should spend some more alone time together."

As soon as they reached the top, Neptune sat up straight and looked out the window along with Noire. They could see the whole amusement park. Neptune pointed to the rides they'd been on and to the stands where they tried the food.

Neptune turned back to look at Noire and grinned, feeling her heart swell. Noire smiled back and leaned in for a quick kiss. Neptune eagerly complied with the unspoken request, indulging the two of them in a warm, tender kiss. Noire waited until they both broke away and regained a suitable amount of air before her arms curled around Neptune's waist, bringing her into a second kiss.

Neptune deepened the kiss by pulling Noire closer, one hand behind her head and the other behind her back. As they separated, Neptune teasingly tugged on Noire's bottom lip, causing her to moan a bit.

They stared at each other as their eyes were clouded with love. Neptune leaned against Noire's chest and nuzzled against the soft skin. Noire couldn't stop grinning as she tightened her hold on the shorter girl.

"I'm so glad to have you in my life, Neptune," Noire said. "I'd do anything for you."

Neptune pressed a light kiss against Noire's neck and voiced, "I love you, Noire. Sometimes I feel like I don't deserve you. You're too good for me. I'm only a dumb goddess that can't do anything."

Noire pressed her lips against Neptune's head and comforted the purple girl. "Don't say things like that. You are not dumb and you can do anything. If it weren't for you, I'd probably still be arrogant and stubborn. You changed me, Neptune. You made me into a better goddess."

Neptune pulled back to look at her beautiful girlfriend's face. "You make me a better goddess too."

They leaned in for another kiss, pouring every emotion they have for each other into this one simple action. When they broke away, their faces were flushed red and had big smiles. They kept their hands around each other, not wanting to leave their embrace.

Their moment was later interrupted when a loud explosion was heard and the cart shook around. The two goddesses broke away to look out the window. They saw the people looking panicked and there was a line of smoke coming from the distance.

"What happened?!" Neptune inquired.

"We need to get down!" Noire said as she activated her goddess mode and turned into Black Heart.

Neptune nodded and did the same, becoming Purple Heart. "We need to find Nepgear and the others."

Black Heart kicked open the door and summoned her wings. Purple Heart was about to do the same when she looked back at their stuffed toys. Knowing this isn't the time to worry about toys, she couldn't let their hard work go to waste. Grabbing the oversized stuffed animals, Purple Heart put them into her inventory before turning to the busted door.

"Neptune! Are you coming?" Black Heart called back.

"Yes," Purple Heart voiced as she materialized her pink-tinted wings.
