Well...so much for monthly updates. Haha... The original date plan was for May 8th as a little celebration for me since it would mark two years since I published the first chapter 'You Got Mail'. Sadly that didn't work out since the Huggy Wuggy side story took a bit longer to write. At least I got it out on the date I wanted which was my birthday. Which by the way if you haven't read it please do so!

The other reasons for delays were me having some troubles and some stuff at my job came up with put everything on hold along with the lack of motivation which drove me nuts! Like I had it all plan out in my head but the moment I go and pick up my pen to write...my mind goes blank and whatever motivation I had just vanish. So yeah...sorry for the wait but hey its here now.

Now on to other things before we get started here is the fully Mini Huggies name list!

Purple: Vi and Tulip (Deceased)
Red: Crimson (Deceased) and Blaze
Green: Mint (Deceased) and Clover
Orange: Mango and Nitro
Yellow: Sunny and Lemon(Deceased)
Blue Lu (Deceased) and Sky
White: Ace and Star
Pink: Pinky (Deceased) and Berry
Grey: Zap and Pluto

A little fun fact about the Huggies in this story I HC them that they act like the Minions in Despicable Me! When I saw the trailer for the latest one the first thing that went through my mind was how similar they were to the Huggies personality that I had in mind. So if anyone wants to know their personalities just watch the Minions.

Also a big thanks to: SaturnStar, Downwiththesystem125, jl, kn and Tigon26 for helping me come up with their names.

And another massive big thank you to: MsFaust, TheCheshireCat01, RosilinePosyPop, and mordredsimp for the suggested question to ask between MML and Lily and also thanks to everyone else who sent their suggestions in. Sadly I couldn't use all of them but some of them I plan to keep for the final talk between the two! All of this was a HUGE help for me and did help give me some motivation to write. So thanks again!

"Shit! No, guys!" I cursed running up to the door with a bang from my fist. I could hear Huggy's angry panic shouts as he tried to bust the door down along with Bunzo telling him to stop as it wouldn't work. Throughout all of this my mind was racing, trying to figure out why the door suddenly closed. Is there some kind of trigger? I remember the gate closing in Bunzo's room right as I made it onto the platform. But that also made the walkway to go down as well, sending Huggy to the lower floor. It's possible the same thing happen here; I did walk in first before the others but not that far! If the doors where going to shut I thought it would be the moment I reach the center of the room.

There's no way it did this when Playtime was active. I remember a group of kids going down at a time. If the doors slammed down the movement someone step through, someone behind them could have gotten hurt. I'm not an expert on kids, but from what I faintly recall there was a bit of shoving with the other kids since a lot of them wanted to go first.

If a child accidentally fell forward and all it took was that motion to trigger the door— "…" No, need to stop that train of thought. "Bunzo, was the door supposed to come down that quickly?"

The only way I'm going to get any answers would be from someone who is familiar of this floor. I'm not sure if Huggy does and even if he could I would have no way in understanding him.

"N-No, not this suddenly!" Bunzo yelled back over Huggy angry growls. "Th-The door is supposed to come down when your more in the center of the room." Looks like he just confirmed my first theory, then how…? "There's only two ways for the door to come this fast. A-A emergency lockdown or someone manually…hitting the…button…" His voice slowly trailed off as if coming to a sudden realization.

After hearing that my head shot up staring wide eye at the door at the sudden realization myself. If that's true then that means…

Before I could voice my thoughts out loud, Huggy let out a sudden scream and punched the door this time a dent is formed in the metal frame. "…" I couldn't help but gap at the sudden dent in the metal frame and giving how quite it is on the other side I would say Bunzo is in shock as well.

With the amount of times, he said it's impossible to break it and the fact he barely made any dents of the other metal door, it definitely came to a shock that he finally manage to put a dent in it. If I had to guess…it probably take another hit or two before Huggy actually punches his way through.

And that's exactly what Huggy was attempting to do, with another sound, probably in preparing to punch the door again, however before he could make another move at the door, a static sound of an intercom coming on echo throughout the room along with a familiar voice speaking out.

"I would stop right there 1170. Punch that door again and I'll take that as you ignoring the rules and poor little Lily will have to suffer the consequences of your actions."

"!?" I spun around on my heels to look over up on the wall to see a familiar viewing room on the opposite side of the room. "Mommy!" There standing on the window pane is Mommy Long Legs. Her green eyes looking down at me as she continue to speak through a mic in her hand.

"Do I make myself clear?"

"…"

"…"

"…"

Silence is the only response she receives which made her smile. "Good. It seems your still cable of following orders like the good dog you are." That provoke a threating growl from Huggy, while Bunzo mutter something that I could not make out before he raises his voice.

"Mommy, are you c-crazy!? Threating to hurt, Lily! You know he'll not like that! Even if was a joke or a mere thought of it and he'll kill you!"

He?

At first I thought he was talking about Huggy, which would have made sense given the last encounter the two had, but the way Bunzo speak…it's as if he is taking about someone else?

But who?

"And yet there is no sign of him." Mommy said, "Despite my first threat, the second and now the third, he is still nowhere in sight."

"That doesn't mean he's not hiding somewhere! Waiting for the right moment to strike!"

"He is currently in his room deep underground and nowhere near us! I know this, I know because he is watching us as we speak!"

"…What?" I gap in disbelief at the sudden news. Someone is watching us? Right now? I quickly look around till I spotted a camera in the far corner of the room, seeing the blinking red light flashing indicating that someone is indeed watching us. And as if the person or whatever knew on the other side of the screen, the camera moved till it was pointed down at me, causing a shiver of fear and dread to roll down my spine.

Someone is watching me and is currently watching what is going on as we speak. This 'he' that is watching me…am I…something important to? They way the others speak makes it seems so, but for the life of me I just can't figure out who. And something tells me they probably aren't friendly giving by the fear that I heard in Bunzo voice when speaking about him.

Forget about the other living toys that could possibly be a threat! I should be more worried about whoever is behind that camera. Shit! I think Poppy was going to mention him before Mommy took her, not to mention, Huggy hesitance in opening the door along with Poppy saying it isn't safe here that I should leave. Could they have been talking about this 'he'? If I make it out of this game alive I could try and ask Huggy. He might be able to give more explanation…maybe Bunzo too.

"He's what…?" I faintly heard Bunzo mutter in disbelief, probably in shock in finding out that 'he' is watching us…and maybe not doing anything to stop Mommy. There is some movement on the other side of the door, and I wonder if he is looking for a camera like I did.

"Now, if that is all you have to say. Mommy would like to have a nice little chat with our dear flower here about the next game. So be quite until then." With that Mommy drops the mic putting her hand back against the glass as she stares down at me with a smile. "How good it is to see you've finally making it to the next game, Lily!"

"Why did you shut the doors." I immediately ask her. "What reason would you have in separating us?"

Mommy blinks tilting her head to the side. Then suddenly a loud thumping sound filled the room, causing me to flinch back in surprise as I quickly look around trying to find where it was coming from. "Oh? I thought it would have been obvious." Mommy says as multiple little colorful versions of Huggy slowly revealed themselves from the holes in the wall, all looking down at me with a grinning smile. "It just wouldn't be fair to the little ones here."

"!?" These must be the little Huggies that Bunzo was talking about. And some of them I do faintly remember back when I was in another memory scene in Bunzo's room. I was playing with eight of them at the time right before I was first introduced to Amanda. But…some of the holes are empty "…" No not just empty…the little Huggies that belong to those holes are…

"What do you mean by that?" I quickly ask her not wanting to go down another memory just yet, I could feel one trying to come the faint static trying to grow louder with every second that passes by. "Huggy and Bunzo wouldn't interfere with the game, it would have been against the rules you set up! The only reason they help in the last game is because the game malfunction!"

"…Indeed." Mommy slowly agrees "Though, Mommy wanted to play it safe and keep them out. After all, this is only meant for you alone, little flower."

"…" That nickname again…I have a gut feeling that Mommy wasn't the one to come up with that name, someone else did…

"-"

Arrh! Not now! Need to focus here. Game first, memory later. I mentally winched trying to focus on what Mommy is saying. So far it doesn't look like she saw my little dilemma.

"No one else should be here and interfere with the game as there will be no 'game malfunction' happening here. The title alone is pretty straightforward, but to help refresh your memory about it, please direct your attention to the TV there."

"…" Play it safe my ass. I thought, there's definitely more to this then she's letting on. And it probably has something to do with the Huggies…wait! That's right. I remember now, the little Huggies follow orders from a select few, the workers and…Huggy Wuggy and Kissy Missy. The only reason they would follow Mommy is probably because she is the one who runs this floor, especially after the workers disappeared. Huggy was probably more kept on the main floor and Kissy…I actually don't know where she would have stay at. I hope she's still alive and okay…

Anyway, if Huggy were in this room it would only take one command from him to override any previous order they would have been given. That has to be the reason she shut the door so quickly. It's not because of the chance of cheating but because she already made an enemy out of Huggy, and he would not hesitate to give the attack orders to the little Huggies. I'm pretty sure that even if I were to protest to that, Huggy would have ignored me. Mommy might be stronger or very flexible, but she would be out match against twelve of the little Huggies along with the bigger version and possibly Bunzo too.

"…" I hate to say it, but it was smart thinking on her end. I thought with a frown walking a bit closer to the TV hanging on the wall in the corner of the viewing room. When I was about six feet from the TV it lit up and began playing the video.

The screen lit up showing a purple gride followed by the Playtime Co logo and the same male voice from Musical Memory began to speak. "Welcome to Wack-A-Wuggy!" The voice said with the screen showing a 3D module of the game room and yellow avatar standing in the middle with its arms up. "This advance test is designed to assess the extent of your reactionary abilities." The image change to the avatar sitting down and a stick moving across the screen hitting the 'knee' of the leg which made the left leg to kick out.

That faintly reminds me of those basic yearly test when visiting the doctors. So, this test is reaction? The last on was a memory test…just what were these test even for? It has to be for something important, and not just to keep the kids entertained. Something was definitely going on behind the scenes and I already have an answer for one of them.

"A dual palm GrabPack will be provided to you for this test." Funny how they say the GrabPack will be provided for this game but not for Musical Memory. I remember the video showing the avatar using it, and there was no way those kids could have reach the buttons without one. What makes this game different from the other?

The screen then showed a close up image of one of the holes in the wall with an arrow pointing at it, along with a 3D module of a blue Huggy Wuggy face popping out of the hole. "Around you are eighteen sizable holes. An adorable Huggy Wuggy could appear out of any one of those holes." Adorable, huh? I thought glancing around seeing all the little Huggies looking down at me in curiosity. Their smiling faces reminds me of Huggy when he was chasing me back in the vents. Under different circumstances they would be 'cute' but right now those smiling faces filles me with dread at what could possibly happen if I lose.

They…wouldn't actually hurt me right?

The scene changes to a wider view of the room of the avatar facing the wall with the huggy face sticking out of the hole, showing the avatar shooting the hand to its face and the Huggy vanish from the screen. "If one comes out, hit it with your GrabPack. That's all. Good luck!" The video ends with the Playtime Co logo along with the caption of 'What's The Time?'

…Wait. It's not going to explain what happens if I don't hit one!? And what about the change in the number count? When did the other Huggies…when did the number count go down? Before or after Playtime shut down? Do I hit twelve or what?

"Alright, children, it's time to go and get in position~! The game will be starting soon!" The sound of Mommy voice and the happy cheers from the others, snapped me out my train of thought. Looking back up, I quickly saw the Huggies moving further back in their holes till they were out of sight. "Before the game will begin, Mommy will explain a bit more of the game. Due to some…changes…the staff here never bother to do a new video…" Well, that answers my question. "leaving Mommy to explain the new rules to every child till they had it remembered."

"Is this due to the lack…" I paused for a second "…of the others?"

There is a strange look in her eyes, but it went by so fast that I couldn't make out what it was. "That is correct. Due to the lack of numbers, you'll still need to hit a total of eighteen Huggies. For that to happen some of them will pop out twice from their holes."

So, I'm guessing originally one huggy came out of their respective hole at random, but that would be the only time they'll pop out and the next one will appear from their hole. It would make it easier to keep track of what holes are left to it. However, now that I have to hit some twice I wouldn't be able to keep track of what holes I've already hit giving that I'll probably will be hitting them again. It sounds simple but with my brain being focus on where to hit, I'll probably lose track on the number count.

"How will I know I reach the max number?"

"Mommy, will be keeping score like Mommy always done in the past."

…Can I trust her on that? I honestly don't know. Even if I were to count myself would she even take my word or see that as me not trusting her?

Damn I don't know what to do but trust her. This situations is a lose-lose to me and possibly a win-win for her.

"One last thing before we begin. Mommy add this new addition just for you~!"

"…!" I don't like that look on her face, and what could she have possibly add!

"Since Lily here is no longer a child Mommy though you won't need this handicap." Her arm reaching down to the floor out of my sight before coming back up, holding what appear to be some strings in her hand.

And a good amount too.

…Yeah, I really don't like this feeling right now. Because I just have this gut feeling that those strings are…

"The toys in this game had strings attached to them, so they could be pulled back when they got to close to the children. Hmm… Have fun~."

I watch in horror when she drop the stings to the ground, and right when they touch the floor the lights in the room suddenly went dim, making is slightly hard to see.

"Shit!" I curse under my breath grabbing the cannons of the GrabPack, preparing myself to make the first shot.

"Aaarrrghh!"

"What!?" I snapped my head back over to the metal door upon hearing Huggy's scream and suddenly a loud bang echoing throughout the room.

"…Huggy" Could he have heard what Mommy did? The two were silent during our conversation until now. Not a single sound came from them after Mommy told them to stop, I would have thought they would stay quiet until the game was over.

"Honestly…does that thing have no brain in its head." I heard Mommy mutter making me look back over to her seeing her eyes narrow with a glare at the metal door. "I thought he was designed to follow orders."

'I'? This is the second time that I've heard her speak in first person instead of second person. Both times were when she was angry…or in this case annoyed. Honestly when she speaks like that it's almost like she's breaking character, but I don't even know why she even speaks like that in the first place?

"No…maybe he is following orders, but who's?" Her eyes move over the right making me look over to see the camera still pointed down at me blinking red. "Ahh…I see…"

See what?

I wanted to ask, though I have a feeling she won't answer my question. I could only watch with unease as she picks back up the mic. "Do I need to remind you of my threat, 1170? Hit that door again and you will not like what will happen next." There was another angry growl followed by something getting hit on, I don't know what, but my best guess is that it was one of the walls in the hallway. "Good."

With that Mommy drop the mic again and I could also faintly hear more growls and crashes on the other side of the door. My only guess is Huggy is taking his anger out on something, I could only hope that Bunzo doesn't get caught in the cross fire.

"Now…let the game begin!" Mommy cheerfully says.

"!?" I flinch at the sudden sounds of laughter echoing through the room along with loud thumping sounds. With the lights being dim it makes it hard to see when a one of the Huggies will come out of its hole. At most I'll have to rely on sound to guess where the first one will come…if only it was that simple. With all this thumping and laughter, I can't tell where to even begin. All I'm left to do is frantically look around hoping to spot a Huggy before it's too late.

"…Damn it."

I don't know if I should running up to each wall to see if a Huggy will pop out or just standing in the middle. If I run up to a wall I would probably be able to see in the holes in that wall but if a Huggy came out in a different wall I wouldn't be able to see them. However, looking around from where I'm standing I can see all the holes very well minus the top ones. My best bet would be to stay in the center at all times if possible. It'll make it a pain to keep spinning around just to find a Huggy.

"Grrrr…"

"!?"

There!

Spinning to the left I shot out the right cannon to a white Huggy.

Well, guess I found a way to find their location over all of these laughter and thumping sounds. Though I wonder how long they would growl before jumping out.

"Lily, will you indulged Mommy with some questions?"

"Huh, wha?"

Questions?

…Now?

Is it really a good time to be asking and answering questions? I won't deny that I want answers but if I divert my attention to those it'll make it harder for me to focus on the game.

"Mommy has some questions for you. Also, who knows if Mommy will get another chance to ask them."

"…" I frowned shooting at another Huggy slowly making its way out of its hole. She has a point. Unlike Huggy and Bunzo I had plenty of time to ask them stuff, but with Mommy…I honestly didn't think I'll ever be giving a chance to talk to her with the threat of death looming over my shoulders. "I don't have problem an answering stuff but… don't you think it'll be in the way for me to focus on the game?"

"Oh Lily," Mommy laughed as if I said something funny "this is a reaction test, it shouldn't be so hard for you to do some multitasks. After all you were able to do so back when you were little~!"

"…" I have no way to prove or disprove that. Maybe I was able to do that when I was younger, I can't deny I can do some things at once but those task didn't have me stressing over the consequences of me losing my life. And… I'm curious to see where this is going to go, though I have a feeling that even if I deny her she would still ask anyway and what she is going to ask might provoke me into answering them so I might as well play along.

"…I guess I can answer some of them." I said hitting another Huggy, was that the third or fourth one that I hit? Crud this is what I was fearing that was going to happen. I just hope Mommy is keeping word and keeping track on the numbers.

"Mommy is happy to hear that!" Mommy had a pleased tone to her voice "Now what should Mommy first question be~?" She hummed, as I kept looking around the room for the next Huggy. "Oh! Let's start with…what made you come back all these years."

What made me come back?

Then that means Poppy first guess about her sending the mail is wrong. What were the chances Mommy was going to ask that? At least one of my questions had been answer, however that just puts me back to square one.

"It was a letter from here, that was sent to my house."

"A letter?"

"It had a Poppy VSH tape and a letter stating that the place wasn't fully abandoned. I ask Poppy and Huggy if they sent it but both decline. Did you know who could have?"

I know I made a guess that Mommy didn't send it and the fact that she was curious about the letter, but maybe she might have some form of knowledge of who could have.

After I shot at another Huggy I was able to glance over to see her tilting her head to the side. "Hmmm… no, Mommy doesn't know who could have sent it. In fact, if Mommy knew who did and where you lived. I would have hunted you down and drag you back home."

I shivered at the change of tone from her almost missing the Huggy coming out of the hole just underneath the viewing room.

"In fact, you were supposed to be here for the Hour Of Joy! But you didn't show. Why didn't you show up!?"

"!?"

I was supposed to show up? Meaning I was going to come back, much earlier than now? And what is the 'Hour Of Joy'?

"I didn't know I was supposed to be back! My uncle never made any mention of coming to Playtime."

"Huh? Uncle? You don't have an uncle? What is that man name?"

Hesitant at first about giving out his name but. "…. - Johnson." Over time I have slowly come to accept the fact that my uncle isn't my real uncle ever since coming here and learning about his relationship with this place. Though I can't personally say I know what our relationship was when I used to live here that part in my memories are still foggy. But despite it all I still view him as family…I'm still conflicted on how to feel about him. All I know is that until I know the full truth I'm keeping my final judgment of him on hold.

"-? Oh, that was his name. So, he decided to play the role of an 'Uncle'? What right does he have…*sigh*" Mommy let out a deep sigh making me to glance back over to see her rubbing her forehead. "Whatever." She put her hand back on the window opening her eyes again looking down at me. "That man knew when it was going to happen. He contacted him! And yet there was no sign of you. The day before. The day of. The days that followed after. He said he made another attempt but there was no answer. So why?"

'He' again. Just who is 'he'? And what did she mean by contact?

"-"

"!?" Seriously!

"- I see. So…you finally made up your mind. Is there no way to change it?... I see, I understand. Yes, I'll make sure to bring her."

"Who was that?"

"Nothing, Lily continue eating your dinner. I need to call Amanda."

"GrrrrrRRRR!"

Fuck!

Damn it, this is why I've been trying to hold back those memories. But that memory… that wasn't a forgotten one, but looking back uncle had acted weird not long after that call and I remember a couple of days later he said were moving and not long after that… Amanda killed herself.

Mommy said this 'he' had contact uncle about the 'Hour Of Joy' does that phone call and our move line up?

"Do you know the date? Of when this 'Hour Of Joy' happen? I…faintly recall a phone call that uncle received and not long after that we moved."

"…The date?" Mommy asked as I look behind me just in time to shot a canon at another Huggy. "Hmm, Mommy doesn't remember, Mommy doesn't even know what todays date is."

"August 8th, 1995."

"!"

"Oh my~ Guess who finally decided to announce themselves."

That voice…it sounds familiar. But where did it even come from? I know it came from the intercom, but Mommy has the mic. Does this person have access to the main intercom? Not to mention… everything came to a halt in here. There's no more laughter or the thumping sounds of the Huggies moving in their holes. The moment this person spoke all of the Huggies came to a stop. Just what is going on?

"Who…?"

"That my dear is the Prototype. Our…leader you can say."

Leader?

Prototype?

Wait I remember that VHS tape mentioning about it! That thing that spoke is the Prototype? And his is the leader…of the toys? I guess that would explain the little Huggies stopping mid-game. The boss is speaking so you better pay attention kind of thing. Still…I remember Huggy telling me a little bit about him that his not a threat…to me, I think… Huggy was a bit unsure how to answer that question. Maybe I can ask him again and give him some paper to write on.

Anyway, with the Huggies not moving I'm guessing the game is on hold till the Prototype is done talking. What date did he say again?

"August 8th, 1995, The Hour Of Joy."

Hey, wait, did his voice just change. It went from a deep male voice to a robotic childlike voice, just what is the Prototype anyway?

"- was informed on July 20th, 1995. Does that help answer your question?"

"A-Ah yes! July you said?" I stutter while thinking back on the date. That was almost nine years ago I think. It's a bit fuzzy but I still remember what happened. "I…still can't say if the date is correct given this happen almost nine years ago, but I remember uncle having a strange look on his face when he pick up the phone. I think he actually lost some skin color when he pick up the phone to hear—I guess you over the phone. I did ask but he told me to let it go and went to the other room to call Amanda."

"Amanda?" Mommy spoke up with a tone that had a hint of anger "That woman is still alive?"

"Ah, no." I told her wondering a bit on how she would react, Bunzo said that she killed her unborn infant and was close to killing Amanda as well. "…She killed herself. I believe it was due to whatever uncle told her after that phone call. Not long after the call I remember coming home from school to see that uncle was packing some stuff up saying that we'll be moving soon. It was two days before we moved that uncle decided to go and check up on her since we haven't heard anything from her in a while and well…we—I found her body…"

While I don't have a strong connection to Amanda, seeing a dead body especially at that age…it was traumatizing to say the least. I was already in therapy due to my accident-that I'm starting to suspect wasn't actually an accident—so it not pleasant having to talk to my therapist about it. Though now that I think about it…it is a bit strange that with every move, my therapist seemed to also move as well… it was so weird that I told uncle about it and wanting to see a different therapist, but he kept shooting me down. It wasn't till I was eighteen that I put my foot down about going back to therapy. We had a very unpleasant argument about it.

"Pity." Mommy mumbled "I wanted to finish the job."

"Did - ever mention this place?"

"Uh, no…actually anything Playtime related he immediately freak out and told me and any of my friends that came over to never mention anything related to the place." I told him "I wasn't allowed any of the toys when they were still selling them or watching any shows they put out. It was…a taboo of sorts in the household."

"I wonder why." Mommy mutter sarcastically and I would have questioned it if I didn't already have a good guess myself as to why.

"…. How unfortunate. …To think that a dear friend would betray me."

Betray?

Friend?

Was uncle a friend of the Prototype?

Now I'm even more confused.

"Resume the game."

"!?" I flinch back in shock when all the thumping sounds and laughter picked back up. I scrambled a bit trying to figure out where the next Huggy is coming out, my mind still trying to process the new information that I just learned and having a some-what first encounter with the 'leader' of the toys.

"GrrrRRR!"

There!

"GrrrrrrrRRRRRR"

Shit! Another one! That fast!

"Damn…!"

I don't know if they are picking up the pace or just making up for the lost time. Normally it felt like a minute or two would pass before one would pop out of its hole. Though I wonder if it's because they're only doing that so Mommy and I could have a longer talk.

"Mommy is a bit surprised he decided to show up after all this time~. Maybe because you're here, Lily. Oh! That's ten, eight more to go!"

I'm at the ten mark now? Well guess that means this game is almost over. "…" I winched a bit when I turn sharply to the left putting some pressure on my swollen ankle. This game really isn't doing me favors for my ankle I can tell you that much.

"Guess that means Mommy can ask you a couple of more questions before the game is over." Mommy said before letting out a thoughtful hum. "Let's see… what should Mommy ask next?"

Maybe a question that won't make me have a flashback?

"Grrrr!"

"Mommy knows!" She suddenly let out a happy cheer right after I shot at another Huggy. "Mommy is a bit curious about why you decided to come here. You said you receive a letter from here but how did that persuade you to come here."

"…" Well… "At first I thought it was for my uncle since I knew he worked here. However, when I went to see what was inside I was confused by what the letter said and went to watch the tape that came with it, in hopes it would help answer some questions. Though…" I look to the right when I first thought I saw a movement in a hole but saw nothing in there. "When I watch the tape it caused me to have some kind of flashback in a memory that I didn't even remember."

"A memory?"

"Yes, it was what provoked me to do some research and I figured that my missing memories had some relation to this place, I decided to come here to find out why."

"…" Mommy went quiet for a moment before she mutter something under her breath, honestly I don't know if I was meant to hear that or not. "…That's right. They must have done the same method on you."

Method?

I heard Mommy taking a deep breath before speaking much clearer "Tell me Lily, what toys do you remember so far?"

That made me pause for a second to think back on all the toys that I do remember and some that I just know the figure of but not their names. "Ah well, there's Huggy and Bunzo. I remember Huggy during the chase we had in the vents it trigger me into remembering him along with Kissy Missy as well. I remember Bunzo briefly before I went to his game room and remember more about him when we played together."

I look behind me to see a purple Huggy slowly starting to come out of its hole. "I know Poppy from the tape that was sent to my house, but I still don't have any memories of her, despite her telling me some stories of us together. I could feel something was trying to come through in my mind, but I guess it wasn't strong enough to come forth. I…faintly recall of the Huggies here not a lot but I do know them. I don't have a face for this toy, but I recall the name 'CatNap.'" From the corner of my eye, I saw something, something that made me look over questionably. Did…Mommy flinch? I don't know if I'm seeing things or not, but I can see the weariness in Mommy's eyes.

Does Mommy not like this 'CatNap'? I recall uncle yelling at me about needing to stay away from him. Is he some toy that I need to keep an eye on?

"And you, Mommy. When Poppy began to tell me a little bit about you and when I enter the Game Station room I've started to have some flashbacks about you. I don't remember everything, but pieces are starting to come back."

"…I see." Mommy slowly says blinking her eyes glance over to the wall making me look over to see a Huggy coming out of its hole "The video must have trigger your missing memories and being here is helping it come undone. However, for that to work…"

Her voice trailed off after I shot at the Huggy, I look back over to her wondering where she is going with this. Does she know something about what's keeping my memory from fully coming back? Whatever it is she seems to have gather her thoughts.

Mommy look back over to me and began to speak "Mommy wonders if your memory problems are the due to some kind of suppression, something similar that happen to Huggy."

"…?" Suppression? Like a memory suppression? I know what it is having study some psychology back in school wondering if it could have help me understand why I don't remember the first eight years of my life and that term did come up. I know the suppression of a memory could be a trauma response and I wonder if because of my so-call 'accident' that it is the reason I couldn't remember anything. But the way that Mommy is saying… it's like something else suppressed my memories and that Huggy went through something similar.

"You see, Lily, not long after you left Mommy heard that Huggy went on a sever rampage for days. Then all of a sudden he stop. Mommy thought it was weird that he would stop trying to find you, so Mommy went to do her own research and trying to find out why and also in hopes Mommy can find out where you went. And during Mommy's search, Mommy stumble upon an interesting file."

While listening to Mommy explain what she found, I happen to look over to see another Huggy getting ready to jump out of its hole.

"In order to get Huggy to stop, they had to suppress his memories."

"!?" They suppress Huggy's memories, but how? Some kind of hypnotherapy or something. I mean I think I heard it's possible for someone else to suppress a person's memories, but I don't really know much of the topic.

"However, the suppression had a limit. It was not a permanent solution, and they didn't know how to make it permanent, so they came to a decision that in order to make sure it stayed, they had to use that method every month."

"…If that's true then wouldn't that have worn off? This place has been closed for ten years. If what you said is true then what method they used on Huggy should have worn off."

The only reason that I can think of for why Huggy went on the rampage was probably due to me leaving. We didn't exactly leave on a good note. My guess is that the memories they suppress had to be memories of me, giving that I highly doubt some well place words could get him to stop his rampage. I could also excuse Huggy not recognizing me after all these years. After all I did grow, and my hair is a darker shade of brown compared to when I was little when it was a much lighter shade.

"Ten years? So that's how long it's been…" Mommy mumbled "Mommy doesn't know the full details on what they did. Mommy can only guess that since it's been ten years the suppressions slowly began to wear off were it will only take a key trigger object to unlock those memories, or they would have gradually came back to him without the trigger."

A trigger…wait.

"Huggy it's me, Lily, remember! I know it's been some years and I've grown, but it's me! Remember that time you tried to save me from that man."

Could that have been the trigger?

If so, then the trigger for me was that video and the things I've experienced so far in this place.

"…rrrrRRRRRR!"

Oh, shit!

"Mommy can only guess the reason for that is because Huggy was under it for maybe a little over a year. But you Lily, Mommy can only guess you were on it much longer and Mommy thinks at some point you were stop giving the treatment."

But that's the thing, what treatment was it? I thought aiming the canon at another Huggy. That should make fifteen in total if I'm counting right. Just three more to go.

What could I have possibly done every month, if what Mommy saying is true about the time period for Huggy, that would have allow me to get my memories suppressed?

"Mommy is surprised - allow it to be stop, after letting it go on this long." Upon hearing my uncle's name as sudden thought crossed my mind.

Wait…no.

It can't be.

"Mommy thinks because you were on it for so long it's taking that much longer for those memories to come back. Though Mommy doesn't know when you stop."

Uncle and I had many arguments growing up but there was one he was really displeased of when I told him the news. In fact, I was happy to stop going the second I turn eighteen.

"Lily, do you have any guesses on what method they did or when you stop.?"

"…Yeah." I slowly said, my body at this point went on autopilot as I felt my body moving to the sound of another Huggy, but my mind just fully wasn't there. "I think I do."

My weird therapist.

The one I've complained about to my uncle and how strange that every time we moved he seemed to have some reason to move as well and strangely it was somehow in the same area that we moved too. Being a bit freak out about it I kept asking uncle if we could find me a different therapist even though I thought I didn't really need a therapist anymore. In all honesty I never remember any of our sessions, just walking in and next thing I know I'm in my uncle's car heading back home. My head always hurt when I left, and I did ask him if that was normal.

Uncle only said that there is no need to find a different one when there is already one that is more familiar with me and my history, and that is was just convenient that the man happens to move in the same area as us. I always hated that therapist and when I drop the news to my uncle about not going any more he lost it. But I won that argument as legally he could not force me to keep going.

Come this August and it'll be almost a full year since I've stop going.

And if the cause of keeping my memories suppress is because of that man, the one I saw every month…then I highly doubt he was an actual therapist but another worker—a scientist that work at this factory. That's the only thing that I could think of and why he was able to move around the same time we did.

"I…had a therapist." I said "Or someone acting as a therapist. I never like him, and uncle kept sending me there. That was…until I turned eighteen and stop going. It'll be a full year since I've last since that man come this August."

Mommy blink, head tilting to the side as she let out a hum. "Oh~ so, that's what they did, and you stop going for almost a year now. Hmmm… a good strong trigger would still help, but with how long it was suppressed. Yes, it would make it a bit difficult to remember unless something could trigger a certain memory."

So, in other words, I won't get everything back in one shot but need to find some key aspects of my past to trigger certain memories to help fill in the blank? But couldn't there also be the high chances of things never fully coming back due to how long they've been forcibly suppressed?

"If it's the same method that they used on Huggy and with all the time you were under it…it's quite possible that you won't be able to fully remember everything!"

The sudden raise of tone and the words Mommy just said had me freezing in place. "What…?" I gasp looking back up to Mommy.

…I might not be able to remember everything? But that…

"…rrrRRRAAA!"

"Fuck!?" I curse jumping backwards, landing on my butt when the sudden movement caused jolt of pain shooting up my leg. "Damn it!" Mommy words had me completely caught me off guard that I miss the growling sounds from not one but two of the Huggies. It was only thanks to the first one jumping right in front of me that I was able to move quickly and also managing to avoid the second one that I didn't know till I had fallen backwards. When I look back up after the fall, I was able to see both of them colliding into each other.

I winched a bit after hearing the loud 'clicking' noise of their eyes smacking each other. I honestly don't know if they can feel any pain in their eyes. But if they can…I'm pretty sure that impact would really hurt. Though I should be more worried about myself right now, giving the fact that I fail to hit these two Huggies. I'm almost afraid to look back over to Mommy to see her reaction.

I failed the game, that I should have no problems in wining and yet…

"Gigeh!" The white Huggy shot up waving it's fist in the air while an angry chittering sound comes out. In response to that the grey Huggy got up yelling something back. I honestly don't know what they are saying but I can roughly guess that the white one is accusing the grey one and the they are probably responding back it's their fault.

"…Uhhh…" I don't know what I'm supposed to do right now. Should I stop them or let them fight it out? I don't even know if I should still be breathing or not! These guys look close to having a brawl and I don't want to get in the middle of that.

"…" Hearing a deep exhausted sigh from above, I look over to see the rest of the Huggies leaning out of their holes looking down at their friends. Some of them seem to be chatting with each other or seeming to be cheering at the fight down below. Looking further up I saw Mommy shaking her head while one of her hands were rubbing at the temple of her head.

"…heh" An unease chuckle escapes from my lips, upon seeing her face. I have a strong feeling that these guys give Mommy a hard time. She already looks down with them and something inside tells me I've been on that end multiple times…

"Geh!"

"Huh?" Snapped out of my thoughts upon hearing a shout of pain. Looking over I saw the white Huggy lying flat on its back with the grey one standing above him.

Did they push the white Huggy?

Since I didn't see it happen I could only make some guesses. But what I did see is the white one letting out an angry scream and quickly pouncing the grey Huggy, which resulted in the two to start actually fighting.

"Hey! Hey! Both of you cut it out!" I yelp scrambling back up, running over to the two while trying to find a safe way to separate them without fearing the loss of losing a finger. Above me I can hear the others starting to cheer, some were clapping and others it sounded like they were either hitting the inside of their holes of the wall.

"Guys, c'mon, please stop before you hurt yourselves!" my hands were held up awkwardly not quite sure on what I must do in order to stop them. Should I grab them from the back of their necks or wrap my arms around the middle of the their stomach? I might need to use the GrabPack to be able to safely remove them. I'm still confused on what's going on. I clearly lost the game and am still breathing…then again Mommy did quite say what would happen to me if I lost a game only told me the consequences of what would happen if I cheated.

Right now, Mommy is just watching the fight happening and not making any indications on what will happen next, so I guess I'm in the safe zone for the time being. Not quite sure about when I finally get the two to stop going at each other's throats. Though the decision on what to do was easily picked for me when the two started to bite at each other limbs.

"Alright, that's it!" Grabbing the cannons I use the hands to grab the grey Huggy around it's middle lifting both of them off the ground. Using the other hand to grab the white Huggy I quickly pulled them apart. And even though they were separated the two still tried to reach for the other.

"Ace! Zap! Both of you knock it off!" I snapped at them before freezing in my tracks.

Wait…

It suddenly went quiet in the room; I could feel all eyes on me as I look at the two Huggies who were also staring back at me with their mouths hanging open.

Oh…that's right…that's their names.

The white on is Ace and the grey one is Zap.

"…" I…don't know how I was so positive that is their names, it just felt natural in speaking it. If I recall correctly I remember playing with Ace and some of the other Huggies back when I was first introduced to Amanada. I wonder if…

A sudden blare of loud music echo's through the room as the light turn back on. "Wha-?" Startle I release the Huggies from the cannon hands. Looking around I spotted the other remaining Huggies looking over in Mommy's direction.

"Congratulations on winning the second game, Lily." She cheered.

"Huh?" I won? But…I didn't. I definitely lost, failing to get the last two—well I hope it was the last two—why is she ignoring that fact. And yet despite sounding happy I could faintly hear the displease in her voice. So, what's the deal here?

"Mommy is so proud of you! For winning the game, Mommy has another hint for you." I watch Mommy leaning a bit to the left watching as her right arm moves down somewhere. A loud creaking noise is heard not long after, looking to the said direction of the noise to see Mommy's hand sticking out of a vent holding a piece of paper.

I frowned at the vent feeling like I should know something about it but can't fully recall what that is.

Ace ran over to Mommy's hand taking the item before running back over to me. "Geh!" He exclaimed holding the paper up to me. Almost like a child excitedly wanting to show off their drawing.

I smiled bending down a little to grab the paper and patted his head. "Thanks, Ace." Looking over the paper I realized it was another piece to the train code. That's makes two out of the three codes, just one more to go and we can finally leave this place!

"Only one game left to play." Mommy said "Hmm…sad. Mommy was hoping you'd stay here forever. Though, it's never to late to change your mind. And Lily, make sure to leave your friends in the main room before moving on to the last game. We don't want anything to happen, now do we?"

So, she wants me to go alone again. Huggy won't be pleased with this, but we don't have any other choice and so far I've been doing pretty well, minus my little hiccup with this game. I'm sure I could ask Bunzo about the next game and what to expect.

"I understand. I'll let the other's know."

"Good." And with that Mommy crawls out of sight.

"…" I let out a sigh of relief when she left before recalling Mommy's words. Staying here forever, huh. If things were a bit different…that doesn't sound so bad. Wait…what do I do now? The door is still closed, and I haven't heard anything from Bunzo or Huggy. I'm actually surprised they've stayed quite this whole time. Did they go back to the main room? I know Huggy was pissed and probably needed to cool down. I wouldn't be surprised if Bunzo went after him to make sure he didn't hurt himself or something. Maybe I should yell or bang on the door to get their attention.

Before I could move my way over to the door, I let out a small grunt in surprised at the sudden force of something hitting both of my legs. "Wha…" Glancing down to see both Ace and Zap holding onto my legs, pretty tightly might I add. Now this won't really stop me from walking, making it a bit difficult, yes, but manageable if not a major pain in the butt to do so. I'm honestly just a bit confused on why they are trying to stop me from moving.

"Gege!" Zap shouted and my question as to why is quickly answered, when I look up to see all of the Huggies out of their holes all in the perfect position to jump out.

"Wait…" I slowly began to say as I quickly began to understand what is about to happen next. "Wait wait wait, no, don't!?"

I was too late in trying to stop them as they all jumped out of their holes and landed right on top of me. "Oof!" I grunted falling backwards at the sudden weight landing on top of me, I winched when a sharp pain went up my left leg.

"Wait…guys…stop you're…too…heavy!" I tried to get them off of me, but they were persistent on not letting me go, and they were heavy making it hard to move my arms or legs to try and get them off. All of them were making happy chittering noise as they wiggle around.

Fuck it's getting hard to breath, not to mention hot.

There's barely any A/C in this room and them hugging me is not helping me in the least!

There was a sudden shout and the next thing I see is the ceiling of the room and not a random color fur blocking my sight and my body not feeling so weighted down any more. Either they notice my discomfort or something else is going on, either way I don't care as I greedily took in a deep breath of air and slowly exhaled.

What the fuck just happened? I though blinking a couple of times before slowly sitting back up, grimacing at the feeling of sand rolling down my back. Ugh, that's going to be a major pain to deal with.

When I had sat back up I saw all of the Huggies lined up in front of me. Some of them were swaying back and forth others were tilting their heads, but all of them had the expectation look in their eyes when staring at me. I can only conclude that they want something from me, but what? I was about to open my mouth to ask what they wanted before the only purple colored Huggy step forward. They said something while pointing to the side of their head.

"What?" I was a little confused till I remember the weird feeling in my hair. "Oh!" My hair tie got loose. I suspect it was from the scuffle that I was in, truthfully I'm amazed it stay up all this time. "Um, thanks, for telling me that." I said reaching up to take out the hair band. My hair feels like a mess, and I can see some sand in the strains of my hair.

"…"

Lovely.

That's going to be a pain to get out.

Whatever, I'll fix it later when I get out of here, I thought putting the hair band on my wrist. I can't remember if I brought my hair bush with me or not…probably not, don't know why I would have a reason to bring it with me.

"Gege!" The purple Huggy said smacking his chest.

"…Huh?" I could only look at him confused. I get he is trying to ask me something…it's just… I can't figure out what it is. I really wish Bunzo was here or even Huggy they could probably translate for me…even if I have to wait for a bit for Huggy to write it out himself.

The purple Huggy tilted it's head mouth down turning a bit before quickly going back to normal when they turn their head to the side, shouting something. Two Huggies from the line up stepped forward—I raised a brow in wonderment when noticing it was Zap and Ace that stepped forward—and the purple Huggy kept speaking for a bit before looking back at me. They pointed to the two and slowly began to speak. "Zzzaaaahhh!" They said pointed to Zap.

"Zah?" I slowly repeated, wondering for a moment what they were trying to say before something clicked in my head. "Oh, are you saying 'Zap'?" If he is saying that Huggy's name and if I think back to what he was trying to ask me from before…I think I know where this conversation is going.

The purple Huggy excitedly nods their head before tapping his chest repeating the same sound from before. "You're asking if I know your name, right?" They nod. "O…kay, I'll try."

Oh boy, that's a tall order there. See, I already no majority of the toys name here because of my research on this place, but this Huggies were labeled as 'Huggy' or 'little Huggies' on their site. Not really going in detail if they had another name or not. So, I'm in a tight spot in hopping my memory will work with me in remembering all the names. I'm mean I quickly remember Zap and Ace right? Maybe my brain will help me remember the rest…?

Hopefully.

"…Let's see" Originally there were eighteen little Huggies from what Bunzo and Mommy told me and now there are only twelve left. I can see there are two orange, gray and white Huggies and one purple, red, green, yellow, blue and pink Huggies. I'm honestly not sure if I can remember all twelve names. It's a miracle that I remember Zap and Ace…though I do think the faint reason as to why I remember them so easily is because of my flashback that I had back in Bunzo's room. I remember shouting out Ace along with another Huggy that I was playing with, and that there were six others in the room.

It's hard to explain…but for some reason I'm confident that I know all those other Huggies names but with some missing their partner color I can't be sure if they are the same ones I played with or not. I look down at the purple Huggy in front of me and slowly open my mouth. Right now, I only have one name for a purple Huggy and can't remember what the other one could be, so I'll just have to see if I'm right or not.

I really want to be right and not hurt this guy's feeling if I'm wrong…

"Is your name…Tulip?" I hesitantly ask.

"…" There was a tense silence in the room as they all looked at me and I can't help but get the feeling that I gave the wrong name, something I was fearing that would happen. And it seemed I was correct when the purple Huggy slowly shook their head 'no'.

"…Sorry." I apologized to them. "I'm afraid that…when it comes to your guys names everything is still a bit blurry. Right now, the only names that I can recall to some degree are the ones that I played with back when I was first introduced to Amanda if you guys remember her. And that's about it, I can't remember any names past that."

After saying that I saw several heads perk up along with Zap and Ace talking to the purple Huggy. When they nodded their head and look back to the others saying something with a wave of their hand. Four Huggies—green, red, yellow and orange—step up next to Zap and Ace.

Watching this interaction happen I began to wonder if this purple Huggy is like a leader of sorts of the group when they aren't taking commands from Mommy or anyone else. I have a strange feeling that I'm partially right in this assumption.

"Geh!" The purple Huggy said gesturing to the four that step up. I guess he wants me to say their names then?

"Hmm…" In front of me are Zap and Ace along with the four others that makes about six Huggies and missing two others, which if I look at the ones standing a few feet back the remaining colors that are missing are the purple and pink Huggies.

…I'm definitely not feeling the best of emotions right now upon seeing the lack of Huggies before me, but now is not the time to dwell on it. I should focus on remembering what I can and move on from there.

"Okay so I obviously know Zap and Ace…" I began before pointing at the green Huggy. "If I recall correctly your…Clover, right?" A happy nod is my answer which made me smile in return. Good, that leaves three down. "Your Blaze…" I pointed to the red Huggy then moved to the yellow one "Sunny and lastly Mango." I pointed to the Orange Huggy.

After correctly naming the first six Huggies they all let out a happy cheer. Which made me happy for them and myself. Still I'm wondering where the name Zap and Blaze came from? I get I was a kid but still. I can understand Sunny, Mango and Clover due to their colors and Ace itself isn't a bad name. Zap has me a bit confused, there has to be a reason behind that name at least compared to Blaze there has to be a reason for that name, the best I can think of it's probably something related to their red fur. But then…why not go with Crimson or something…oh.

I…did name one of them 'Crimson'.

"…"

Let's not go down that hole, Lily…at least not yet.

I let out a sigh looking back over to the happy Huggies. "Well…I'm happy that I still remember some of your names. Though I don't know when I'll remember the rest…how about you guys tell me them. Instead of waiting for whenever my brain decides to remember." Right after I said that I mentally smack myself.

I forgot that these guys can't speak in a language that I know, how the hell are they going to tell me their names?! I mean the purple one tried their best to say Zap's name, what if the others are a bit harder? I can't imagine them trying to say Blaze's name or even Crimson! I'm not even sure if they can write like Huggy. I mean…I could ask as well, but still!

I felt a tap on my leg, snapping me out of my thoughts. Looking down to see the purple Huggy who pointed to themselves and said:

"Ve!"

I frowned trying to put together what they are saying. "Ve?" I repeated. I'm pretty sure they are trying to say their name.

They shook their head then repeated the sound while giving a slight tug on their fur. Their fur…wait I look back over to the four Huggies that I've named and back to the purple Huggy. I began to think that, just like those four I probably named this Huggy after it's fur color since the other one had a name that didn't related to their fur color. Though there are purple tulip flowers, and I suspect that I could have name Tulip because of that...

Anyway!

If I go by that train of thought and the Huggy saying 'Ve' then the closes that I can think of color wise is Violet. They're probably trying to say 'Vi' but it comes out as 'Ve' instead. Only one way to find out if I'm right.

"Is it… 'Vi'?" I hesitantly asked again praying that I'm right. I would really hate that I got their name wrong a second time. Though judging by the happy look in their eyes and the little happy bounce I think it's safe to say I got it right. Thank goodness!

I sigh in relief when I got their name right, even though it was a rough start in getting their name right at least they tried their best in saying it. Maybe the others can pull it off as well?

"What about you guys?" I asked the rest of them.

…Unfortunately, the others tried their best in saying their names even getting the other Huggies in helping me to guess what they could be. However, the only one I was able to guess correctly out of the five of them was the blue Huggy that is named 'Sky'.

"Well…shoot." I mumble scratching my head. "This is a bit harder than I thought. Are you guys able to write?" All of them shook their heads 'no' making me frown. "Okay then…do either Huggy or Bunzo know them?" Those two should probably know their names at least… well I hope so. Bunzo's been around them the longest I think, so he should know and Huggy as well.

When they all nodded their heads I let out a sigh of relief. "Alright that's good. Then once we get out of this room we can go and ask them. On that note… how do we ger out of here?" I asked.

I'm not sure the main door will ever open again at this point which leaves very little options on getting out of here. If Huggy were here it would be possible for him to pick me up and maybe lift me to the view room since one of the glass panes is broken. Sadly, he is not here, and I don't want to try and get him to break the door down. That would take a lot of time and probably injure him more, so that option is also out.

Though there is that vent. Something about it is familiar too me and I wonder if it's like the one in Bunzo's room.

I watch the Huggies talk amongst each other before they all ran to the vent, along with Vi tugging on my hand as if asking me to follow them. Walking over to the vent I bent down examining it. I can't find anything at first glance that would allow me to use the GrabPack to remove the vent, but I do remember Mommy's hand pushing the vent up to give me the code.

I frowned when I reach under the vent to lift it up, noticing how light it was compared to Bunzo's. "Han on…" this vent is very easy to lift, sure it takes a second to get a good drip to hold the vent, but with how light and easy it is anyone could lift it up with no problem. Hell, I bet a two year old will have no problem in lifting it.

I glance over to the Huggies. "…Is this how you guys keep escaping your room?" My memoires may be shit, but I faintly recall some workers wondering how these guys keep leaving their room. I wonder if they even bother to check the vent. Or maybe they have some other way in their holes. I can't personally recall using this vent myself, but maybe I have the vent does feel familiar…or maybe because I used them a lot during my time here…

When I saw all of them nod their heads I just let out a sigh. I guess the workers really never check the vent or maybe they did. It's been over ten years so maybe it got worn down over use or something. Not like I'll never know the real reason behind it and frankly just straight up don't care. All I see it, is that it makes it easier for me to get out.

"Well…after you then." I waved my hand to the vent, shuffling a bit to the side and lifting the bent up a bit higher. The Huggies aren't that big but when they stand next to the vent their heads are a bit above the top part, so that means they'll have to crouch down a bit to get through.

Ace was the last one to go through, to which they and the other pink Huggy turn around to hold up the vent for me. Giving them a 'thanks' I quickly crawled into the vent hearing it close behind me. Looking in front of me I quickly realized that this was not a vent like I was expecting to be. This vent lead to another room!

In my defense for not seeing this earlier my mind was a bit more focus on the vent. No wonder Ace and the pink Huggy had no problem in turning around to help keep the vent open.

…I feel like an idiot right now… moving on!

"Alright… was not expecting to see a hallway on the other side of the vent." I said getting back up to my feet. It's not very bright in this section, there's a big light at the end which is bright enough to see. There are some pipes on the wall some disappearing around the corner which I suspect we'll have to go through seeing the stairway a little ahead. Won't deny that the view of this room gives me the creeps, did I seriously come this way a lot when I was younger? Honestly if I could question my younger self I would.

"Since you guys are more familiar with this place I'll just follow you." I told them to which they quickly agree and before we started walking, Vi said something to the others who all saluted which made me curious to what they said. I watched as they all formed a circle or really a square around me kinda answer my question. It's almost like they are creating a barrier of sorts, like to shield me or something. Which made me worry a little if there is a possible threat up ahead.

God I hope not.

There are four Huggies in front of me and behind and the remaining four split into two so they can stand next to me. Just looking at them brings up faint memories that this isn't the first time they done this when they are around me. So, maybe it's not because of a threat and it's something they just do.

Once they got in position Vi stepped a bit further from the group and made a gesture to follow them, to which we all complied. When we got around the corner to walk further down the hallway we come to a smaller open room with a big spiral stair case…. Well almost a spiral stair case.

"What the…" I paused in the center of the room taking in the state of the stairs. The beginning of the first seven steep were fine… it's just… "How are we supposed to climb up? There are so many missing step?!" it's one thing if it was one or two at a time, but there are multiple huge gaps, and I don't trust myself in trying to jump across. "Great." I heaved. "Now what?"

"Gegeh!" One of the Huggies shouted.

"What is it?" I asked them, seeing Sky quickly run up the stairs till he got up to the twelfth step and pointed up. Following their direction, I looked up and saw a bar at the top attached to the ceiling.

I frowned in confusion. "Is that…?" To test to see if it is what I'm thinking, I shot the green canon up to the bar watching it grab hold. After giving it a test tug I felt a smile of relief forming on my face. "Nice catch Sky!" I told them "I can lift us out of here, though…" Honestly I probably could carry all twelve up… but I'm not sure if my arm could last that long. They may not be very heavy but over time the weight will get to you. "We might need to go in groups." I informed them. "maybe six at a time perhaps?" I look up gauging the distance. The GrabPack pulls fast so I don't have to worry about the time to get up there, but the drop back down could be a problem. If I don't stop in time I could wind up hurting my ankle even more.

"Upah!"

"Hm?"

I blink coming out of my train of thought, looking over to where I heard one of the Huggies calling out, I saw that some of them had climb a bit of a distance up the stair before they were forced to stop.

"When did you…" I slowly began before shaking my head. "Nevermind." I look down to see about six of the remaining huggies looking up at me as if they were waiting for something. "…" With a raise brow I look back up to the others taking note of the other six. "Are you asking me to pick you up from that spot?" I ask, wondering if that is what they are trying to convey to me.

Upon receiving a couple of nods, I let out a sigh scratching my head. "I guess that works too…" Beats having to come all the way back down. Raising my right arm moving it a bit to the side, I shot the green hand up to the rail. Once I felt it latching on, I gave it a slight tug to check its grip. So far, so good, doesn't feel like it'll let go on me mid-way. I looked back down at the Huggies standing next to me patiently waiting for the next step. "Everything seems good to so, so quickly hop on and keep a good grip, okay? I don't want you guys accidentally falling off."

With a nod of understanding, the Huggies carefully climb on me, grabbing whatever they could get a good grip on. My free arm, bag, GrabPack, jacket and some even wrapping their arms and legs tightly around my legs. Once sure that everyone is secured, I flicked the switch on the canon that quickly pulled us up to the top within seconds. We went up pretty quickly that I barely took note of the added weight from the toys holding onto me. When we reached the top, the Huggies quickly and carefully jumped to the platform.

"Okay you guys wait here while I go and get the others." I told them before flicking the switch and slowly and carefully drop back down. As I went down I heard the Huggies making some noise and something else was heard as well.

"Click the button to feed me candy!"

"Huh?"

I looked back up at the same time coming to a stop to gather the other remaining Huggies.

"Nom nom nom! Feed me more!"

Oh, right, I remember seeing a cutout of Candy Cat sitting at the top of the platform. I guess the other are messing with it.

"Nom nom nom, more! More candy!"

Though I do wonder why a cutout is even place there in the first place, seems like a weird spot to put it out. "You guys all good?" I asked once I felt the Huggies getting secured.

"Nom nom nom, hehe okay no more candy, my tummy's full."

Getting a nod of confirmation from the Huggies, I flicked the switch and quickly made are way back to the top.

"Nom nom nom, I said no more!"

"Nom nom nom, ssttooooppp!"

"Okay, that's enough!" I quickly told them once I made it to the top. Honestly I was getting a bit concerned by the sudden change of tone from Candy Cat and I really don't want to find out if there is another set of lines or not. When I felt the other Huggies jumping off me I looked over at the group surrounding the cutout. "I think we should give Candy Cat a break, yeah?" I said swinging forward a bit to hop onto the platform winching a little from the small shock wave of pain shooting up my leg.

"Ow…" I huffed shaking my left leg in an attempt to help ease the pain. When I look down at the Huggies I saw all of them looking at me leg with a slight head hilt. "I'm okay guys, just a sprain ankle is all." I reassured them. "Anyway, where to next?"

They look at each other, speaking in their langue before moving back into formation around me with Vi moving a bit further. Following along down the hallway and up a set of stairs we paused at the opening before us. In front is another strange room, or rather a hallway to be exact. In the middle of floor between the platforms is a small track similar to a train track, that leads further down the hall block off by some fence gate. Peaking my head out looking over to the right I see the tracks also head that way.

"What the hell is this place?" I asked out loud, more to myself then asking the Huggies. And even if they could answer I know I won't be able to grasp what they are saying.

"Gege!" Vi suddenly spoke up, jumping down to the floor below us, with the others following along.

"…" Well as long as we get back to the others I'm not going to really question what this room/hallway is. Right not I'm thankful that the drop is really low compared to the others I've ran into. I quickly got down to the floor with my legs dangling over the ledge and carefully slid down with no problems. A glace back over to see the upper floor reach up to my waist, I wonder why the didn't put some stairs here or a ramp. It doesn't look like it would have gotten in the way with whatever comes through here.

"Well, it's obvious we can't go straight, so well just have to go this way then." I pointed to the right. The others nod and made our way down the tracks, being careful to not trip over some of the broken planks. As we walk further down I notice the tracks dip down a bit like there's a hill and the closer we got I'm now able to see that it is indeed a steep slope down and…

"Oh, come on!" I groaned rubbing my forehead.

For some damn reason, further down the slope someone block the hallway with a bunch of planks, and unlucky for me they are screwed into the wall. There's no doubt in my mind that the Huggies can squeeze through the cracks. I on the other hand will have no luck.

"Ge?" Blaze look up to me with a question look in their eyes.

"…" I sigh scratching my head. "Well… we can try and rip the planks off, but that would take too much time. Lets see if there is anything here that could help us first."

Right after saying that there was a sudden loud blaring noise echoing through out the hallway, startling all of us.

"The hell?!" I look around in panic, trying to figure out where the sound is coming from and why is it suddenly going off.

"Ga!" Ace suddenly yelled pointing down another hallway we had past.

Running up to him I look down the hall seeing another gated fence with a switch on the other side, and further down is another closed metal gate. However, the moment I ran up to the fence that door slowly began to open revealing a silhouette of a figure.

And not just any figure, it is a figure of person.

"What…?" I gap in a mixture of shock and confusion. I never thought I'd see another living person here, what with all these living toys roaming around and the gut feeling that they don't seem to like humans or the humans that work here. The person at the end was hunch over as if they were trying to make themselves small. I could faintly here some mumbling coming from them as they fiddle with their hands.

"…" Should I be worried about them? Was my first thought as I watch them slowly shuffle closer to us. The next thing I notice was that this person had no shoes one by the low sounds of 'pat pat' from their feet hitting the floor, and the closer they got the more I can make out what they are saying.

"Get it open…get it open…open open…!"

Is what they kept repeating while looking back over their shoulders as if they are either looking for someone or if they are afraid of something that was following them. I can't know for sure but giving how they are acting and the repeated 'Get it open' mumbles, it could be that they are trying to run from something.

I frowned stepping forward a bit, hands grabbing onto the gate. "Hey are you…"

"Lele!"

I was getting ready to ask if this person is okay before I was interrupted by the Huggies sudden yelling with a happy cheer and shaking the fence. I can only guess that they know this person and that they could be a possible friend.

"…Lily…"

"!?" I flinched back upon hearing my name. when I looked back up my eyes widen ins surprise at how quickly this person go to the gate. "How do you…" I slowly began before taking in this person appearance.

Before me is a young man, definitely in his teens. His skin was so pale—probably from the lack of sun or maybe its because he might be albino judging by his long messy white hair—and malnourished. Surrounding his greyish-blue eyes were dark circles that could only mean that this person hasn't slept well for a long time. When those eyes made direct eye contact with me, I could see the worry and joy written in his eyes. And it was those eyes that spark something within me.

"Wait you're…"

He blinked, hands fiddling with the strap of his messenger bag that laid on top of a worn down yellow shirt with the logo of 'Playtime Co' in the top left corner of the shirt. His eyes lit up with happiness. "Lily…back! I'm… happy, happy!" Then he started shuffling around in his spot. "I'm glad…sister back…sister will help us…and play again…"

"…"

Sister…?

Help us?

"…!" I winched at the sudden ringing in my ears.

'Everyone we have a new friend joining us today!'

'He's so weird!'

'Is that even his real hair color?'

'Haha, look at him mumbling around!'

'Why did the workers even allow this freak to be here?'

'I would like to introduce you to—'

'Hey, stop picking on him!'

'I want you children to all get along and make him feel welcome!'

'Are you sure you want him to hang with us, Lily?'

'Yeah, he gives me the creeps.'

'Yes, I'm sure! If you guys just got to know him, you'll know his a nice kid! He just has his own little quirks is all!'

'You said the same thing about Theo, and he still creeps me out.'

'Right? I believe the only reason he hangs out with us is because of Lily'

'That's not true…'

'I'm sure all of you will get along just great!'

'I'm Lily! What's your name?'

"Leslie…" I huffed out looking back up to him with a blurry vision.

'We hope you have a wonderful time here at Playtime, Leslie!'

"Sorry to interrupt you there, Lily, however I want to confirm somethings with you." Dr. Smith spoke, shuffling some papers around.

"It's fine." I told her leaning back on the couch moving my hands to my lap, fiddling with the bandages on my hand.

After writing a couple of more things down, Dr. Smith put her pen down and looked up. "To make sure I'm clear on this, this is when you first reunited with your brother, Leslie Withers, correct?"

"That's right." I nod "Before reuniting with him, I personally did not know of his existence…or more like I didn't remember him."

"I see…" Dr. Smith mumble picking her pen back up "Was there a reason he didn't come with you when you were force to leave?"

I raised a brow in confusion. Does she not know? I thought Ash informed her.

"Dr. Smith…. Didn't Ash tell you that Leslie is not my biological brother? He only calls me his sister for reason I don't fully know, and I personally didn't mind going into that role. I honestly always wanted to be a big sister so it just workout for the both of us."

Dr. Smith paused in her writing and saw her eyes widen with an emotion I was unable to catch passing through before she gave me an apologetic smile. "My apologize, it must have slipped my mind. With all of my patients I got through some stuff gets scramble around!" She laughed.

"…No apologize needed. Doctor, I understand that feeling." I said with a wave of my hand. "With all the paper work I do myself, even I had made those mistakes. Good thing I have Ash to double check my work for me."

"Oh, the joys of keeping track of everything." She chuckles "Getting back on topic. The reason for Leslie not being with you in the beginning was primarily because he's not your brother. So, there would be no reason to take him as well."

"That's correct."

"When you left the factory did you not try to get him to come? Before your memory's were wipe I mean."

"Well…" I slowly began scratching my head. "That's a bit complicated. I'm still have some effects from the drugs despite not taking them anymore. But I would like to believe I did."

She frowned. "Can you explain a bit more, if you can?"

"…I can try. Honestly, its all still fuzzy and my clearest memory even now was when I woke up in the hospital and being told I was in an accident and I'm the sole survivor. And when I mention that I couldn't recall anything, even not knowing who I was, the doctors concluded that the incident was caused me to have amnesia and quickly explained the basics to me, along with informing me about my uncle who was now going to be in charge of me." I paused taking a sip of water before continuing. "It's very complicated for me to explain, still can't fully remember what happened that day beside what I recall from when I met Huggy again. Like I said before, I still can't fully remember my past and yet despite slowly gaining my memories back when I was there nothing new has come back despite it almost being ten years since I've left that factory. So, I like to believe I still fought and try to get back to Playtime, before they all decided it would be for the best if I simply forgot."

"I see… that is…something…" Dr. Smith slowly spoke with a frown "I can't imagine what that is like."

"…Yeah."

"…Moving on. In the beginning you mention the place has been closed for ten years and that Leslie when you saw him again, you said he look malnourished."

I nod my head.

"How has he managed to survive that long? I can see the place being stock with food for the workers and the other children. But with no one to restock I could see the supplies lasting for a year or two. And now that I'd bring it up were there other people there besides Leslie?"

"That…" I began before letting out a sigh. "I can answer that but that would take a long time to explain if I just straight up told you instead of slowly getting laying out the details. We would be all over the place and get off track from my story."

Dr. Smith nods writing down in the notebook. "I understand. We'll get back to the topic a later time then."

"Thanks." I said. "Though what I can tell you s I'm not 100 percent sure how he managed to survive. Leslie was malnourished but not to the extreme but close. I have some guesses… some I rather not give much thought into. Especially since I learned how the other toys survived." I trailed off looking down at my bag. "And yet… I still never bothered to ask Leslie after all this time."

Even if I did…Leslie mental health wasn't all that good. I doubt I would have gotten a straight answer out of him. It was for the best to let it be and was just thankful he is still around.

"I remember asking Bunzo when I regroup with them, and he only gave some guesses himself. You see, Bunzo was aware of the possibility that the children could still be around, but he never meet them after 'The Hour of Joy', so guesses were all he could give."

"Hmmm…" Dr. Smith gave a thoughtful hum before writing down in the notebook. "Thank you for answering my questions. Now do you want to continue or take a small break?"

"A break would be nice." I look over to the clock "It's already past 12? Man, time went by fast."

Dr. Smith look at her watch, brow raised in surprise. "Indeed, it did. Didn't realized it was that late. Well, I suppose this will be a good lunch break; is an hour good?"

"Fine with me." I said standing up grabbing my bag before making m way to the door. "Is it okay if I go to the roof for a bit?"

Dr. Smith blinks with a confused look on her face. "I don't see why not. I know some of my colleagues go up there during their breaks. I don't know if any went up there now that the rain has stop for a while, but more than likely not since the furniture would still be wet."

"I'm fine with that. I just want to get some fresh air and be alone for a bit before going to the local café to eat."

"I understand, I'll see you in a hour."

"Bye."

Creak

The metal door let out a small creak when I push it open. Stepping outside hearing the small splashes of the puddles I've step in along with the door closing, I took in a deep break smelling the after the rain smell before exhaling. When I open my eyes I saw that I was indeed the only one up here, which made me happy.

Walking to the ledge, folding my arms on top of it I leaned forward a bit looking at the cloudy scenery around me. Cars dolling by below some hitting some puddles causing them to pass on some poor passerby's below. The sky still a dark grey, threating to pour back down rain again at any moment. A sharp bright light quickly flashes at me making me to look in that direction.

Further down the city is an old building with a light tower at the top that spins around, lighting up the block as it goes. It's quite annoying to be honest, the only times I've seen it on is when it rains or if it's foggy out and sometimes when its dark. I would understand if the building is tall and needed the light to warn planes or something, but the building is like five stories tall.

"That remind me…" Fishing around my pocket I pulled out my phone. Dialing a number that I've long memorized I held the phone up to my ear.

"Beacon Mental Hospital, Luara speaking, how can I help you?"

"Hey Laura, it's me, Sylvia. By chance I can speak to my brother?"

Well...I'm somewhat pleased with this chapter, though I feel like I could have done a bit better, but with how long it's taken I'm just glad its done. I'll probably fix some stuff up in the future. Anyway hope you guys like it! And sorry again for the wait, I don't know when the next chapter will be out, but it should be out before the year is over. So much for my goals in wrapping up this story before the year was over. I at least want to get two more chapters done before the year is done though. So fingers cross!

Anyway some questions for you guys. When it comes to the Mini Huggies names list do you want it at the top of each chapter or the bottom? The only times the list will be there is if the Huggies will be in the chapter. And lastly do any of you guys see 'The Story So Far' from MOB with recount the previous chapters? How do you guys feel if I did my own take on that? It'll be posted in the side story, though I won't be working on that till vol. 1 is fully done.

That's about everything I can think off that needed to be said. With chapter 9 officially done we now have 6 more chapters to go and this story is FINALLY DONE and we can start part 2 with Chapter 3!

I think that when the time comes do write Chapter 3 out, I might try and write 4 or 5 chapters before publishing it that way I have some prewritten when I'm working on the next chapter. I'll probably do a monthly update then up until we're caught up to where every I am in the story.

psst! Hey this story received another fanart! You can see it in the new cover photo. Thanks MewX42 for another wonderful artwork!
