A couple of months after discovering the second island, Ethan was at the orphanage that was built for the kids from the other island.

"Ethan!" said Katherine as she ran to him.

"Hey sweetheart, are you ready to head home?" asked Ethan while scooping her up into a hug.

"I sure am," said Katherine.

"Where is Diazo?" she asked while looking around.

"He had some work to do but will meet us at home," said Ethan as he sat her back down on her feet.

"Okay," said Katherine.

"I'm glad you and Diazo decided to take her in, and all of us are looking forward to your wedding next year," said the orphanage head who walked over to them.

"So are we," said Ethan.

"How are the other kids?" he asked.

"They're all doing good, they have adapted well to their new lives and a few of them love helping your father on the farm," said the orphanage head.

"Glad to hear it," said Ethan with a smile. On the way home, Ethan was holding Katherine's hand as she walked next to him.

"So, what would you like for dinner?" asked Ethan.

"Eggs!" said Kathrine in a cheerful tone.

"Sure thing," said Ethan who couldn't help but laugh at her enthusiasm.

The End.
