It was science class at Reedington Elementary. The science teacher was giving out lessons as the students were studying bacteria.
"And the human body is about 80% water." The teacher sad. "Class dismissed.
"Finally. I'm ready for Lunch" Sakura said.
"You are coming Lindsay?" Said Syaoran.
"In a minute." Lindsay grabbed a Petri dish before leaving.
At Lunch the kids were waiting in line.
"Oh yeah! It's Cupcake Friday! I can't wait to get my cupcake!" Meilin said
"You sure have a knack for junk food." Madison said.
"That's Mei Ling alight." Said Sakura
As Lindsay got her cupcake, she pulled out the Petri dish, put a shadowy aura on it, and put its contents on the cupcake.
"WHAT? ALL OUT?!" Meilin said.
"That's right, your friends just grabbed the last ones." Said the lunch lady.
"Ohhh what a bummer."
Meilin went to sit with her friends.
"Hey Meilin, where's your cupcake?" Asked Sakura
"I didn't get one." Meilin sadly said.
"Here you can have mine." Lindsay said as she offered hers to Meilin.
"Wait really?" Meilin asked.
"Of course, I can make one at home."
"Yippe!"
Meilin slowly took a bite into the cupcake. "Delish."
After school Meilin went back home with Syaoran when she got a cough.
"Gee I must be getting a cold. Better head home" she said.
"Good idea" Syaoran said.
The next day, the Cardcaptors noticed that Meilin is absent.
"Where's Meilin?" Asked Sakura.
"She caught a cold she needs some rest." Syaoran said. "I'll check up on her after school.
After school Syaoran went to check on Meilin who was coughing a lot.
"Hey Meilin, how are you doing?" he said.
"I'm O.K. * cough cough cough cough* Thanks for the soup"
Just then Syaoran sensed something.
"What it Syaoran?" Meilin asked
"I sense magic trouble, and it's coming from...you!"
Meilin looked confused, Syaoran gathered the others and told them the situation.
"How can the source come from Meilin? She doesn't have any magic powers." Said Sakura
"I have a theory," Syaoran pulled out a tongue depressor Meilin can you stick out your tongue?"
Meilin stook out her tongue and Syaoran gathered a sample. He put the Depressor under a microscope. "Look at this, guys" The others came to look through the microscope. Some purple germs with yellow eyes and teeth were multiplying.
"Eww! That was *cough cough* inside me?" Meilin said.
"These are no ordinary germs." Kero said. "They're super cunning. No medicine is going to get rid of them."
"So then how do we cure Meilin?" Asked Madison
"Let me think...I've got it" Kero point at Sakura. "You!"
"Me?"
"You're the cure! You use the Little card, go inside Meilin and fight those germs!" Kero said.
"Whoa whoa! Hold up! Me go inside my friend?"
"You got any better ideas?"
Kero had a point. Sakura didn't like the idea going inside her friend, but if it was the only way...
"Alright, I'll do it."
"In that case, I'm coming too." Syaoran said. "Sakura may need backup."
"Hold up kid." Kero said. "We need a way to get you there too."
"Well in that case, how about I fuse with the Little card?" Sakura suggested.
"Great Idea" Kero Said.
Later Sakura was in a bikini with a snorkel while Syaoran was in a pair of swim trunks with a snorkel as well. Courtesy of Madison.
"Why are we wearing these again?" Asked Sakura
"Well the human body is made of water, so you'll be need to swim a lot."
"Makes sense"
Sakura pulled out Little.
"Little!" Sakura summoned the tiny spirit into her freeform.
"Under the power of the staff that I spun, I command you to fuse to become one! Little!"
Little turned into a ball of light and merged with Sakura. After the fusion, Sakura's skin and hair were yellow and she was very very tiny. She placed a hand on Syaoran and used Little's power to shrink him down to the same size as her.
"Let's do this" Syaoran said.
Sakura nodded. They jumped into the spoon of soup as Madison picked it up.
"Say Ah!" Madison said.
"Ahhhh" And with that Meilin gulped down the two cardcaptors
Sakura and Syaoran fell down and down until they landed on something soft.
"Good thing we landed on this pillow." Sakura said.
Syaoran looked the object. "This isn't a pillow, it's a rice ball!"
Sakura looked around. there was a lake of bubbling green-yellow liquid with food floating around.
"This must be Meilin's stomach. She really eats a lot." Sakura said. 'But where are the germs?"
"Over there! At 3 o clock!" Syaoran said. The purple germs came charging at them. Sakura pulled out a card.
"Shot!" The spirit emerged and fired lasers at the germs.
Syaoran pulled out an ofuda "Lightning come to my aid!"
Lightning came out and zapped some of the germs. Sakura dodged the germ's attack, but a piece of the rice ball crumbled underneath her feet. Causing her to fall, Luckly Syaoran grabbed her hand just in time and pulled her back up. The germs went back to attack the cardcaptors.
"Sword!" Sakura turned her staff into a sword and sliced down the germs. While also being careful and to fall into the acid. After a while Sakura and Syaoran got rid of the germs.
"We did it!" Sakura cheered just then a whirlpool emerged from the acid.
"Meilin is digesting her food. and I do not want to end up in the toilet." Syaoran said "We need a way out of here fast!"
"I'm on it! Jump!" Sakura's flippers gained wings. "Hang on." Sakura grabbed Syaoran and she jumped onto the food platforms and head for the wall.
"Through!" The Cardcaptors went through the stomach walls after the last jump.
Meanwhile Meilin got out of bed and made a dash while holding her belly.
"Bathroom! She said as went closed the door.
Sakura and Syaoran were now somewhere else in Meilin.
"Where are we now? Asked Sakura?
"This must be Meilin's blood veins." said Syaoran as he swam ahead. "Come on, we got to find those germs."
Sakura agreed and swam in the same direction as Syaoran.
Meanwhile Meilin came out of the bathroom with a toilet flushing. "Whew! that was close." she said as she got back in bed. "Wait! I didn't poop out Sakura or Syaoran did I?"
Kero put a hand over Meilin. "Nope they're still inside you"
"Whew! that's a *cough cough* relief." Meilin said. She then looked at her chest. "I hope they're doing Alright."
Meanwhile Sakura and Syaoran were swimming when they heard something coming by. "Shhh you hear that?" Syaoran Said.
"I hear it too." Said Sakura. A swarm of white blobs were coming for them.
"White Blood Cells!" Saroyan said "They think we're the germs we better get out of here fast!"
The Cardcaptors swam as fast as they can, but they couldn't shake off the white blood cells.
"They're getting closer! Do something!" Syaoran told Sakura. She thought and had the answer. "Maze!" The maze appeared between The Cardcaptors and the White blood cells. The white blood cells had a hard time getting through Maze and lost Sakura and Syaoran.
"That should hold them for a while" Sakura said. "Come on let's keep going"
The Cardcaptors then were in Meilin's heart. The gap opened and closed.
"How are were supposed to get past the heart?" Sakura said.
"The Time card." Syaoran said.
"Right." Before Sakura could pull out the card, germs begin to pile onto opening of the heart.
"What are they doing?" Sakura asked.
"They're trying to cause a heart blockage!" Syaoran said.
Outside Meilin, she gripped her chest in pain.
"Meilin what's wrong?" Asked Madison
"I don't know if it's those creeps' work, but I think I'm having a heart attack." Said Meilin.
"Oh No!"
Back inside Meilin the germs were blocking the blood flow for Meilin's heart to come through.
"I've got to get those germs out of Meilin's heart! But how?" Sakura said
"I've got it, remember what most the human body is made of?" Syaoran said.
"Of course!" Sakura pulled out Watery and summoned her. "Watery use your power to flush down those germs!"
"The spirit obeyed and used her powers to wash down the germs from Meilin's heart along with the Cardcaptors!
Meilin felt an ease in her chest and relaxed. Madison was relieved too.
After the flush down the Cardcaptors pulled out their weapons and fought the germs.
"It's no use there's just too many of them." Sakura Said
"Look, Calvary has arrived!" Syaoran said
The White blood cells came back and chased after the germs. Sakura and Syaoran hid for cover.
"Meilin's white blood cells can handle those germs. Right now, we need to head over to the ones at the brain!" Sakura nodded and they headed for the brain.
Meilin then noticed no coughing.
"Hey, I feel much better!" Said Meilin as she shows her muscle arms.
"That means Sakura and the brat have got rid of most of the viruses. Let's hope they finish the last of them." Kero said
Inside the brain. The Cardcaptors came face to face with a giant germ.
"Yipe! this must be the queen of germs!" Sakura said
"The Germ shot a slosh of gunk at the Cardcaptors which they dodge as Syaoran pulled out an ofuda. "Fire!" A flame was fired at the germ. but it had little effect.
"It's no good. It's too strong." Syaoran said.
"Wait! I think I know how to make it weaker!" Sakura said.
Sakura dodged the attack of the giant germ as Syaoran sliced the smaller germs with his sword. Sakura then placed a hand on the giant germ, shrinking it to the same size as the other germs much to its fear.
"And now, let's get rid of it together!" The Cardcaptors sliced down the germ with each of their swords.
"We did it!" Sakura said cheerfully. and Syaoran smiled
Suddenly Sakura begin to glow.
"The fusion must be wearing off." Sakura said.
"Well then we better get out of here before that happens." Said Syaoran
The Cardcaptors got to Meilin's nose. Sakura summoned Windy.
"Windy, use you powers to make Meilin sneeze."
The wind spirit agreed and swirled around.
Outside Meilin felt her nose wiggle. "Ah-ah-ah-"
"ah-ah-ah-ah" "Here it comes" Sakura Said. "Hold on," Syaoran said.
"AH-CHOO!" Meilin sneezed out the Cardcaptors. They turned back to normal size and Sakura was back in her normal state grabbing Little with it back in its card form. She them looks at herself.
"Ewwww!" She was cover in snot. "I'm defiantly going to need a shower after this." She then noticed Syaoran who was also over in snot. "That makes two of us." She said as she laughed along with Syaoran
Kero checked Meilin. "All the viruses are gone!"
"Yipee I'm so glad I'm free of those guys!" Meilin exclaimed happily.
"Hey guys, where's the camera." Madison asked
"What camera?" Sakura asked.
"I had Syaoran hold a camera to film your heroic adventure."
"Yeah, I think I dropped it while I was in the stomach." He said.
"What?!" Madison exclaimed
Meanwhile Tori was at his new job at the sewers when he found a camera inside the sludge.
"How did this get here?"
