Everyone stood there completely speechless and shocked to hear something like this. Even Mr. Aizawa and AllMight were stunned to hear Recovery Girl admit this to her.

"C-Can't you just, do surgery or something?" Kaminari asked for Jirou, "This is her quirk we're talking about. You can't just let this happen."

"I'm sorry. It's too damaged for surgery. This acid or whatever burned it damaged her earphone jack. Even if I fixed it, it wouldn't work like it used to or it won't work at all. It's hard to say," Recovery Girl said to them.

Jirou had tears streaming down her face, and Kaminari looked just as pale as her. Everyone couldn't believe that this was even happening. Jirou tightened her grip around her earphone jack as she cried over it.

"B-But what about Melissa and Hatsume? Can't they do something to fix it?" Iida asked her, "They could do something that would help Jirou's damaged ear!"

"That's enough, Iida. Jirou needs to be healed," Yaoyorozu said back, feeling just as upset as Jirou.

"B-But if she heals it now, then she can't have surgery to fix it," Sero said to them.

"Maybe she could have the surgery now--"

"It's okay."

Everyone looked at Jirou to see her trying to wipe her tears away. Kaminari was shocked to hear her speaking up about this since she was so upset.

"Jirou..." Kaminari said under his breath.

"I want Recovery Girl to heal me. Surgery wouldn't do me any good. It's probably best to heal it before it gets any worse," Jirou explained, still looking pretty pale.

"But Jirou... Your quirk..." Kaminari said to her with a concerned look on his face.

She placed her hand on top of his and tried to smile at him. That just made tears come up again, and she let them fall.

"It's okay. I still have my other earphone jack," Jirou said to him and everyone else, "I can still be a hero. Maybe Melissa and Marinette can help me out with an invention. After all, they already gave me amazing inventions. I'm sure they can whip up something just as amazing as headphones and a backpack."

Marinette and Melissa smiled at her, but still felt really bad for her. Everyone was looking really upset for Jirou as she gripped onto her earphone jack. Recovery Girl got ready to heal her, and Kaminari never let go of her hand.

"Are you ready Jirou?" Recovery Girl asked her, looking a little sad herself.

Jirou took a deep breath in and out and nodded, not able to say anything to her. She squeezed Kaminari's hand as Recovery Girl healed her. Jirou felt tears streaming down her face even more when she noticed the glowing. She felt a little tired from the healing, but soon felt the pain from the acid faded away in her ear.

Mr. Aizawa and AllMight looked really upset for her, especially Mr. Aizawa. He felt bad that this happened under his watch and clenched his fists. Even Midoriya's mom couldn't help but cry, knowing full well that her son was there to see it happen.

Once the healing was complete, Jirou was a little nervous to check on it. She got ready to move her hair out of the way, but couldn't get herself to look with everyone around her. She could feel it, and her heart skipped a beat from just touching it.

"I-I'll be right back. I'd like to be alone for a minute," Jirou said to everyone.

Jirou got up before everyone could say anything. Kaminari wanted to go with her, but decided to wait for her. She walked off over to the restroom and opened the door. She felt like she could finally relax since no one was around looking at her. Giving herself a minute to relax, she walked over to the mirror. Jirou noticed that she looked dirty from the cave and very pale from what happened to her. She turned on the sink and splashed cold water on her face.

For a minute, she stood there hanging her head over the sink. She turned it off and eventually stood up to look in the mirror. Her eyes instantly went over to her earphone jack that she still had. She could still feel it and lifted it up into the air. Jirou could actually still feel her other one, but knew that it was short and it still numb from being healed. It wasn't even long enough to be able to poke out of her hair.

Jirou took a deep breath in and out and tucked her hair behind her ear. Her eyes widened in shock to see her earphone jack gone. There was a short nub of where it once was. It was probably a couple of inches long, but that was about it. She felt her stomach churn as she looked at it some more. She touched it and could barely feel anything. She tried to move it, but it could barely do anything other than sway a little bit.

Jirou gasped and felt sick to her stomach. She remembered that feeling of acid hitting her earphone jack and how bad it stung. She knew that it got damaged, but she didn't think that would do anything like this. Chrysalis's smile was all she could think about when she touched it. She felt her fists tighten up as she banged on the sink. Jirou felt more tears run down her face and tried to hold it together.

"D-Damn you... Chrysalis..." Jirou said under her breath.

Jirou stood there for a good while just crying and checking on her earphone jack. After a few minutes of wiping away her tears and collecting herself, she walked out of the restroom. Once she made it over to the common room, she noticed that no one had left it. Even Kaminari was still sitting in the same spot where she left him.

"Hey Jirou," Kaminari said to her, "Are you okay?"

Jirou looked down in his hands to see her earphone jack. She felt a little sick to her stomach again, but tried to suck it up.

"Y-Yeah. Just a little nauseous," Jirou said to him.

"It's okay if you're a little upset. We all understand," Iida said to her, "This is your quirk we're talking about."

Jirou looked at everyone and realized that they were all being very supportive for her. Even Ladybug and her teammates were very much here for her. Then she spotted Adrien smiling at her, but clearly still upset. She couldn't help but still feel something for him when he looked at her like that. She did really appreciate that he was here though for her.

Then she looked over at Kaminari and just now realized how close he was to her. She felt a little warm and tried to scooch away from him. Kaminari held onto her earphone jack close to him and clearly wanted Jirou to keep it. An image of Chrysalis and that burning sensation came back to her the moment she looked at it however.

"You can toss that out. I'd rather not have that around any longer," Jirou said to him.

Kaminari was shocked to hear this and gripped his hands around it.

"B-But... This is your quirk... It's something special to you..." Kaminari said to her.

"I can't keep that. One, that's gross, and two, I can't even look at it right now," Jirou said back, "Please... just toss it out for me."

Kaminari hesitated for a moment, but then gave her a sad look. He looked at everyone and got up to toss it out. When no one was looking, Kaminari looked back at Jirou. She looked so pale and on the verge of tears again. He frowned, feeling like he had to do something to help her feel better. He opened up the trashcan and was about to toss it out. Before he could however, he felt like he couldn't just toss it out so easily. He looked back at her and noticed that she wasn't looking. He inconspicuously tucked it into his pocket and closed the trashcan.

Kaminari walked back to his friends and classmates, ready to head back out. Then he noticed that Mr. Aizawa was about ready to settle down.

"Mr. Aizawa, we can't just stop going after them now," Iida said to him, "Not when Chrysalis still has Midoriya!"

"Not only that, but they also have Bakugo, Uraraka and Chloe!" Ashido cried out.

"Yeah! We have to do something!" Sato agreed with them.

"I said that's enough," Mr. Aizawa demanded with his quirk activating.

Everyone stayed quiet as Mr. Aizawa stared a piercing glare at all of them.

"I'd like to go after them just as much as you all, but we can't do that. Not when we're back here in Japan," Mr. Aizawa said, noticing that the ones speaking up were the ones that went to Paris, "May I remind you that things are different here. Ladybug and her teammates are lucky that they didn't get caught not having their hero licenses on them. If I got caught sending you to catch some random villain, I'll never hear the end of it."

Everyone's slumped their shoulders, even Ladybug and her teammates were really upset about this. Ladybug could tell that Mr. Aizawa wanted to run over there himself, but couldn't do much about it.

"I'll see what we can do about it tomorrow. In the meantime, heal up and rest. I want AllMight and Su Han keep an eye on all of you, make sure you don't go running off without me," Mr. Aizawa said to them.

Mr. Aizawa looked over at AllMight and Su Han, and they both agreed. He could tell however that AllMight was really worried about Midoriya and the rest of their students. He headed out of the dormitory and towards the school, and everyone complained about Mr. Aizawa telling them what to do.

AllMight stood there, feeling the same way. He just really hoped that Midoriya and the others weren't hurt.

In the cave...

Bakugo stood up against Chrysalis and kept her away from Chloe. His hands were smoking, revealing to everyone in the cave that he had his quirk back. Everyone's eyes widened, shocked to see him using it without his Miraculous. Even Chrysalis was shocked to see him using it and looked back at HawkMoth. He held Bakugo's Miraculous, and he too looked just as shocked as her.

Bakugo was in front of Chloe, not daring to move.

Chrysalis's smile soon grew wide when she realized what was going on.

"Wow! You really threw me for a loop there," Chrysalis said to him, "You've had your quirk this whole time!"

Bakugo stood in a stance, ready to make his move. Chloe got up, but could barely move because her back hurt so bad. He didn't say a thing as Chrysalis floated there, clapping as if she were amused.

"Congrats, Katsuki. You actually caught me off guard," Chrysalis said to him, "Unfortunately for you, you only threw me off for a moment. I'm still going to win this one."

"You wish, Caterpillar," Bakugo growled as he got ready for an explosion.

Bakugo felt sweat drip down his forearms, causing him to easily let off an explosion in the palm of his hand.

"Katsuki, you can't do this right now," Chloe said to him, "She's too strong. You need to get everyone else out of here!"

"No way. I'm not leaving you like this. Not when you're hurt because of her," Bakugo growled out, "She's going to pay for even laying a finger on you."

Bakugo spotted Midoriya trying to get out of the silk all around him. He still looked out of it, but he was finally fighting against her. Uraraka was still stuck underneath HawkMoth's invisible grip. She tried to get out of it, but she couldn't even touch him or anything around her. He noticed HawkMoth holding his Miraculous and sent him a glare. He looked at Chrysalis knew what he had to do.

"There's no way I'm letting you win this fight, Chrysalis," Bakugo growled at her.

Bakugo sent a piercing glare right at Chrysalis, and he launched right towards HawkMoth. He was thrown off by that move and got ready for him to come at him. He tried to grab him with his invisible grip, but Bakugo quickly propelled himself forward and grabbed onto him with his hand. He then used his explosions to swing him across the cave and slammed him into the wall. The cave shook and a few pieces of rubble fell from the ceiling. The invisible grip around Uraraka loosened up a lot, and she tried to get out of it. Bakugo ran over to her and tried to get her up.

"Bakugo, you should get out of here with Chloe! Go now!" Uraraka cried out as she tried to get out of his grip.

"There's no way I'm leaving anyone behind! Not when Chrysalis is this strong!" Bakugo yelled at her.

He tried to use his explosion on this invisible grip, but he suddenly felt something slam into him. He went flying into the cave wall, causing him to get the wind knocked out of him. HawkMoth got up from the initial blast looking really pissed off.

"Bakugo!" Uraraka cried out.

"You asked for it, Katsuki," HawkMoth growled at him, "None of you are going anywhere. Especially Izuku."

Bakugo got up from the sudden hit and felt a little swollen on his side. He got up and it still hurt a lot, but he shook it off to go after HawkMoth. Uraraka tried to get out of his invisible grip now that she could sit up. It was still pretty tight around her, and she could feel him trying to keep her down. Bakugo went after him with a couple of blasts, but he was able to dodge them. Uraraka looked around, but didn't see anything that she could use to get her out of this situation.

"Come on, stay still Butterfly Bastard!" Bakugo cried out.

Before she could think of anything to do, she felt a sudden tug towards HawkMoth. He was holding her close to him and kept her right in front Bakugo who was about to let off an explosion. He stopped in his tracks and gave him a piercing glare.

"Don't even think about it, or she'll get hurt because of you," HawkMoth said to him, "With a quirk like yours, I'm sure that's happened before. Maybe with a friend of yours."

Bakugo stood still, not daring to move. HawkMoth kept her close, and Uraraka looked absolutely terrified being this close to him. She couldn't even get out of his invisible grip with it so tight around her and her arms. Bakugo clenched his teeth, feeling sparks going off in the palms of his hands.

"Let go of her, HawkMoth," Bakugo growled out, "Or I'll rip those wings right off of you."

"You're not exactly one to talk. We've got your friends here, you might as well give it up now," HawkMoth said to him.

In the corner of his eye, he spotted Chloe being held hostage by Chrysalis. She was trying to get away from her, but Chrysalis kept her grip tight around her. Bakugo's eyes widened in shock, realizing that he was stuck. He noticed Midoriya trying to break out of the silk, but Chrysalis's wings kept getting in the way of him getting free.

"Ch-Chloe... O-Ochaco..." Midoriya growled out, a little out of breath.

"Don't worry Izuku. I'll care of them no problem," Chrysalis said back to him, "Katsuki here should just give it up now."

Bakugo growled at her, getting ready to go after her. Then he noticed Uraraka let out a cry as HawkMoth tightened his grip around her. Then Chrysalis spit acid at him, making him step back from her. She got ready to spit acid on Chloe, but Bakugo didn't notice his explosions building up in his fists.

"Get away from her!" Bakugo cried out.

Bakugo soon felt the palms of his hands building up and didn't even realize it. Before he could react, it brightened up the entire cave. Midoriya snap out of it, not expecting such a bright explosion. Everyone didn't expect it either, but took cover. Once the bright explosion died down, Midoriya's eyes widened to see Bakugo hurt really badly and could barely get up.

"Kacchan!" Midoriya cried out.

Chrysalis flew over to HawkMoth and let Chloe go over to him to hold on to. She floated above the ground right by Bakugo and pulled him up by his hair. He glared daggers at her, but could barely move his arms. They were injured from the bright explosion, even his sleeves were damaged and were pretty much gone.

"That's you get for keeping your secret from me," Chrysalis said to him, "And all for what? To protect your girlfriend? Seems to me you made a terrible decision."

Before Bakugo could say or do anything, Chrysalis spit silk all around his arms to keep them pinned back. The silk was so thick and sticky that he couldn't even get out of it. Chrysalis dragged him over to the other side of the cave and stuck him to a wall, away from Midoriya. She spit silk all over the cave, covering almost all of it. Bakugo tried to get out of it, but the injuries made him very sluggish. She soon had Uraraka and Chloe stuck to it as well covered in silk.

Chrysalis flew up to Bakugo and floated right in front of him, laying down. She grabbed his chin and made him look at her. He stared daggers at her, not afraid of her.

"Katsuki. You've lost this won."

Another amazing chapter!

This one was a pretty interesting chapter! Jirou losing her quirk is kind of a little reference to something that's happened somewhat recently in the series. Obviously it's still different from how it happened, I just wanted to have a moment like it. Kaminari has been nice to add in with her around. I really like Jirou and Kaminari, so this is a great way to have them bond. Bakugo's has been fun as well, especially when it comes to Chloe and his quirk. He finally revealed his secret, but it was supposed to be that he forgot all about it because he cared about Chloe! Aww!

Chrysalis got him!
