We'd be Exactly Alike

Although even Iruma's entrance into Kiriwo's life was something unique, Gluttonous Feeder Ring introducing them hand to throat, he hadn't started to realize the first year was something special until he'd spun around to see the heart he'd spent weeks toiling over reassembled in moments.

Honestly, up until then, Iruma was just an easy mark. A potential plaything to mess with until he was ready to break it but then the boy handed him Garbo-chan's battery, speaking of making 'light bulbs' and fixing 'appliances.' It was at that moment he saw a hint of the potential in the other.

As Kiriwo described his dreams of bridging the gap between Demons of high and low amounts of power, he could tell the other didn't quite understand what he really meant. He wouldn't be surprised if the poor thing hadn't even experienced so much as a Wicked Phase in his life.

And yet, even without; he thought outside the box with wonderfully dangerous ideas. Oh fireworks! Even before Iruma was able to paint the full picture, the boy had given Kiriwo the final piece he needed to bring together his plan to take out Babyls in a beautiful blazing glory.

Even the idea of making tragedy beautiful was inspired by Iruma's reaction when Kirio first turned on Garbo-chan for him to see. Returning to Origins was a wonderful thing; shouldn't the journey there be spectacular? Now that the thought had crossed his mind, he couldn't let it go.

By the time he and Iruma finished their conversation after the younger demon broke into the secret room, Kiriwo was also certain that, for his personal act of celebration, he would box the boy in walls, lift him off the field and make the other watch with him. Kiriwo would enjoy seeing the younger demon despair over the horror of what his beautiful creation was used for.

Then, if he could, he'd high tail it back to his big bro with his new prize, causing a misery induced wicked phase and and keeping little Iruma that way until he slipped into a proper primal state.

Kiriwo was under no delusions that, unless he had some sort of edge, his future in the world that he and his big bro, Baal, sought to create, would be pretty bleak for weaker demons like himself. Iruma would definitely be an ally in changing that outcome. He had the intelligence and ingenuity needed to help that cause.

Iruma'd make a fine partner…Or rival; Kiriwo would be happy with that, too…maybe even like it more.

And to be the one to turn him loose on the world…He wondered how Sullivan would react to seeing his grandson like that. Oh, would he despair, too? What would that look like, Kiriwo wondered.

So, Kiriwo scanned the crowd he corralled, looking for dear Iruma so he could be ready in the last moments of the countdown…only for his attention to be drawn to a dot on his three dimensional map weaving its way around his walls.

It appeared that Iruma was coming to him. All the better; Kiriwo would even have time to tell the other exactly what he had planned before the show started! He wondered whether Iruma would break just hearing what he was doing or if it would happen in the aftermath of the explosion. It was going to be so much fun to find out!
