Steve didn't end up getting into a fight with Mickey Mouse. Spencer was disappointed because she would have been cheering Steve on, and maybe have stepped in to help, because causing chaos was something that Spencer secretly liked doing. It was getting late in the evening, and Spencer's feet hurt so much from walking all over the park! Pietro was guiding her back to Main Street to see the nightly parade. It was what Spencer was giddiest for, she's only ever seen YouTube videos of the parade.

Despite her ache-y feet, Spencer was all smiles and laughs. Pietro would watch her with amusement as Spencer dragged him into all the themed stores possible, Spencer was sure that it would be a good while before she could come back to Disneyland, it was just a gut feeling, so she was going to take advantage of it.

"I've finally found you," Wanda's voice brought Spencer out of her thoughts, Spencer was debating if spending fifty bucks for a giant plush of Stitch was worth it, it definitely was though, "Oh, how cute, Pietro," Wanda teasingly cooed flicking Pietro's Disney ears on his head and Pietro shot her a mild glare.

"Hey, Wanda," Spencer spotted Vision behind her, gazing at the store with wide eyes and the crowd behind Vision was watching him with the same expression, "Hey, Vision, how are you liking Disneyland?" Spencer asked, grabbing the beast-sized plushie of Stitch, it's sheer size hiding Spencer behind it entirely, but it was only fifty bucks!

"It's very amusing," Vision offers kindly, "But what is this magic that everyone speaks of? I have not felt this magic." Vision sounded confused, it was cute.

"There isn't any real magic," Wanda explained patiently as Wanda used her powers to plop the giant Stitch plush onto the Counter for Spencer, since Spencer was struggling to walk with it, "It's just make-believe magic for the kids."

"Oh," Vision seems to understand now, "Very clever, I think."

"Spencer, the parade starts soon," Pietro reminded his date with a knowing smile, one he exchanged with his twin, Wanda, "You've bought gifts for everyone already, by the way." He pointed out with amusement.

"I know," Spencer grins widely as she pays for the Stitch plush happily, "Thank you!" Spencer beamed at the cashier before grabbing her plush and skipping over to the trio, Wanda rolling her eyes as Spencer almost tripped over her own feet, Wanda waved her hand and the Stitch plush began to hover by Spencer's side, "Thanks, Wanda," Spencer says sheepishly, "Are we meeting up at the cabana?"

"That's what Tony said," Wanda chirped in response.

The group left the store, the crowd outside parting for them. Spence didn't pay much mind to them, she had spent a good hour doing autographs and pictures since a large crowd of teenagers had recognized her and caused a ruckus. They made it back to the cabana, where there was still a crowd around it, Happy was more than happy to let them into the cabana where the rest of the team was lounging, drinking, and laughing.

"Finally!" Tony said loudly nursing a drink in one hand, "The Parade is about to start!" Bless his heart, Tony sounded annoyed that they arrived so close to the start of the parade. Spencer had to snicker and showed off her giant plush of Stitch, Pepper gasping at the sight of it and demanding one from Tony. The whole group moved out of the cabana, Happy had dispersed the large crowd and some cast members of Disney were setting up a small perimeter meant to keep the civilians away from the team.

Spencer was a bundle of nerves, excited to finally witness a childhood dream. Spencer had her hand in Pietro's and their fingers intertwined, Pietro, staring down at her with a fond look. Spencer winked at him, "Best first date ever," Spencer tells him confidently.

"Good," Pietro says quietly as the sound of the parade began to echo through Main Street.

Spencer gasped and shifted her attention at the parade that was starting down Main Street, they would work their way up the single street, pass their cabana, and up towards It's a small world. Spencer heard Thor demanding another turkey leg and was promptly shushed by Spencer as the parade got closer to them.

Spencer's eyes were round in awe as the parade hustled by them, colors and characters waving at them excitedly. The music hitting her bones and soul as the realization set in, she was here, surrounded by her friends and family in Disneyland, and Spencer couldn't help the tears that gathered in the corner of her eyes.

"Why do you cry, princezná?" Pietro asks turning his body towards her, no longer interested in the parade.

Spencer hastily wiped her tears away with a soft laugh, "I'm just so happy!" Spencer hiccups.

Pietro's worried expression softens and Spence is acutely aware that the Parade's song has changed to a familiar and cliche song that Spencer knew by heart. Kiss the Girl was now starting to play and Spencer couldn't help but laugh. Spencer turned her attention from the parade to Pietro when Pietro pulled her close to him.

Spencer smiled in a blinding way, "Don't tell me this was planned, Pietro," Spencer teased, feeling her heart hammer away in her chest.

"No," Pietro laughed lightly, "But as your prince charming, I have to listen to the singing crab, no?" Pietro muses.

"I guess so," Spencer whispered, blushing.

Her team was too engrossed into the parade to pay too much attention to the couple, Pietro released her hand, using his hand to lay on her waist, pulling her closer to him and his other hand was cupping the side of her face. Her heart was about to explode as they both gravitated towards each other, and their lips met in a blissful way that made Spener's heart explode. His lips were soft as they pressed against her lips, a gentle and nervous kiss.

Spencer melted against Pietro, wrapping her arms over his shoulders and linking her hands behind his head, any space between them was gone, and Spencer deepens their kiss a little too eagerly, but Pietro is more than happy to oblige Spencer.

Spencer pretended not to hear Tony's gag or Wanda's audible aww!

And for a moment, everything was perfect, and everything that Spencer's been through was well worth it.

The Avenger's facility was in full swing the following days after Spencer and Pietro's date, Spencer was decked out in her upgraded suit walking alongside Steve, who was also in his suit. Spencer's phone pinged and Spencer took out her phone, that was tucked in her suit's pocket, and saw that it was a message from Clint.

Spencer smiled and opened the message, it was a video of Nathaniel. His chubby little face melted Spencer's heart and Spencer giddily showed Steve the video, Steve smiled, too, "How Clint produces such cute kids is beyond me," Steve remarks with a snort.

Spencer snorts "I know, right?"

Thor had already left back to Asgard, to further investigate why the soul stones were suddenly appearing, and Tony had officially tapped out from hero-work. Spencer hadn't been there to see Thor or Tony leave, Spencer had spoken to the God of Thunder late last night, Thor quietly telling her about Loki and how much Thor was affected by Loki's death. Spencer felt saddened when she heard that Loki had died since she did forgive the asshole for killing her father, she felt nothing but sympathy for him.

Spencer didn't feel the need to see Tony zoom off in his fancy car, she knew he'd come back to visit. In recent years since the team was assembled, Tony had not visited, it was a constant in Spencer's life and she knew Tony's surprise visits wouldn't stop today. Spencer's mind drifted to Nat, ever since Hulk disappeared in a Quinjet, it had taken a strange toll over Spencer's mentor.

Spencer couldn't offer much to Nat, but her presence and understanding.

Nat was standing off at their meeting spot, outside the Avenger's training gym. She looked deep in thought and Spencer wondered if she should get Nat piss-drunk to vent some of her problems to Spencer. "Do you wanna keep staring at the wall, or do you wanna get to work?" Steve was less tactful in his approach, and Spencer rolled her eyes.

Nat turned, surprised to see them, "It is a pretty interesting wall," Spencer added with amusement, not being able to help herself.

Nat smirked at them and marched over to them, "I thought you and Tony were still gazing into each other's eyes," Nat remarked quickly making Spencer laugh, "And I thought you were too busy making out with Pietro." Nat mused making Spencer splutter and blush madly.

Steve laughed at Spencer's reaction.

"How do we look?" Nat asked as the trio moved towards the gym.

"Well," Steve chuckled, "We aren't the '27 Yankees."

Nat was looking at the profiles Steve had handed her, "We got some hitters," Nat mused, throwing a wink at Spencer, "Don't we, baby spider?"

"They're good, but they aren't a team," Steve told Nat.

Nat smirked, "Let's beat them into shape," and Spencer felt a chill run down her spine.

Steve was first to walk through the door leading the trio into the gym to train the new team of Avengers. Nat and Spencer flanked Steve and Spencer couldn't help but smile at the new recruits. Rhodey was in his iron suit, Sam was gliding down with his metal wings spread out in a beautiful manner, Vision was turning his attention to Steve, and Wanda was lowering herself to the ground with her powers, and speeding by the trio was Pietro, briefly kissing Spencer on the cheek, before zooming back beside Wanda.

Spencer grinned as Steve rolled his eyes, "Avengers," Steve stated proudly, "Assemble!"

I have to re-watch the movie, but I have a general grasp of what I'm going to be doing in terms of what I'm doing with Spencer. I think it's going to surprise most of you, tbh. I'm giddy just thinking about it! Anyway, no more short ass chapters (I hope)! I hope you guys have enjoyed what I've put out so far, I still feel like I'm getting used to doing fanfics again, so, please bear with me!
