Chapter 1:
Kim Possible:
Somewhere in a city, there is a man. He approaches another man.
"You have to help me," the first man says.
"You, okay?"
"She's created a virus and when I learned... I got infected! You have to..." The man then turns green.
"Who did this?"
"Her name is... Shego."

At Global Justice, Kim Possible begins her training. She takes on various training dummies.
"Agent Possible," says Dr. Director, "we got word of a mysterious virus that's infecting people. We need you to be on the case."
"No big," says Kim.
"We have a suspect. A teenaged millionaire. His name is Ron Stoppable."
Hearing that name, Kim nearly falls. "Ron?"
"I take it you know him."
"Yeah, but I haven't seen him for years. We lost touch when he became rich."
"Well, I'm afraid you're going to have to get back in touch. Follow me."

Dr. Director takes Kim to the guy who makes the gadgets.
"This is Wade. He's our head scientist. He comes up with the gadgets we use," says Dr. Director.
"You know he's ten, right," asks Kim.
"And I still finished College," says Wade.
"Wade, show her what you've worked on,"
"I call it the Kimunicator. With it, you can talk with us and vice-versa."
"Like a regular communicator," says Kim.
"Kimunicator."
"Huhh. You know, my brothers are super smart too and they're your age."
"I doubt they're as smart as me. This blow drier is actually a grappling hook." Wade then demonstrates.
"Spankin'," says Kim.
"I... guess," says Wade.
"Sorry, I'm kind of a catchphrase kind of girl."
"Good luck, Agent Possible."
Kim then leaves.
...
In a mysterious building.
"Hey Doc," says a villainess named Shego, "you around here? Doc?"
"I'm right here, Miss Shego," says her mysterious assistant.
"Your whole virus thing? It's working great. Soon, people are gonna be paying me for the cure."
"Yes, because money is our primary goal."
"Word of advice, leave the sarcasm to me. Hey, did you make that cure? Y'know, we can't risk ourselves getting infected."
"Don't worry. It's in my lab."
"And did you find the sucker to put the blame on until we make the ransom demand?"
"Yes, but I can't remember his name. I also found the creature to carry the virus. This naked mole-rat."
"Looks stupid. Okay, you get to work. Remember, I'm the boss."
"Of course, Miss Shego." Shego leaves. "For now."

Kim gets a ride to Ron's mansion. There's a big party.
"Thanks for the lift, Amy."
"You got me out of that crazy mixing DNA phase," says Amy, "so it's the least I can do."
"Just basic psychology. No big."
Kim then enters the front door.
"Hold it right there! I'm head of security, Barkin. Name please."
"Kim Possible. I'm here to see Ron Stoppable."
"Who comes up with these names? Mr. Stoppable, you know a Kim Possible?"
Then Ron comes running down. "Kim?"

Ron was giving Kim a tour of his mansion.
"Man, it's been so long," says Ron, "I forgot your hair was even red."
"Yeah, it's... great to see you too."
"And you came all this way to catch up?"
Kim was uncomfortable. She couldn't tell him the real reason she was there.
"So, I bet you've changed."
"You'd lose that bet."
...
Ron shows Kim his Naco mountain.
"Still the same," says Kim.
"Never be normal."
Ron starts eating. Kim missed these moments, but she can't help but feel guilty. She's also trying to convince herself that Ron's innocent.
"UUUUUUUUUhhhhhhhhh... Ron... is there anyone here who would... experiment in making viruses?"
"I don't think so. I mostly got rich because I invented the Naco. Why?"
Kim was nervous.

Some of Shego's henchwomen delivered the mole-rat to the home of Sr. Senior Senior.
...
There was a knock on the front door, and someone came crashing in.
"Where is Stoppable?"
"Oh, hi Junior. Kim, this is Sr. Senior Junior. Junior, this is Kim."
"A plea... WHAT AM I DOING? I know you are responsible! My Father is sick!"
"I know my eating makes him puke, but..."
"You made a virus and now it's infecting my Father!"
"What?"
"I will make you pay!" Junior then leaves.
...
"How could he think..."
"Ron, I have a confession. I'm an agent of a secret organization called 'Global Justice'."
"Wait, you're a secret agent? Cool."
"I was sent to investigate a virus that's been unleashed."
"Fight the plague!"
"Ron... you're Global Justice's top suspect."
Ron pauses.
...
Ron starts walking through the halls, angrily.
"Ron, I know..."
"We haven't seen each other since Middle School and we finally ran into each other, but it's so you can arrest me?"
"Ron, I don't think you did it..."
"Kim, I've made some friends, but they only like me because I'm rich! I thought I could at least count on you, but turns out, I'm just a mission!"
"Ron, look, maybe you can help me investigate. We can find out who really did it."
"Oh right, but I should warn you, I'm kind of clumsy."

Kim and Ron checked the Seniors' mansion. It was bigger than Ron's.
"I wonder what business they're in," says Ron.
"We have to focus," says Kim. She calls Wade. "Wade, is there a way to scan for the virus?"
"Use the Kimunicator," says Wade.
Kim has the Kimunicator scan the area.
Ron finds the mole-rat. "Oh, hey there, fella."
"Ron, wait, he's carrying the virus," says Kim.
Ron then steps away.
...
At Global Justice, the mole-rat is being cleaned.
"I managed to figure out where he came from," says Wade, "the residue on his paws says he's from Go City. Specifically, in what used to be Go Tower... before Team Go split and got jobs."
"Then that's where we gotta go," says Kim.
"Let's go," says Ron, "nobody frames Ron Stoppable... I mean, Bonnie did back in Middle School, but that's not the point!"
...
The doctor looked on the screen. "Looks like we have visitors."
"Prepare the traps," says Shego.
...
When Kim and Ron land, they get trapped.
"This would be so cool if it wasn't so embarrassing," says Ron.
...
Kim and Ron meet the boss.
"S'up, the name's Shego and this is the brilliant mind who made my virus."
"You flatter me, Miss Shego."
"He'll be playing with you while I work on my demands for money."
"Wait, you've been making people sick for money," asks Ron, "money's not that cool. You realize how many fake friends I have?"
"Don't care. Have fun, Doc." Shego leaves.
The doctor approaches Kim and places his hand on her face. "Kim Possible. How nice to finally meet you."
"Wait, should I know you," asks Kim.
"No, but I know your father. We were partners, working on the Bebe project. It was supposed to be a robotic assistant to help mankind, but I had other plans. Your Father found out and tried to stop me, the result was a lab accident. My face has not been the same ever since."
"That explains why you're hiding in shadows," says Ron.
"Why didn't my Dad tell me," asks Kim.
"It was probably his greatest shame. I don't think he realizes I'm alive. I was going to try to avoid revenge, but you gave me the opportunity. Let's see how you look in green." The doctor then gets a needle, containing the virus and is about to inject Kim, but then something bit his arm. It was the mole-rat.
"Alright, little buddy," says Ron.
Kim then manages to kick the doctor. The mole-rat frees Kim, and she frees Ron.
"Let's go get Shego," says Kim.
"Go get Shego," says Ron, "I just got it!"
Kim and Ron leave.
...
Shego's in her office.
"M'am," says a henchwoman, "the doctor's been taken down."
"Seriously? I guess these two are pretty clever."
...
"Admit it," says Kim as she and Ron were traveling through the vents, "back in Middle School, you had a crush on me."
"That was a rumor," says Ron, "I blame Monique."
...
Kim and Ron find the machine that contains the virus.
"We have to shut it down," says Kim.
"First, you have to get past me," says Shego.
Kim and Shego then fight while Ron goes to the machine.
"Always cut the red wire," says Ron, but he sees all the wires are green. "What is with this girl and the color green?"
"Are your hands glowing," asks Kim while she's fighting Shego.
"Gotta love comet radiation," says Shego.
Ron tries to figure it out, but the mole-rat does so.
"How'd you know," asks Ron.
The mole-rat shrugs.
"You can't beat me," says Shego.
"I can do anything!" Kim then kicks Shego and knocks her down.
...
The Global Justice Agents confiscate the machine and take in the henchwomen. They also obtained the cure so they can save the victims the virus has claimed.
"I would like to apologize, Mr. Stoppable," says Dr. Director.
"You can make it up to me by giving me a job," says Ron.
"We'll consider it."
"Booyah! Oh, and Rufus too."
"Who-fus," asks Dr. Director.
They look down and see the mole-rat.
"My new pal," says Ron.
Kim then kisses Ron on the cheek, surprising him.
...
Shego and the doctor managed to get away.
"Now what," asks Shego.
"First, there's going to be some changes." The doctor then puts a collar on Shego.
"What the..." Shego then experiences a shock.
"We had a way to bend the world to its knees, but you only saw it as a way to make money. This obedience collar will show you who's the boss. Another thing, from now on..." The doctor comes out of the shadows and reveals his blue skin and scar. "...call me Dr. Drakken. We have work to do. It's time to show Kim Possible she is not all that."
