Chapter 6 Telling younger Jake about Izzy

Jake's POV (2013)

"What are the risks for Izzy in the future?" I asked.

"All of the accidents it's going to happen to her leads to surgery!" Teenage Jake told me as I was shocked.

"NOOOOOOOOOO!" I screamed as everyone came in.

"Jake, what's the matter?" Izzy asked as I started to cry uncontrollably.

"Teenager Izzy, is it true? Is my Izzy going to be in surgery in the future?" I asked her as she looked at my teenage self with a mad look.

Izzy's POV (2022)

"You had to tell him?" I asked my boyfriend.

"I didn't even start to telling him about what surgeries younger Izzy would be having in the future." Jake told me.

"If your younger self wants to know about my surgeries, then I'm going to tell him. How about you go and watch the kids." I suggested to him.

"No." Jake exclaimed.

"What did you say to me?" I wanted to know.

"Okay, I'll go watch our kids." Jake said as he left.

After Jake left, younger Jake sat on younger Izzy's bed while holding her childhood teddy bear in his arms.

"Look, Jake, I can tell you're scared of losing your Izzy." I said.

"How can you tell?" Younger Jake wanted to know.

"Well, my Jake was really worried about losing me. Like when I was in a coma for two weeks according to my Jake he was so upset that I was going to be a goner." I explained to him.

"If you don't mind me asking teenage Izzy, but what other surgeries did you get?" Younger Jake asked.

"Fractured toe, appendix removal which will happen this year for your Izzy. Fractured back, major leg surgery, nodules removal, last but not the least tonsils removal." I told younger Jake.

"Shiver me timbers, that's a lot of surgeries. I don't want to lose you or my Izzy." Younger Jake said as he curled up into a ball crying.

"Hey, she's going to be okay you know why? Because she has the bravest, coolest, awesomeness, pirate leader in the world to protect her." I exclaimed.

"I'm so sorry, if I knew that this would happen to you then I don't know what I would do to myself. I don't want to lose my best friend." Younger Jake said as younger Izzy came up to him and placed her hand on his shoulder.

"Jake, you're not going to lose me. Okay, we're not going to lose each other. You're the best thing that ever happened to me. And when you said that you weren't going anywhere, I was happy. I didn't want you to go in the first place with Peter Pan to explore the Lands Beyond The Never sea. I was so upset that you weren't going to come back." Younger Izzy told him through tears.

"I'm sorry, I must be the worst friend in the world." Younger Jake exclaimed.

"No, no, no, no Jake sweetie you're not the worst friend in the world." I told him.

"Yes, I am. Now I know what's going to happen in the future. I'm going to start to feel sorry for myself because you are going to end in a coma next year." Younger Jake said.

"What am I going to do? I don't want to lose my...best...friend...and.. first...mate." Younger Jake said.

"Jake get in here NOW!" I yelled as my boyfriend came over with the kids.

"Way to go Jake not only you told younger Jake about the future oh, but you also told him about my surgery even though I told him as well. Now he's upset and going under deep depression thanks to you." I screamed.

"Hey he's me I was going under deep depression when you were in a coma and having a lot of surgeries. Do you know how hard it was to not think about you when you were in surgeries. I was trying really hard to get my mind off of you but I just couldn't. I just didn't want to lose the one I love so much." Jake said as he sat down on younger Jake's bed.

"Really? You didn't want to lose the one we love?" Younger Jake asked.

"No, we didn't. I mean what would happen if she did die? We would be a whole different person. And we weren't going to let her die at all. Younger Jake, Izzy means everything to us and she needs to be protected." Jake told him.

"Answer me this question though, do you like your Izzy?" Jake asked.

'Yes. But I'm going to wait until the time is right though." Younger Jake told him.

"Good! Take all the time and years you need both of you." I told them.

"And younger Izzy, whatever you do don't ever be friends with Marina the mermaid at all. Because she's only trying to get rid of us just so she can get closer to our Jake." I told her.

"Why couldn't she figure that out herself?" Jake asked.

"It's best to speed up the process." I told my boyfriend.

"What process are you speeding?" Jake wanted to know.

"Hey, I'm just saying. If younger Izzy stays away from Marina, then all of those bad notes I got from her would cease to exist." I explained to him.

"I get it now, you just don't want anything to happen." Jake got what I was talking about.

"Exactly!" I said with a smile.

"Daddy I'm hungry." Princess told him.

"All right Princess, younger Jake take princess into the kitchen a make her something." Jake told him.

Jake's POV (2022)

"Alright!" Younger Jake said as princess took my youngest self's hand as they left the room and went into the kitchen leaving me my girlfriend Izzy and younger Izzy in the bedroom.

"Hey, has anyone seen cubby and younger Cubby?" I asked.

"Jake calm down their fine, they're downstairs in the living room playing video games." Younger Izzy told me.

"But usually I see, Cubby watching Peppa Pig what happened?" I wanted to know.

"Well, Peppa Pig was already over so they decided to play video games." Younger Izzy told us.

"Alright then." I said.

Cubby's POV (2013)

"After we played a few video games, we decided to go on YouTube and watch some episodes of Peppa Pig.

"Hahaha, daddy pig is so funny!" I told teenage Cubby.

"Yeah!" I said while we were eating popcorn.
