Chapter 12 Watching over ten year old Izzy
Jake's POV (2013)
While Izzy and I were watching 10-year-old Izzy in her coma state, teenage Jake and teenage Izzy walked up to us.
"What do you two think of your future?" teenage Izzy wanted to know as we both started to cry on each of their shoulders. I cried on teenage Jake's shoulder and Izzy is crying on teenage Izzy's shoulder.
"Aww, guys." They both said as they rubbed our shoulders.
Jake's POV 2022
"Come on Izzy let's bring these adorable kids outside so they can calm down." I told my girlfriend.
"Okay." Izzy agreed as we brought them outside.
Izzy's POV (2022)
Once we made it to the bench, I placed younger Izzy on my lap while Jake did the same to younger Jake.
"I just can't believe that this will be our future." Younger Jake said while crying.
"I...agree...with...Jake!" Younger Izzy said through sobs.
"Hey, the good news is guys is that you'll become a couple in this timeline." Jake told them as our younger selves looked at him with sad eyes while I face palm myself.
"Way to Brighton up their moods sweetie." I said.
"Sorry, Izzy." Jake apologized.
"It's alright." I exclaimed.
"Aww, look they fell asleep." I said as Cubby and the kids came out.
"Hey, should we go?" Cubby asked as Jake pressed his watch as we we went back to 2013.
