Hope you guys enjoy it!

"..."

Kamen Rider Dark Drive observed from his spot as he saw how Kamen Rider Lupin's figure semmed to be slowly disappearing from his view as the Phantom Thief flew away on his personal Rider Machine - The Ride Arsène.

The Heavy Acceleration effect across the Sports Festival Stadium has already been dispelled as the one responsible for causing it was out of range.

The vigilante better step up his game if he was to catch up with his new 'rival'.

But that said…

"And where do you think you're going, Kamen Rider?"

The black fighter now finds himself literally surrounded by an army of Pro Heroes, with All Might and Endeavor leading the massive group.

The vigilante could see that there were clearly a couple hundred of them around him, trying to block his escape.

But that wasn't Dark Drive's main concern right now though…

"I can go after Lupin and bring the medals back here." He calmly tells the Pro Heroes, mainly All Might, who was the one the vigilante was looking at.

Their reactions were varied.

Some were clearly offended, understanding that he was calling them incapable of chasing after the other Kamen Rider.

Which was kind of true...

Others merely rose their eyebrows at the way the vigilante spoke calmly.

And the rest was absolutely furious at him and his attitude towards them.

"I don't think you fully understand your position here." Vlad King sternly tells Dark Drive, ready to charge at him at any moment.

He still hadn't forgotten how the other man easily knocked him out.

Next to Sekijiro was Eraser Head - Aizawa Shouta, who semmed to share the same sentiment as his fellow teacher. The 1-A homeroom teacher quickly uses his Capture Weapon on the vigilante, wrapping it around his waist. But the Rider semmed unfazed by it.

"Well, it seems someone is quite impatient, huh? That wasn't very nice of you, Eraser Head." Dark Drive flatly tells the underground Hero.

"You're under arrest for vigilantism." It's the only thing Shouta says back, looking 100% serious at the masked warrior.

"I'm not your enemy here." The Kamen Rider replies.

"You're committing a crime right now. So yeah, you are." The older man stated.

"That's a pretty black and white argument, don't you think? I was trying to stop Lupin while none of you could do so. Besides, I'm not gonna get taken in."

The vigilante's jab earned him a few growls from some of the other Pro Heroes, and Endeavor himself semmed to want to burn him alive if his look were of any indication.

"Then resisting arrest will be another charge placed on you." Aizawa adds.

Within the stadium's audience…

At Class 1-B's box

Itsuka and Pony, alongside the rest of their classmates, were watching the cornered black vigilante. The two wondered if this was the end of the line for the Kamen Rider, with him being arrested in the end by the Pro Heroes.

"There's no way that Kamen Rider dude will get away with this." Commented Tokage Setsuna, a student of Class 1-B and Itsuka and Pony's acquaintance/friend.

Tokage Setsuna is a student in Class 1-B at U.A. High School, where she got in through recommendations, and is training there to become a Pro Hero.

Setsuna is a young girl of average height who has surprisingly large, upturned dusky green eyes with long lower eyelashes, and notably long and pointed teeth. Her hair is a dark moss green, collectively reaching just below her shoulders aside from a short clump that hangs in the center of her forehead, and it grows wavier and thinner the lower down it gets.

Her hero costume consists of a purple, scaly mask over her eyes, a simple bodysuit with a matching design and black knee-high boots. She wears finger gloves with orange, three-piece wristguards, and a belt around her waist with what looks to be a jewel embedded into the center.

Quirk: [Lizard Tail Splitter]

Setsuna's Quirk allows her to split up her body into as many as 50 pieces. She is able to remotely make each and every one of these pieces move freely and levitate through the air at high speeds. Setsuna's pieces can also regenerate if they are destroyed or otherwise unusable.

Her pieces will stop moving if they are separated for too long, in which case they will regenerate. If she reattaches the pieces before they go still, then their time limit will reset.

The regeneration ability of her Quirk is very exhausting for her, which is why she prefers to recall as many of her body parts back as possible in order to conserve her energy.

"Yeah, I guess so. I have heard how he knocked out Kan-sensei." Said Awase Yosetsu, another student of 1-B, to the green-haired girl. "It's about time that bastard gets caught and pays for his crimes."

Awase Yosetsu is a student in Class 1-B at U.A. High School, training to become a Pro Hero.

Yosetsu has long black hair, spiked upwards and backward to his left, and rounded gray eyes, tilted inwards. He wears a wide, zig-zag patterned headband around his forehead, pulled down quite low, to keep his hair out of his eyes.

His hero costume consists of a burgundy, baggy, full-body suit, its collar passing his chin. He wears shoulder pads and a bag on his belt in which he keeps various items, including blocks of wood and metal to aid his Quirk. He also switches out his usual zig-zagged headband for a striped one.

Quirk: [Weld]

Yosetsu's Quirk gives him the ability to fuse objects together at an atomic level, although he needs to be touching both objects in order to fuse them. This Quirk is effective on both organic and inorganic material.

The rest of 1-B semmed to agree with the boy as they began to voice similar opinions.

They wouldn't easily forgive the man that has harmed their homeroom teacher. the students did come to care about Sekijiro despite the short time they spent with him.

Let justice be served!

Itsuka, being their class' representative, was about to calm down her classmates and order to watch things unfold in silence.

However, the ginger-haired girl suddenly refrains from doing so once she saw Pony's worried expression.

"Tsunotori? What's wrong?" She called the blonde.

"Kendo-chan… I… I feel like something terrible will happen." The foreign student speaks as the rest of Class 1-B also looks at her upon hearing the blonde.

And so, they all suddenly start to feel that something very unpleasant was about to happen between the Pro Heroes and Dark Drive.

But what?

What is this feeling of dread that's slowly forming amongst them?

Within Class 1-A's box...

"He's not afraid of the Pro Heroes. He will try to escape."

All eyes turn towards one Midoriya Izuku, wondering what he meant with these words.

"Deku-kun?" Ochaco looked at the green-haired boy in confusion and concern.

"What do you mean, Midoriya-kun?" Yaoyorozu Momo, vice president of Class 1-A, asks the secret successor of the Symbol of Peace.

Yaoyorozu Momo is the Vice President of Class 1-A at U.A. High School, where she got in through official recommendations and is training there to become a Pro Hero.

Momo is a tall teenage girl with a rather mature physique. Her Quirk's need for fat cells requires her to keep a fuller figure than her classmates. She has long black hair that is normally tied into a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging on the right side of her face. Her eyes are thin and sharp, dark in color and paired with short eyebrows set in a determined expression.

During school hours, she wears the standard female uniform which consists of a gray blazer with blue-green stripes, a formal white shirt, red tie, blue-green pleated skirt, black knee socks, and brown loafers.

Her hero costume consists of a high-collared, sleeveless crimson leotard with silver lines at her waist and around her arms, which is open to expose her skin from her neck to just below her navel. She sports calf-length red boots with heels, which dip sharply down in the center, and two gold utility belts around her waist, another, thinner one around the top portion of her chest, below her shoulders. The design choice allows her to create items from as many points in her body as possible, as her Quirk can only be used if her skin is exposed.

Quirk: [Creation]

Momo's Quirk gives her the ability to create any non-living material/object from her exposed skin by transforming the molecular structure of her fat cells. In order to create something, she needs to understand the molecular structure of what the material/object is made of.

The more she eats, the more material she has to work with, so she needs considerable food ingestion for her Quirk to be effective.

However, it takes her a longer period of time and more skin exposed to create large objects, to the point where she forces large objects through her costume leaving it shredded, though she claims she can just repair it.

This aspect of her Quirk is also possibly the reason for her slim figure, as she constantly burns her body's fat to create objects. It is also possible that this is a big weakness, in that if she creates too much without replacing her calories, she can become weak and possibly anemic.

"It's just a feeling. But… It doesn't look like the Kamen Rider plans to surrender himself to the Pro Heroes." Izuku explains with a concerned look to Momo and the rest of their classmates. "Look there!"

He points to the center of the stadium, where the whole commotion is happening.

Back at the center of the stadium...

"We had that situation under control, you punk." Death Arms almost growled at Kamen Rider Dark Drive.

Pro Hero

Death Arms

He is a very tall, muscular man of a wide build with slightly tanned skin. He has a square jaw that juts out a notable amount, small eyes and short white hair, spiked out behind his head.

In his hero costume, Death Arms wears a large headband with a yellow and black-striped caution pattern, matching his thick wristguards and the belt around his waist, a square buckle with a triangular decoration sat in its center.

He wears what looks to be a cyan-colored cardigan, which exposes his lower torso and the center of his pectorals, held onto his chest on each side by small metal nuts. His pants are dark blue, a white stripe down each side, and are slightly baggy on him, and his shoes are plain black with a simple design.

Quirk: [Unnamed Arm Strength Quirk]

Death Arms' Quirk grants him a superhuman level of strength in his arms. He is able to lift things that are so heavy, they could normally only be moved via industrial machinery.

"Funny, that didn't appear to be the case. It's just like what happened the other day when the whole city of Musutafu and you lot were all 'lagging'." The vigilante remarks, causing many to wince at his words. "Come on, you don't have to save face with me, Death Arms." He adds calmly.

This only seemed to make the Pro Heroes angrier though.

"The fact is that you can't keep interfering into hero operations like this." Kamui Woods said in an attempt to lecture the black Kamen Rider.

Pro Hero

Kamui Woods

Real name: Nishiya Shinji

Shinji is a young man with a rather muscular build, standing relatively shorter than other high-ranked Pro Heroes. Underneath his helmet, he has puffy leaf-like hair, though his face is unknown since he has only been shown while wearing a mask.

His hero costume is a dark blue bodysuit that includes a wooden belt, wooden knee pads, and wooden shoes. A small bundle of roses hangs from the left side of his belt.

Quirk: [Arbor]

Shinji's Quirk allows him to enlarge and control his wooden body parts into strong tree branches. These branches are excellent for binding. Being made of wood, this Quirk is at a disadvantage against fire.

"I watched you all struggling to move for roughly thirty seconds while Lupin walked around as he pleased. Let me guess: you couldn't do anything because your Quirks were not suited for the job, so you waited for someone who WAS to show up?" Dark Drive spoke as the looks on most of the heroes' faces turned to ones of shame.

"You don't have to thank me, but don't try to lecture me for being a hero. This isn't a game, I don't do this for fun." The Rider said, his voice risen to almost a yell.

"Then why do you do this?" Eraser Head asked.

"Because it has to be me. This is a burden only I can solve." The vigilante says, pointing a finger to the other. "Plus, it's only natural to help those who need it right?"

'A burden?' Vlad King wonders.

"Only if you have the credentials to do so!" Death Arms shouted to the black warrior.

"Death Arms, please, don't take the fact that someone has credentials, certificate or a license for something that that means they are qualified or good at doing what their credentials say they are. Nothing matters more than actions and results."

Again, the Pro Heroes cringed at the reminder of what the mysterious fighter did that they couldn't.

This left most of the present Pro Heroes in shock as they looked at the vigilante. The same vigilante they can't seem to catch, that seems to be on top of everything more than the heroes are.

Dark Drive suddenly felt a strong breeze as All Might was now looking firmly at him with his signature smile.

"All Might, do you wish to say something?" The vigilante asks the No.1 Hero of Japan.

The older man's eyes narrowed as he stared down at the black-masked Rider.

"I have actually been wanting to meet you for a while now, Kamen Rider."

"Oh, the number one hero wants to meet me? I'm honored, how can I help you?"

"I need you to come with me so you can answer all of my questions down at the station." His voice was completely serious, though his signature smile was not shifting in the slightest.

"Sorry, All Might. But I'm afraid I can't do that, maybe some other time. I have no interest in any of you right now."

'He doesn't plan to literally fight his way out of here, does he?' Many Pro Heroes wondered, with some actually looking concerned.

"Do you think you have a choice?" Endeavor demands, finally speaking with Dark Drive.

"I always have a choice, Endeavor." The Kamen Rider says back to the No.2 as he suddenly prepares to make a finger snap.

This seemingly harmless gesture puts all the Pro Heroes on guard as Aizawa prepares to stop Dark Drive from doing whatever he plans to do.

[Now!] Belt-san suddenly cries, briefly surprising and distracting all the Pro Heroes.

"Stop!" All Might cries, preparing to punch the Kamen Rider.

And Endeavor was about to roast the black vigilante alive with his [Hellflame].

With his pupils going bright red, Eraser Head's [Erasure] Quirk is focusing hard to prevent the Vigilante from-

*Snap!*

*Flash!* *Blink!*

To his absolute shock, a dark blue energy particles' release comes off from Kamen Rider Dark Drive's 'R' logo on the forehead, causing Heavy Acceleration across the Sports Festival Stadium.

Even though Aizawa was using his Quirk on him!

"*Gasp!*"

'This is-!'

'[Slowdown]!?'

'The Kamen Rider can also use it!?'

Many Pro Heroes thought in panic, struggling once again to move through the time distortion. The same could be said for the still present civilians in the audience's seats and the students of U.A. High School.

Eraser Head's jaw hung open. Not once, in his entire career as a Pro Hero, did he ever see anyone resistant to the nullifying effects of his Quirk, aside from certain people with Mutant-type Quirks of course.

He was so stunned that he almost tripped over his own feet.

Quirk Types

Quirks come in a very wide variety, as the name Quirk implies, they are unique to each individual. However, Quirks can be divided into categories based on what they do and how they function, known as Quirk Types. Some Quirks cause a permanent physical abnormality to the user's body, known as Mutant-type. Some cause the user's body to undergo a temporary physical abnormality when the power is used, known as Transformation-type. Finally, some Quirks don't cause any abnormalities to the user's physical body at all, known as Emitter-type.

Aside from the three Quirk Types, Quirks can also be categorized into sub-types. A Quirk can fall into a given sub-type regardless of what type it is. In other words, a given sub-type can be designated to Quirks of all three types, so long as the Quirks possess an aspect that fulfills the requirement to be considered as part of that sub-type.

"Heavy Acceleration Control LimiterActivate!"

Dark Drive announces as he unleashed the time distortion effect across the Sports Festival Stadium, making everyone else unable to move properly once again.

And just like how he previously told Yuriko the other day, the vigilante certainly didn't like using this power. It left a bitter taste as he finds himself not much different from the Roidmudes and Lupin.

[It's fine, my boy.] Belt-san comforts his user, having an idea of what Yuuki is thinking. [This really is a particular exception since all these Pro Heroes, All Might included, are in the way.]

"Alright then." The black warrior nods back to the sentient Drive Driver.

The Kamen Rider then cuts away the Capture Weapon wrapped around his waist as he proceeds to calmly leave the center of the stadium by walking away, moving past the Pro Heroes before him.

'Noooo!' All Might thinks, gritting his teeth, as he and the other are forced to experience [Slowdown] once again.

'Damn you, Kamen Rider!' Endeavor roared in his mind.

Enji was absolutely infuriated at his humiliation. His pure, unadulterated rage towards the Vigilante was unfathomable! He grounded his teeth as he wondered what he would do if Dark Drive got caught by him one of these days.

The rest of the Pro Heroes felt frustration upon this, it was as if the black Kamen Rider was basically giving all of them one big middle finger.

Curiously enough, Dark Drive somehow stumbled upon one Bakugo Katsuki on the way.

"Move." The vigilante tells the [Explosion] blonde, flicking Katsuki on the forehead to get the teenager out of his way.

'Motherfucker! Get back here!' Katsuki curses, furiously, as he tries in vain to go after the leaving figure.

Eraser Head, who was also struggling alongside his fellow Heroes, saw Dark Drive reach towards a less occupied corner of the stadium.

This time, the underground Pro Hero focused all of his power into his Quirk, under the belief that last time had to have been a fluke.

It had to be!

But once again, in another soul-crushing blow to Eraser Head's composure, nothing happened with the Rider as the Slowdown around them was not canceled.

Once he was at a safe distance from the Pro Heroes, Dark Drive calls for a certain Rider Machine to pick him there.

[Come on, Ride Booster!] Belt-san commands.

As if on cue, the Ride Booster Blue appears from the sky and lands before the Kamen Rider.

Wasting no more time in hopes of still catching up with Lupin, Dark Drive gets on the flying go-kart vehicle as it prepares to take off into the sky.

But before Dark Drive leaves the Sports Festival Stadium for good, he happened to exchange looks with some of U.A. High's 1st Year Hero Course students as the Ride Booster Blue happened to fly next to Classes 1-A and 1-B's respective boxes within the audience's seats.

The students in question were Itsuka, Pony and Izuku.

"..."

Each of these three could feel the Kamen Rider managing to look at them before he disappeared from their sight.

The Hero course students are left to ponder about what this was while the vigilante only had one goal in mind now.

'Don't think I'm done with you, Lupin!'

Once Dark Drive was out of their range, the Heavy Acceleration he caused around the stadium was finally turned off, much to the relief of everyone else.

And so, everyone else is left behind at the Stadium as they, once again, are shocked to find out that another individual is using a highly advanced vehicle to fly and disappear from their view.

'Just who are those Kamen Riders!?' Everyone thinks.

The only thing the Pro Heroes could do right now was to ponder about when they will happen to stumble, sooner or later, upon the Kamen Riders once again.

What should they do in regards to the Vigilante and the Phantom Thief?

My Hero Academia Illegals: Vigilante Dark Drive

Drive 06: Kamen Rider Showdown

The Hero Community wasn't the only one that the Kamen Riders left an impression at...

At Kamino, Yokohama City...

Kamino is a ward in Yokohama City. It is a large town in Yokohama with many inhabitants and businesses. It also serves as the hiding place for Shigaraki Tomura and the League of Villains.

At the League of Villains Bar...

Shigaraki Tomura and Kurogiri originally began their assault on hero society while hiding inside an abandoned bar. This place serves as the main hideout for the League of Villains.

Villain

Shigaraki Tomura

He is a major member of the League of Villains after his master.

He made his first major appearance as one of the main culprits behind the U.S.J. Incident.

Like the rest of the League, his goal is to kill All Might, the "Symbol of Peace," thus destroying the society he represents and creating a new one with a new form of justice in his own image.

Tomura is a slim man with pale skin, tinged yellow teeth, and wrinkled a great deal around his eyes. His lips are chapped and uneven, a small mole on the right underneath, with visible scars on his right eye and under his lip. He has messy grayish-blue hair of varying lengths, the longest clumps reaching to about his shoulders, left hanging over his face in uneven waves. His eyes and mouth are normally obscured, but when visible, they are usually stretched wide in a rather maniacal manner, their bright red irises very small.

When in his civilian outfit, he always wears plain red sneakers that are similar to Izuku's, along with black pants which expose his ankles, and a matching long-sleeved v-neck shirt, a plain black jacket over the top with the hood pulled low over his face to hide his identity and he carries one of his disembodied hands in his pocket.

His villain costume sports fourteen embalmed hands, all positioned so they're holding onto him onto different parts of his body.

The hand that holds and hides Tomura's face, and that he sometimes keeps in his pocket, is called "Father" by him. One hand is made to hold on the top of Tomura's head; this hand is connected to a pair through two red cords.

For the rest of the outfit, Tomura just wears his regular black clothes, bar the jacket, and red tennis shoes.

Quirk: [Decay]

Tomura's Quirk allows him to disintegrate whatever he touches with all five fingers. It will take effect whether the target is organic or not. The disintegration spreads quickly and will spread through the victim's whole body if they don't amputate the decaying body part. His Quirk can even spread beyond what he's touching, allowing him to disintegrate large groups of enemies instantly.

Because the Quirk has to touch a solid object in order to be activated, it is possible to counter it through the manipulation of fluids or particles, such as Snatch's sand body.

Villain

Kurogiri

He is a B-rank villain and another member of the League of Villains, being the 'caretaker' of Shigaraki Tomura.

As his name implies, Kurogiri's entire body is made out of a dark purple mist, save for his eyes, which are glowing yellow. He normally wears a very elegant suit with a tie and has a metal brace that goes from around his collarbone to just below his eyes.

In his villain costume, he covers himself in his dark fog with only the metal brace around his neck being visible.

Neck Brace: Kurogiri wears a metal brace around his neck to help defend a vital part of his body that can't generate his protective dark fog. This item also appears to hold him back from leaking out specific info about the League towards the heroes.

Quirk: [Warp Gate]

Kurogiri's Quirk grants him the ability to create and manipulate a dark fog from his head and hands. This fog acts as a portal to another location. Whenever he produces a mass of the dark fog, it transports anything it comes in contact with to a location of Kurogiri's choosing.

His Quirk is coordinate-based, so in order to use it, he needs to know the exact location where he is supposed to open the exit portal.

He can also create multiple exit points where the things that touch his fog will emerge.

This Quirk's usefulness and rarity make Kurogiri an extremely vital asset to the League of Villains, as even Tomura, despite being angered with Kurogiri during the raid on U.A. High School, did not dare punish him and had Nomu rescue him because he was the only way to escape.

After their defeat during the U.S.J. Incident, the members of the League of Villains were taking their time to recover and plan their next moves.

Deciding to gather some intel on U.A. High School and their heroes in training, Tomura and Kurogiri decided to watch the Sports Festival.

Needless to say, they were also taken aback by the sudden appearance of the Kamen Riders during the ending of the event.

If Tomura's quirk worked through his eyes, then the television screen in the room that showed the news broadcast about Dark Drive and Lupin would've been reduced to a pile of ashes with the amount of malice he shot at it.

"Calm yourself, Shigaraki Tomura." Kurogiri tells his ward while taking care of the bar they were hiding at.

He actually loved taking care of the place and their drinks.

"Shut it, Kurogiri." The other man hisses at the sentient black mist.

Tomura has a malevolent and twisted personality, considered to be the dark reflection of Izuku Midoriya. He doesn't care for his or almost anyone else's life, having no qualms about performing evil deeds like murdering innocent people.

He is initially perceived to be a "man-child": arrogant, selfish, dependent, and demanding, becoming angry if things didn't go his way and likening reality to some sort of video game.

Much like a child, Tomura seemed unable to cope with his own feelings, instead of lashing out and abusing both others or himself, tearing at his own neck when he becomes frustrated.

He has Kurogiri as a trusted confidant and adviser, despite treating him harshly at times.

The bartender faithfully serves Tomura and carries out any command the user of [Decay] gives without question.

He also appears to be a mentor to Tomura as the man's development was entrusted to him by their mentor, All For One. Kurogiri tries to curtail Tomura's impulsive nature by reasoning with him or giving him examples of to copy.

But the truth is that Tomura was getting quite jealous of the amount of attention that the Kamen Riders were getting for themselves.

He already hated how Dark Drive appeared a lot lately around Musutafu, though he did like it when the vigilante defeated and humiliated Pro Heroes Backdraft and Snatch back then.

But his mood soon became sour again with the reveal of the second Kamen Rider, especially given how 'flashy' this Lupin fellow was as he stole the medals during the Sports Festival's ending ceremony.

And what about the League of Villains!? What about him!?

It's almost as if everybody already forgot about what happened back then at the U.S.J.

{Hmm… These Kamen Riders… They are quite intriguing...} A jovial voice speaks through another monitor present in the bar.

"Sensei?" Tomura questions his mentor as he and Kurogiri turn towards said monitor as its screen is now lit.

{We should keep an eye on them, Tomura… Especially on their [Slowdown] Quirk… They are definitely quite powerful...} The ominous voice adds, chuckling darkly.

Within a two-story house somewhere else in Musutafu City…

In a living room, a man was watching the news about how Kamen Riders Dark Drive and Lupin got away from the Sports Festival despite all the Pro Heroes present there.

Villain

Gentle Criminal

Real name: Tobita Danjuro

He is an independent villain and an Internet celebrity.

Danjuro is a man with a refined appearance. He has a slicked-back hairdo with a curl at the front and sports a handlebar mustache along with a well-kept, medium-sized beard. Similar to his partner La Brava, he has thick black lines around his eyes resembling eyeliner which was applied by a marker.

Danjuro's clothes are also quite extravagant, featuring a dark purple jacket with enlarged collars and coattails, a pair of loose, pinstriped pants, and two belts. He also wears a pair of cuffs and a woolly scarf. He is usually seen using a cane to walk.

Quirk: [Elasticity]

Danjuro's Quirk allows him to bestow the property of elasticity to anything he touches, making it stretchable, bendable, and bouncy.

This Quirk can affect anything, from the ground to the air itself. Danjuro cannot cancel the effects himself, instead, the effect wears off on its own after time has passed.

By making the air elastic, it becomes a circular invisible membrane that floats in midair, which he can use as trampolines to get around quickly, as shields to deflect his opponent's range attacks or move them around the environment to his advantage.

Danjuro has little to no interest in money or objects of value. Instead, he chases after fame and reputation, which he tries to achieve through video recordings of his criminal acts.

He claims that his ultimate goal is to write his name in history and inspire others who view his actions, and is obsessed with achieving it, as he fears fading into obscurity after his death.

He is admittedly very selfish and claims to not being afraid of trampling on the dreams of others as long as it furthers his own; however, he does have a soft spot for his fan and crime partner La Brava and is capable of being self-sacrificing for her sake.

However, the man's main focus was currently on Lupin, looking quite dejected at how the new Phantom Thief easily got the Sports Festival's medals, being 'flashy' with his debut.

"I have a rival now… No… How can I even compare myself to someone like him?" The man spoke in a depressed tone.

"Gentle..."

His smaller companion wanted to comfort him but didn't know what exactly to tell the man.

Villain

La Brava

Real name: Aiba Manami

Manami is a very short young woman with quite a large, round head, compared to her narrow body. She has raspberry pink hair, which she wears up in two high pigtails, wide and thick at the top and thin at the bottom, the ends curved upwards to the sides at her waist, their edges trimmed straight.

She has a single bang in the middle of her forehead, swept pointedly to her right, and very large, pointed-down eyes with dark rings on the underside of each, two longer eyelashes to each far side, which take up most of her face.

Her irises are oval-shaped, pink in color, and each has two circles between their small pupils and their rims, giving them a rather hypnotic look. After spending a long time secluded in her home and staring at her computer, she developed dark circles around her eyes.

Manami's outfit is quite elaborate, consisting of a big white bow at her neck, matching the thick gloves she wears, an indigo shirt with large buttons and long, upturned frilly sleeve cuffs, and a pair of white, pinstriped pants which are very poofy, making her legs seem bigger than they are.

She sports several heart motifs, such as heart earrings, heart-shaped buckles on the two thin, golden belts around her waist, and a wide heart design over the tops of her legs. She also wears dark tights underneath her pants, over which she wears a pair of shiny high-heeled boots.

Quirk: [Love]

Manami's Quirk allows her to bestow a power boost to the person whom she loves most by telling the recipient how much she loves them.

The amount of power her loved one receives increases with the intensity of her love. But Manami can only activate her Quirk once per day and the power boost will only last for a limited time.

Six years ago, Danjuro became a villain of the online world, under the name of Gentle Criminal, uploading videos about his actions though he has been mostly unsuccessful at gaining popularity during his criminal career.

However, his videos inspired Aiba Manami, a young woman who was going through a deep depression. Desiring to meet him, she used her computer skills to locate Danjuro, presenting herself as his greatest fan and eager to help him achieve his dreams.

La Brava and Gentle are partners now, as Gentle commits crimes and La Brava records and uploads them.

Although at first, he liked the idea of having a fan, Danjuro did not want Manami to participate in his villain actions, since that would make her also be persecuted by the police as a villain.

Still, after spending some time together, during which Manami always helped him with her computer skills. Danjuro began to appreciate her. When he realized her concerns about her dark eyeliners, he used a permanent marker to gives himself dark circles around his eyes so they could match hers.

He accepted her for who she was, and decided to make her his sidekick, and gave her the villain name La Brava.

The two seem to be friendly with each other and exchange their motivations. La Brava also admires Gentle and his ideals, in return Gentle appreciates La Brava's efforts in helping him become a notorious villain.

Gentle acknowledges Manami's love for him and her dependence on him to be happy. He is even willing to give himself up to the authorities in order to lessen any punishment La Brava might receive as a result of their actions.

And Manami is a loyal fan and admirer of Danjuro, making sure to record his acts to subsequently post them online, following his instructions to interrupt a stream if needed. Despite knowing about his strength and abilities, Manami becomes worried if Danjuro finds himself in potential danger.

Manami is in love with Danjuro, as shown through her Quirk, [Love], as well as her undying admiration for him. Having been grateful for Danjuro taking her in and accepting her, Manami is willing to help him no matter what.

"That Lupin guy is still nothing compared to you, Gentle. You will surpass him in no time!" Manami tells her partner, finally trying to cheer him up.

"La Brava..." The man feels touched by her support, smiling at her.

She also showed to be very angry with Danjuro's lack of recognition, as well as furious at the new Kaitou - Kamen Rider Lupin for having robbed his spotlight with the heist of the Sports Festival's medals.

'Lupin… I won't forgive him for making my Gentle this upset!' La Brava thinks, determined.

When Manami was a younger girl, she professed her love to a different boy, telling him that she was completely smitten. She seems to fall in love quite freely and when she does, quite deeply.

Unfortunately, this also made her sensitive to rejection, as seen by when her crush rejected her letter and even badmouthed her as a stalker. This caused Manami to fall into a deep depression where she became a withdrawn shut-in and even seemed to consider ending her own life.

Upon seeing Danjuro's videos, however, her hope and energy were both fully restored, with Manami willing to help and accompany him even with the acts of doing so making her a criminal as well.

She will do anything to make him happy!

Back with Gentle Criminal, he actually liked Kamen Rider Lupin's outfit, finding some sort of kinship with the new Phantom Thief and style of clothes.

However, that sentiment soon turned into bitter envy as he felt that his villainous stunts were all nothing more than mere child's play in comparison to what Kamen Rider Lupin managed to pull off.

"No… No! I won't let this discourage me! I will strive to become a better villain than you, Lupin! Do you hear me!? Just you wait! I will surpass you!" Gentle snaps out of his thoughts as he rose from his seat, adopting a determined expression.

"Gentle..."

La Brave could tell that her idol would not let Lupin outshine them, soon becoming equally determined as her love interest.

They would show how much grater Gentle Criminal will be in comparison to this Kamen Rider Lupin!

Within a bar for villains somewhere else in Musutafu Town...

A lot of villains could be seen cheering at Kamen Rider Lupin and for the commotion he caused at the Sports Festival Stadium as he practically stole the spotlight by successfully stealing the awards ceremony's medals.

Seeing how bold and handful Lupin was with the show he caused, many villains were now tempted at the prospect of finding the Phantom Thief and recruiting him for his services.

But amongst the criminals present inside the shady bar, one was quiet while also being equally interested in Lupin.

His reasons for this being different from the others…

Villan

Mr. Compress

Real name: Sako Atsuhiro

He follows the footsteps of the Peerless Thief, his great-great-grandfather and became a nationwide wanted thief.

Atsuhiro is a tall, slim man with pale skin and brown eyes that are semicircular and slightly slanted inwards, and he has a notably pointed nose. He wears a combination of a mask, balaclava, and hat. Underneath his mask reveals that he has short black eyebrows and a head of curly brown hair of a similar shade to his eyes.

In his villain attire, he wears a dark orange shirt, the collar left upturned and a green striped bolo necktie with an oval-shaped azure brooch hanging around his neck, a black waistcoat and black dress pants.

He wears knee-high white boots with wedged heels and black toe-caps, plain dark red gloves and a tall brown top hat, a red ribbon tied around it and a pale feather sticking out on the left side.

Over his head, he wears a black balaclava with a hole for his mouth as well as his eyes, over which he wears one of the multiple white masks he owns, each with a different black geometric design.

Sometimes, he also wears a dark yellow, double-breasted overcoat with buttoned shoulder tabs and a high collar, which reaches below his knees, and he additionally carries a silver walking stick with a gold handle.

Quirk: [Compress]

Atsuhiro's Quirk allows him to "compress" anything in a spherical area around his arm into a small, marble-like object without actually damaging it. He can only compress his target if he is touching it.

The weight of the target is reduced alongside them, making them very easy to carry. If used on a person, it effectively entraps them, terminating the fight instantly and allowing Mr. Compress to abduct them without difficulty.

The Quirk can also be used on select body parts, maiming the target. He can also use his quirk to compress himself or a part of his body.

Atsuhiro's Quirk Factor lies within his arms, losing them would 'make' him Quirkless.

'I can't believe it… He really did it! He actually took away the medals despite even All Might himself being there! Just as he promised! You sly bastard, how many times more will you keep surprising me!?' Atsuhiro thinks, a feeling of pride coming over him as he couldn't help but smile.

He had a special connection with Kamen Rider Lupin, knowing his real identity. He was also aware of a certain 'special condition' the new Phantom Thief was born with…

But the man's jovial expression suddenly becomes one of concern as he remembers that Kamen Rider Dark Drive also escaped the Pro Heroes and left the stadium, resuming his chase after Lupin.

'C'mon, you can do it! You better not get caught after what you managed to pull off! You hear me!? Out of the two of us, you were the one that always wanted to be a Phantom Thief more!' Mr. Compress mentally prays, hoping that the new Phantom Thief manages to escape from the black vigilante.

If only he had some tea to calm his nerves!

Ok, maybe he should've gone somewhere else to get a better beverage…

With Kamen Rider Lupin…

"*Achoo!*"

The Phantom Thief Kamen Rider sneezed as he flew through Musutafu on Ride Arsène.

"Geez… Who the heck is talking about me now?" He grumbled as he got further away from the Sports Festival Stadium.

Once he is safe for sure, Lupin will lay low for a while before-

"Lupin!"

Huh!?

The new Kamen Rider turns around to look behind, becoming shocked to find out that Kamen Rider Dark Drive is following after him while riding on the Ride Booster Blue.

"Oh, you gotta be kidding me!" The new thief explains, sounding exasperated rather than terrified of the black vigilante.

Below them, on the road, was Yuriko.

She followed after the two Riders while driving the NEXTridoron in its red disguise.

'Kamen Rider Lupin! The Phantom Thief!' She carefully thinks, observing her partner confront the flashy criminal on the skies, above her.

Having also learned about Zoroku Tojo from Krim, Yuriko now wonders who exactly is the man that Tomari-san is facing. She really hopes to complete her training soon and become a Kamen Rider to aid her senpai and Steinbelt, in an attempt to lessen their burden, seeing that the Roidmudes may not end being the only threat that they might have to take care of.

'Tomari-san… Krim… Both of you… Don't lose to Lupin!' Yuriko prays for their safety as she keeps driving the NEXTridoron.

'Wait… Aren't we heading towards the beach?' She suddenly realizes, quickly wondering if the Kamen Riders have also realized or not about the same thing.

Back with the Riders…

"Well, I've gotta hand it to you… You're quite persistent, Tomari Yuuki. And I actually respect people with that sort of drive." Lupin jokingly tells his new rival figure as the other man is now next to him.

"Enough with this pointless chit-chat! We can do this the easy or the hard way. The medals, Lupin!" Dark Drive demands from the second Rider. "Hand them over!"

The Phantom Thief merely snorts upon hearing the first Kamen Rider.

"Heh! You call me out for being a petty thief, but here you are playing hero. You really think you're better than me, Mr. Ace Detective!?"

"At least I'm not using the Rider System to ruin the others' lives." Dark Drive retorts.

The two then pull out their respective weapons, the Blade Gunner clashing against the Lupin Blade.

*Slash!* *Slash!*

That is until Dark Drive suddenly lunges at Lupin, causing both of them to fall from their respective Rider Machines as they fall towards the surface.

The two men began to struggle while in mid-air, exchanging punches as they kept falling.

*Smack!* *Smack!*

"Argh! Get off me!" Lupin cries, punching Dark Drive several times on the face.

But the vigilante doesn't flinch at all.

*Splash!*

Rather than having their bodies splat against the hard concrete, the Kamen Riders landed on water.

More specifically, at the sea, as they now found themselves within Takoba Municipal Beach Park's premises. Their chase taking them this far from the Sports Festival Stadium.

Takoba Municipal Beach Park is a beach park located in Musutafu, Japan.

The Takoba Municipal Beach Park is located on the coastline. Rampant pollution had turned what once was a beautiful public spot into a junkyard. With the trash moved out of the way, the beach became accessible to the public once again.

The beach park appears to have a pier with a small gazebo where people can hang out.

The Takoba Municipal Beach Park had accumulated trash coming from the sea for years, turning it from a beautiful beach spot into a trash heap.

All Might chose a spot where he could train Midoriya Izuku, so that his body could become a vessel for his Quirk. The Symbol of Peace had planned a goal for Izuku to clean the park before the U.A. Entrance Exam started in 10 months, in order for the boy to inherit One For All.

As Izuku built up his strength, the trash slowly vanished from the beach through those 10 months, with Izuku managing to clear All Might's goal just in time for the exam to start.

An unspecified newspaper then announced the cleaning of the park, causing it to become a popular dating spot…

Briefly panting, the two Kamen Riders made it to the beach's shore, now stepping on the warm sand, as they came out of the salty sea.

"Argh! I hate sand. It's coarse and rough and irritating and it gets everywhere." Lupin grumbled under his helmet.

It was a good thing that the Sports Festival was today.

Everybody else was busy with the now national event as some areas, such as Takoba Municipal Beach Park, were practically desert during this day.

It will take time before some Pro Hero finds them here after they organize themselves.

And with no one else in the way, Kamen Rider Dark Drive could now freely fight on the beach, without having to worry about collateral damage, against Kamen Rider Lupin. He would not need to hold back agaisnt the Phantom Thief.

"I guess I really won't be able to leave unless I defeat you, huh? Fine then, let's do this the hard way!" Lupin tells his black adversary, brandishing his Lupin Blade and ready to slash the other man.

"I wouldn't have it any other way." The vigilante says back to his new rival.

[Just go for it, Yuuki!] Belt-san advises his user.

"Come, Vegas!" Dark Drive commands as a white Shift Car themed after a limousine comes to his aid.

The vigilante inserts the minicar into the Shift Brace and activates it, using a new power.

[Tire Koukan!]

A golden wheel, with the words Dream Vegas written on it, attaches itself into Dark Drive's torso. The Shift Tire also reminds a slot machine with the symbols shown on it.

[Dream Vegas!]

The '$' symbol can be seen on the Drive Driver's display.

Based on a limousine, Shift Dream Vegas is a sentient Type Speed Shift Car that allows Dark Drive to gain the Dream Vegas Shift Tire, equipping him with the Drum Shields to either protect himself or merge with the Shift Tire for the finisher. By itself, it can attack by shooting playing cards.

The Drum Shields are a pair of Tire Specific Items modeled after slot machine wheels and poker chips that are wielded by Kamen Rider Dark Drive when he uses the Shift Dream Vegas Car to activate the Dream Vegas Tire.

"Vegas, huh? Let's test your luck then!" Lupin cries to his adversary, activating his special finisher as he prepares to unleash it upon Dark Drive.

[Ultimate! (Suspenseful jazz music~) Lupin Stlash! (Jazz fanfare~)] The Lupin Gunner announces.

Once his Lupin Gunner is in Blade Mode, Lupin can use a finishing attack called Ultimate Lupin Stlash, which is a jewel-shaped energy slash. It is activated by pressing and holding the Destruction Muzzle before pulling the Demolition Trigger once more.

"Rargh!" Lupin lets out a war cry as he spins, grabbing some momentum, as purple energy coats the Lupin Blade.

He attempts to slash Dark Drive by attacking the vigilante's Dream Vegas' Shift Tire.

But the other Kamen Rider decides to fight back by doing the same, also using his own special attack against the Phantom Thief.

[Hissatsu! Full Throttle: Vegas!]

When Dark Drive activates the Full Throttle finishing move Million Attack, he combines the Drum Shields with the Dream Vegas Tire, which shifts most of his body to the side, and causes all three wheels to spin much like an actual slot machine until each one lands on an icon.

Depending on both the icon and Dark Drive's luck, the finisher will have a different effect.

Whatever the three icons land on determines the action...

*Slash!*

The Lupin Blade connects with the Dream Vegas' Shift Tire.

Huh?

However, the blade fails in slashing the dark vigilante as Dream Vegas releases some energy, stopping Phantom Thief Lupin from having its user being cut apart.

'What is this!? There is a strong resonance between Dark Drive and Krim!' The new Kamen Rider thinks in slight alarm.

The Million Attack comes to display its results, showing three number 7s on the Dream Vegas' 'slot machine'.

"Jackpot!" Dark Drive exclaims.

"What!?" Lupin cries in surprise.

As a result of his luck, Dark Drive's Dream Vegas Shift Tire shoots a barrage of gold coins at the enemy, burying Lupin in a pile of them.

"Argh!"

*Boom!*

And the golden coins soon explode, blasting the Phantom Thief away.

Lupin was sent skidding through the beach's sand, his body bouncing, before he laid flat on the surface.

[Is it over?] Belt-san hopes that to be the case.

"Not yet..."

Injured, but still willing to keep fighting, Kamen Rider Lupin slowly stands up again.

But he already took quite a considerable amount of damage, he won't be able to keep going on like this for much longer...

Meanwhile, Dark Drive was not having any more of this nonsense as he reverts back into his default Type Next Shift Tire. The vigilante was approaching the Phantom Thief, now ready to arrest him.

"It's over, Lupin!"

But the other man wasn't having any of this either.

"The show must go on!" The criminal entertainer cries, suddenly pulling out a Cobral Viral Core, a regular one used by the Roidmudes that came from the same motif.

What is he planning to do with it?

"Stop!" Dark Drive demands, trying to stop the other Rider from harnessing the item's power.

But it was too late…

[Tune: Viral System!]

Lupin inserts the Cobra Viral Core into his Lupin Gunner's Viral Landing Panel.

What the black vigilante and Belt-san saw next made them horrified:

Lupin aims his Lupin Gunner before his opponent as the weapon produces a film strip projection. It was one similar to the film layer trap he used earlier on Kamen Rider Dark Drive.

But this new film layer was used to summon a certain monster before the black vigilante.

"*Hiss!*"

It looked like some of a giant mechanical cobra monster, with a blue head and pair of red eyes. As for the rest of its body, it was mainly blue and black, sporting parts that remembered the Cobra Viral Core.

[Lupin Cobra!] The Lupin Gunner announces.

"What the...!?" Dark Drive gasps while Belt-san adopts a surprised emoji on the Drive Driver's display, recognizing the monster.

[That's… That's a Roidmude Berserk Body!] The scientist exclaims.

How can Kamen Rider Lupin summon the giant Roidmude that way!?

A Roidmude Berserk Body is a form that can be accessed when a Roidmude uses more than one Viral Core at one time (three for Plain Types, and two for Advanced ones), causing them to change into a bigger and more powerful form based on their animal motifs as well as greatly resembling their respective Viral Cores, but at the cost of their intelligence.

Apparently, Kamen Rider Lupin can now somehow summon a Roidmude Berserk Body by using a Viral Core and inserting it into his Lupin Gunner.

How many other tricks does the Phantom Thief still have under his sleeve? Can he do the same with the other Viral Cores!?

"Attack, Cobra! Go!" Lupin commands the giant Berserk Roidmude as the snake does his summoner's bidding.

"*Hiss!*" The Cobra slams his tail against Dark Drive several times, using it as some sort of whip.

*Smack!* *Smack!*

"Argh!"

The vigilante is tossed around like a ragdoll.

The giant Mechanical Life Form then wraps itself around Dark Drive's body, crushing his body with a strong squeeze.

The big Roidmude then tosses the Black Kamen Rider into the hand, hissing in satisfaction. The Cobra opens its mouth as it semmed to be about to devour the transformed detective.

*Snap!*

"No!" Lupin commands his minion, snapping his finger.

He raises his Lupin Gunner next, ordering the creature under his control to stop.

"?" The vigilante looks confused, wondering why the Phantom Thief wouldn't finish him off.

Apparently having an idea of what the other man is thinking, the new criminal mainly replies:

"I'm not the type to enjoy killing others, regardless of who they are. Only Roidmudes since they can be too dangerous if they remain loose. Otherwise, I see no point in taking your life since you will be necessary around to deal with them as well, my good detective." He explains, chuckling a little.

[What?]

This honestly wasn't what Krim and Yuuki expected to hear from the Phantom Thief.

Just what is this man after!?

But it is at this exact moment that blue laser blasts suddenly hit the Berserk Cobra Roidmude, surprising everyone as said monster hisses in pain.

They turn towards the source as it is at this same instant that Yuriko finally arrived on the scene, parking the NEXTridoron as she got out of the car.

'Tomari-san...' She hopes that he and Krim had a plan to take the medals back from Lupin and return them to U.A.

"Yuriko!" Dark Drive calls, relief present in his voice.

[Yuriko, good timing! Quick, throw the Handle-Ken to Yuuki!] Belt-san instructs the female police detective as she complies with his order.

"Tomari-san!" She cries as she tosses him the steering wheel-themed sword.

Her senpai easily catches the Handle-Ken, standing up.

[Yuuki, now summon the Blade Gunner as well into your free hand!]

Dark Drive does as the scientist asks, he is now armed with both the Handle-Ken and the Blade Gunner in his hands.

Meanwhile, Lupin is simply confused.

He suspects that the other Kamen Rider also has a secret trick of his own.

But what exactly?

No matter, he would defeat Dark Drive and emerge as the victorious one of their showdown!

"Belt-san, are we really doing it?" The black vigilante asks the Drive Driver.

[Yes, we have trained for a moment like this, Yuuki. It's time you perform a Program Advance!] Belt-san replies, adopting a determined expression.

(Flashback)

At the Drive Pit...

"[Program Advance]?"

Yuuki repeats the name that Krim just told him.

The bespectacled scientist nods to his charge.

"Indeed, Yuuki. The Program Advance(PA for short) is a technique where certain Shift Cars' finishers are used in succession, by activating both the Shift Brace and the other Rider Weapons at the same time, to form a very powerful(to enormously powerful) offense or defense."

This semmed to interest the young man, though he now wonders why the previous Kamen Rider Drive didn't try this before.

"The Program Advance is a feature I only recently implemented in your system. I didn't have the resources and enough data to do the same to your predecessor back then. The previous Rider System wouldn't handle two special finishers/hissatsus being executed at the same time."

"Ah, I see." Yuuki nods in understanding.

"But be warned, the Progam Advance will be extremely hard to master and might place a strain in your body, my boy. This is a resource we must only use in emergency or desperate times. But once you master it, this upgrade will surely become one of your greatest assets."

This semmed to be enough to convince Yuuki as he did want to get stronger to face the Roidmudes and the other enemies, now wanting to go along with this training to obtain a new ability.

"Alright then. Let's give this a shot!"

(Flashback ends)

Back to the fight…

[Hissatsu! Full Throttle: Next!]

Kamen Rider Dark Drive taps first into the power of the Shift Next, which is currently inserted into the Shift Brace.

The vigilante then proceeds to insert Shift Dream Vegas into the Handle-Ken's Shift Landing Panel behind its blade.

[Hissatsu: Vegas - Full Throttle!]

Golden energy coats the Handle-Ken while a blue-colored one does the same for the Blade Gunner.

Dark Drive then crosses the two weapons into an 'X' and raises both blades above his head, causing a blue and golden colored pillar of light energy to manifest and shot into the skies.

Back at the Sports Festival Stadium…

As the panic and chaos caused by the Kamen Riders were subdued and everyone left behind at the Sports Festival Stadium managed to calm themselves down, they all suddenly saw a light pillar heading to the skies.

'What is that!?' Izuku thinks in alarm alongside the rest of his classmates as they, All Might and some of the Pro Heroes can't help but suspect that Dark Drive and Lupin are somehow behind this phenomenon.

'Wait… That direction… Isn't that where Takoba Beach is!?' All Might realizes as he dashes out first, soon followed by the others who reached the same conclusion.

Back at Takoba Municipal Beach Park…

Kamen Rider Lupin couldn't help but become terrified, yet mesmerized at the same time, about the amount of energy being gathered around his black rival.

However, he wouldn't let this falter his resolve!

"I suppose it's about time we bring an end to this show!" The Phantom Thief declares, pressing and holding his weapon's Destruction Muzzle before pulling the Demolition Trigger to unleash his own finisher move against Kamen Rider Dark Drive.

[Ultimate! Lupin Cobra!]

By activating the finisher after inserting the Cobra Viral Core into the Lupin Gunner, Lupin can execute a special finisher, the Veno Crash, in which the Phantom Thief runs toward his opponent with the Berserk Cobra Roidmude slithering behind him before jumping high into the air.

The Berserk Roidmude Body then spits a stream of venom at Lupin, propelling him into a flying bicycle kick that strikes the enemy.

"Veno Crash!" Lupin cries.

At the same time, Dark Drive finally performs the Program Advance as he swings his two swords down and performs a devastating Rider (energy) Slash agaisnt the Phantom Thief.

"Dream Sword!" Dark Drive chants as the Handle-Ken and the Blade Gunner produced an energy slash that takes the form of NEXTridoron being covered in gold coins, poker cards and several jackpot machines' number 7s.

*Boom!*

"Argh!"

The Rider Kick connects with the Rider Slash, causing a powerful explosion that, as a result, envelops both Riders and everything else within Takoba Beach's premisses that was in its reach.

"Tomari-san! Krim!" Yuriko cries as the NEXTridoron generates an energy field that protects her and the vehicle itself from the explosion's shockwave.

The Closing Screen of this chapter shows Shift Next, Dream Vegas, the Lupin Blade and the Cobra Viral Cores side by side with the logo of Kamen Rider Dark Drive behind them.

My Hero Academia Illegals: Vigilante Dark Drive

Drive 06: Kamen Rider Showdown

- End -

Author Notes:

Thank you for reading!

This chapter shows more interactions between Yuuki/Kamen Rider Dark Drive and the Pro Heroes, with him managing to piss them off even more.

As mentioned previously, the MC can also cause Heavy Acceleration, kind of like how Shijima Go/Kamen Rider Mach did in episode 13 of Kamen Rider Drive's series. But he will only use this resource when he has absolutely no other choice, such as escaping from a literal army of Pro Heroes surrounding him.

Finally managed to show one of the Ride Boosters being put to use.

And the Villains are also getting interested in the Kamen Riders as well.

I'm kinda disappointed that while some pointed out how Gentle Criminal and La Brava could have a connection with ?/Kamen Rider Lupin, nobody else in the reviews remembered about Mr. Compress/Sako Atsuhiro. The guy is literally the great-great-grandson of some legendary thief in the MHAverse known as Harima Oji/Peerless Thief and he does look like a Phantom Thief as well with his villain attire.

As such, Lupin and Mr. Compress will have a special relationship in this story since both are thieves and the latter could also use some extra character development since I think he was barely developed in the anime/manga before being arrested.

Maybe he will escape Tartarus, later in the manga, despite his body being maimed after using his Quirk on himself?

Who knows...

I also decided to use Takoba Beach as the place Dark Drive and Lupin can settle things since I don't think the place becomes relevant for anyone else besides Izuku/Deku and Toshinori/All Might.

I got this idea to make use of the Berserk Body Roidmudes since they are barely used in the original TV Series. Besides the Bat Types, the Cobra and Spider Types were each only used once in one of Kamen Rider Drive's episodes. Kind of a waste in my opinion.

And I then watched Kamen Rider Ryuki these days and inspiration suddenly struck me: Why I don't give Kamen Rider Lupin the ability to control the Roidmude Berserk Bodies as if they were like the Mirror World's Contract Monsters controlled by the 13 Kamen Riders from Ryuki's Series? And that is how I also decided to give him the ability to do this if uses the respective normal Viral Cores into his Lupin Gunner.

It would also make things fair for Lupin since he doesn't have a large Rider Machine that can be compared to Dark Drive's NEXTridoron. I also think that it wouldn't be far-fetched either to give him this ability since he can already summon Plain Type Roidmudes, without Cores, by using the Lupin Gunner.

So yeah, why not? And because of this, I will confirm that the second finisher Lupin used in this chapter is definitely based on Kamen Rider Ouja's Final Vent. Pretty sure some of you must have noticed it.

The Program Advance idea came after I first watched some episodes of Rockman .EXE/MegaMan NT Warrior's anime episodes and, later, episodes 27 and 28 of Kamen Rider W, where the concept of Twin Maximum Drives was introduced and how it can give a strain to its user if used recklessly. I mean, what if Kamen Rider Drive and the others tried to use more than one finisher/hissatsu/full throttle at the same time? Besides the mentioned episodes of Kamen Rider W, I don't think any of the later series did that, they only used sequential special finishing attacks I guess.

And this chapter ends the short Sports Festival Arc, with the next chapter showing how everyone is dealing with the aftermath of it and the consequences caused by Kamen Riders Dark Drive and Lupin's actions.

A special shout-out to STUPIDHORMONE for being the one who gave the 100th review to this story!

Edit: I decided to change Volt Wagon's name to Volt Charger since I saw a review that made me think about the Wagon name becoming Waluigi's wa-wa-wa grunt once the Shift Car's ability is used. And so, Wagon unfortunately no longer sounds nice to me due to this. Nonetheless, I'm still grateful for Dr. KRC PhD's suggestion.

If you guys have any ideas or suggestions that I could use for this story, you're free/welcome to share!

Question(Please answer this in the Reviews if possible):

[I was reminded that Monoma Neito's hero name is Phantom Thief. But given that Kamen Rider Lupin also goes by the alias of Kaitou(Phantom Thief in Japanese), should Neito's hero codename be changed? If so, what hero name should he use?]

[How do you think Kamen Rider Lupin and Gentle Criminal's first meeting would play out? Where and when exactly should the two of them meet in your opinion?]

Review Time!

Guest DCDGojira: Double thanks for your reviews!

#3rd review: Maybe. I'm actually thinking about them and others of their world showing up for a brief crossover arc.

#4th review: Yeah, that sounds like a good suggestion.

Asuravartin the Ur-Dragon: Thanks!

Yeah, All Might and the other Pro Heroes will still get a wrong idea about how the Kamen Riders and the Roidmudes' abilities work, thinking that it's a Quirk. That is until someone else finally tells them otherwise.

Yep, they would think about these mentioned keywords in the same way you described.

SynchroRegis: Thanks!

Yeah, but you saw how Kamen Rider Dark Drive can easily escape All Might and the rest of the Pro Heroes, at any time he wishes, if he himself decides to cause Heavy Acceleration around him.

starwing1995: Maybe, I will think about it.

Phantom Thief of Hearts: I have seen other fanfics about the U.A. Sports Festival being interrupted, though they are definitely rare.

But yeah, I get your point.

Yes, there will definitely be some consequences and public backlash for all the law-related parties involved due to the Kamen Riders' involvement and because of how easily both Lupin and Dark Drive got away. Although U.A. High School and the Pro Heroes, All Might himself included, will receive more harsh critics in comparison to the police force(much to Yuuki and Yuriko's relief).

Good public opinion towards Pro Heroes will slowly crumble later as Dark Drive and the other Kamen Riders will also be shown eventually defeating more of the Roidmudes in their stead, making people doubt their competence.

I guess I should definitely check Hot Wheels Battle Force 5 and this Turning Mecard(No idea what this is. Never heard of it before.) to see if I can get some inspiration for original Shift Cars ideas.

Toa Solaric: Thanks! Yes, things were busy. But I'm happy for managing to update this story. Especially with the two previous chapters.

DungeonMaster: Maybe. Not sure yet about how I want Gentle Criminal's relationship with Kamen Rider Lupin to be. Maybe they could be rivals or perhaps even friends.

Oh, I actually forgot about Monoma Neito's hero name. Yeah, I don't know if I should really change it. Maybe I will keep it since he uses the codename in English while Lupin uses the Japanese one known as Kaitou(Phantom Thief in Japanese). Do you have any suggestions if I decided to change Monoma's hero name?

silverstudent: Ok, thanks!

For'Sleepy: Exactly. While being transformed as Kamen Rider Dark Drive, Yuuki is strong. Being trained by Krim, he knows how to make the best use of his abilities and could defeat many of the Pro Heroes before him.

However, he is also aware about not pushing his luck. Even Yuuki wouldn't dare to fight an entire army of Pro Heroes on his own, especially if All Might and Endeavor are present. So the most logical thing for him to do is to escape, deciding to cause Heavy Acceleration around the Sports Festival Stadium this time since he has no other choice.

Not sure yet about how I want Gentle Criminal and La Brava's relationship with Kamen Rider Lupin to be. Maybe they could be rivals or perhaps even friends/allies, with the former two indeed working for the new Phantom Thief.

A nice suggestion about the Roidmudes' role, I already have some ideas about them being infiltrated into the Japanese Government and their main agencies, such as the HSPC. There could also be some of them present at the Tartarus prison, a perfect place to find, scan and copy criminals with powerful Quirks.

Sure, maybe I could somehow involve Hawks and Lady Nagant into the fight against the Roidmudes and give them important roles, with the Drive Team somehow also learning about their respective pasts.

Obsidian Nova Arc: Ok, thanks for your ideas! Maybe I can make use of them in the later chapters.

Austin: Thanks!

Thanks for your ideas as well! Maybe I can make use of them in the later chapters.

Yeah, while Kamen Rider Lupin is a criminal, he is not a hardcore villain. Other than the Roidmudes, he won't actually kill people, regardless if they are heroes, villains or civilians. This is a similar trait he will share with Yuuki/Dark Drive.

As for the support mascot/dog idea, I also wouldn't use an animal with a Quirk since it would kill the whole point about Dark Drive and his companions being a group of Quirkless individuals solely relying on their wits and the equipment in their possession. So that's why I would prefer a robot dog over a real one with superpowers.

The gorilla idea seems pretty cool as well to show another one of humanity's dark sides. Not sure yet about how I can make use of this though.

Yes, we will have Kamen Rider Mach eventually after I reveal Mashin Chaser/Kamen Rider Chaser in this story.

Any guess about who is going to be the white Kamen Rider?

The only thing I can say about All For One is that he will also be interested and fascinated with everything related to the Core Driviar technology. He won't technically share the idea that Quirks are 'everything' since he needs a life support system to stay alive, given his damaged body, and admits the importance of advanced technology and the wonders of science since he probably recognizes the talents of Garaki Kyudai/Ujiko Daruma. All For One could probably even get the sinister idea of imitating Banno/Gold Drive into acquiring a Roidmude body for himself, converting his consciousness into data.

Oh, okay! Thanks for sharing stuff about Halo and Doom's respective stories and lore with me. By the way, have you ever read the My Hero Academia: Unchained Predator fanfic written by reeleffendeel? Do you like this type of crossover story? Just asking for curiosity.

I will try to update the next chapter as soon as possible.

And you take care of yourself as well!

Happy early or belated Halloween as well for you!

Oh, that's interesting to hear! In that case, I wish you a happy birthday as well!

yogaratw607: Ok, thanks for your ideas! Maybe I can make use of them in the later chapters.

Fanreader365: Ok, thanks for your ideas! Maybe I can make use of them in the later chapters.

Now that you mentioned Waluigi, I will probably change Volt Wagon name's to Volt Charger. Now I can't take his image away anymore from my head and the way he says wa-wa-wa really sounds annoying.

D3lph0xL0v3r: Thanks!

Thanks for also answering my questions! This will definitely help me later during the development of the next chapters!

Oh yeah, you will definitely see Toga Himiko eventually become a Fusion Evolved Roidmude by working together with a Plain Bat Type one.

I will try to update the next chapter as soon as possible.

#2nd review: Now that you mentioned Mei, I'm working on some ideas to make her interact with the Drive Team and the other Kamen Riders in the future.

Yes, Lupin is also Quirkless. There will be a surprise about that later.

While Lupin knows about Yuuki being Kamen Rider Dark Drive, he didn't instantly reveal it to the others. He just whispered the secret into the detective's ear.

It will take a long time before Yuuki's secret identity as Dark Drive is revealed to the public. So he doesn't run any risk about losing his police badge and being arrested for vigilantism for the time being.

Guestopolis: Exactly, it's just as you said.

BlazeBlade: Yep, but it will help Itsuka and Pony mature eventually as Pro Heroes.

The robot dog would be based on Murphy K9/R.I.C. from Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger/Power Rangers S.P.D.

Well, the magical girls would be considered vigilantes if they operated without trying to gather Pro Hero licenses for themselves. In this story, my OC purposely decided to not try becoming a Pro Hero and obtain a 'license' for himself since he doesn't trust the current Hero System and also due to prejudice towards Quirkless people.

If the magical girls did the same thing as Tomari Yuuki/Kamen Rider Dark Drive and had different values in comparison to the Heroes of the MHAverse when dealing with villains/dark monsters, then they would be considered 'criminals' by the authorities due to their illegal usage of Quirks(That's what most people will assume their powers to be after all) and for 'killing' the bad guys(if that's what the magical girls end doing anyway in this case).

Oh, ok. I just told you about the story in case you were looking for ideas.

#2nd review: Yep.

Well, you saw how Dark Drive actually escaped using another way.

Dasosiglord69: *Shrugs* This is the first thing that honestly came into my mind. I swear!

Akashi1412: Thanks!

D3ADPOOLK1d: Thanks for all the ideas you offered, they might help me later with creating new Shift Cars/Viral Cores for my Kamen Rider Lupin!

Although when Viral Cores are put into consideration, I believe they should be themed after animals rather than vehicles.

STUPIDHORMONE: I'm actually thinking about something in regards to this. I already have some ideas where Kamen Riders from other worlds will come to interact with the characters of the MHA universe.

TheOkWriter: Oh, that actually sounds like a cool idea! I could make the past One For All users return in Roidmude bodies somehow by making their vestiges(present within Izuku's Quirk) react with a Neo Viral Core or something similar. Thanks, man!
