Nobody dared to say a word as Kamen Rider Dark Drive and Mashin Chaser glared at each other from underneath their respective masks.
Even Stain was taken aback at the sight of the black vigilante coming to his aid by quickly stopping the purple individual from pulling the Break Gunner's trigger.
"Stop." The Kamen Rider finally speaks in a firm and authoritative manner towards the other man. "You have already beaten Stain. He can't even fight back anymore. Let the law take care of the rest as he must answer for his crimes. It's not your place to decide his fate."
Dark Drive left no room for arguments as the Pro Heroes that listened to his words were briefly dumbstruck by what he just said.
As for Kamen Rider Tracer, she quietly nodded in approval to her partner's decision as she approached him and Chaser.
However, the purple armored warrior would not be having any of this nonsense…
"Let the law take care of the rest? You must be joking!" Chaser cries as he quickly breaks free from Dark Drive's hold as both masked men step away from the injured Hero Killer.
As the mechanical Grim Reaper aimed his brass knuckle-like weapon at the black vigilante, the car-themed Kamen Rider does the same towards him in return by rapidly summoning the Door-Ju into his hands.
The others become panicked as these two individuals get into a standoff, all fearing the amount of destruction they could unleash upon Hosu City if they duel.
"..."
"..."
The two were in a dreadful silence until Chaser decided to speak, snorting darkly at his new obstacle.
"That's rich coming from you, Dark Drive. Your words make you sound like a hypocrite considering everything you have done so far."
"I will do what I must. That's all. Do you think I'm a hypocrite? Well, call me as you wish then. I could care less about what you think of me, Mashin Chaser." The black Rider retorts.
Chaser spares one brief glance at the Hero Killer before speaking again:
"This guy you're trying to save right now is not much different from the Roidmudes you have killed so far. Why bother trying to protect trash like him? Do you see any worth in him?" He questioned the vigilante.
Tensei's ears perked at the mention of a familiar keyword.
'Roidmudes…' The Turbo Hero repeats in his mind as he narrowed his eyes in concern.
He hopes that Dark Drive and Chaser's talk shed some light on this mystery and that they hopefully reveal something new…
"It's not about that, Chaser." The black vigilante replies. "Life is a precious gift. And when it comes to human lives, this is a line that must never be crossed if possible. Hero, Villain or civilians… It doesn't matter to me! I won't let anybody die if I can do something about it!"
The way Dark Drive spoke those words with strong conviction surprised not only all the present Pro Heroes, but one more person as well…
'The Kamen Rider… Is this the source of his conviction…!?' Stain started to look at Dark Drive with growing interest despite the short amount of time the masked Rider was before Chizome.
As for Tensei, he became briefly puzzled when the Kamen Rider mentioned 'human lives.'
Wait…
Could it be that…?
'Does that mean that the other Villains that Dark Drive and Tracer killed… Are they literally not humans!?' The Turbo Hero thinks in a grimace.
Slowly, he was starting to get a new lead on what could prove to be a much sinister situation…
However, the other Pro Heroes were not thinking the same since they lacked the data that Ingenium acquired during his talk with the U.A. personnel back during his stay at the hospital.
'Dark Drive… He certainly is a hypocrite… Previously killing Villains but he is now trying to save Stain!? What is his endgame!?' Endeavor wonders alongside Shoto and Tenya, both having reached the same conclusion as him.
"Oh? Is that so? But I must say... It's rather funny to see you playing hero considering the fact that your armor once used to belong to the Paradox Roidmude." Chaser dryly tells Dark Drive with a hint of dark amusement. "I wonder why Krim seems to be fine with you using this black 'attire' of yours."
He then lowers his head to take a look at Belt-san's display on the Drive Driver as the sentient belt adopts a furious expression before glaring back at Mashin Chaser.
[The new Dark Drive is different from 108. He possesses a strong sense of justice despite using an armor that once belonged to a great evil. That's why I entrusted him with such power. I'm also well aware of how my current user is different from my previous partner, that's why things are this way.] Belt-san speaks, drawing curious looks from the others.
'That voice… is coming from the belt?' Enji and the others became intrigued by the voice coming from the Drive Driver and the way it speaks.
Where have they heard it before?
'Krim? Paradox? Just who is the Shinigami talking about?' Izuku wondered as he got confused over the names and about why Chaser was looking directly at Dark Drive's belt before seeing Belt-san's expressions on the device's display.
What was this all about?
No, wait…
'I see. It seems that Dark Drive's device has some sort of a really advanced AI programmed inside of it.' The greenette theorizes.
Izuku understands that not only is this AI apparently capable of advanced speech, but it's also the source of the voice that can be heard from within Dark Drive's belt whenever he uses one of his special attacks.
'It must be the same for Tracer as well then…' Deku considered.
[Wait… It seems that this Mashin Chaser is not a Roidmude, but actually, a person wearing his armor!] Belt-san suddenly comments once he finished analyzing the purple warrior, startling the Kamen Riders with his discovery.
"Say what!?" Tracer asks as she turns to face Mashin Chaser. "If he's not Protozero nor any other Roidmude, then who is he!?"
[It seems that the Break Gunner in his possession has been modified for human usage. That's why he can transform! It's the same as in Lupin's case!] Belt-san further adds.
"..." Chaser says nothing at this, merely preferring to remain eerily quiet with such detail's revelation.
'So it's really just as Krim suspected, this guy is not Chase, huh?' Dark Drive thinks. "Then whoever you are under that mask, you have no right to use Mashin Chaser's form. This is an armor that once belonged to a cherished companion of Belt-san."
"And what do you plan to do?" The purple Grim Reaper questions the black vigilante.
"I will be taking the Break Gunner from you by force if necessary then. I won't let you further disrespect the memento of Belt-san's comrade."
"You think I will submit just because you're using equipment of the Advanced System? Go ahead and try to stop me if you think you can!" Chaser cries in defiance as he prepares to attack Dark Drive.
"Advanced System? What are they talking about now?" Deku wonders.
The Advanced System is an expansion arsenal, consisting of exceptionally powerful Shift Cars and Signal Tracer, all created to exceed both the initial Drive System and the Next System.
Examples of Shift Cars that belong to this category are Shift Formula, Shift Tridoron and Dark Drive's Shift Next.
[Hissatsu: Next - Full Throttle!]
Dark Drive inserts Shift Next into the Door-Ju's weapon slot before firing a powerful blue energy sphere at Mashin Chaser.
"Bring it on!" His opponent challenged.
As for the purple warrior, he grabs a special Viral Core and inserts it into his Break Gunner's Viral Landing Panel.
[Tune! Chaser Spider!] The Break Gunner announces as Chaser makes use of a chrome version of the Spider Viral Core.
Chrome versions of the Viral Cores, known as Chaser Viral Cores, are used by Kamen Rider Drive's former rival, Mashin Chaser, to change into his Tune Chaser forms.
Unlike the regular Viral Cores, they have as much sentience as Drive's Shift Cars and Mach's Signal Bikes.
Previously, when Chase eventually defected from the Roidmude cause and became a Kamen Rider once more, the Chaser Viral Cores chose to defect along with him.
Mashin Chaser's orange eyes briefly glowed as the Circular Dynamics on his back produced the E-Circular, which would then make the Fang Spidey weapon that he can make use of whenever he inserts the Chaser Spider Viral Core into the Break Gunner to access his Tuner Chaser Spider's form.
The E-Circular is a weapon used by Mashin Chaser whenever he assumes one of his Tune Chaser forms using the Chaser Viral Cores, which materializes from the Circular Dynamics on his back and equips him with one of three weapons depending on the core used.
Accessed through the Break Gunner, Mashin Chaser can initiate a Full Break finishing blow with any of his weapons by pressing the Destruction Muzzle and then pulling the Demolition Trigger.
Fang Spidey is Tune Chaser Spider's pincer-like weapon via the Chaser Spider Viral Core.
This weapon's Full Break is called Execution Spider, where the E-Circular imparts energy into the Fang Spidey before Mashin Chaser slashes a hologram version of his weapon at the enemy.
[Execution!]
Chaser pressed the Break Gunner's Destruction Muzzle before aiming his chrome-colored spider-like attachment at the energy shot Dark Drive fired towards him.
[Full Break! Spider!] The purple fighter pulls the Demolition Trigger as the knuckle-like weapon fires a giant purple-colored spider-shaped energy bullet to counter Type Next's Rider Shooting.
*Boom!*
"Whoa!"
"Argh!"
"Watch out!"
An intense explosion happens within the vicinity as a result once the two energy shots meet, making most of the Pro Heroes and the U.A. students lose their balance and fall from the explosion's shockwave.
However, the Kamen Riders, Mashin Chaser and the most seasoned heroes(mostly Endeavor and Gran Torino) were able to firmly hold their ground upon the situation.
'So this is the power that those Kamen Riders wield?' Sorahiko thinks as he could now better understand why the masked fighters were deemed dangerous despite the ability to cause [Slowdown].
It seems that simply seeing how Dark Drive and Tracer easily took care of the Nomus was just the tip of the iceberg.
[That was intense! It seems that this new Mashin Chaser also went through some major upgrades to become able to put up a fight against Type Next!] Belt-san comments with a surprised expression once he analyzes the power behind Mashin Chaser's Full Break.
"And of course it would be too much to hope that I would simply fight an opponent with outdated equipment." Dark Drive tells the sentient Drive Driver, shaking his head in minor annoyance.
But the two of them soon noticed Chaser charging right towards them, ready to stab the black Kamen Rider's chest with Fang Spidey's sharp end.
*Clank!*
Dark Drive quickly raises the Door-Ju's red door car side before his foe as the shooting device projects an energy shield shaped after the red car door, blocking Chaser's weapon strike.
With his free hand, the vigilante summons his Blade Gunner to fight back as the purple fighter is the one who now gets on the receiving end of a series of relentless strikes.
"..." Stain watched the two masked men before him trade intense blows with each other from his spot. While the pain around his body aches, the Hero Killer didn't want to stay paralyzed and unable to do anything.
*Click!*
But before Chizome could actually try anything, two handcuffs appeared between his wrists and legs, binding him for good.
Huh!? What just happened!?
"You are not going anywhere, Stain." A female voice calls him as Stain finally takes note of Kamen Rider Tracer standing next to him.
The female vigilante had just used her personal Signal Bike's ability to produce the handcuffs that restrained him.
"Grrr…" The Hero Killer was now glaring at the female vigilante for getting in his way, but she simply decides to ignore him as she has something far more pressing to take care of.
'Tomari-san… I'm coming!' Tracer watched the duel between Dark Drive and Mashin Chaser, ready to join the fight and aid her senpai.
But as she rushes in their direction, the new Kamen Rider fails to notice that her enemies were watching her from elsewhere…

Drive 13: Opposing Sides
Meanwhile, at the same time…
Within the rooftop of a tall building
While the Pro Heroes are currently busy dealing with the sudden appearance of the Kamen Riders and Mashin Chaser, another group also decides to make their move tonight at Hosu.
And the one leading this new arrival solely formed of malicious individuals was Malware, in his human form, as he and two other Roidmudes watched the chaos unfold below them.
One of them is the Judge Roidmude.
As for the second individual accompanying the white-haired Executive, it was a Plain Bat Type Roidmude with the number 059 imprinted on his chestplate, also having a red-colored collar around his neck.
"Terminus sure is taking his sweet time to prepare his 'great' attack." Malware grumbled in annoyance before adjusting his glasses. "Not that I personally mind it, but it seems that our master has also decided to give us more tasks to perform in the meantime."
He then pulls out a special black-colored pair of handcuffs that their mysterious leader gave to him, a new 'toy' his master ordered him to 'test'.
Malware inspects the item one last time before turning to face the other evil androids.
"Have you both decided which ones will be your respective targets tonight?"
"Yes, sir." Judge answers before chuckling darkly. "I will proceed to go after the next one on my kill list."
"And I have found the perfect human to copy here." 059 replies before looking down at the streets, his eyes mainly focusing on one particular individual there.
Malware nods at them as he takes his monster form.
"Good. Then let's join the party. The night is just beginning."
Back with Dark Drive and the others…
The others just kept watching from a safe distance while Kamen Rider Dark Drive(Still using the Max Flare Shift Tire) and Tune Chaser Spider kept trading intense blows between themselves.
'We have to do something or those two might end up destroying a good portion of this sector with their brawl.' Ingenium thinks in concern as he observes how the Pro Heroes, most looking afraid of getting caught in the masked fighters' crossfire and getting themselves injured in the process.
All but one brave soul amongst them…
*Clash!* *Clash!*
Some distance was created between Dark Drive and Chaser once they clashed weapons one last time. But before they could resume the duel, a large pillar of fire manifests between the two of them, revealing it to be the No. 2 Pro Hero of Japan.
"ENOUGH, CRIMINAL SCUM!" Endeavor thundered as he raised his fist, now glowing red hot and covered in a rapidly growing fire that was beginning to encompass his whole arm.
He suddenly thrust it into the pavement as glowing cracks began to form around the area, zipping up till they were underneath Dark Drive and Chaser.
"Huh?" Both masked men looked confused at this while Izuku and his classmates had a terrible feeling of what was coming next.
'Is he really going to…?' Shoto had an idea of what his father would proceed to do.
"HELL MINEFIELD!"
*Boom!*
A jet of flame erupted from the earth and struck the black Kamen Rider and Mashin Chaser at point-blank! The ground then started to swell and a massive eruption of fire exploded underneath the two men, consuming their spot into powerful flames!
"No!" Kamen Rider Tracer cried in horror upon witnessing the Flame Hero's Super Move while Izuku, Shoto and Tenya gasped at this.
Endeavor removed his fist from the ground and stared at the massive wall flames before him that almost stretched from one end of the street to the other.
He saw no movement of any kind and figured that the two criminals had been taken care of. So the No. 2 folded his arms with a stoic yet satisfied demeanor. Though some would call this excessive force, Enji would say that it was necessary to prevent any unwanted interference in this operation.
These masked freaks were obviously a loose cannon.
Vigilante, Villain; it didn't matter…
They were all the same and they deserved no quarter-
Both Dark Drive and Mashin Chaser burst forth from the flame wall as they kept running towards each other, the two looking perfectly fine as it seemed that Endeavour did little to actually stop either of them.
"Get out of the way!"
Both masked warriors cried in unison as the pair delivered powerful kicks into the flaming man's hero costume, leaving foot imprints on Enji's body as Dark Drive kicked the man's chest while Chaser hit the No. 2's back.
*Smack!* *Smack!*
Endeavor could not react at all to their blows as he was dumbstruck by their indifference to his flames. And so was everyone else surprised by the duo's reappearance from his Hell Minefield.
'That guy's Quirk was called [Hellflame]? I thought it would be hotter!' Dark Drive and Mashin Chaser both thought.
*Crash!*
The powerful kicks Enji received sent him flying away, making the Flame Hero crash against the front glass of a nearby shop and disappear from everyone's view as he got inside of the said establishment.
"Ehhhhh!?" The Pro Heroes' jaws dropped in disbelief at the sight while Dark Drive and Chaser simply ignored everyone else before preparing themselves to resume their fight.
But before someone else would come to get everyone's attention once again.
*Flash!*
A pillar of blue energy manifests in front of everyone there before disappearing to reveal the Malware Roidmude, Judge and Number 059.
Now, the sudden appearance of these Roidmudes, a threat to humanity's future, actually gets Dark Drive and Chaser to stop fighting each other while the others have quickly got on guard after deducing that more troublemakers that could cause [Slowdown] have decided to show up at Hosu.
"What?" Tensei narrows his eyes at the new arrivals, only managing to recognize the Judge Roidmude and the now well-known Plain Bat form next to him.
But who was the third individual?
The one that looks like some sort of black cyclops monster…
"It seems that things are quite lively here. I hope we're not late for the fun." Malware comments nonchalantly before paying attention to the only individuals that he actually considered as threats for their group's plans: Those that have access to the Rider System Technology.
'That black Roidmude… Krim didn't have files on this one. It seems to be another newly evolved enemy that only appeared in this world.' Tracer ponders as she observes Malware, studying his appearance.
[You two, be careful!] Belt-san speaks to his user and to Tracer as the Drive Driver's display adopted a wary emoji while looking towards Malware. [It seems that this new Advanced Roidmude is stronger than the average ones we have fought so far. I would definitely put his strength in Executive rank!]
"An Executive? So they finally decided to bring forth the big guns, huh?" Dark Drive comments dryly.
"That's right, I'm a Roidmude Executive. I used to go by the number designation 003 before evolving and taking the name Malware." The Executive explains as Team Drive gasped upon hearing his numerical Core identification.
"Wait, but isn't 003 supposed to be Brain's-!" Tracer tries to ask, but Malware cuts her off.
"Indeed, it's Brain's number. However, I'm not the same 003, nor was I revived with any past data that my previous counterpart possessed. That's why I have this form as my evolution took a different path."
'Brain? Who are they talking about now?' Tenya wonders, unable to make anything useful from their talk.
That's right…
When all 108 Roidmude Cores have appeared in this new world, not all of them have been 'revived' with data from their respective predecessors. Some Cores, such as 002, 003 and 009 could not have been reused with enough information to recreate the Heart, Brain and Medic Roidmudes.
As for why? Who knows?
It's just a mystery that the new Roidmudes didn't have an answer for either...
But Malware saw no point in telling the humans about any of this nor in elaborating things any further as they waste more time talking than necessary.
"Kamen Riders, you have all been interfering in our plans for far too long. To think you would force me to take matters into my hands personally and reveal myself like this. What troublesome thorns you humans can be…" Malware comments as he points a finger towards the vigilantes in question.
Dark Drive then turns to face Chaser.
"Oi, Chaser."
"What?" The purple warrior asks back.
"Can we put our fight on the hold?"
The Grim Reaper takes a brief instant to consider this request before answering:
"Fine." Chaser says as he now aims his Fang Spidey towards the Roidmudes. "Though I shall call for a truce as well then. It's not like the idea of having these Roidmudes around pleases me either."
"Right. We have a deal then." The black vigilante agrees as he points his Blade Gunner towards their common enemy.
'Huh!? Are they serious!? Suddenly working together, just like that!?' The Pro Heroes all thought in shock and surprise.
"What's the deal with those guys!? One moment they are trying to kill each other, now they suddenly join forces?" A perplexed Manual commented as the Normal Hero becomes unable of what to make of the scene that he and the rest just witnessed.
"The enemy of my enemy is my friend, I suppose." Gran Torino remarks as he looks at the pair of masked men, also shaking his head in disbelief towards the sudden shift in Dark Drive and Chaser's behavior.
They acted completely different in comparison to most troublemakers that the heroes were used to dealing with.
*Snap!*
"Go." Malware says as he snaps his fingers, ordering his minions to execute the tasks they had been charged with.
"Prepare yourself, Shinigami!" The Judge Roidmude cries as he charges towards Mashin Chaser, suddenly attacking him with his Blade Judge.
*Clash!*
"I'm the target!?" The briefly confused Chaser asks before blocking the evil android's electric-powered attacks.
And as for Roidmude 059, the bat monster was heading towards the restrained Stain.
"What are you going to do!? Stay away!" Chizome barks to the approaching Roidmude as Tracer ran towards them, preparing to save the Hero Killer from a possible murder attempt that the mechanical bat would commit towards the criminal.
059 places his right hand on the top of Stain's disheveled head, scanning and copying everything about the A-Rank Villain's 'essence'.
"You have a twisted heart, so strong and full of darkness. I can't help but find myself resonating with you." The bat monster claims as he soon takes the Hero Killer's form once he 'acquired' all the information he wanted from Stain, having become a perfect copy of Chizome in both appearance and personality.
"*Gasp!* A [Shapeshifting] Quirk?" Izuku wonders as he witnesses what just happened.
Although his instincts were warning him that there seemed to be more to the Roidmude than simply copying Stain's looks.
"I will be you from now on." 059 speaks to Stain while wearing a face identical to his, smiling sadistically at the defeated man. "I will keep purging society's fake heroes in your stead."
The 'clone' of the Hero Killer then raises a katana that appears in his hand, ready to use the sharp weapon to cut down the original Chizome.
"So long, me." 059 finally says as Stain adopts a frightened look towards the situation, not being able to fully comprehend that he would end up being killed by 'himself'.
*Smack!*
"Not so fast!"
But just in time, at the last moment, Kamen Rider Tracer comes into view. She delivers a powerful horizontal kick into 059's ribs, pushing the shapeshifter away from the Hero Killer as the Roidmude ends crashing against a nearby wall, leaving a hole on it.
*Crash!*
"You!?" Chizome is astounded that the second Kamen Rider also came to his rescue.
Tracer simply looked sternly at him as her helmet's blue eyes seemed to glow.
"You're a truly despicable man, Stain. Committing all those atrocities for the sake of the 'greater good'? Your ideals sicken me." She talks sharply as the man fell under her hard gaze, even if he wasn't directly looking into her sky blue eyes under the mask. "I have a question for you. Why do you do what YOU do? The look in your eyes, it's one I've seen many times in myself. You're a hero fanatic! So why do this?!"
"So you are also one of those fools that refuse to see the truth!? The word hero has lost all meaning in this fake society!" The Hero Killer cries back to the woman.
"The word hero has lost all meaning in this society. Hypocritical frauds who care more about fame, money and attention have tainted the very concept of the word." The thoughts behind his words seemed to make him angrier. "But I will reclaim that word! I will cull the fakes and all those undeserving of the title "Hero". The only way for true heroes to rise in this society is for the frauds that blind everyone to fade away so those worthy can shine and show what it truly means to be a hero!"
Tracer was taken aback by his words for a moment, she knew the Hero Killer had some sort of motive and, after hearing his words, she couldn't deny that he was right.
That said…
"You're not entirely wrong, Hero Killer. There are a lot of Pro Heroes in it for the wrong reasons, the term "Hero" has become an occupation that anyone can pursue so it's only natural that the true meaning wouldn't resonate the same in everyone.
But still…
Killing or crippling those who don't fit the bill isn't the way to go about it. THAT'S where you're wrong in all of this! Instead of killing the so-called "fake heroes", you should have become a hero yourself who showed others how to be a true hero through his example. And in turn, those you would have inspired and taught would pass that on to heroes coming after them.
Your eyes say it all! You wanted to be a hero, didn't you?!" The female Kamen Rider exclaimed.
The vigilante's words seemed to strike a chord in the Hero Killer as, at that moment, he remembered his youth. Chizome reminisces about his time in the hero course as he became disgusted by what the industry was truly about, wanting no part of it.
He tried, he truly tried to use his words to influence the masses and get back to the days of true heroism. The days where it was all about using your Quirk to help others in need, not because you're getting paid, or because you'll look good, or because you'll get a lot of endorsements.
But because that's what a hero does…
However, the influence of the fake heroes was too ingrained in society and his words only fell on deaf ears.
He couldn't take it anymore…
THINGS had to change, SOMEONE had to change them.
And if he didn't, WHO WOULD?!
Chizome resolved himself that he would change this world.
He never wanted to kill anyone, but for a better world these were the sacrifices that had to be made and he stood by that conviction.
"Yes, I wanted to be a hero. But the way the world is now, I wanted no part of it." Stain laments before adopting a firm expression. "You're worthy of staying alive, Kamen Rider. YOU are a true hero. Both you and your partner." He tells Tracer with a firm expression as he looks between her and Dark Drive, who was busy preparing to deal with Malware.
*Crash!*
"Rargh! Kamen Rider!" A certain doppelganger cries for Tracer's head.
The female vigilante, still in her stance, readies herself for battle as she turns to see Roidmude 059(still in Stain's form) come out of the wall's hole. He was glaring at her, wanting payback for the blow she just inflicted on him.
"I came to this city to stop monsters that have no qualms in destroying human lives, no one here is dying and that includes you." Tracer tells the real Stain, sparing one last glance at him, before she charges towards 059, leaving the restrained Hero Killer behind. "You must live and take full responsibility for your actions!"
"..."
Not only Stain became speechless by what Tracer spoke, but also Ingenium and the trio of U.A. Hero Course students.
'A true hero?' Izuku and Tenya wondered as he saw Tracer and Dark Drive technically fighting to protect everyone there against enemies that could freely distort time whenever they wanted.
As for the Turbo Hero, he seemed to have become more convinced about his suspicion that the enemies that the Kamen Riders tend to 'kill' are indeed inhuman beings.
'That is the only explanation I can come up with to understand Dark Drive and Tracer's behaviors towards certain Villains. If they won't kill 'human' ones, like Stain, then that explains why these Roidmudes are in the same category as the Nomus in their eyes. Dark Drive attacks Malware, attempting to stab the Roidmude Executive with the Blade Gunner before switching his approach to a more aggressive one, assaulting the new foe with a series of consecutive energy-powered punches.
"Quite the impatient one, aren't you?" Malware asks his masked opponent in a mocking tone, summoning an energy barrier to block the Kamen Rider's attacks.
The mechanical being next tries to counterattack by first attempting to grab Dark Drive, but the vigilante ducks away at the last instant before performing a flip backward, creating some distance between him and Malware.
But the Executive doesn't try to pursue the Kamen Rider.
"While I certainly wouldn't waste the opportunity to kill the Kamen Riders, it's not time yet for us to fight." The black cyclops says calmly.
"What?" Dark Drive was confused with this statement.
For what purpose has Malware come here for then?
"A comrade of mine has already called dibs on you." The evolved Roidmude tells his adversary as he rests his arms behind his back. "We shall fight in the future if you're lucky enough to survive against Terminus."
[Terminus? Another newly evolved Roidmude…?] Belt-san theorizes as he hears a name unfamiliar for him and his user.
"Great, so it must be another new Advanced Roidmude we know nothing about, huh?" His user uttered in annoyance.
"In the meantime, you can play with these guys."
*Snap!*
As Malware snapped his fingers again, several Reaper Legion Roidmudes showed up on the scene.
"More Villains!?" Manual looks in horror at this, already imagining how the situation becomes even worse for all the present Pro Heroes there.
"Attack!" A Bat Type Reaper, carrying a scythe, cries as he and the other Reaper Units all charged towards Kamen Rider Dark Drive, seemingly ignoring the Heroes.
"Huh?" Shoto looks confused at this, ready to throw fire and ice at the monsters in case the Roidmudes try to harm him and his classmates.
Except that the attack never came towards them…
"They are only after the black Kamen Rider? But why?" Tenya questions as the cockroach-like beings ganged upon the sole vigilante.
"Because I will be your opponent now."
The Heroes all felt a chill down upon their spines as they all turned, as one, towards the menacing figure of Malware.
"..." Swallowing saliva, Izuku felt the sweat falling from the top of his head, his anxiety showing up as he desperately tried to come up with a plan to face the black Villain.
"You will have to face me if you wish to protect the citizens of Hosu City, heroes." The Roidmude Executive speaks with a sneer towards the humans. "I could always cause [Heavy Acceleration] and kill you all on the spot. But it wouldn't be fun that way now, would it?"
"[Heavy Acceleration?]" Tenya parroted in confusion.
"Ah, yes. Apologies. You all like to say [Slowdown], right? Oh, well. It won't really matter once you all die anyways." The Executives in a bored tone.
Tension begins to build within the humans as their morale was shaken with his words.
'Damn it! This guy is toying with us!' Ingenium thinks grimly as he understands the best how they are severely unprepared to fight against Malware.
But his instincts were also telling him that this black monster wouldn't really need to rely on [Slowdown] to destroy them because he probably had enough power to back his arrogant words.
'And we can't move around freely, like the Kamen Riders, if this guy suddenly lies and tricks us with a sudden [Slowdown] despite claiming that he won't use it.' Tensei concludes as he observes how Dark Drive, Tracer and Chaser were busy handling their own fights.
The others have soon caught on to what Ingenium was thinking, now being all equally wondering what were their chances of victory against the new Villain before them.
Having sensed the shift in the air around the Pro Heroes, Malware speaks:
"Seeing how you all have realized the circumstances already, I suppose you heroes are just too terrified to try, aren't you?" He provokes, successfully managing to anger one certain ice fire boy.
"What did you say?" Shoto asks back, glaring at the black Roidmude.
"Todoroki, calm down!" Tenya tried to calm his classmate before the [Half-Cold Half-Hot] ended doing something dangerous and reckless, just like how he was planning to face either Stain or Judge before he was stopped by his brother.
"But try to not lose your cool, my flimsy little friends." Malware speaks with an arrogant tone, getting the boys' attention. "You will all know what true despair means."
"No! Don't try to fight him!" A familiar voice calls as everyone turns towards Dark Drive, who just finished destroying one of the Reaper Roidmudes with a Rider Kick to its face. "You guys are no match for him!"
The vigilante tries to warn the heroes about Malware. But would they actually listen to him?
'Dark Drive…' Tensei grimly thinks about taking his advice seriously.
"You should not take your eyes away from the enemy."
The black Roidmude Executive says as he suddenly appears behind Manual, surprising him.
"*Gasp!* Huh!?"
*Smack!*
The others barely had time to register what just happened next as Malware coated his leg in blue energy before he kicked the side of the Normal Hero's ribs, sending him flying to crash against a nearby solid wall at high speed.
*Crash!*
The impact left a spider web crater on the wall and a badly injured, and knocked out, Manual in the center of it.
"W… What just happened?" A bewildered Deku questions aloud.
"..." Ingenium and Gran Torino were the only heroes that managed to understand what just transpired during these brief seconds ago.
Malware's melee attack style empathizes with incredibly potent, heavy blows via his ability to move at a high speed, to the point that it almost looks like he actually 'teleported' to behind Manual.
His light-speed mobility allows him to enhance his melee attacks. By kicking at what appears to be the 'speed of light', the kick is given massive momentum, greatly increasing its force and allowing him to deal tremendous damage to his opponents.
"Now then… Who should I target next?" Malware speaks casually as he eyed the remaining humans.
His eye eventually seemed to have landed upon one Midoriya Izuku.
"!" The greenette swallowed nervously at the feeling of being considered prey under the Villain's gaze.
"Kid!" Sorahiko zoomed in from the right, ready to deliver a flying kick to the back of the Roidmude's head.
Gran Torino's kick was mere seconds away from connecting with the android's head when he suddenly grabbed the aging Hero's foot and threw him to the right. The force at which Gran Torino was flung sent him smashing face-first into a nearby lamppost, breaking the Hero's nose and knocking him out like a light!
*Smash!*
"Gran Torino!" A horrified Deku cries as he saw how his Internship Mentor was quickly taken down by the new enemy.
"Damn it! I told you guys to run away!" Dark Drive called from his tight spot as he ducks down to avoid a deadly swing from a Reaper Unit's scythe.
*Crash!*
"Argh! Enough!"
An enraged Endeavor comes off from the shop he was sent at, looking very furious as he recovers from the blows he received.
The thoughts plaguing his mind consisted of finding both Dark Drive and Chaser before burning them alive with his [Hellfire]. And once again, the man felt angry, after being humiliated once more, given how those masked freaks easily dealt with him.
Enji could still feel some lingering pain across his body on the spots that both of his assailants kicked him. But the Flame Hero's expression soon shifts into one of confusion once he witnesses the new scenario playing before his eyes.
The Kamen Riders were busy fighting new Villains? Where did they come from?
Wait, why are there two Stains? And why was Tracer fighting with one of them(Enji promptly ignores the restrained Chizome)?
And then there was some sort of dark-winged Villain making short work of every present Pro Hero there.
Just how much stuff did he miss?
"Hmm?" Noticing the stunned Endeavor, Malware now decides to target him.
"Ah, so the Flame Hero is finally back on his feet, huh? You sure took your time, Mr. No. 2." The Executive speaks mockingly, riling the veteran Hero up.
The flame across Enji's body intensified as he quickly charged towards Malware.
"Enough, Villain!" He yells in rage as he prepares to pierce the Advanced Roidmude with a flame spear he quickly conjured in his hand.
In response, Malware raises his right hand and aims the palm at the incoming Endeavor before releasing a bright light similar to a flashbang.
*Flash!*
'Argh! My eyes!' The Flame Hero is caught off guard, quickly closing his eyes as the Executive monster's trick made him temporarily blind.
But it was too late for Endeavor, this time, to stop himself after he quickly propelled himself using his Quirk.
Still heading towards the cyclops Villain, but now with a lack of vision, it was easy for Malware to step aside from the No. 2's way before quickly grabbing Enji by the neck and forcefully tossing him against a nearby car, crushing it immediately.
*Crash!*
"Old man!"
"Endeavor!"
Shoto and his classmates cried in genuine concern after watching the older Todoroki get injured again. Enji's son still held some bitter feelings towards his progenitor, but that didn't mean he would simply watch as the man got a beating before his dichromatic eyes.
Now no longer unable to contain himself any longer, the dual-haired boy would be the next one that tries to face the Executive Roidmude.
Or that would've been the case if someone else didn't beat him to it.
"Rocket Charge!" Ingenium cries as he attempts to deliver a powerful kick on Malware's back.
The Turbo Hero's costume increases and focuses his arms' engines' output, affording him greater acceleration as he launches himself into the air, much like a rocket.
But just as Tensei was about to strike the evil android's exposed back, the 'wings' on Malware's back began to move and shapeshift before taking the form of a giant circular shield.
'What!?' Ingenium thinks in surprise as his kick is perfectly blocked by the Roidmude Executive.
And as if to make matters worse, the drawback of the Rocket Charge Super Move finally kicks in as Tensei feels how his engines began to stall.
'Damn it… Not even this can hurt him?' Ingenium curses as he was also unable to injure Malware.
As soon as Tensei landed on the ground, Malware was already turned to face him, having made a finger gun gesture with his right hand as he pointed it point-blank at the Turbo Hero.
"Nice try. But not enough." He flatly tells Ingenium before a laser is fired from the tip of his index finger, easily piercing Tensei's shoulder.
"Argh!" The Turbo Hero cries in pain as he immediately drops on the floor, clutching his shoulder in agony.
It somehow felt worse than being shot by a gun!
"Nii-san!"
This time Tenya is the one who becomes terrified after seeing how his brother got himself in harm's way, once again, after facing a powerful Villain.
"There's no time to keep losing here with these small fries!" Dark Drive spoke after punching a Cobra Reaper in the face, pushing him back and making the enemy crash against the other remaining Reaper Units there.
[Right! Use the finisher now! Use a Program Advance!] Belt-san advises.
With the Shift Next already inserted in his Shift Brace, the black vigilante pulls out Shift Next Builder before inserting it into the Door-Ju's Shift Landing Panel.
[Hissatsu! Full Throttle! Next!]

With the Blade Gunner being empowered by Shift Next, Dark Drive uses it to fire a ball of blue energy that flies over his mechanical foes, staying directly above the Reaper Legion Roidmudes.
"Huh!?" The monster only looked above in confusion, wondering what was coming next.
"[Program Advance]! Diffusion Shower!" Dark Drive calls as he pops the ball with a shot of the Door-Ju, tapping into Next Builder's powers to produce a barrage of green energy claws that fell upon his enemies.
"Argh!"
The effect was instantaneous as Dark Drive's [Program Advance] finisher quickly destroys the Reaper Units and makes them explode as their bodies are pierced by the projectiles.
*Boom!*
[Good! Now, let's take care of Malware!] Belt-san says as his user nods in agreement before going after their next target.
*Smack!*
"Argh!" Roidmude 059 stumbles back in pain after receiving a painful kick into the stomach from Kamen Rider Tracer.
The new vigilante stares in defiance at him.
"You may have copied Stain's essence to become stronger, but that actually means that you also acquired his emotional/psychological flaws as well." She declares to her opponent.
And that was indeed what she noticed as Tracer saw how this doppelganger of Chizome has adopted not only a fighting style with sharp weapons similar to the man in question but also apparently some of the Hero Killer's habits and behavior.
'Are Roidmudes truly nothing more than a mere copy of the original product?' Tracer ponders.
"You Kamen Riders are also nothing more than pretenders, just like the fake heroes. I will get rid of your kind and evolve!" Stain's clone declares as he suddenly summons a huge amount of energy blades that manifest out of thin air.
"Die!" 059 cries as he commands the weapons to strike his opponent.
In response, Tracer begins to perform a series of acrobatic moves around the area, not letting a single energy blade pierce her Rider suit. She runs around some nearby walls and hides behind some spots to protect herself as well.
"Damn it! Stand still! Face me, you pathetic human!" The clone cried in anger at her.
But 059 should have been careful with what he said…
[Spin Mixer!]
To answer his rage, Tracer suddenly appeared before him while now armed with the Pat Megabo in its Baton Mode. Shift Spin Mixer was already inserted into the weapon's Signal Landing Panel as the masked woman would tap into its ability to cover the fake Stain's body in quick-drying cement.
Based on a concrete mixer, Shift Spin Mixer is a sentient Type Technic Shift Car which allows Dark Drive to gain the Spin Mixer Shift Tire, enabling him to shoot projectiles of quick-drying cement to restrain enemies.
The same effect applies to Kamen Rider Tracer if she uses it in her Mach Driver Honoh to activate the Kourin Signal Mazerl.
By itself, it can produce cement, and can mold the cement in any way it can, as seen when Mixer teamed up with Colorful Commercial to make a very convincing fake plate picture out of cement.
*Slash!*
The female vigilante delivers a powerful slash with her weapon, releasing some cement that quickly covers and traps 059's whole body.
"What!? No! Rargh!" The copy of Chizome cried, trying to break himself free.
But it was all in vain as the quick-drying cement contained him, making the Roidmude ultimately fail in his futile escape attempt.
"Umu." Tracer nods in satisfaction at her work.
With 059 out og the way for the time being, she briefly pays attention to Chaser's fight against the Judge Roidmude before deciding to come to her senpai's aid.
"Charger, help Mashin Chaser!" She tells the generator truck Shift Car in her possession before heading towards Malware.
Said minicar complies with her request, beeping to the female vigilante as it summoned mini tracks that led it to Chaser and Judge.
*Slash!* *Slash!*
"Damn you! You will pay for getting in my way, Shinigami! I will have my revenge!" The Judge Roidmude cries to Mashin Chaser after being stabbed into the chest by the latter's Fang Spidey.
"You have no right to talk about revenge!" The purple warrior says coldly in return.
He then fires a purple laser beam from the tip of his spider-shaped weapon, blasting Judge away.
"Argh!"
*Beep!* *Beep!*
"Hm?" Chaser notices Shift Volt Charger coming to him, catching the yellow minicar with a curious expression.
Why did it come willingly towards him?
Wait, was that because the Kamen Riders told the Shift Car to help him? Did they think he might actually need their help?
'Tch! Those guys should mind their own business! It's not like I'm struggling to kill Judge.' Chaser thinks in irritation.
But never being one to turn down 'gifts', he accepts Volt Charger. The warrior first removes the Chaser Spider Viral Core before inserting the Shift Car into the Blade Gunner's Viral Landing Panel.
[Tune! Volt Charger!] The Break Gunner announces.
Having partly recovered from the last blow, the Judge Roidmude attempts to attack Chaser by empowering his Blade Judge with electricity before unleashing a powerful electric energy slash towards the Grim Reaper.
But much to his shock, the Break Gunner simply absorbed the released power, now having obtained a function similar to that of a lightning rod thanks to Volt Charger.
"What!?" It's the only thing the astounded Judge could say.
[Execution!] Chaser activates the special finisher for his weapon.
He then leaps towards his foe before forcefully slamming an electric-powered Break Gunner against Judge's face.
[Full Break! Charger!]
"Counter Shock!" Chaser cries as his enemy is sent flying away with this deadly blow.
"Argh!" Judge cries one last time before his body crashes against a nearby police car, both soon exploding upon contact.
*Boom!*
The 065 Core can soon be seen coming off from the explosion's smoke before disintegrating into dust, signaling that the Advanced Roidmude is now dead for sure.
*Beep!* *Beep!*
Volt Charger uses this moment as a cue to leave the Break Gunner and return to the pair of Kamen Riders.
"..."
Having his duel against Dark Drive interrupted and no longer having any interest in dealing with Stain, Mashin Chaser decides to call it a night and leave the premises. He calmly passes through the injured and unconscious Pro Heroes scattered across the place, paying no mind to them.
With a mental command, the Ride Chaser soon appears before its owner. Before speeding away, Chaser spares one last glance at a certain duo of masked vigilantes before disappearing from Hosu City.
'Until we meet again…'

"One For All: Full Cowling!"
"Recipro Burst!"
"Flashfreeze Heatwave!"
Izuku, Tenya and Shoto combine their Super Moves in a last-ditch attempt to fight back against Malware.
However…
"So pitiful… Cross Laser!" The Roidmude Executive cries before firing a powerful blue cross-shaped energy beam towards the U.A. students, easily overwhelming their techniques and blasting the three boys away.
*Boom!*
"Argh!" Izuku cries as he is the last one to hit the ground.
"I must say… I'm actually surprised about how this took longer than expected." The black monster calmly speaks as he walks through his beaten adversaries, eventually stopping before one broccoli-haired teenager.
"H-Huh!?" Izuku is confused as Malware looks down at his beaten form, producing the unusual pair of black handcuffs that he was carrying.
'He is after Midoriya? But why!? Is it because he is really All Might's secret son?' Shoto wonders.
"Stay away from him! Midoriya!" Tenya cries, struggling to move despite all the pain that such action causes to his injured body.
"We are quite intrigued with your unusual Quirk, Midoriya Izuku-kun." Malware tells the greenette as the boy sports a terrified look on his face, wondering what this Villain has in store for him. "And I will take my sweet time to learn about your secrets."
'Is he after [One For All]? Does he know about it?' Izuku panics, wondering what the black monster was about to do next.
Malware was about to first copy and analyze Deku's memories to learn about his Quirk before handcuffing the young man and leaving the premises with the boy.
But just as the Advanced Roidmude was about to begin, the Blade Gunner suddenly comes into view, stabbing Malware's right shoulder.
*Stab!*
"Argh!" The black cyclops grunts in pain.
[Charge!]
Kamen Rider Dark Drive pops up before Malware, aiming the Door-Ju on the Executive's chest before firing several energy bullets at the evil android.
*Bang!* *Bang!*
"Argh!" The mechanical monster stumbles back, stepping away from Deku's spot.
*Slash!*
Just then, Kamen Rider Tracer manifests behind the evolved Roidmude, slashing his back with the Pat Megabo and managing to cut off one of the android's 'wings'.
"Rargh! Damn you!" The Roidmude cries before vanishing from there.
He then quickly manifests again before the others there, making a finger gun gesture as he prepares to fire back at the humans.
'Amazing… They actually managed to injure the Villain while none of us could do anything at all…' Izuku notes as he observes Dark Drive and Tracer's combat skills, slowly coming to respect their abilities despite their status as 'outlaws'.
Is it because of their Quirks? Or their equipment?
"You're not going to lay a single hand on anyone here, Roidmude. Not if we can do something about it." Tracer tells the Mechanical Life Forms in defiance.
"You're the next on tonight's dispatch list." Her partner says next in tandem.
"..." Malware takes a quick look around them, becoming infuriated after realizing that Judge was killed while 059 was encased in hard cement.
Accepting how the odds were quickly turned against him, there was only one option left for the Roidmude Executive to resort to.
"We shall meet again, Kamen Riders!"
He then fires blue lasers at the humans. The Evolved Roidmude next uses this moment to flee from the premises as he first breaks 059 free from his prison of cement before teleporting both of them away from Hosu City.
"Damn!" Dark Drive curses, becoming partly frustrated that the two enemies managed to escape.
"Are you okay?" Tracer gently asks as she turns to face Izuku, crouching as she meets his eye's level.
The young man was momentarily surprised with her pacific approach before he recovers, soon nodding back to her in appreciation.
"T-Thank you." Deku manages to tell her with a shaky smile.
"Umu. I'm glad that you're fine." She simply replies as the teenager gets the feeling that she must be smiling under her mask.
"Oi, Tracer. Give me a hand here with the others." Dark Drive calls his kouhai.
"Right!"
"What are you doing?"
A wary Tenya questions the vigilantes as the masked duo brought all the injured people together, including the trio from U.A. High.
Dark Drive was seen helping Ingenium walk, letting Tensei lean against him.
"Relax, kid. It's nothing bad." The Kamen Rider dryly tells the glasses-wearing Iida as he places the Turbo Hero next to his brother.
He then calls Shift Mad Doctor to his hand before inserting the minicar into the Shift Brace.
[Tire Koukan! Mad Doctor!]
"Mad Doctor!? Bastard, what do you plan to do with us!?" Shoto demands from Dark Drive after hearing the suspicious name.
But the masked man simply ignores him as he proceeds to check the Cure Quicker.
"Now hold still, I have to treat everyone here." The black vigilante finally speaks, surprising Tensei and the trio of students.
"You're going to heal our wounds?" Izuku asks, feeling curious rather than suspicious.
[Hissatsu! Full Throttle! Doctor!] Belt-san announces as his user merely taps into Mad Doctor's power, not answering Izuku's question either.
Dark Drive then throws the Cure Quicker around as the Support Item floats around everyone injured before summoning several needles and other medical equipment that surrounds those hurt.
'Why I'm suddenly getting a bad feeling about this?' A slightly nervous Tensei wonders.
"Heads up, this might hurt a little." Dark Drive warns them, not elaborating any further.
"Huh?"
*Bzzt!*
Before anything else could be processed, the Cure Quicker and the medical instruments all begin to fire energy beams of several colors towards the intended targets, causing excruciating pain at all of them.
"Rargh!" Izuku grunts in pain and closes his eyes, with the others soon following after his example.
When Mad Doctor's Full Throttle finisher was over and the Cure Quicker returned to Dark Drive's hand, Tenya and Shoto immediately glared at the vigilante, wanting to make him pay for the trick he just pulled off.
But Tensei, on the other hand…
"My body, it doesn't hurt so much like before." The Turbo Hero comments as the others look back at him in confusion.
Only then, Izuku and his classmates could now realize that the injuries they got from Malware have partly healed as well.
Wait, but why? And how exactly?
'I can feel how whatever ailment affecting our bodies is mostly gone. Is that part of Dark Drive's Quirk? Was the pain that we felt earlier the small price we had to pay for this?' Tensei is the first to understand what probably happened.
"I merely applied some first aid treatment to you." Dark Drive tells them before gesturing to the unconscious forms of Endeavor, Gran Torino and Manual. "I also had to make sure that their condition wasn't critical. Besides, you know what they say: No pain, no gain."
"Though I still recommend you guys to pay a visit to the hospital." He adds while casually shrugging his shoulders.
"I see." Ingenium nods in understanding to the black Kamen Rider. "Thanks."
"Nii-san!?" Tenya was flabbergasted to see how his brother was acting grateful towards the mysterious man.
How could he!? Has he forgotten that the man before them is an S-Rank criminal!?
"It's fine, Tenya. Really." Tensei reassures him with a tired smile.
"I will leave the rest to you heroes then. It's been a long night." The black-masked vigilante tells the others before glancing around to see that his partner Tracer is approaching them with a certain someone else.
"And keep an eye on this guy for us, okay?" The female Kamen Rider tells the group as she places the restrained Stain next to them. "And don't worry, he won't be causing any trouble soon."
"Stain…!" Tenya uttered as he now glared at the defeated Hero Killer.
"I lost… Now what? Are you really not going to kill me?" The broken Chizome asks as he looks between Dark Drive and Tracer.
The U.A. boys briefly get concerned at this, wondering if the vigilantes were going to play judge, jury and executioner.
After all, they killed several Villains already, right?
"..." Tensei merely kept a neutral expression, curious to hear what the masked duo would say.
"No. There have been enough deaths already." Dark Drive simply says.
And Tracer glares back at Stain before replying:
"And death is far too much even for you, Stain. You're definitely a despicable person of the worst kind. But even people like you deserve the right to receive a fair trial. It's not my right to decide your fate."
With their pieces of mind given, the vigilantes begin to walk away, heading towards their personal Rider Machines. They left the others stunned with their replies, even Stain.
'Those two… They speak as if they were true heroes.' Izuku couldn't help but think.
"Wait! Do you two honestly think that you can just walk away like that!?" Tenya asks the duo as he and Shoto get up, ready to prevent the Kamen Riders from leaving the scene.
"Tenya, stop."
Tensei quickly stops them, shaking his head at the two boys.
"Nii-san!? But why!?"
"They may be vigilantes, but it's still a fact that they saved our lives. We're only alive thanks to them."
"But…!"
Tenya was grasping for words, trying to think of something else to add.
"..." Shoto now looks at his unconscious father with mixed feelings.
While he still despises Enji, a part of the dual-haired boy felt sick at the thought of letting the Todoroki patriarch die before his very eyes.
But why? What is this feeling?
"Besides, you two don't stand a chance against the Kamen Riders right now. Not even me." Tensei further reminds his brother. "And it's not like your body has fully healed up either, right?"
Tenya looks down at this. Why was his brother 'defending' the vigilantes now?
"Oh? I'm surprised to see how you can be quite reasonable, Ingenium." Dark Drive calls the Turbo Hero as he and Tracer have stopped, both now paying attention to him.
The older Iida smiles determinedly at the duo.

At this, Tenya looks at his brother in relief, now knowing that the Hero Ingenium that he admires is still there.
Fine, maybe Tensei had a point. They could let the Kamen Riders go just this once.
And Shoto also seemed to have discarded the ideas about catching them as well since he is still focusing on his vulnerable father.
"Oh? Is that so? Then I hope you do your best to catch us, Hero-san." Dark Drive answers back to Ingenium with a finger salute.
But just as he and Tracer were about to resume their cue to leave…
"Wait! I still want to know!"
All eyes turn upon one nervous Midoriya Izuku.
"..."
"W-Why? Just why do things this way!? Why you two have never tried to become Pro Heroes!? Why resort to vigilantism? I still can't understand! Wouldn't things have been better if you had chosen the right path!?" The greenette asks the Kamen Riders.
Izuku felt that he wouldn't be at ease if he didn't try to at least confront and learn more about the two mysterious warriors.
His hero heart told him so!
'Midoriya…' Tenya looks at his friend in concern.
"It's not that simple." Tracer softly replies to him. "We know vigilantism is wrong… But that's the best choice for us given our circumstances."
"Is there really no other choice!?" Deku presses.
"This is a dangerous battle, kid. If you involve yourself too much, you will also put your family and friends' lives in danger." Dark Drive warns.
"I want to be a hero. I don't need a reason or power to help someone in trouble. I don't care if I will face a Villain more powerful than me. I won't run away. Never!" Deku replies firmly, not showing a single hint of hesitation as his eyes look strong and his anxiety disappears.
"..."
While many would call his statement as something rather brave or foolish, everyone present there became momentarily stunned by his determination.
[This kid… So full of passion… Something in him kinda reminds me of him… Of Toshinori.] Belt-san thinks with a neutral emoji as he studies the greenette.
"But you're not ready for this stage yet." Dark Drive finally tells the ninth user of [One For All], pointing a finger at Izuku. "If you are serious then you still have a long road to travel before reaching the next level."
Team Drive then resumed their walk, not waiting to hear the others say anything. Nor did they turn once to glance again at Izuku before getting inside of their respective vehicles and driving away from Hosu City.
"..." As for Izuku and the others left behind, they could only wonder how serious it is the battles that the Kamen Riders are taking part in.

I'm still working on the next chapter of Senran Kagura: Shinobi Chronicles. I just happened to end up finishing this story's chapter first.
1- I, at last, made a character from the MHAverse be 'copied' by a Roidmude, with Stain/Chizome being the first one in question. I just felt that he would be the best one to start this trend that will happen more in the next chapters.
2- I wanted to make the Malware Roidmude an enemy that the Kamen Riders will have a harder time facing in comparison to the regular Advanced Roidmudes. The Pro Heroes being used as a punching bag by him shows how terrifying he will be as a Villain. And with him being the new Roidmude 003, we might not be having Brain in this story.
For those who wonder what he looks like, I already told in a previous chapter how he basically looks like Laserman. EXE from the Rockman. EXE/ Megaman NT Warrior series. As for his fighting style and abilities, I actually took some inspiration from Kizaru of One Piece.
If you guys have any ideas or suggestions that I could use for this story, you're free/welcome to share!

If this Shift Car and Viral Core hybrid(I guess that's what is?) were to appear in this story, what abilities do you think that it should have other than giving a boost to a Kamen Rider's stats? What its Full Throttle Finisher would be like?]

About the Humarise matter, I still haven't watched the third movie about them. I will have to check it first before deciding how I will deal with their organization later in this story.

Yeah, I will make use of the idea that Roidmudes have already infiltrated the government, making it a reason why the Drive Team might have some problems due to needing to keep secrets from the Pro Heroes. If the monsters learn that only Quirkless can become Kamen Riders then they will surely have an easier time knowing how to kill the protagonists and any other potential 'threats' that can later get in their way.
I still have no idea how to make Krim solve the issue with the Quirks. I hope the author of the MHA anime/manga will later do something about this because I currently have no idea what to do either.

1- Ok, that could be a possible solution for the Quirk issue. But yeah, people like the Meta Liberation Army would definitely not take this idea too kindly.
Krim will probably try to find a way that doesn't seem too unethical to solve the crisis with the uncontrollable evolution of the Quirks.
2- No, Roidmudes can't die from illness in the same way humans do. But someone can always make use of things such as a powerful computer virus or something to corrode their android bodies and damage their Cores('Souls/Hearts').
As for Roidmudes being able to reproduce, the answer is yes. The monsters in this story can create new ones to fill their ranks as I will show how in a later chapter.
3- Yes, that is the worst kind of scenario for the Quirkless people. Rather than gain the respect and recognition they deserve, most people begin to 'value' them as 'weapons/tools' of great fighting potential.
The government would certainly be tempted at the idea of mass-producing the Rider System and things like the Production Model Mach Driver for their own uses. However, Krim and the others wouldn't be so keen on the idea, even if it's initially for a good cause in the fight against the Roidmudes, because of how greedy politicians could come to abuse the power behind his inventions.

1- Yes. In this story, it will be later revealed how Freeze and some of the other Roidmudes are manipulating things from the shadows as they have already infiltrated certain high positions within the Japanese government of the MHAverse.
2- Yes, the two will have a serious talk about their values once Toshinori/All Might learns about Krim's secrets.

gpierce885: No, Tracer is stronger than default Mach since I will explain how her stats are higher than his in this story(one such example is that her personal Signal Bike allows her to become able to freely move during the effects of Super Heavy Acceleration, which isn't the same case for him). And while Signal Mach makes part of the Next System, Signal Tracer belongs to the Advanced System category.

1- I have a certain surprise in mind in which having Eri present will not be enough to wake Miho up from her coma.
2- After seeing how the Kamen Riders easily exploited the Nomus' weak points, Dr. Ujiko will probably try to correct the flaw of the exposed brains. I also don't know why the Nomus have exposed brains, I looked at the MHA wiki and didn't find any explanation.
3- Well, not sure yet about what I plan to do with Aoyama's situation. Maybe I will have him exposed way before it happens in canon so he can redeem himself faster.
4- Wait, was the whole Class 1-A there? I didn't really notice that part. I thought it was just Izuku and a small number of his classmates that were at I-Island during the events of the first movie.
Shoto was there because of his father's connections, who received an invitation to the place due to his status. As for Katsuki, he was the winner of the Sports Festival and received an invite to I-Island as a prize for his 1st spot, with the 1 right to bring someone else with him(it ended being Eijiro in this case).
5- I'm thinking about introducing Star and Stripe earlier than canon to help in the fight against the Roidmudes since she is one of the few people who can probably move freely during Heavy Acceleration.
