Mr. Compress comments as he and the others look above them, with everyone confirming that the barrier the Arms Roidmude conjured earlier was still trapping them all within the Grand Museum's premises.
'Could it be that there is someone else we still need to beat here?' Kamen Rider Super Lupin thinks.

Part IV - Conclusion
Meanwhile…
"Shit, we still can't leave this place!?" A furious Tomura questions as he looks at Kurogiri, scratching his neck in irritation.
The itching just seemed to get worse as time passed by.
The sentient black mist was still not having any success at using his Quirk to take them away from there.
"Afraid so, Shigaraki Tomura." The bartender replies as he looks up. "As long as the barrier remains active, I will not be able to teleport us away from here."
"Great. Just fucking great. What's the plan now, boss?" Dabi sarcastically asks the hand-obsessed man.
"Well, I guess that means you losers still have some spare time to play with me."
Upon hearing the unfamiliar voice, all members of the League of Villains flinched.
They looked towards the source, only to find Super Mashin Chaser looking back at them from an upper spot.
*Thud*
"..." The anti-hero gets on their level, popping his neck as he glares at the evil group.
"You're… Mashin Chaser… The guy that beat Stain…" Spinner comments, looking hatefully at the masked individual that broke his idol.
But why was he here?
"Are you also after the jewel everyone's talking about?" A curious Magne asks Chaser.
The golden warrior simply scoffs at this.
"Of course not. Don't compare me to Lupin." He tells the villains in a cold tone. "I have come here because of other business I have to attend."
"Which is?" Himiko asks, swiftly preparing her blades to fight.
Her instincts were alarming the blonde that the mysterious man before them was dangerous in all sorts of aspects.
Chaser lands his eyes on Tomura, an unspoken threat being directed at the [Decay] user.
The League of Villains have been lately getting rumors that an individual matching Mashin Chaser's description has been attacking several spots within the criminal underworld while looking for them.
As for why exactly?
Well…
"What do you want from us?" Tomura questions the golden armored anti-hero.
"All For One." Chaser gets to the point, worrying the villains. "Where is he?"
"You're after sensei? Why?" Tomura repeats, eyes widening in confusion. "Is that the reason you've been after us?"
"It's not just because you want Quirks from him, is it?" Kurogiri warily questions next. "What exactly do you want from sensei?"
"I have a personal score to settle with him." Chaser rudely tells them, pointing his upgraded Break Gunner at them. "Nothing that matters to the rest of you."
This only served to further irritate the members of the League.
"You think I'm gonna tell you what you want simply because you asked, you moron!?" Tomura questions the anti-hero as he prepares to fight. "Screw you!"
His companions also get ready to fight against the masked man.
"You don't want to test me, villain scum." Chaser warns them as a purple aura covers him. "Last chance. Where is All For One hiding? The first to tell me lives. The rest of you die."
"You're the one dying tonight!" Spinner cries as he charges toward the masked man, brandishing his makeshift sword.
It is a bizarre-looking sword, which is made of several knives, daggers, kukris, hatchets, and many other blades. They appear to be held together by chains and belts. The sword is about the same size as the gecko man himself, yet he seems to be very proficient at using it with great speed. Spinner commonly carries it around on his back, wrapped in cloth so as to not injure himself.
*Slash!*
But a quick swing from the Break Gunner's Rhino Strizer golden blade easily destroys the weapon, shocking Iguchi.
Chaser then forcefully grabs him by the head before shoving his lizard head into the ground and knocking him out.
*Bam!*
"Spinner!" Magne cries in alarm.
"Now this is interesting!" Dabi grins like a maniac before shooting his blue flames at the anti-hero.
But being faster, Chaser has no problem easily avoiding the azure cremation flames.
*Bang!* *Bang!*
Feeling bullets hitting his armor as they bounced off, Mashin Chaser turns to face Mustard, who was aiming his 38 Revolver at the golden warrior.
Now focusing on the teen, the masked man lunges toward his next victim.
"A-Ah! Stay away from me!" Mustard cries in horror, only realizing his mistake now.
He soon tries to use his [Gas] Quirk without thinking, but this ends up affecting his comrades as well.
"What are you doing!? You idiot!" Shigaraki calls him as everyone conscious quickly steps away from the vast typhoon of purple-colored sleep-inducing gas that Mustard just produced.
Everyone, except Chaser.
*Bang!* *Bang!*
The teen keeps firing his handgun's rounds at the golden warrior, but Chaser remains unfazed as he calmly approaches him. And the gas was useless because the armor was safely protecting him from its sleep-inducing property.
When he got close enough to Mustard, Mashin Chaser grabs the hand holding the 38 Revolver, forcefully tightening it and making the boy scream in pain while also crushing his firearm.
"Ah!" Mustard cries in pain, some tears falling from his eyes as the remains of his broken gun fall on the ground.
*Bam!*
Super Mashin Chaser then breaks his gas mask with a single punch, making the teenager inhale some of his Quirk's own gas before falling asleep.
"Urgh!" Mustard lets out one last groan of pain.
With him out of the picture, his gas disperses as the rest of the villains lay their eyes on Mashin Chaser once more.
"Ha! What the hell!? How are we supposed to take this guy down!? Let's beat the shit out of him!" Twice exclaims, contradicting himself as usual.
Himiko appears behind Chaser, trying to stab him with several of her weapons.
*Crash!*
Only to fail as her blades broke apart upon contact with Super Mashin Chaser's gold armor.
"Why!?" She whined at this, looking at her broken items.
In retaliation, he simply delivers a roundhouse kick into her face, forcefully throwing the girl towards Twice.
*Thud!*
"Ah! Toga-chan!" Jin cries as she falls on him.
"I actually expected you guys to put up more of a fight. Overall, can't say I'm impressed." Mashin Chaser comments as he sneers at the villains.
"Shut up, you are cheating!" Tomura cries at him. "It has to be! Otherwise, I can't imagine how we could be losing!"
"Heh, really? That's your excuse? Wow, if you guys couldn't be any more pathetic…"
"Stop moving, asshole!" Dabi cries as he tries to engulf Chaser's body with his blue flames once more.
*Whoosh!*
However, a wave of cold air suddenly hits the area and makes the arsonist's flames dissipate.
*Thud!*
Kamen Rider OverDrive - Type Trinity joins them, having equipped the Road Winter Shift Tire into his armor.
"Oh no, it's Drive!" Magne says.
*Stab!*
Hikiishi Kenji blinks as she finds out that Chaser stabbed her on the shoulder with the Rhino Strizer while she was distracted by the Kamen Rider's sudden arrival.
*Slash!*
"H-Huh?" She could only look dumbstruck as Chaser next slashed her torso as she passes out on the ground.
"Hmph." The anti-hero looks down at the beaten Magne before glancing at OverDrive's figure. "What took you so long?"
"Shut up and fight." The vigilante quickly replies before laying his eyes on Dabi.
The fire user grins at the Rider.
"So you gonna try to take me down next? I-"
*Smack!*
OverDrive doesn't even let the ravenette finish speaking, instantly appearing in front of him and quickly assaulting Dabi by delivering a powerful lariat that sends him flying towards a nearby wall.
*Crash!*
The blow leaves a crater on the wall as the arsonist is instantly knocked out.
"Ah! Dabi!" Twice cried even more in panic after seeing that.
He quickly lays Himiko on the ground with care before turning to face the masked warriors.
It seems it is up to him now to fight them! Time to make some clones and-!
*Smack!*
Mashin Chaser appears now before him, quickly delivering a series of intense punches on Jin's face, breaking his nose, before knocking him out with a headbutt.
*Bam!*
"Agh!" Twice moaned in pain before passing out as well, his body dropping on the ground.
OverDrive and Chaser's gazes landed upon Shigaraki Tomura and Kurogiri.
Suffice to say, the two villains were now terrified of their current situation.
"Last chance." Super Mashin Chaser warns them, pointing his weapon's golden blade at the hand-obsessed man. "Where is All For One?"
This caught the Rider's attention.
"All For One? You know about him?" The vigilante questions, but the anti-hero ignores him and focuses on the remaining villains.
"Y-You think I'm gonna just spill the beans to you!? Screw you, Chaser!" Tomura cries in faux rage to the golden warrior, trying to maintain himself calm in spite of the killing intent coming from the masked individual. "I'm not afraid of you!"
"Then you will die braver than most." Chaser replies ominously while brandishing his weapon.
But before he can make an energy thrust at the leader of the villains, Moonfish gets in the way.
"Flesh…! I need fresh meat!" The deranged restrained man cries.
*Crash!*
Using his [Blade-Tooth] Quirk, Moonfish has the ability to lengthen, sharpen, and manipulate his teeth into webs of powerful blades.
Both Mashin Chaser and OverDrive are forced to move around in order to avoid being stabbed by the teeth blades, creating some distance between them and the remaining villains.
"Tch! How annoying!" Chaser quietly grumbles.
*Crack!* *Flash!*
And suddenly, the barrier trapping everyone within the Grand Museum's premises disperses, allowing anyone trapped to finally leave the place.
"Are you serious!? Of all possible times… Just now!?" Kamen Rider OverDrive comments as he now starts to fight back, breaking through Moonfish's blades.
"Kurogiri!" Tomura calls the black mist.
"On it!" The bartender replies, quickly activating his Quirk to get their group away from there.
He manages to quickly make portals that take away everyone injured by the golden anti-hero.
"Oh no! You won't!" Super Mashin Chaser cries as he stabs the ground with the Rhino Strizer's horn blade.
Suddenly, several similar blades sprout out from the ground around Moonfish, stabbing his shoulder and knees.
"Ah!" The villain cries in pain as the injuries make him drop on the ground, also losing some blood in the process.
"Moonfish!" Kurogiri cries.
"Shit! Forget him! Take us out of here, Kurogiri!" Tomura orders the [Warp Gate] user as the bartender immediately complies, teleporting the two of them away once Kurogiri was done taking the rest of their injured companions away from the Grand Museum.
"Damn…!" Chaser curses as his targets manage to escape.
Unfortunately, it wasn't tonight that he would find All For One.
OverDrive checks upon the injured Moonfish, seeing that he would ultimately live despite the damage he received from the anti-hero. Probably because Chaser wasn't aiming at any of his vital points.
The vigilante then approaches Chaser as the latter removes the Rhino Super Viral Core from his Break Gunner's Viral Landing Panel, returning to his default purple form.
"How much do you know about All For One?" The Kamen Rider immediately asks the anti-hero. "Why exactly are you after him?"
"That's none of your business. And you better not get in my way, Drive." Chaser sharply warns him.
"..." Underneath his helmet, the vigilante narrows his eyes at the other masked man.
The Rider was about to give a reply when they suddenly sensed a figure approaching the beaten Moonfish, landing next to him.
*Thud!*
[Another Roidmude!] Belt-san alerts the warriors.
It was the Plain Spider Type Roidmude 022. He has a silver-colored collar around his neck.

Roidmude 022 is a Plain Spider Type Roidmude and was once a member of Reaper Legion division.
022, along with the majority of the remaining Roidmudes, fell under the rule of the Roidmude creator, Banno Tenjuro, who had taken command of the Roidmudes after having achieved his own Over Evolved-esqe Gold Drive form, with a reluctant Heart and brainwashed Medic underneath his wing.
He was once destroyed by: Kamen Rider Drive Type Technic Winter with the Frostreamer, Kamen Rider Deadheat Mach with the Zenrin Shooter, and Kamen Rider Chaser with Max Flare in Break Gunner (body and Core).

"You poor poor fool." 022 tells Moonfish, shaking his head in pity. "Look at you. Abandoned by your friends, just like garbage to be tossed aside."
"Who… What are you?" The deranged man questions the evil android, eyeing him warily.
"Who I am doesn't matter." The Spider Type replies. "What matters is that I can help you. You don't want to go to jail, right?
"No… I don't want…" Moonfish says weakly. "I… I need meat… More… Flesh…"
"I can help you kill the one that hurt you. I can even help you get as much meat as you want." 022 replies confidently, his words being like sweet honey that was too tempting to be ignored. "I just need you to do one small thing in return."
Moonfish was already in the palm of his hand, desperate and willing to do anything that the Roidmude wished.
"What…? What do I need to do…?" Moonfish asks.
022 pulls out a Neo Bat Viral Core and gives it to him.
"Just wish for us to combine." The android says in a simple persuasive manner.
Without thinking twice about the consequences and now being desperate to do anything to leave, Moonfish does as instructed and the Neo Viral Core activates, fusing the criminal with the Plain Bat Type monster.
022's eyes glow red as he combines with the deranged Villain, giving birth to a new Fusion-Evolved Roidmude.
*Flash!* *Blink!*
The new monster looks like a crimson version of the Nosferatu monster that appears in Resident Evil: Code Veronica and the Resident Evil: The Darkside Chronicle games.
This is the (Fusion Evolved) Moonfish Roidmude.
"Wow, and here I thought he couldn't get any uglier." Drive comments with a shake of his head.
"Watch out!" Chaser shoves the Kamen Rider out of the way as he takes the full brunt of a powerful beam attack the Fusion Roidmude sent towards them, having gathered energy in his mouth before doing so.
"Argh!" The anti-hero gets hit on the chest as he is sent flying.
Drawing his Door-Ju, OverDrive opens fire at Moonfish, trying to hit the monster's chest.
*Bang!* *Bang!*
But he ends up either missing because the monster manages to move fast enough to dodge the energy rounds at a fast pace, despite his monstrous appearance supposedly telling otherwise, or because Moonfish uses one of his tentacles to protect himself.
*Slash!* *Slash!*
Once he was close to the Kamen Rider, Moonfish uses his sharp tentacles to injure and push the vigilante away from his path.
*Crash!*
"Ugh!" OverDrive grunts as he crashes against a nearby wall.
The Roidmude then gets closer to Mashin Chaser, who is rubbing his head in slight pain and was about to stand up from his spot.
*Smack!*
Moonfish kicks him and restrains the anti-hero's body with his tentacles before moving his face closer to meet Chaser's mask.
"Awful close. Be afraid you'll miss?" The anti-hero taunts.
In response, Moonfish's mouth opened to show his enhanced teeth in an attempt to intimidate the Quirkless warrior.
[His Majesty just wants a body. We don't need your head.] A voice comes from Moonfish as his chest plate shifts to show the 022 number.
The chest piece of armor then shifts again as the Villain host in question spoke next:
"Your flesh… I want it. I will devour… You…"
"Let him go."
Moonfish turns to face Kamen Rider OverDrive aiming his gun at him, having also loaded Shift Volt Charger into the Door-Ju's Shift Landing Panel.
"And step away." The Rider warns as yellow sparks ran across his weapon.
[A taser?] The Moonfish Roidmude quickly lifts Chaser and holds him like a human shield hostage, not planning to die so easily. [Nail me and you'll electrocute both of us!]
Because he was mainly paying attention to OverDrive, the Moonfish Roidmude failed to notice that Chaser was holding the Rhino Super Viral Core in one of his hands.
"Maybe that's what he has in mind."
"Huh?"
Chaser tells the Fusion Roidmude, confusing him and using this brief moment to suddenly stab Moonfish in the face with his golden Viral Core's tiny blade.
*Stab!*
"Ahhh!"
The red monster lets go of his hostage as he cries in pain, taking a few steps back.
Sparks ran across his head as the energy of the Rhino Viral Core flowed through his head.
*Splat!*
Until his head literally exploded, killing both 022 and his human host, with their blood painting the wall behind the crimson-colored monster.
[No!] Belt-san cries as they watch Moonfish's body drop dead on the ground.
Under his helmet, the Drive Driver's user merely widened his eyes in surprise.
"Just be happy I only killed one of them." Chaser coldly tells them, scowling under his mask. "They're all assassins. Moonfish was one of the worst types of scum out there. Not much different from a regular Roidmude."
"And what are you?" OverDrive challenges, narrowing his eyes at his fellow Quirkless.
"I'm the one cleaning up this fucked world. More than you or the heroes ever did. The Roidmudes are not the only monsters here."
"You're messing with the League of Villains and killing anyone that gets in your way. I have read the reports of the damage you have been causing within the criminal underworld." The vigilante confronts the anti-hero. "You're becoming the very type of criminal you seem to hate."
"Yes! So what!? You can't stop crime." Mashin Chaser affirms, pointing a finger at OverDrive. "That's what none of you ever understood. I'm controlling it."
[But there are lines we must never cross!] Belt-san tries arguing with the masked man. [I agree that there are criminals that are as bad as the Roidmudes, but we must only kill them as a last resort.]
"You want to rule them by fear, but what do you do with the ones that aren't afraid?" Chaser questions them. "I'm doing what you won't. I'm taking them out!"
Seeing the sheer rage coming from the man, the Kamen Rider couldn't help but feel pity rather than anger towards the new Mashin Chaser. His behavior reminded Yuuki of his old bitter and resentful self, from before Krim and Yuriko entered his life.
"How much about the Roidmudes do you know, Chaser?" The cop vigilante questions.
"Everything. I know everything about what happened back in Krim's old world. The Global Freeze. The Promised Number. The four Ultimate Evolutions and Banno's Sigma Circular."
[Everything!?] Belt-san repeated. [Then you must understand the gravity of the situation. This isn't the time to be fighting amongst ourselves! We must band together! We need everyone's help to fight the Roidmudes and-]
"No."
Chaser cuts Belt-san off, using an apathetic tone to show his opinion.
[What?]
"You heard me. I have no interest in fighting against the Roidmudes for the 'sake' of humanity."
[W-Why!?] The Drive Driver inquiries, adopting an emoji of shock.
"Isn't it obvious, Krim? Because I'm Quirkless! Do you know how much suffering and crap I had to go through in life just because I was born different from everyone else!?"
"Chaser…" OverDrive looks at his fellow Quirkless in pity.
[So what? Are you really going to turn a blind eye to the Roidmudes while they kill everyone else?] Belt-san questions, now sporting an angry emoji.
The anti-hero scoffs at this.
"Of course not. Humanity being wiped out by the Roidmudes is certainly bad for me. But that doesn't mean I'm going to go out of my way to save every person in danger, like how the rest of you are doing now. Why should I put my life at risk to save the same bastards that wouldn't hesitate to discriminate against me any other time? I could care less about how many die as long I am alive."
[But what about the innocent people? Individuals that have never done anything wrong against you? The good people out there that certainly don't deserve any of this, but also can't defend themselves either.]
Chaser merely shrugged at this.
"It's not my problem. Whether they have useful Quirks or not, it's their fault for not being strong enough to protect themselves." He replies darkly, horrifying Krim with his response while making the Kamen Rider grimace at the answer. "Just like how I was… Before receiving the Break Gunner and the Viral Cores."
'And honestly… There's only one person in this cruel world that is actually worth protecting…' Chaser reminisces sorrowfully as he thinks about the bedridden Miho, being worried about her health. 'And as long as she is fine… As long as I can protect her… Nothing else matters…'
[And how exactly have you obtained Chase's equipment?] Belt-san demands from him.
"Why should I tell you?" The anti-hero taunts the sentient Driver. "Try figuring it out yourself."
Having enough of their chatter, the Kamen Rider finally decides to speak.
"Tell me what happened to you. Let me help." OverDrive gently offers to Mashin Chaser, speaking softly. "Believe me, Chaser. I understand what you're going through."
"It's too late…" Chaser replies solemnly, aiming his Break Gunner at the ground. "You had your chance, Tomari Yuuki. You're lucky Krim has found you."
*Bang!* *Bang!*
He fires at the ground, creating a curtain of dust as he uses this moment to leave the scene.
"And I'm just getting started."
These were the last words spoken by Mashin Chaser.
Once the curtain of dust dissipated, the anti-hero was gone from there, leaving Kamen Rider OverDrive and Belt-san behind, with the remains of the Moonfish Roidmude, to contemplate about their next move.
The vigilante approaches the corpse, letting Belt-san scan it.
"Belt-san?"
[I just wanted to confirm one thing, Yuuki. It seems that we will need the data David promised to bring if we want to complete the Fusion Project soon to let others fight alongside us.] Belt-san says as he analyzes the deceased Moonfish's body.
[Take a look at this body. Our enemies don't have the complete program to allow a human with a Quirk to safely fuse with them either. It seems that even if we managed to defeat this Fusion Evolution and succeeded in separating 022 from his host, the Villain would still end up being overwhelmed by the process and end up receiving some sort of backlash once the fusion is undone.]
"You mean the same kind of damage that would happen if a person with a Quirk tried using a Driver?" The vigilante asks.
[Indeed. In this case, Moonfish would be lucky if he just ended up in a coma after the fusion was undone. In the worst case, he would have received enough brain damage to instantly kill him on the spot after we defeated him.]
"So there was the possibility that we would have killed him, regardless of what Chaser did with Moonfish."
[Unfortunately.] The Drive Driver confirms. [And unlike us, the Roidmudes will not have any regards for the lives of the humans they fuse with it.]
"Yeah. I can see that whatever Villains they use are just disposable tools in their eyes. All waiting to be used before being discarded aside by them." Kamen Rider OverDrive concludes, shaking his head in disappointment at Moonfish's decisions and how they cost the criminal's life in the end.
And, unfortunately, there was no shortage of Villains for the Roidmudes to make use of…
At least not for a long time…
"Gentle! The barrier! It's gone!" La Brava says as they all look above them.
Danjuro smiles in relief at this.
"You're right!" He says to his partner. "Hurry! Let's leave this place, La Brava!"
"Oh? Leaving already? But we're not done yet with you, Mr. Gentle."
"Huh?"
*Slash!*
A Roidmude suddenly attacks Danjuro from behind, slashing his back.
"Argh!" The Villain cries in pain as he falls on the ground, also letting go of the Fairy Lip.
"Gentle!" Manami cries as she doesn't waste time tending to her partner's injury.
The redhead glares at the one responsible for injuring her idol, coming face to face with the Plain Cobra Type Roidmude 006, who is simply looking maliciously at them.
The Executive then set his eyes on the world's largest conch pearl as it happened to land close to him.
"So this is what everybody here was fighting for tonight…" He muses. "It would be a shame if something happened to it."
"What are you going to do?" Gentle questions, feeling dreadful about whatever it is that the cobra monster wants.
006 slowly raises his right foot, preparing to stomp on the precious pink jewel and crush it.
"No!" Gentle cries at this, extending his arm towards the Fairy Lip in a vain attempt to grab the item.
However, another foot stops him at the last instant by getting in the way, just a few inches from connecting with the large pearl.
Curious, rather than annoyed, 006 sees that the one responsible for blocking him was none other than Kamen Rider Super Lupin.
"..."
"..."
The two stared at each other in silence, with the Roidmude still trying to use his foot to destroy the Fairy Lip.
"Right, you were the one who started this whole mess in the first place just to get this pearl." The Executive says to the Phantom Thief. "You must be dead set on getting it to make quite the fortune, aren't you Lupin?"
However, the thief Rider denies the assumption.
"You're wrong. I have another reason to be taking the Fairy Lip tonight." He explains. "This is a jewel that has an important emotional value that no amount of money could ever hope to match!"
"What?" 006 asks again, becoming confused with the answer.
*Whoosh!*
*Snap!*
Mr. Compress suddenly shows up and throws a marble at the cobra android, snapping his fingers as it releases a large old car, hitting the Executive and sending him far away from everyone.
*Crash!*
"Thanks, Nii-san!" Lupin thanks his brother and grabs the Fairy Lip, now back in his possession once again.
He spares a glance at Gentle Criminal and La Brava, showing the large conch pearl to them as a sign of his victory.
"And I will be taking this back with me."
"No!" Gentle cries again, now frustrated for being bested by his rival once again.
"Give it back! Gentle is the one who stole it!" La Brava argues.
"And I stole it back." The Phantom Thief replies curtly, silencing Manami.
"We also better get going!" Mr. Compress reminds his brother, gesturing to how Endeavor and the remaining Pro Heroes were getting closer to them.
"Ah, right!" The Rider agrees, nodding to Atsuhiro.
But before the Sako brothers finally leave the Grand Museum, they also decide to take Danjuro and Manami along with them.
"What the!? What are you doing!?" Gentle questioned them.
"Let me go!" La Brava cries in protest.
"Do you really want to refuse our help to leave this place!?" Mr. Compress asks back, lifting Manami with one arm wrapped around her tiny body. "C'mon! We are leaving! All of us!"
"Yeah, I don't think you guys can escape the heroes on your own. Especially not in your current condition." Lupin adds, gesturing to Danjuro's injury as the older man winced at that reminder.
This was enough to convince the other duo of Villains, with neither Gentle Criminal nor La Brava resisting anymore as the four of them escaped from the Grand Museum's premises.
*Poof!* *Poof!* *Poof!*
Mr. Compress uses some smoke bombs to cover their tracks as the four of them disappear, leaving no traces behind.
As for Roidmude 006, having destroyed the car that Atsuhiro tossed at him and turned it into scrap, the Executive decides to teleport away once he realizes that Kamen Rider Lupin's group is gone.
"Fine then. We can continue this game another day." He muttered his last words before also disappearing from the Grand Museum through a black portal that appeared before him.
"Damn it!" Endeavor cursed as he and the remaining Pro Heroes were too late to capture any of the criminals, leaving a large amount of destruction behind for the authorities to deal with.
Later…
In front of the Grand Museum's entrance
In the aftermath of the Fairy Lip's heist, the law enforcement forces are left behind to assess all the damage caused during the entire operation.
And like the fiasco of the U.A. Sports Festival's stolen medals, tonight's plan also ended in failure since all the main targets managed to escape and the Pro Heroes failed to catch any of the Kamen Riders.
Waiting near a parked disguised NEXTridoron, Yuuki and Yuriko silently watched as the others were taking a look at the situation.
The rookie detective was sporting some bandages across her body from her injuries against the Roidmudes while Yuuki was the only person in the whole incident to have avoided significant injury during the battles that took place there.
The duo of detectives watched as Muscular and a few other captured Villains were being loaded into police trucks, ready to be transported into some prisons like Tartarus, while some Pro Heroes and police officers were receiving treatment and being loaded into ambulances.
Yuriko happened to spot Mirko and Ryukyu being loaded into one of the ambulances, both heroines on their way to a hospital. And it also just happened that the Rabbit Heroine looked back at the female cop in intrigue.
"..."
Initially confused, Rumi looks at the detective's face, deciding to particularly focus on the familiar pair of sky-blue eyes she swore she saw somewhere.
"How're your injuries?"
Yuuki asks his partner once all the ambulances have left and the duo made sure no one was eavesdropping on them.
"It's fine, Tomari-san. Those wounds are nothing." Yuriko tries to reassure him with a smile.
But it wasn't enough to convince him.
"I'm sorry." He suddenly apologizes, shocking the woman. "I should have checked upon you when I had the chance. Maybe I should have stayed by your side since the start and-"
"No, no. None of this now." The female Rider cuts him off, gently placing a finger on his mouth. "You made the right choice, Tomari-san. Don't ever think otherwise. Okay?"
Yuriko was also touched by the way Yuuki cared about her well-being, but she felt too embarrassed to say that to him right now.
Her senpai became immediately concerned after he learned about how she had to fight against two Roidmude Executives. Partly blaming himself for deciding to leave Yuriko on her own.
But she wouldn't be having any of this nonsense.
"I'm happy to see how you are concerned about my well-being, Tomari-san. But please, try to always prioritize helping others before me. Just like how you did tonight. And compared to my actions, you still contributed more. You at least killed an evolved Roidmude while I failed to kill even one of them."
"But I heard you were about to kill Revenger after cornering him, right? You only couldn't because Tornado got in your way. That's amazing. You shouldn't sell yourself short either, Yuriko." Yuuki compliments her, impressed with her progress.
The duo then stops talking as they spot several body bags now being taken away from the scene, some containing corpses of Villains while others were of the killed heroes. Yuuki notices how Yuriko became upset as she recognized the body bag containing the corpse of Yoroi Musha while he recognized the one carrying the headless remains of Moonfish.
The veteran investigator next tries consoling his kouhai at this, placing a supporting hand on her shoulder. He wonders how disheartening it must be for the rookie detective to see one of the Pro Heroes she admired being killed by a Roidmude.
*Beep!* *Beep!*
Yuuki suddenly receives a text on his phone and checks it, becoming surprised once he reads its contents. He was about to tell Yuriko about it when they heard a loud voice coming towards them.
"I want compensation!"
A furious Torigoe Naeji approaches the cops. He is a gemstone broker and the owner of the Fairy Lip.
"I'm going to take what's mine, now that the jewel has been stolen." He demands from Yuriko and Yuuki. "I want the substantial compensation I'm owed!"
The female vigilante becomes baffled by what she hears.
"Are you serious!? A lot of people just died and that's the thing worrying you the most!?" She asks him, looking incredulous at the man.
"It's not my fault the Pro Heroes were not good enough at their job!" Torigoe rebuts with a sneer. "Now, my compensation. I want it!"
However, he suddenly feels a chill go down his spine. The gemstone broker feels a hand forcibly touching his shoulder. He turns to face Yuuki looking back at him with angry eyes.
"If you were the real owner of the jewel, that is." The detective says.
"W-What?" Torigoe stutters, now sweating nervously as he feels intimidated by the Rider's gaze on him.
"Didn't you say the pearl was found inside a giant oyster sleeping at the bottom of Mie Prefecture's Ago Bay, and that you were drawn to the pearl's unique orient effect?"
"Y-Yeah."
"But real conch pearls are only harvested from pink conches in the Gulf of Mexico or the Caribbean Sea. And it's not the rainbow 'orient effect' that defines conch pearls, it's actually their beautiful 'flame pattern' wavy lines."
While Yuriko becomes interested in these facts her senpai is bringing up, she notices how Torigoe is becoming nervous the more Yuuki keeps talking.
"In other words, you're not the real owner of the Fairy Lip. It must actually belong to that lady from earlier, who said her grandfather received it as a gift from a wealthy Caribbean man." Yuuki deduces as they think about Shiomi Moena, the office worker with fox features.
"W-What!? H-How dare you! Those are just assumptions! I'm the actual victim here!" Torigoe tries to argue, but his desperate expression wasn't convincing to any of the cops.
"Well, then you can talk all about it later at the precint." Yuriko says as she gives a deadly smile to the gemstone broker, soon producing a pair of handcuffs. "One of our detectives there also happens to have a [Lie Detector] Quirk. If you're saying the truth then there's nothing to worry about, right?"
Torigoe pales at the implication.
"Oh, um, actually…" He weakly tries to defend himself.
Minutes later, the gemstone broker was arrested before being shoved inside a police patrol car, next being sent away to the Musutafu City Police Department.
"You noticed that gemstone broker was suspicious, too?" Yuriko asks Yuuki with a knowing look.
"Yep. I noticed he was a fake right away." The older Rider confirms. "But this is what confirmed my suspicion."
He then shows his partner the text message he saw earlier, showing it to Yuriko that it was a message from Kaito.
'The Fairy Lip will be returned to its rightful owner.'
There was an emblem of Kamen Rider Lupin right under the message as well…
'I guess I know where Lupin must be going next now…' Yuuki can't help but think in amusement.
For some reason, he gets the sudden feeling that Lupin's intentions indeed were not to steal the Fairy Lip just to make a fortune from its heist.
At a church on the outskirts of Musutafu City…
Within a church, a lone Shiomi Moena could be seen crying next to the coffin of her late grandmother, which was placed on the altar and surrounded by several flowers.
Candles were the only thing providing illumination there.
"I'm sorry, Obaa-chan. I wish I could've taken back the jewel you got from Ojii-chan to heaven with you. But I couldn't." The fox woman laments as the tears wouldn't stop falling from her eyes. "I wish I could've asked you more about the pink pearl while you were alive."
But a certain voice suddenly gets her attention.
"Exactly 50 years ago, while a wealthy Caribbean man was traveling around the world by boat, his pregnant wife suddenly went into labor."
A startled Moena stops crying and gasps, paying close attention to the voice as their words echo around the church.
"By chance, your grandfather, who was an accomplished surgeon, happened to be on the same boat on his honeymoon."
Footsteps could now be heard as a figure was approaching Moena from behind.
"And though it wasn't his specialty, he used his medical knowledge to help with the birth. And it was with gratitude for his help that the Caribbean man gave this very same Fairy Lip to your grandfather as a sign of thanks."
Kamen Rider Lupin says as the fox lady turns around to face him, with the Phantom Thief also extending said precious jewel towards her.
"Shiomi Moena-san." He addresses her, gesturing for the woman to take the Fairy Lip.
"*Gasp!* Y-You're… Kamen Rider Lupin!" She says.
Kaito smirks under his mask as he continues speaking:
"The details of the event were written on the Caribbean man's son's blog in Spanish. The broker that took this from you probably plotted to steal your jewel after reading it."
"I see." Moena nods in understanding.
"Unfortunately, I have no use for a pretty jewel like this one. Therefore, may I add a touch of color to your grandmother's cruise through the afterlife?"
"Yes. Of course."
The fox lady finally accepts the Fairy Lip and takes it back. She tears up a bit and cries in gratitude. But once Moena wiped her tears to thank Lupin, she realized that the Phantom Thief has already left the church.
"Well then, shall we get going?"
Turns out that Kaito has simply retreated to the roof of the church, where three other individuals were waiting for him: His brother Atsuhiro, Danjuro and Manami.
On their way to the church, Mr. Compress revealed to the other criminal duo about the real reason behind tonight's heist: The Sako brothers had already investigated Torigoe beforehand and found out that he was a shady businessman, having stolen jewels from more people other than Moena.
To punish him, the Phantom Thief brothers would steal the Fairy Lip from the gemstone broker before leaking condemning evidence they obtained about his misdeeds to the press and the police later. Afterward, Kaito had a feeling that Yuuki would not ignore this and deal with the rest, wrapping up things and ensuring Torigoe's arrest.
Helping Shiomi was a nice extra to further throw salt into Torigoe's situation.
"Where?" Danjuro questions, wincing as he feels the wound 006 inflicted on his back.
"We will treat your wounds at our place, Gentle Criminal." Mr. Compress says, shocking the older man and La Brava. "It's not like we can leave you at a hospital. Unless you want to be arrested, of course."
"Y-You will?" Manami questions, still in disbelief. "B-But why? Why help us?"
"I did say that I'm a fan of Mr. Gentle, didn't I? Plus, I just feel like it." Kaito answers nonchalantly, earning sweat drops from the others.
'Kaito…' Atsuhiro shakes his head in exasperation at the response.
"Really?" Danjuro questions, still trying and failing to understand this young man before him.
"Yeah, yeah. But look, how about we all have a nice talk later over some tea and sweets?" The Kamen Rider offers them, having a big smile under his Guy Fawkes mask as the light of the pale moon illuminates the four of them.
Roidmude Hideout - Throne Room
The Throne Room lies in the deepest reaches of the Roidmudes' base of operations.
The room itself is an exquisite piece of work. A wide, high room, enough for several hundred people, with a high ceiling and surrounding walls that were predominantly white, with golden decorations as highlights.
Hanging from the ceiling were numerous chandeliers made of precious stones of all colors of the rainbow, and emitted a fantastic, dreamlike radiance.
Numerous flags were emblazoned with symbols that represented the newly revived Roidmude race, which hung from flagpoles embedded into the walls. This Roidmude Emblem appears as a stylized blue fleur-de-lis with a cross-section that encloses a red diamond-shaped gem at the center.
And in the center of this room, which was tinted gold and silver, was a flight of stairs about 10 steps high. Atop these stairs was a gigantic throne, carved out of a single piece of crystal, whose back was high enough to touch the ceiling above it. A huge red banner hung down behind it, proudly displaying the symbol of their empire.
And currently sitting on it was the Roidmude Emperor, who was in his human form.
Before the enigmatic mastermind were the nine Executives, all of who knelt in the presence of their glorious leader. Some of them were in their human disguises while others preferred to stay in their monster forms.
"Terminus. Malware. I'm glad to see you two have finally recovered from your respective fights against the Kamen Riders." The Emperor says in his deep baritone voice, smiling warmly at them.
The Revenger and Tornado Roidmudes also had their bodies restored following their defeats at the hands of Kamen Rider Tracer and Mashin Chaser.
"I'm unworthy of your kind words given my failure, Your Majesty." The 003 Executive, who was in his human form, places a hand on his chest and replies devoutly before bowing his head in respect to their master.
"Myself as well." Terminus adds, lowering his head in shame. "I requested an opportunity to fight Krim and his operator. And yet, I failed. I'm ready to receive whatever punishment you have in store for me, my lord."
"It matters not." The emperor tells them as he simply nods in understanding upon hearing his minions' words.
"What is thy bidding, my master?"
Freeze finally asks as he and the others still wondered why their Emperor summoned them to his throne room. But none of them manage to come up with a good explanation for their leader's intentions.
If it wasn't about Terminus and Malware's punishment, then what would it be about?
The emperor smiles pleasantly.
"Good tidings, friends. Today is a momentous day. I am pleased to announce that new comrades have been chosen to join our ranks."
This got surprised reactions from the Executives as this meant that their leader had finally created new Cores, giving birth to new Roidmudes that did not belong to the original 108.
The enigmatic mastermind then spares a glance at his side, gesturing for someone to finally reveal themselves.
"Come." He orders.
From out of the shadows of the throne room, two figures emerged as their appearance earned gasps from the Executives.
The first one is Roidmude 5886. '5886' is the sum of all the Roidmudes' Core numbers, from 001 to 108.
He is the advanced android whose form has traits that belong to all three Plain Types of Roidmudes at the same time. His appearance is that of a Cobra-Type Roidmude with the fangs of a Spider-Type Roidmude and the ears and nose of a Bat-Type Roidmude.

Roidmude 5886 is the main antagonist of Drive Saga: Kamen Rider Heart.
He is the conglomeration of the broken data from the destroyed Roidmudes, driven by his wild nature. His goal was to complete himself by stealing the data of human templates that Roidmudes copied in the past and killing them.

The second individual was revealed to be none other than Cyberoid ZZZ.
XXXXXXX
Cyberoid ZZZ is a Plain Human Type Roidmude body upgraded into a cybernetic life form, created by Krim Steinbelt.
Originally intended as the vessel for Krim Steinbelt's consciousness, Cyberoid ZZZ was placed in stasis when attempts to upload failed. The Roidmude gained life when the aged Zoruku Tojo uploaded his own consciousness into it, which soon formed into something resembling a Roidmude's Core after Lupin's defeat.
Prior to the birth of Kamen Rider Lupin, Zoruku took the Roidmude's homunculus appearance as his first battle form while wearing a black cloak as additional clothing. However, as Belt-san stated, while he also lacks the strong mentality to use it, his reason is also because the usage of Cyberoid also increases the wearer's aggression.

'Cyberoid ZZZ… Roidmude 5886… So they are the new members His Majesty brought into our forces.' 009 thinks, carefully analyzing the two of them.
"I am also pleased to announce that ZZZ will be my second in command, taking the role of Overseer Executive." The Emperor reveals, surprising the nine Executives.
ZZZ then transforms, taking a human appearance.
He now looks like a young-looking man with a thin build and long blonde hair, which descends past his shoulders, having a pair of green eyes and blonde eyelashes.
His attire consists of a white cloak, a calf-length white trench coat, commensurate with his rank, with dark green fur running down from his left collar to the front of the coat, a green belt with a golden belt buckle, along with white trousers and shoes.
"The designation ZZZ no longer means anything to me. You may call me Legatus from now on." The newly appointed Overseer tells the Executives, earning nods from them, while the Emperor simply smirks from his throne.
"I hope none of you have any objections about my decision." The mastermind tells the rest. "And you need not to worry. In the battles ahead against humanity, all of you here will most certainly have the opportunity to witness not only Legatus and 5886's powers for yourselves. But also of the third new comrade that joins our case."
This last part got the attention of the nine Executives.
"Third? Are you perhaps referring to him, Your Majesty?" 009 questions in interest.
"Indeed. He is bound to awaken soon. Very soon." The emperor assures his subordinate as he smiles at his servants.
"Now then, let me hear your reports for the cause of peace."
Within the Roidmude Headquarters, there was a certain laboratory, full of technological equipment and computers.
In the center of the lab was a pod tank, filled with a white transparent liquid inside it. And floating lifelessly inside the tank was a certain golden-colored armored being.
The under armor of this person is black, with the figure looking just like a recolored version of Kamen Rider Drive Type Speed. The armor itself is of the same gold tone used by the Roidmudes that have attained Ultimate Evolution, with gauntlets and leg armor of the same color. The chest piece is in the shape of the front of a car. His helmet looks like a car light with a spoiler on the back of it. The visor glowed an ominous scarlet light.
This is (Kamen Rider) Gold Drive.
The form once used by the revived Banno Tenjuro…
[Awaken.
Awaken, Gold Drive.
Gold Drive…]
Gold Drive's red visor lights up as he comes to life, raising his head to look at what stood in front of him.
The Closing Screen of this chapter shows Shift Speed Wild Technic(Shift Trinity), Shift Deadheat, Shift Next Hunter and the Rhino Super Viral Core, side by side, with the logo of Kamen Rider Dark Drive behind them.

I actually have no idea about the Paradox Roidmude's deal either. I only understood that he erased his future version's existence after being killed by Kamen Rider Drive Type Special, completely erasing and changing the timeline of the year 2035 he originally came from.
Yeah, I actually have other plans for the characters of my Kamen Rider Kikai: Automata story. Especially now that there's even more content I can make use of with the launch of the Nier Re[in]carnation mobile game.
I will probably stick with the idea that Himiko cannot be redeemed/forgiven for the things she has done. I'm probably gonna make her later fuse with a Plain Bat Type Roidmude or something of the sort to become the 'Vampire Roidmude', I guess.

To be honest, the Roidmudes don't need to threaten Izuku since I have already stated earlier that they can copy the Quirk of anyone they scanned at some point.
And since Terminus just did that during the second invasion of U.A High... Well, you can probably guess what the Roidmudes will do next.
No idea about Yellowstone or other parts of the world. This sort of feels random since I'm barely going to touch into places outside of Japan during the events of this story.

Actually, I suddenly got a very crazy idea to make use of the Octopus Vistamp and have it appear in this story, with the item later being important to Yuuki's growth. As for why and how exactly? No spoilers. But you will find out eventually. And this process might also lead to the creation of the Octopus Roidmude along the way.
Yes, there will be special appearances of Kamen Riders that don't use the Rider System, of the Drive Series, later in the story. But not sure about it being from Kamen Zero-One's series though, even if the themes do seem to have a strong connection with each other because of the two types of androids used in the shows.

Even Endeavor is going to become troubled with all the chaos that comes from the war between Kamen Riders and their enemies.
The heroes will slowly start to lose their confidence and become very afraid of facing the Roidmude threat.
