The Malware Roidmude fires a powerful energy beam attack towards Kamen Rider Tracer, destroying everything in its path.
[Zutto Tracer!] The Mach Driver announces as the vigilante taps into the power of her Signal Bike.
"Safety Protect!"
The Rider cries as she summons an energy-made blue-colored riot shield to protect herself, halting Malware's attack.
She then rushes towards her enemy, still holding the energy shield with one hand, and then tries to strike the Executive down with her Pat Megabo using her other hand.
But Malware seemed to have been expecting that, suddenly producing a powerful light that distracts Tracer, temporarily blinding her by using an attack that has an effect similar to that of a flashbang.
*Boom!* *Flash!*
"Argh!"
*Smack!*
The Roidmude punches the Quirkless Rider in the stomach, sending her flying away for a few meters.
*Beep!* *Beep!*
But suddenly two Shift Cars came to the Kamen Rider's aid: Shift Deco Traveller and Shift Next (Deco) Traveller.
While Tracer used the moment to recover her stance, the two toy cars decided to take Malware by surprise, quickly summoning chains around the Roidmude Executive and wrapping them around him to restrain his movements.
"Tch! Annoying little things…!" The android growled, now furiously trying to break himself free from the energy chains binding his body.
The female vigilante quickly holds her Pat Megabo in Baton Mode, just like a spear, and makes it glow red, after gathering some energy around it, before forcefully throwing the weapon at the Roidmude.
But despite being restrained, Malware manages to mentally conjure a barrier and stops the incoming weapon mid-air, a few inches from hitting his head.
*Crash!* *Click!* *Clank!*
And upon buidling up some energy within his Core, the Roidmude releases a blue energy aura around him, finally destroying the chains and blasting the two Traveller Shift Cars away.
However, the Executive soon realizes that this last attack was simlply a bait with the intent of distracting him from the real blow.
[Signal Bike! Signal Koukan! Tomarle!]
Tracer quickly inserts Signal Tomarle into her Mach Driver's slot.
She then gathers yellow energy around her right foot before unleashing her special finisher.
[Hissatsu! Full Throttle! Tomarle!]
The female vigilante jumps high before doing a frontflip.
Her right foot was about to connect with Malware's head. However, he summons a pair of energy lightsabers in both of his hands before using them to block the Kamen Rider's incoming Rider Kick.
As a result, this causes an electrical shockwave between the two combatants to happen while forcing everyone else to take a few steps back.
'Damn!' Tracer curses inwardly as she and Malware were now struggling to overcome each other's stance.
"W-What power!" Melissa gasped as she and David witnessed the fight, both Shields being unsure of who would prevail in the end.
As for Toshinori, he was still dealing with the pain the needle inserted into his brain was causing.
*Boom!*
"Argh!"
*Thud!*
Both Tracer and Malware were blasted away to opposite ends once their clash ends with an intense energy release, harming the two of them.
"Damn! N-Not again…! I refuse to lose to you once more, Quirkless!" Malware shouts to his adversary as he stands up.
"W-What!? Q-Quirkless!?" A shocked Melissa cries, not believing what she just heard while David looks away, sporting a grim expression on his face.
'That woman… The Kamen Rider… Is she actually a Quirkless!? L-Like me!?' The younger Shield still keeps pondering.
*Zoom!*
But Melissa's ponderings come to an end as her thoughts are interrupted by the sound of a motorcycle coming their way.
It's revealed to be the Ride Tracer as the Rider Machine stops before its owner.
'It seems that I have no choice. To defeat stronger Roidmudes like Malware, I will have to make use of every trick in my arsenal.' Tracer thinks as she touches her personal vehicle, making it go through a transformation process.
'Don't tell me…! She plans to use that thing again!?' Malware thinks, remembering how he was previously beaten by the Ride Tracer's [Blaster Mode].
However…
[Hammer Mode!]
The Ride Tracer transforms itself into a giant hammer, with a large motorcycle horn attached to one end of the big weapon.
"What!?" The Roidmude questions, not having expected a new trick from his opponent.
The female vigilante easily twirls her large hammer around before pointing it at Malware.
"Here I come!" Tracer cries before she charges towards the Executive.
With Kamen Rider OverDrive…
Back on the road where the U.A. bus was destroyed, Kamen Rider OverDrive and the Another Drive Roidmude were throwing hands with one another.
*Smack!*
"Ugh!"
Another Drive just got punched hard in the face by OverDrive, wincing before taking a few steps back.
In response, the Roidmude takes aim with his dented car door, on his left arm(where the Shift Brace would be), before firing a powerful deadly red energy beam at the Kamen Rider.
[Summon the Door-Ju!] Belt-san advises his User.
The Quirkless complies immediately, using the Door-Ju's door shield mode to block the incoming energy beam before redirecting the red laser above them, causing an explosion in the process.
"Come, Monster!" OverDrive orders as a Shift Car comes to his help.
It was Shift Massive Monster.

Based on a monster truck, Shift Massive Monster is a sentient Type Wild Shift Car which allows Kamen Rider Drive to gain the Massive Monster Shift Tire, equipping him with the Monster Tire Specific Item and enabling him to grab enemies using the Shift Tire's extendable tongue.
By itself, it can attack by biting enemies. Befitting its monster truck motif, it has an unruly attitude and often antagonizes Justice Hunter, but cares for it very much in the end.
The Monster, individually known as the Rush Fang and Rush Face, is a pair of Tire Specific Items modeled after a car boot that is wielded by Kamen Rider Drive when he uses the Shift Massive Monster Car to activate the Massive Monster Tire, which can also be combined with the Hooking Wrecker and Deco Traveller Tires to create the Tough Guy Tire via Type Tridoron's Tire Blending ability.

[Tire Koukan! Massive Monster!] Belt-san announces as his partner equips himself with the Massive Monster Shift Tire and the Monster Tire Specific Item.
Brandishing Rush Fang and Rush Face in each of his hands, OverDrive next runs towards Another Drive.
"Annoying vermin!" The Roidmude Executive cries as his torso's Shift Tire glows.
From the spot on his chest, the android produces and fires wheel projectiles at his opponents shaped after the Shift Tires. If one looked closer, one could see that the projectiles are a red variant of the Midnight Shadow Shift Tire and what seems to be a fusion between the former and the Max Flare one.
*Boom!* *Boom!*
But OverDrive easily manages to dodge whatever the Executive throws at him, performing several acrobatic moves while doing so as explosions happen behind him.
Once he got close enough to the mechanical monster, the vigilante attacked him with both parts of his Tire Specific Item as the sound of bites and crunching could be heard every time Another Drive was hit by either the Rush Fang or the Rush Face.
[M-M-Monster!] Belt-san calls as OverDrive taps into the power of Massive Monster, pulling the Shift Brace's lever.
The Kamen Rider makes the separate parts of the Monster grow, as big as doors, as his hands glow purple. He then joins his hands together as the Rush Face and Rush Fang are combined to form a giant green Monster head, causing an energy aura release that sends Another Drive flying away.
*Bam!*
"Ugh!" The Executive grunts in pain, trying to stand up again.
[Time to end this!] Belt-san says.
"Right!" His operator agrees.
*Beep!* *Beep!*
This time, Shift Wild comes to assist the Quirkless warrior.
OverDrive then summons the Handle-Ken and inserts Shift Wild into the sword's Shift Landing Panel. Next, he changes from the Massive Monster Shift Tire to Type Trinity's default one.
[Hissatsu! Full Throttle!]
[Wild Trinity!]
Belt-san announces as Kamen Rider OverDrive activates the special finisher in both the Shift Brace and the Handle-Ken, soon being enveloped in a black energy aura.
An energy manifestation of Kamen Rider Drive Type Wild then manifests next to the vigilante, also wielding a Handle-Ken of its own while imitating OverDrive's gestures.
"Program Advance!" The Kamen Rider chants.
Holding his weapon in a reverse grip, OverDrive brings the weapon to his back with his right arm as he makes a 'praying' hand sign with his left hand.
And Drive Type Wild is still imitating him.
(A/N: Imagine the pose Ultraman Taiga Tri-Strium performs in order to execute the Fuma Raging Fire Slash/Fūma Rekka-zan Ultra Finisher.)
"Wild Slash!"
OverDrive chants, bringing his right arm forwards as he and Drive Type Wild fired an intense energy slash from their respective Handle-Kens.
*Slash!*
Their attacks then combine to form a giant energy manifestation of Type Wild's Shift Tire, which heads straight towards the Another Drive Roidmude.
*Bam!*
The attack destroys everything on its way before fully hitting the 004 Executive, enveloping him in a large explosion.
"Ahhh!" The mechanical monster cries in horror.
*Boom!*
With the special finisher performed, the manifestation of Drive Type Wild fades away.
"Did we get him?" The Quirkless warrior asks the sentient Drive Driver, feeling hopeful.
[Wait, look!] Belt-san cries as the two look at the site ahead of them.
The explosion clears to reveal, much to their dismay, that Another Drive was still alive. However, the Executive was badly injured thanks to the Wild Slash Full Throttle special finisher.
"This… Isn't over… Yet!" Another Drive growls at the duo.
*Vroom!*
The Another Tridoron stops before its user. The Roidmude steps inside his demonic-looking vehicle and quickly escapes from the scene.
*Vrooom!*
Kamen Rider OverDrive wanted to initially pursue after their foe. However, Belt-san reminds him of their priorities.
[We can worry about him later. Right now, we must check upon David and the others.]
"Right." The vigilante eventually agrees as they head towards the rest of their comrades.

Drive 27: To Forge My Own Path
*Slam!*
Kamen Rider Tracer was now facing the Malware Roidmude with her Ride Tracer's new form: [Hammer Mode]
She leaps forward and slams the hammer into the ground in front of herself, spin it around her, slams it in front of and behind herself, slides it forward before swinging it upwards, and Tracer then finishes by enlarging the hammer and slamming it on the ground. And each blow leaves gears and cogs in their wake instead of cracks around the area.
*Whack!*
Malware summons a shield to protect himself, but Tracer's enhanced hammer blows manage to easily break through his defenses, sending him flying away.
*Crash!*
"Ugh!" The Executive groans in pain.
"Let's end this, Malware!" Tracer cries, now pointing the [Hammer Mode]'s large motorcycle horn towards him.
"Melissa, quick! Cover your ears!" David suddenly instructs his daughter, immediately doing it.
The blonde girl simply complies, also having an idea of what is about to happen next.
"O-Okay!"
"Sonic Buster!" The Kamen Rider chants.
Her weapon's giant device releases an extremely powerful soundwave attack.
"Argh! Damn you!" Malware curses his human opponent as the sonic blast sends him away towards a nearby building, destroying it in the process upon collision.
*Bam!* *Crash!*
The Rider Tracer ends up reverting back to its motorcycle form as its user lets go of the giant hammer.
The Roidmude Executive ends up dropping the switch he used earlier on All Might, with Tracer picking it up once she noticed it.
*Crush!*
The female vigilante destroys it in the palm of her hand and approaches Toshinori, checking up on him.
"Are you alright, All Might?" She asks, offering him a hand.
"Yeah. Thanks, Tracer." The Symbol of Peace thanks the Kamen Rider as he accepts it, smiling at the masked woman while no longer feeling any headaches.
"Ahhhh!"
Suddenly, the two heard a horrified scream and turned towards the source. What they saw made them alarmed.
[Drive! Type Gold!]
While they were busy dealing with Malware, Kamen Rider Gold Drive suddenly appeared before the Shields.
Melissa seemed especially terrified as the golden warrior's red lenses seemed to be peering inside her soul, each step he took sounding more menacing.
"S-Stay away from my daughter, monster!" David gets between them, using himself as a human shield in an attempt to protect his daughter.
[Grab this man, Drive. He is our target.] Mother instructs her operator.
"Yes, Mother." The 109th Roidmude replies, nodding to her order.
*Smack!*
But just before the Rider could capture David, a powerful punch hits him on the side, sending him flying away towards a nearby garbage container, destroying it upon collision.
"Get away from them!" All Might roared before he charged towards the golden Roidmude.
Unlike his usual cheerful self, the No. 1 Hero was now angry.
Very angry.
*Bang!* *Flash!*
"Argh!"
Suddenly, two blue laser beams pierce his body, hitting him on the left shoulder and right rib. This makes Yagi cough blood as he drops to the ground.
"What!?" A shocked Tracer looks towards the one responsible for this, finding out that the culprit was an injured Malware, who just emerged from a pile of debris from the ruined building he was sent at.
The Executive made finger gun gestures with his hands before having taken aim at the Symbol of Peace.
"Tch! I missed the head and the heart…!" The 003 Roidmude curses for not being able to kill the man.
He then takes a look at Gold Drive.
"What are you doing, Gold Drive!? Hurry up and grab the target!"
Having recovered from All Might's punch, the new Roidmude quickly heads towards David.
"Stop!" Tracer cries as she charges towards the other Rider.
But Malware quickly reappears behind her and pins the woman against the ground, restraining her.
"Oh no, you won't! Hurry up, Gold Drive!"
"Stop!" All Might cries, raising up again despite the pain the laser wounds he just received were causing him.
[Destroy everything that stands in our way, Drive!] Mother orders.
"Yes, Mother." The operator complies, yellow energy coating his fists.
Both All Might and Gold Drive were about to start exchanging punches when everyone suddenly stopped whatever they were doing as they heard the sound of a car's engine.
*Vroooom!*
The NEXTridoron came into view, becoming a sign of worry for the Roidmudes as it got closer to them.
"Damn! Dark Drive and Krim…! We can't afford to fight those guys as well!" Malware curses.
*Beep!* *Beep!*
Shift Justice Hunter and Shift Next Hunter come into view, both of them firing projectiles, shaped after the Justice Cage, at the Roidmude Executive and making him step away from Tracer.
"Ugh!" The Executive grunts in annoyance, waving his hands in an attempt to make the toy cars get away from him.
As Tracer regains her footing, she quickly summons the Zenrin Shooter and aims it at the Executive.
But before she could take a shot at her enemy, the vigilante finds out that Malware quickly picks up the unconscious body of Kanade and is now using her as a hostage.
"Not so fast, Tracer!"
Gold Drive, being also inspired by this move, decides to ignore All Might and David, who was right behind the Pro Hero, and targets Melissa, who was left unguarded.
*Snatch!*
"Ah!"
"Melissa!" All Might and David called in horror as they saw Gold Drive rapidly knock out the poor girl with a light jab before carrying her now unconscious body in bridal style.
The two Roidmudes then regroup and get next to each other as Kamen Rider OverDrive exits his car to join the rest of his comrades.
[Melissa! Kanade!] Belt-san calls for them as his operator aims the Door-Ju at Gold Drive.
"Well, now… Let's not get hasty here." Malware advises them, pressing an energy blade against Kanade's neck.
He then produces a data chip and tosses it to David.
"Mr. Shield, if you wish for your daughter and this woman to be safely returned then you must come to the location encrypted within that data chip. Alone." The Executive warns.
The humans gasped at this while Gold Drive looked at Melissa with an uncomfortable feeling briefly taking over him, and without Malware taking notice of that.
"You are after David's knowledge of Quirks, aren't you? Just like how 004 has stolen Krim's data." All Might accuses.
"Oh? You seemed to be well-informed. I see… So Krim has decided to finally tell you about his little secrets, huh?" The 003 Roidmude mockingly questions, which seemed to further enrage the Symbol of Peace.
"You really expect us to just handle Mr. Shield to you!? How can we know for sure you won't do anything to Melissa and Kanade?" Tracer demands from the evil android.
"That's the funny part. You don't. But tell me, are you definitely willing to risk their lives now just to kill us here?"
"..." The female vigilante becomes distraught over the taunt, having no retort to that.
"Okay! Fine!" David eventually gives up, his allies looking at him with shocked expressions. "You want me, right!? Then let my daughter go!"
"Mr. Shield!?" Tracer questioned.
"David, no!" All Might calls him.
But just as he was about to walk towards the Roidmudes in surrender, OverDrive stops him.
"W-What!? Y-You!?" The scientist questions, looking surprised at the vigilante.
"You know I can't let you do that, Mr. Shield." The Rider warns, tightening his hold over the brunette.
"Let me go! That's my daughter we are talking about! Do you expect me to just watch!?" David cries back, but the Quirkless cop doesn't flinch over his outburst.
'David…' Toshinori looks at his old friend in regret.
Perhaps if only he didn't ask them to come to Japan…
If maybe he never consulted David for his input on the Core Driviar technology in the first place…
"No need to rush." Malware gets the humans' attention. "You have until midnight to decide what to do. But once the time limit expires… Well, I'm sure you know what will happen."
With his words said, Malware, Gold Drive and their hostages teleported away, pixelating from the scene and leaving their frustrated human enemies behind.
A few hours later...
Steinbelt Manor - Conference Room
"Well, this is certainly troubling… Woof!"
A disturbed Kenji spoke once he and the others present in the conference room just finished hearing about everything that transpired in regard to the Roidmudes' sudden attack on David.
Aside from everyone personally involved in the incident, the police chief, Principal Nezu and Tsukauchi were present there with them.
'This could become an international incident if word of it gets out.' The man-dog thinks grimly. 'Neither I-Island nor the American government will take it kindly if something happens to Mr. Shield during his stay here in Japan.'
Thanks to him, the news about the attack on David wasn't fully disclosed yet to the public. Rather than the Roidmudes, he spread the word about a random Villain attack that All Might quickly took care of, making sure to not mention the Kamen Riders either. Thankfully, there were no eyewitnesses or videos on the internet that recorded what actually happened.
At least not yet.
"So, what's the plan? How are we going to rescue Mr. Shield's daughter and Haibara?" Tsukauchi asks his colleagues.
"I… I have no idea. At least, not yet." Yuriko answers him, looking unsure as she tries to think hard to come up with a proper plan.
But before anything else could be discussed…
"David, calm down!"
Krim tries to calm his student down as everyone else turns to the newest commotion happening amongst them.
The I-Island scientist was holding Yuuki by his shirt, glaring fiercely at the Kamen Rider, who simply remained unfazed at the older man. Krim and Toshinori were trying to calm their mutual friend in an attempt to make the brunette let go of the ravenette cop.
"As I said before, you are not going to the location the Roidmudes told you about, Mr. Shield." Yuuki sternly orders David. "And I will use force, if necessary, to stop you from doing so."
"My daughter is in danger! How can you expect me to not do anything, Tomari!?" The Support Items Designer talks back, despair taking over him.
"Think about it. You should know well enough that this whole thing smells like a trap. And what guarantees do you have that the Roidmudes will keep their word?" The detective questions back as he makes David let go of his shirt. "They want your knowledge - your data, Mr. Shield. Just like how they got Krim's memories. In the past, Banno ordered 004 to create Sigma Circular. Who knows what will happen this time if they get a hold of your memories?"
"So what!? Are you saying that I must give up on my daughter!?" A fearful David questions Yuuki, thinking about the worst possibility that Melissa could've been already killed.
Toshinori and Krim both looked equally worried over this notion.
"David, if you want to blame someone, then blame me." Toshinori interjects, now sporting a guilty face, as the others face him. "It was my idea to ask you and Melissa to come here in the first place. None of this is Tomari's fault. And we need his and Shijima's help to beat the stronger Roidmudes. Especially against enemies like Terminus."
"Toshi…" David looks tiredly at his old friend, his anger disappearing as he seemed to have lost the energy to lash out at the Pro Hero.
This reminder seemed to calm the scientist, although he now also seemed dejected at the idea that there are powerful monsters out there that All Might literally can't defeat. But, on the other hand, they can quite easily crush him…
And that no one with a Quirk can defeat Terminus and possibly the elusive Roidmude Emperor…
Seeing the tense atmosphere subdued, for now, Yuuki sighed in exasperation as he also began thinking of a plan to rescue Melissa and Kanade.
That is, if the poor girl is still alive…
"No, not yet. It's not over yet. We can still save them. Not just Melissa Shield. But Kanade as well."
Suddenly, Shinji and Shinra entered the room. The former was the one who just spoke, getting the humans' attention.
Both Roidmudes in disguise had determined expressions as they faced the others.
"Shinji? Shinra? What is it?" Krim questions the two of them, curiosity taking over him.
"We would like to help you guys personally this time." Shinra firmly tells them. "Shinji and I have come up with a way to rescue Kanade and Melissa. But for that, we will also need Mr. Shield's assistance."
Tsukauchi frowned at this.
"I hope you are not suggesting that we let Mr. Shield actually meet with the kidnappers."
Shinra simply smiled mischievously at the notion.
"Oh, that is exactly what we have to do."
"Huh!?"
"Ugh…"
Kanade groaned as she finally recovered consciousness…
Slowly opening her eyes, while she still felt some slight headache, the first thing the bluenette notices is a concerned Melissa staring back at her.
"Melissa…?"
"Thank goodness. Mrs. Haibara, you're finally awake." The blonde girl happily tells the secretary, feeling some relief upon seeing that the older woman was okay.
As the Support Items student helps Kanade stand up, the female Roidmude in disguise looks around them, examining their surroundings.
It seems that the two of them were locked inside a small room with no windows and any kind of furniture there. There was only a dim light coming from a lightbulb above them, which was also flickering a bit.
"Where are we…?" The confused bluenette asked, tapping her index finger against her forehead.
She could tell that there was blood coming from the top of her head.
Melissa now sports a grim expression as she remembers their current predicament.
"We… We have been kidnaped, Mrs. Haibara." She revealed.
"What?" The secretary questions, wanting to be sure she heard it right.
Melissa then begins to tell her about how Gold Drive locked them inside this small room, which was now serving as their cell. Having been the first between the two of them to wake up, the blonde briefly confronted the golden Roidmude as he placed them inside this place.
Meanwhile…
Within a nearby security room
While the two of them were talking, they were also being observed by a certain individual. One who was listening to their talk through a bug installed within that room, and simultaneously watching their actions through a hidden camera placed within the cell.
'Melissa Shield… And… Haibara Kanade…' Roidmude 109 listed their names as he sat on the lone chair of this dark security room.
He thinks about what led him to this current situation…
After coming into contact with the Roidmude Emperor, His Majesty quickly introduced him to the rest of the Executive class members. Finally being officially recognized as a member of the Organization and integrated into their forces, 109 was given his next mission.
For now, his fight against the new Kamen Rider Drive would be put on hold…
After the battle with the Riders and their kidnapping were successful, 109 was left behind at this place as the one solely responsible for watching after the hostages while 003 and 004 had to return to headquarters for repair.
'Ever since my arrival into the Organization, the identification Gold Drive and the number 109 were all I had. Who the people around me were, what they wanted, or what they were trying to do, I still have no idea of the full picture…' The Roidmude Rider thinks, briefly pondering about his existence.
Suddenly, a Plain Roidmude entered the room.
It was Cobra Type 037. He has a gray collar around his neck.

Roidmude 103 was among the Roidmudes to attack during the first Global Freeze phenomenon. Six months later, he was sent with Roidmude 037 to accompany 024(Volt) in arson operations.
He first fought Drive and Kiriko as Belt-san arrived and Shinnosuke transformed into Drive to fight the Roidmudes until 024 joined the fray and evolved into Volt Roidmude.
Drive summoned the Door-Ju, but Volt's electricity and his struggle over the Type Technic transformation gave him a hard time. In the end, he used Type Wild to finish off 037 via the Handle-Ken's Drift Slash finisher while 103 and Volt escaped.
XXXXXXX
"What is it?" 109 questions 037, wondering what he wants.
"The Overseer Executive is calling for you. He wants to have a word with you." The Plain Cobra explains.
He and some other Plain Roidmudes were tasked with assisting Gold Drive, supporting him and following whatever command he gave them while they were waiting in this secret facility.
"Ok." The Rider nods.
But just as the Human Type Roidmude was about to leave the room, the other unevolved Roidmude caught sight of the screen showing their prisoners.
"We should have simply killed the hostages and let some of our fellow Roidmudes pose as them." The Cobra android spoke darkly, eyeing Melissa and Kanade's forms before facing 109. "Why did you decide to let them live?"
"Our orders are to ensure we get David Shield's data. That's all that matters. They didn't say anything about killing the other humans to do so." 109 argued.
Although he isn't sure yet why, the idea of killing defenseless people did not sit well with him.
037 scoffed at this.
"What are you saying? These humans are lower beings in comparison to us. They should feel honored to be of use to us. You shouldn't pity those lowly apes." The Plain Cobra spoke arrogantly as he left the room, laughing sadistically.
109 soon followed after him, still bothered about what the other Roidmude said. But he would not voice his opinion.
At least not yet.
{Melissa… There's something I need to tell you… I'm… I'm actually… Not a human.}
Kanade's voice could be heard from the monitor, which was left turned on.
If only 109 stayed a little longer in the security room, he would have managed to catch Kanade talking to Melissa about a certain important matter.
A few hours later...
In the dead of the night…
The time has finally come.
It was now midnight.
*Vrooom!*
A simple car stops before an abandoned factory that resides within the industrial zone of Musutafu City.
Stepping out of it was David Shield, who looked fearfully all over the area.
He enters the broken factory building after passing through the front gates and the 'keep out' warning signs, with no one following after him.
David doesn't have to walk much until he comes into the main hall of the place, where several Roidmudes were already waiting for him there, alongside his captive daughter and Kanade under their control.
And leading the evil androids was Kamen Rider Gold Drive, who was looking intensely at the scientist.
"So… You really came." The Rider notes as he addresses the human.
The rest of the Roidmudes were checking their nearby surroundings to make sure there were no human Kamen Riders hiding nearby.
Which apparently was the case.
It really seemed that there was nobody coming to the rescue of their hostages. And no tracking devices seemed to have been planted on David's body, discarding the possibility of luring their enemies here.
No one would be getting in their way this time…
"Just like you wanted. I came alone." David replies to Gold Drive. "Now keep your end of the deal. Let my daughter and Mrs. Haibara go."
Melissa and Kanade exchanged apprehensive looks at this, both seemed to have something else in mind.
"Alright…" Gold Drive agrees as he looks at the minions that are currently holding the two females, signaling them to let go of David's daughter and the secretary.
They obeyed the golden Kamen Rider's instructions and shoved the hostages towards David, Melissa and Kanade were now slowly making their way towards the scientist's position.
Tension was high in the air as nobody said anything, with both Shields sweating nervously at the situation while Kanade kept a cool expression.
But suddenly, one of the Plain Roidmudes present there, Cobra 037, fired energy bullets, from his fingers, at Melissa and Kanade, engulfing the two in an intense explosion.
The blonde teen briefly gasped at this before crying in terror.
"Ahhhhh!"
*Boom!*
"Melissa!"
Horror took over David as he registered what just happened before him. The man soon fell on his knees as despair took over him.
"N-No… Melissa…!"
"Hahahaha! Did you really think we would just let your daughter and the other woman walk away scot-free?" 037 mockingly asks the Support Items maker.
The rest of the Roidmudes, with the sole exception of a hesitant Gold Drive, all began to laugh at David's miserable form.
'I know humans are our enemies… And yet, why do I feel so troubled watching their misery?' The golden Roidmude in question thought, placing a hand over his chest.
What is this uncomfortable feeling?
Truthfully, the newly born mechanical Rider felt bothered at using such a cowardly move against David. However, he received orders from Legatus earlier to do so in order to break their target's spirit before abducting the male human. But if it was up to him, 109 would've honestly let Melissa and Kanade freely go away once David surrendered himself to them.
"Now then, you're coming with us." 037 speaks as he approaches the now emotionally broken David, placing a hand on the scientist's shoulder. "Your knowledge will be of great use to us once we copy it."
"Hehehehe… Oh, I don't think so."
David suddenly spoke, now sounding strangely calm.
"Huh?" 037 becomes confused, unable to see the man's expression since he was looking down.
The rest of the Roidmudes soon stopped laughing, all sensing a shift in the air.
David then gets a grip of 037's arm, tightening his hold over the Cobra android's wrist with enough force to make the monster shriek in agony.
"Ahhhh! What the hell!?" 037 cries, forcefully trying to free his arm from the surprisingly strong human's grip.
'Huh? What is going on?' A confused Gold Drive thinks.
Was David Shield really supposed to be this strong? Their intel only said that the scientist's Quirk is [Squirmy Fingers].
[Squirmy Fingers] allows the user to precisely and flawlessly control their fingers, effectively manipulating any object with grace, ease, speed, precision and skill, which gives them increased dexterity. David puts this to use in the hero costumes he creates.
David finally faces Roidmude 037 and shocks the latter with his expression, a now smug one being shown instead of the previous miserable face he was portraying.
"Y-You…! Why are you grinning!?" The 037 Cobra demands from the scientist.
Rather than replying, David simply punches the android hard on the stomach, sending him flying away and towards a few barrels nearby.
"Argh!"
*Crash!*
The rest of the androids are shocked, becoming even more astonished with the human's unusual strength.
"What is going on!? How is that man supposed to be this strong!?" A Bat Reaper questioned.
David then stands up with a confident expression now on his face before he glances at the flames that engulfed his daughter and Kanade.
"The surprises here are far from over here." He tells the mechanical monster.
*Whoosh!*
Suddenly, a strong gust of wind blew over the area, taking the explosion's fire away.
Only to next reveal that both Melissa and Kanade were perfectly fine, with no signs of harm happening to either of them. The blonde teen was visibly shaken while the bluenette secretary was trying to calm her down.
'How? How are they still fine?' Gold Drive questioned as he looked at the two females.
Strangely, a part of him felt relieved upon seeing that the two were not brutally killed.
*Crack!* *Crash!*
Just then, a crack appeared, out of thin air, in front of the girls before it shattered apart to reveal the forms of Kamen Riders Dark Drive and Tracer. And the former was equipped with the Colorful Commercial Shift Tire.

Based on a mobile billboard bearing an image of Tridoron, Shift Colorful Commercial is a sentient Type Wild Shift Car which allows Drive to gain the Colorful Commercial Shift Tire. By itself, it can use holographic projections to mislead enemies and project videos with sound. With the combined teamwork with Spin Mixer, it can use its holographic projections in a method similar to 3D printing to create a very convincing fake plate picture.

Aside from creating realistic illusions in the form of holograms, Shift Colorful Commercial has also been upgraded to make it possible for its user to make use of the Shift Car to mask their presence and that of anyone else nearby to them.
"It seems that both hostages are fine. Good."
Dark Drive spoke before sparing a glance at Melissa and Kanade.
While the bluenette smirked at the statement and nodded to the black vigilante, the bespectacled teenager was looking at the masked warrior with fascination.
Just like when she first saw Tracer facing Malware, the young inventor became instantly interested upon seeing the second Kamen Rider. But there was something different about him in comparison to the female Rider.
Like having a presence that makes him stand out from the rest…
"Fall back! The monster that we're about to face is not an opponent that a young girl, who still has so much ahead of her, should risk her life against." Dark Drive says while looking at Melissa. "I'll be good enough. This is my fight now."
"No, Dark Drive. You're wrong." Tracer replies to her partner, briefly confusing the masked man before she corrects him. "This is our fight now!"
David approaches his daughter and Kanade, giving them a reassuring look.
"Well, we'll leave the rest to you guys." He tells the Kamen Riders, receiving a thumbs up from Tracer.
"Right!" She replies to the scientist.
"C'mon, Melissa! Kanade! Let's get out here!" David tells the two of them before the trio starts to rush toward the exit.
'Kanade…?' Melissa was a bit taken aback by how her father casually addressed the secretary.
And all so suddenly.
But the blonde decides to pay no further mind to that.
At least not for now…
Besides, Melissa was more troubled by something else.
"Dad, where is Uncle Might? You only came here with those vigilantes? The Kamen Riders? Why did you bring only them? Where are the heroes?"
She fired several questions, which seemed to have made David a bit nervous for some reason.
"Uh… We can talk about this later, Melissa." He assures her. "Let's get out of here first!"
Unfortunately, a Plain Roidmude suddenly gets on their way.
It was the 019 Spider Type one. They had a silver-colored collar around their neck.
Roidmude 019 was once a Plain Spider Type combatman and a member of the Reaper Legion. But it was eventually destroyed by Kamen Rider Chaser(during episode 45).
"Stop right there! You're not going anywhere!" 019 tells the trio, aiming his finger guns at them.
At this, rather than looking panicked like how Melissa was doing so right now, David adopts a disgruntled look and cracks his knuckles, seemingly preparing himself to apparently fight against the mechanical monster.
"D-Dad? Wait… Are you going to fight him!?" Melissa questioned him in horror, wondering what her father was thinking.
Has he lost his mind!?
"Kanade, get Melissa out of here." David simply orders the bluenette, ignoring his daughter's question.
*Flash!*
Just then, dark blue jumbled data covers the scientist's body before disappearing to reveal a Roidmude taking David's place.
It was Plain Spider Type Roidmude 025(Shinra).
"What!?" A shocked Melissa cries at this, not having expected that.
"What the!?" 019 was equally surprised. "A Roidmude!? You're not David Shield!?"
"..." A silent Kanade was the only one who seemed to not be surprised by the sudden revelation, being already suspicious of this 'David' the moment he showed his unusual strength against 037 and by when he called the secretary by her first name.
But that now begs the question…
Where is the real David Shield?
Meanwhile…
Steinbelt Manor - Drive Pit
While there was a commotion happening at the abandoned factory, the real David Shield was observing the events taking place there through a real-time transmission, which came from a Shift Car there that was filming the fights happening within the industrial zone.
All from the safety of the Drive Pit within Steinbelt Manor.
But that wasn't enough to calm David since Melissa was still in danger.
There was a monitor and console in front of him, which Shinji was controlling to show the video feed to the I-Island inventor and the other guests present there. Keeping them company were Toshinori, Principal Nezu, Police Chief Tsuragamae Kenji and Detective Tsukauchi Naomasa.
"Melissa…" David whispered softly as everyone watched Roidmudes 025 revealing himself to Melissa and Kanade.
Earlier, back at the conference room, Shinra and Shinji approached them with a plan of their own…
The head of Steinbelt Corporation's RD department offered to pose himself as David Shield, after getting permission to scan the man's data.
025 would then go to the meeting place in David's stead while the Kamen Riders would come along with him after upgrading Shift Colorful Commercial's stealth ability. Their plan was to take their enemies by surprise and have Yuuki, Krim and Yuriko deal with Gold Drive while Shinra and Kanade would safely take Melissa away from the abandoned area.
Meanwhile, Shinji would stay behind with the others, back at the manor, in case something went wrong. The bespectacled Roidmude in disguise was prepared to defend the humans with his life.
"Dammit! I should have gone with them…!" An injured Toshinori, who was now resting in his frail skeletal state, curses as he, David and the others helplessly watch the battles taking place.
"Not a good idea. You would just end up getting in the way." Shinji(072) quickly says, admonishing the No. 01 Hero. "Your priority now is to rest and recover from your wounds, All Might. You should know better."
Yagi nods quietly at this despite wanting to say otherwise, being aware he can't push himself too much.
"But Tachibana(025) has finally revealed himself to the Roidmudes." Nezu points out. "Will he be able to take care of things while the Riders are busy dealing with Gold Drive? After all, he's still just a Plain Type, right? What if an Executive or an evolved enemy suddenly shows up?"
While David and Toshinori both grew fearful of such a possibility, Shinji and Kenji remained calm.
"Don't worry. Everything will be fine. Woof!" The police chief assures them. "They will save Melissa. Just like how they saved everyone back in U.A. from Terminus' attack. But it's not just Tomari, Shijima and Krim that are fighting to save her. Believe in Shinra and Kanade as well. Woof!"
"Yeah, believe in my friends." Shinji reaffirms with a confident smile, thinking about his fellow rogue Roidmudes' safety. "And besides… My guts are telling me that you guys are about to see something mind-blowing. Something that Kanade and Shinra may have yet to show us."
"Something… Mind-blowing?" Naomasa questioned, raising an eyebrow at the vague words.
Back at the abandoned factory…
"Alright, I'll leave the rest to you, Shinra!"
Kanade complies with her friend's request and begins to drag the confused Melissa away from there.
While the two females now head towards the car in which 025('David') arrived earlier, the good-aligned Plain Spider Roidmude stays behind to face his identical brethren.
"025… That number…! You're one of the three rogue Roidmudes, aren't you!? Bastard… Why are you helping the humans!?" The 019 Spider Type demands.
"I have no obligation to answer any of your questions!" 025 replies. "But unlike you, I have seen the potential of humanity! There are people that accepted me despite being different from them. They are willing to give me a second chance! I would rather live and fight alongside them than become another disposable tool for an 'emperor' that will discard us the moment we become useless."
"Oh? It seems you're a truly defective unit now, 025. There seems to be no hope of repairing you by resetting your programming." 019 mocks the other android. "No matter. Your demise will not affect our plans. And your Core will not be missed."
"Fine by me. Guess I just have to kick your ass before regrouping with my friends." 025, readying himself to charge toward his new opponent.
However, several Coreless Reaper Legion units suddenly show up, surrounding him. All laughing as they pointed their weapons at the traitor.
"Ha! And who said I would be facing you alone, huh!?" 019 asks maliciously, now leading the other Roidmudes.
But rather than looking frightened at his current situation, 025 simply sighs. This throws the others off.
"Ah… No good. No good at all."
025 speaks sarcastically, lazily waving his arms in the air.
"I guess this is the end of me."
What the…?
The other Roidmudes were confused by the sudden shift in his attitude. Why is he not taking them seriously now?
"If only I could do something about my incoming demise…" 025 speaks dramatically before his tone suddenly becomes cheerful. "Oh, wait!"
Suddenly, the rogue Plain Spider Type Roidmude has a jumble of dark blue data covering his entire body, the process meaning that he was about to evolve into his Advanced Form.
"No! Hurry! Someone kill him before he evolves!" 019 orders the Reaper units.
At his request, a Bat Reaper was about to cut 025 down with his scythe.
*Crack!*
But the sharp weapon breaks apart once making contact with its intended target, just in time for the rogue Plain Spider Type to finish changing into his new form as well, having been revealed to everyone else.
025 now looks like a silver-colored robot with dark blue details across his body. He has right green and left red eyes. There is an energy cannon on his left arm and a sword on his right. The head design is based on a tricorne ("three-horned") hat, serving as a reference to the beetles' horns. (Imagine that 025's appearance now looks very similar to that of the Cross Messiah Medarot, a character Medarot S: Unlimited Nova).
"Ugh…! Bastard!" 019 curses upon seeing how the rogue android became stronger.
But what exactly led him to this evolution!?
"Eh!?"
Everyone else at the Drive Pit became surprised upon seeing the unexpected Roidmude Evolution process, this being the first time for many of them there.
"D-Did Tachibana just 'evolve'!? But how!?" Toshinori questioned what everyone else wanted to point out.
"I see… So this is the evolution process of the Roidmudes that Professor Steinbelt was talking about… Amazing." David couldn't help but become fascinated with what they just witnessed and the potential that Core Driviar technology presented, regardless of the current circumstances.
A large smirk came across Shinji's face as he kept working on the console.
"You guys at U.A. aren't the only ones polishing your skills, you know?" The disguised Bat Roidmude tells All Might. "Ever since the Second Attack on U.A. Shinra, Kanade and I have been trying to achieve our own evolutionary paths as well. And that guy… Well, Shinra beat us to it first. He told us how he has been training in secret these last few days and finally made a new discovery."
"And what led him to become that?" Tsukauchi questions, pointing at the screen, which was showing them the newest Advanced Roidmude. "If I remember correctly, he didn't have the opportunity to do so in his previous life, right?"
"The forms we take are a reflection of our feelings. Just like in the case of Yuuki's [Imagine Breaker]." Shinji starts explaining. "From what he told me, Shinra has always been interested in the concepts of [Awakening]. Especially at how some people's Quirks went through it here in this new world. He wanted to base his evolution solely on that notion."
"Awakening… It's when an individual typically experiences a profound transformation in their life." Nezu states, placing one of his paws on his chin. "This transformation is marked by a profound shift in perspectives and beliefs, often leading to a heightened sense of purpose and clarity in one's life."
"And after initial Quirk manifestation, it is possible for a person to undergo an [Awakening] later in life. The right emotional catalyst can cause Quirks to evolve on the spot, usually requiring the individual to experience intense feelings of stress, like that of a life-or-death situation. This results in one's Quirk gaining a new level of strength and/or new aspects to its nature that were previously not possible." David points out some of the things he learned during his study of Quirks while trying to make the Quirk Amplification Device. "But they are very rare to happen and it's not something we fully comprehend yet."
"Does that mean his power also has something to do with this idea of [Awakening]?" Kenji asks the group's Roidmude.
"Yeah. Shinra also wanted to help the people with Quirks in his own way. By creating the power of [Awakening], he could help humans have an easier time undergoing a [Quirk Awakening] process of their own, maybe even forcefully activating it for them. That's how he also wants to help in the fight against our enemies. Can you actually imagine him giving new powers and upgrades to every human he encounters?"
"What!?"
Shocked, the others question in disbelief as they finally begin to understand the full grasp behind the Spider 025's motivations and what kind of ability he wanted to develop.
'That seems even more potent than my own device…' David thinks, unable to not feel a bit frustrated at the idea of someone making something even better than his own 'masterpiece'.
"By the way, what is 025's new codename supposed to be now that he achieved his Advanced Form?" Naomasa questions Shinji.
"Ah, yes. I believe he wanted to be called…"
"This way, Melissa!"
Kanade and Melissa finally reached the spot where David(Shinra) had parked the car earlier, the male Roidmude having told them about the escape vehicle, and also giving the keys to his bluenette friend, before he separated from them.
Now safely away from the battles happening within the deeper parts of the abandoned factory, the bluenette secretary would drive the two of them away from there and leave for Steinbelt Manor.
The sound of the explosions happening behind them gradually lowered, but the sounds of fighting persisted…
Finally, they would soon be away from this place!
*Boom!*
But just as she was about to open the driver's door, Kanade is blasted away as the vehicle explodes before them.
"Argh!" The secretary grunts in pain as she falls a few meters away, her back hurting a bit in the process.
"H-Haibara!" Melissa cries as she helps the older woman stand up.
"Going somewhere? I don't think so."
From the explosion's flames, Plain Type Cobra Roidmude 037 steps out.
"I should have killed you two from the start and have two of our agents posing as your replacements back then. But no matter, it's too late for that." The evil mechanical monster speaks darkly. "Still… It leaves a bad taste to let you two simply leave this place so easily."
Kanade gets between 037 and Melissa, preparing to protect the blonde this time.
"Melissa, I'll hold him back. Just run! And don't look back!" She orders the teenagers, now speaking sternly.
"W-What…!? But…! And what about what we talked about earlier!?" The girl seemed to want to argue, seemingly appearing hesitant about something.
"You still don't have an answer, do you? Then it can't be helped!" Kanade replies to her before transforming into her mechanical monster form.
"What!? You're also a Roidmude!?" 037 was surprised at the sudden revelation." Wait… Your number… 031…! You're one of the three traitors of our race! How dare you side with the humans, you defect!?"
"Go, Melissa!" 031 tells the teenager as she tackles down the other Cobra android, pinning him against the ground and restraining him.
"Get off me, traitor!" 037 cries in outrage, trying to break himself free.
The evil Roidmude then breaks free, quickly blasting 031 away with an energy attack.
"Ugh!" The female Roidmude cries in pain as she reverts back to her human form.
Melissa only seemed to become more desperate as the situation unfolds. She had the feeling that even if she ran away, 037 would quickly catch up with her.
"I will crush humanity and make my part for the sake of the Roidmude future!" 037 roars as a burgundy-colored jumble of data covers his body, allowing him to undergo his evolution process.
When it is over, he now has a more colossal-like robotic appearance. It looked like he was mainly made of 'blocks'. He has a mostly greenish-colored body with crimson accents. His "arms" and legs are separated from the main body, with invisible lines connecting him. He has a pair of orange eyes with black sclera. (Imagine that this Roidmude's evolved form is similar to that of StoneMan .EXE from the Mega Man Battle Network series.)
This is The Rock Roidmude.
"Damn… He managed to evolve…" 031 cursed as her opponent's massive size was looming over her.
While watching the dreadful scene unfold before her, a panicking Melissa picks up something from her pants pocket.
The item was revealed to be none other than a Neo Cobra Viral Core.
She begins to remember what she and Kanade were talking about when they were still captive…
(Flashback)
"Do you have the courage to keep going?"
Roidmude 031 questions Melissa Shield after offering the Neo Cobra Viral Core to the blonde girl.
"W-What!?" Melissa blinks, looking dumbfounded at her cellmate.
The android just finished revealing her true identity to the human teenager, briefly telling her about the new war between the Kamen Riders and the Roidmudes.
031 initially gave her the Neo Viral Core in order to allow Melissa to freely move during [Heavy Acceleration]. However, she also informed the Quirkless girl about the worst outcome, which was the possibility of the two of them having to fight their way to freedom.
And the solution that has the highest chance of their survival was for Melissa to become a Fusion Evolved Roidmude with 031 by using the red Viral Core she lent to the human girl.
"There might be times when you can't wait for a hero to come to rescue you. And when that happens… What will you do, Melissa Shield?" 031 asks the blonde.
"Uh… I… What do you mean, Mrs. Haibara?" Melissa asks the android, sounding unsure about the question. "B-But I'm just a Support Course student. I'm Quirkless!"
"You must create your own path by yourself… No matter how difficult it is… Never give up hope… And learn to stand up on your own, Melissa."
(Flashback ends)
"To create my own path…"
Melissa repeated the words that Kanade told her earlier.
"Die, defective traitor!"
!?
Snapping back to the present, the Quirkless girl gets to see that The Rock Roidmude was about to kill Kanade by summoning a large cubic rock above the bluenette.
The secretary only had an expression of fear on her face as she was about to be killed.
'No, Haibara! I have to help her!' Melissa thinks in despair as she closes her eyes, deeply wishing for a way to save the older woman.
As if reacting to her feelings, the Neo Viral Cobra in her hands begins to glow, resonating with Melissa's pure wish.
"Rocking the End!" The Rock chants as he drops the large boulder above Kanade.
At the same, the bluenette's eyes suddenly glow red. She then becomes a jumble of red data that flows directly to where Melissa was, barely escaping the massive boulder that was about to crush her.
*Crush!*
"What!?" The Rock was shocked to see this, witnessing Melissa fusing with Roidmude 031 in order to give birth to a new Fusion Evolution.
*Flash!* *Blink!*
When the process was done, the new Fusion Evolved Roidmude's form was of a red female frame wearing a bodysuit-type armor, with a mixture of the colors red pink and black highlighting different parts of her body. Attached to her helmet is a pair of transparent, ribbon-like antennae (shaped like American/Japanese electric socket plugs) that curve behind her; when considered together with the button attached to her backside, they give her a vaguely bunny-like appearance. She also has a blonde ponytail tied with a green ribbon, but this hairstyle is sharp and geometric. The Roidmude's face is pure white, having only a pair of mechanical aqua-colored eyes.
The Closing Screen of this chapter shows Shift Massive Monster, Shift Speed Wild Technique(Shift Trinity), Shift Colorful Commercial and the Neo Cobra Viral Core, side by side, with the logo of Kamen Rider Dark Drive behind them.

I decided to give the Ride Tracer the ability to transform into something else besides its [Blaster Mode]. I have come up with its [Hammer Mode] idea upon seeing the Boom Hammer Formchange from Kingdom Hearts III.
After working on the story's Kamen Riders for a long time, I decided to try giving the spotlight, this time, to the Roidmudes that have defected to the Drive Team.
I stumbled across Medabots(Medarots in Japanese) recently, taking certain inspiration from the series to make some of the next Roidmude evolutions. That's how I came up with the idea to use the Cross Messiah design.
Shinra(Spider 025)/? and Shinji(Bat 072) will have a bigger role soon as they will be essential to help the Pro Heroes and U.A. students fight back against the evil Roidmudes.
As for Kanade(Cobra 031), she will have another important job to perform.
Anyone here was already expecting to have Melissa fuse with a Roidmude or did I manage to surprise you?
Small rant text(You don't have to read this): I have also watched the Kamen Rider Juuga VS Kamen Rider Orteca spin-off and I was mostly pleased with it despite Orteca's Rider form being a reuse of Over Demons'. But I'm definitely pissed with how they did dirt to the Drive Riders' Vistamps! Damn you, Bandai or whoever it is that decided which Riders and animals should be tagged together for a Vistamp! And I also need another one right away for the next chapter, because Melissa just became a Fusion Evolved Roidmude after merging with Roidmude 031. What type of Roidmude would someone like Melissa create?]

For now, I have the Roidmudes keep a tight leash on the League Of Villains, taking control of their group. I have no intention of having someone copy All For One(at least not yet) due to issues related to personality and emotions that a Roidmude could face by doing so(Kinda like how Tomura is strugglign to keep his sense of self after he obtained the original [All For One] Quirk).
Yes, I plan to have a Roidmude eventually fuse with Himiko, making some sort of Fusion Evolved Vampire Roidmude.
Yeah, I actually plan to have Kamen Rider Gold Drive posses the power to steal Quirks without having to touch people(just like how All For One has to). He simply has to use his [Gold Conversion] ability to affect the people with Quirks nearby.

I plan to maybe use Kamen Rider Yongo(#4) later and perhaps bring Shocker along. But I have no intetion of using Kamen Rider Sango(#3) in this story.
Yes, there will be a time travel arc later. But I won't say anything else. No spoilers about this.
Yuuki and Yuriko will get married to each other eventually, just like how Shinnosuke and Kiriko did. The two will also have kids, just like how their counterparts have Tomari Eiji. But Yuriko will only get pregnant once the battle agaisnt the Roidmudes is over.
As for their children, they will inherit some of the 'special traits' that their parents have, like Yuuki's immunity to the Freeze Roidmude's ice needles. But as a side effect of using the Rider System and fusing with the Roidmudes to discover their unique 'skills', one of the kids will also inherit Yuuki's [Imagine Breaker] as their 'true' Quirk, ignoring the genectic traits that Quirks normally posses. Others will be born Quirkless like their parents, being able to become Kamen Riders and continue the family's lineage of masked warrios that defend humanity from monsters.
Technically, Krim already has a plan to level the field agaisnt the Roidmudes' [Slowdown]: He plans to mass produce and later distribute Sawagami Rinna's Heavy Acceleration Reducing Machine Pikopiko 4. But he is still in the middle of the process. Once he is done, Belt-san will distribute the devices to the people he trust.
