"We've been pushed to the edge, but now it's our turn! We're gonna tip this fight right back at 'em!"
- Monkey D. Luffy -
We now see the luxurious interior of Krim's private plane as it hovers in the sky. The plane is filled with advanced technology and lavish furniture.
Yuuki is seen dozing off in a plush seat, while Yuriko, who is sitting beside him, gazes out the window excitedly.
Krim is next to them, on the other side, talking with Kanade, Shinra, Shinji and Mei while a pilot is navigating the plane from the cockpit.
"Wow! I can see I-Island! It's so... futuristic!" An excited Yuriko speaks,
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ஜ۩۞۩ஜ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
I-Island is an artificial moving island inhabited by over ten thousand scientists conducting research on Quirks. It is completely artificial and mostly built from iron. However, the island comes complete with four different cities separated by large bodies of water and natural foliage. There are beautiful beaches, great lakes, and incredible cities to be explored. The island has a residential district, a business district, and schools. It can also only be accessed via plane by entering through the airport.
Every company in the world involved with the Pro Hero business invested money to create a technological paradise for the research and development of Quirks and support items. I-Island is an artificial moving island created for scientists to peacefully research together. Thousands of scientists and their families inhabit the island's main cities. Scientists primarily research the Quirk phenomenon and develop tools to support Pro Heroes.
The island was created to gather the world's top researchers to a safe place where their combined talents could study Quirks. There are several countermeasures in place to prevent criminal incidents. The island's security system is on par with that of Tartarus Prison, many of its structures are built sturdier than bomb shelters, and scientists cannot leave the island to ensure confidentiality. There had never been a villain attack on the island before Wolfram's invasion.
I-Island is also home to the famous I-Expo, a city-wide event that showcases all the island's technological advancements. Pro Heroes are invited by the event sponsors and people are permitted to use their Quirks in public.

"Tomari-san, wake up! You have to see this!" Yuriko tells her partner, shaking him gently.
"Huh? What is it?" The male ravenette asks, groggily waking up. "Did we finally arrive?"
"Look outside, it's incredible!" His kouhai urges, gesturing to the window.
He glances around briefly, then looks at his phone to check the time.
"Yeah, it's cool, I guess."
"'Cool, I guess?' Are you kidding me? Look at this place!" Yuriko looks at Yuuki in surprise.
"I mean, it's all very shiny and high-tech, but I've seen enough sci-fi movies to know that all this tech could be more trouble than it's worth." The man replies casually with a shrug.
"It's like an inventor's paradise! I can't believe I'm actually here!" Mei cries, her eyes twinkling, as she presses her face against the window.
"You know, I'm really glad you're here with us, Mei." Krim tells his new disciple with a gentle smile. "I've been watching your progress lately and I couldn't help but think of a better place for you to broaden your horizons."
"Thank you, shishou(Master)! The tickets to I-Island can be so expensive! I never thought I'd get the chance to finally come here. I'm deeply grateful you took me under your wing." The pinkette replies, deeply touched by her new mentor's decision.
"Oh, this is going to be such an exciting trip!" Yuriko says, clapping her hands together.
Krim nods, looking at everyone.
"Indeed. Whether it's a paradise or not, I-Island has something for all of us."
"Krim, I've already arranged the schedule for your meetings and the tour of the I-Expo." Kanade tells him, showing a tablet with all the details, as she smiles professionally.
"Thank you, Kanade. Always efficient." The CEO replies.
"It's almost overwhelming, isn't it? The technological advancements here could catapult this world's efforts by years!" Shinra tells his boss, grinning at him. "It's always amazing to see how creative the people here are."
"I had a feeling you'd appreciate this place, Shinra." The bespectacled man says back, smiling at the tanned man.
Thanks to Krim, Yuuki and Yuriko were early VIP ticket holders for the I-Expo.
The cop duo got to ride a private plane to I-Island with the scientist and his workers.
The Shields had returned to I-Island the Sunday before to help with David's presentation and try dealing with the issue involving his assistant, while All Might and Izuku had gone early in the day using All Might's private plane so that Toshinori could get some rest in his skinny form.
And from what they heard, some of Izuku's classmates were also invited to attend the big event at I-Island.
As he watches an excited Yuriko and Krim talk about all the activities they could do during their stay, Yuuki briefly stops to think about how he ended up in this situation, remembering why he agreed to come with them in the first place.
(Flashback)
Musutufu City Police Department - Office of Police Chief Tsuragamae Kenji
The scene fades to Yuuki and Yuriko sitting in the office of Police Chief Tsuragamae Kenji. The Chief sits behind a large, cluttered desk, filled with case files and mugs that seem to alternate between saying 'World's Best Boss' and 'Don't Talk to Me Until I've Had My Coffee'. There was also a framed photo of Kenji and his family, which consisted of him, a blonde woman and their daughter, a little black-haired girl with animal features.
"Tomari, Shijima, thanks for coming. Woof! I've got something important to discuss with you both." Tsuragamae tells them, looking serious.
"What's going on, Chief?" Yuuki questions, leaning back slightly, with his arms crossed.
"Yes, is this about a new case?" Yuriko asks next, sitting up straight, being attentive.
"We've received critical intel suggesting possible Roidmude activity on I-Island." The man-dog tells his subordinates.
This got looks of concern from both Kamen Riders.
"I-Island is known worldwide for its science and technological prowess. And yet, the Roidmudes never tried to steal anything from there before." A wary Yuuki comments. "Why now? What could be there to finally attract their attention?"
"Yes, why go through the risk of infiltrating such a high-security place?" An equally curious Yuriko ponders. "It would be bad for them to attract more attention."
The police chief pauses before he speaks, clearly concerned.
"We have reasons to believe they might be after the Quirk Amplification Device developed by David Shield."
"The Quirk Amplification Device?" Yuriko repeats, raising an eyebrow. "But wasn't that device supposedly sealed away by Mr. Shield's sponsors?"
"Sealed in a special vault? Yes. Destroyed? No. That device can still boost a Quirk's power exponentially, in a manner similar to that of Trigger. But without its negative effects. Imagine what a Roidmude could do with that kind of technology." Kenji proceeds to grimly add. "The Roidmuces could still get their hands on that item. And let's be honest, nobody besides our group can make proper defenses against our mechanical foes."
The three of them were also aware of the true story behind the priceless masterpiece made by David, with the trio knowing that he wanted to share his knowledge of the support item in question to allow their Roidmude companions to safely develop a way to make secure fusions with anyone that possesses a Quirk.
"By the way, how exactly did you learn that the Roidmudes want Mr. Shield's device?" Yuuki asks his boss.
Kenji sports a look of disappointment as he replies:
"You see, it's because Mr. Shield and his assistant Samuel Abraham…"
The man-dog has been told by Krim about what David originally wanted to do before he had his change of heart. Needless to say, both Kamen Riders were also horrified by what the famous scientist almost did.
"Well, at least he recognized his mistake." Yuriko mutters under her breath.
"Mr. Shield is indeed a genius. But what he was about to do sounds so stupid. Only a moron would not suspect that those 'actors' weren't actual villains in disguise." Yuuki complains, facepalming at the absurdity of the situation.
Chief Tsuragamae pauses the conversation and clicks a few buttons on his computer. A video begins playing on a screen. The footage is grainy but discernible, but it shows a certain Roidmude making contact with Samuel Abraham.
The Roidmude appears to be Another Drive.
"This footage was sent to us by Krim and his workers after Shinji hacked into the cameras of Samuel's apartment. As you can see, that's Another Drive, one of the most dangerous Roidmudes, interacting with Samuel Abraham, Mr. Shield's assistant, and the one who suggested they use 'fake' villains to retrieve the device." Chief Tsuragamae tells them.
"Are we expecting an attack during the I-Expo itself?" Yuriko questions, looking alarmed at the notion.
Kenji pauses the video, also looking visibly distressed.
"Yes, we have every reason to believe that an attack will likely occur during the event. Even if we and the Roidmudes did nothing, there are those villains that Mr. Abraham himself has hired to also take into account. They would certainly still cause a ruckus there."
Yuuki and Yuriko nod at this, understanding the gravity of the situation.
Normally, calling the authorities and alerting the heroes would be the best choice.
Sure, they could certainly stop Samuel and his mercenaries.
But not in this case.
Whenever Roidmudes are involved, they can manipulate memories, assume human identities, and worst of all, corrupt others.
If the evil androids sense that they're cornered or that Pro Heroes are directly onto them, they can react unpredictably and dangerously.
And casualties could skyrocket at I-Island.
"So, a discreet operation is our best chance at preventing chaos and loss of life." Yuriko comments, understanding the gravity.
'This mission just keeps getting more and more complicated. But if we don't act, the alternative is unthinkable.' Yuuki thinks dryly.
"You two will be heading to I-Island to deal with this situation. But remember, your presence there has to be inconspicuous." Chief Tsuragamae reminds them, sitting back in his chair as he looks pensive.
"How do you propose we do that?" A curious Yuriko questioned.
"You're going on a 'vacation.' Tomari, you've got plenty of those leave days stacked up; it's about time you used some. Woof!" The police chief says with a smirk, making a tent with his hand as he rests his elbows on the desk, while said subordinate snorts. "Shijima, you'll accompany him. To anyone asking, you're just two cops taking a break."
"So that's our cover, huh? I suppose that's one way to blend in." Yuuki comments as he nods. "A vacation on I-Island while we're actually trying to stop a disaster. Talk about irony."
"Undercover work in I-Island. Sounds thrilling." Yuriko says, smiling wryly. "It's not the kind of vacation I had in mind, but if it helps us save lives, I'm all for it."
Kenji nods to them, his tone becoming serious again.
"It's the perfect cover. And it won't raise any eyebrows, considering the timing. Just keep your investigations low-key, and avoid drawing any unnecessary attention."
"Alright, Chief. We'll play the part." The older ravenette assures the man dog.
"And we'll do what needs to be done." His partner adds.
"I'm counting on you both. Good luck." Tsuragamae tells them, looking both relieved and grave.
It was then that Yuuki remembered to ask about one more thing,
"But sir, what about the current case we're handling? The one with a Roidmude that's supposedly after Trigger?" He asks, deeply concerned.
Kenji leans forward, his expression serious.
"I understand your concern, Tomari. Unfortunately, we've hit a dead end with the leads on that case."
"So we're just going to leave it hanging?" A frustrated Yuriko questions next.
The police chief shakes his head.
"Not at all. While you two are away, I'll have other teams double their efforts. We can't afford to let that case go cold, but right now, the situation on I-Island is more pressing."
"Of course. So we prioritize the I-Island mission for now." The male Rider sighs in understanding.
"Exactly. And don't worry, we'll keep you updated on any developments. Your colleagues are capable and will handle things here in the meantime. Trust them as they trust you." Kenji says, nodding affirmatively.
'Leaving a case unsolved doesn't sit well with me, but the Chief is right. We will have to trust the others to try easing things here during our absence.' Yuriko thinks.
'I hate leaving things unfinished, but we can't be in two places at once. The mission on I-Island can't wait.' An annoyed Yuuki thinks.
"Alright, we'll focus on the new mission at hand. We'll try to wrap it up as soon as we can to get back here." Yuriko tells their boss as Yuuki nods in agreement.
"That's the spirit. Woof!" The chief says, smiling slightly.
(Flashback ends)
Airport Terminal at I-Island
The only way to enter I-Island is by plane to its airport, located on the outer ring of the island. Several planes from various airlines bring people to and from the island. There are also various gates that can be used to board planes. Anyone coming in from the outside must pass a security inspection at the airport.
As their plane lands smoothly, the Drive Team group walks into the terminal, which is bustling with people and robots aiding them with their various tasks. Yuriko and Mei are taking pictures with their phones, marveling at every little thing they see. Krim watches the duo's enthusiasm with a pleased expression.
The scientist then turns to see his son checking the area as well, but he is acting more like someone prepared for a terrorist attack rather than your average tourist.
Yuuki's attire consists of a white T-shirt with red short sleeves and a logo, the number "39", blue jeans, red and white sneakers and a red and white cap. He also carries a new yellow backpack. The cop Rider was also wearing a watch around his left wrist and sunglasses on his face.
"Yuuki, I understand the seriousness of the situation, but you're on I-Island now. Try to relax a little, even if it's just for appearances." Krim tells his Operator, observing Yuuki's wary demeanor.
"Relaxing isn't exactly on my agenda right now." The young man replied flatly.
"Come on, it wouldn't hurt to mix a little pleasure with business. And who knows, maybe even taking Yuriko out for a 'date' could be part of your cover." The scientist chuckles, glancing at said woman.
Yuriko was wearing a sleeveless black dress with a bit of cyan under a pair of shorts that were also cyan. She was also wearing black shoes with cyan soles in addition to a yellow purse and white wristbands.
"W-What!?" Both Kamen Riders choked at the sudden proposition, earning curious glances from Krim, his disciple and their associates.
Kanade took the opportunity to also make further fun of the situation.
"Krim's right, you know? Yuuki, you need to blend in." The bluenette secretary says with a playful twinkle in her eye. "And what better way than a casual date with Yuriko-chan? It's perfect for your cover."
"Hold on, we're here to work, not..." The male detective tries to say.
Now Shinra butts in, placing an arm around the other man's neck.
"I see, I see. No need to be so bashful! It's all in the name of the operation, right?" The head of R&D says, sporting a smug smirk that grabs the male Rider's ire.
Yuriko's cheeks tinged pink, trying to maintain professionalism.
"Krim, I assure you, our focus is entirely on the mission. But if it aids our cover…"
Her voice trails off, embarrassed, as Yuriko blinks. Her eyes go wide once the woman fully processed what she was about to say next.
"What are you saying, Yuriko?" An exasperated Yuuki asks his partner while the two good-natured Roidmudes are chuckling at this.
'Why did the word 'date' make my heart skip a beat? Focus, me.' Yuriko thinks, flustered, as she tries to get her act together.
'Those two are more alike than they realize. Maybe this 'strategic cover' will help them see that.' An amused Krim thinks, his lips slowly curling into a smile.
Krim's suggestion, laced with parental teasing, succeeds in drawing out a rare moment of vulnerability from both Yuuki and Yuriko. Their simultaneous embarrassment adds a layer of complexity to their relationship, hinting at unacknowledged feelings or perhaps just the awkwardness of considering such a scenario given their professional dynamic.
This moment of levity juxtaposed against the backdrop of their serious mission creates a charming contrast to the troubles awaiting them.
My Hero Academia Illegals: Vigilante Dark Drive
Drive 30: Balance Shifted: The Hero's Advantage
Meanwhile…
At the other end of the Airport
"Alright, we've made it inside the expo without issue," a red-haired man said on the phone, with a group of men behind him. "All we need to do now is to get the tools and equipment we specified for this, sir."
{Good. You'll be getting it all at 3 PM at Gate 66.} Samuel's voice can be heard on the other end of the line.
"Alright. And what of that weirdo you mentioned to us?"
{The bastard is viewing this as a competition to see who gets to the device first. If you and your men get to it first, that means that we win. And if you're as good as I've heard, I'm expecting great results.}
As the red-haired man and his client hung up, one of the men approached him.
"Are we sure that this is a good idea?" he asked the leader, frowning somewhat.
"Yeah, Borges' got a point. Something tells me this will be different from previous times." another said, crossing his arms. "We've taken lots of jobs before, but this one's the most insane one we've gotten."
"Don't you remember what he told us? That this device we're stealing is a 'Quirk Amplification Device," the red-haired man said, smiling sinisterly. "Anyone with a brain would realize that means it's supposed to supercharge Quirks. For a scientist, he sure was stupid enough to tell us what it does. All we need to do is take it for ourselves, and we'll be swimming in money by selling duplicates."
"But sir-"
"Plus, if we get there before the weirdo and we come across him, we can just use it on ourselves and take them out," the red-haired man reasoned. "Some people might be ridiculously powerful, but with that Quirk Amplification Device and the... insurance our second client gave me, I think we'll be more than a match against anyone that gets in our way."
The red-haired man began to walk away, popping his neck.
"Now come on, let's go look around at what I-Expo has to offer for a bit. Tourists that aren't enjoying themselves stick out, after all."
In a bustling area filled with the excited chatter and laughter of its visitors, Yuuki and Yuriko meandered through the throngs of people, their eyes wide with the vibrant sights and sounds. As they rounded a corner, they stumbled upon a group of familiar faces—students from U.A. High, home to the future heroes of Japan.
Midoriya Izuku, Uraraka Ochaco, Jiro Kyoka and Yaoyorozu Momo.
Melissa Shield was also there, talking with them about I-Island.
The kids were all gathered together at a café, chatting animatedly.
Kaminari Denki and Mineta Minoru surprise their classmates by working as extra staff at the cafe.
Iida Tenya runs in at top speed to remind Denki and Minoru to represent U.A. as good workers. The Ida Hero Family was invited to the Expo, but Tenya was the only one free to attend.
Momo got invited because her family has stock in some of the I-Expo's sponsors. She got to bring Kyoka and Ochaco as she had two extra invites; the other girls lost rock paper scissors and can't attend the I-Expo until it's open to the public.
They also reveal the rest of the class is also on the island, and will also be taking part in the expo once it's open. Melissa promises to show everyone around once the expo is fully open.
*Boom!*
Before any pleasantries could be exchanged, a sudden explosion echoed through the air, drawing everyone's attention. With heroic instincts kicking in, the group hurried toward the source of the commotion(leaving Denki and Minoru behind due to their job), followed closely by Yuuki and Yuriko.
The explosion turned out to be part of the "Villain Attack" attraction—a simulated battle zone where participants could test their mettle against villainous bots. To their surprise, they found Kirishima Eijiro and Bakugo Katsuki already engaged in combat, effortlessly dismantling the mechanical adversaries.
Katsuki, ever irritable, snarled at the sight of Izuku, his temper flaring despite the playful nature of the attraction. Eijiro, with a cheerful grin, explained that Katsuki was invited to participate as a reward for his victory in the U.A. Sports Festival, and he had decided to tag along.
Seizing the opportunity to provoke his rival, Katsuki challenged Izuku to take on the Villain Attack, a challenge that Izuku reluctantly accepted. Demonstrating his mastery of One For All, Izuku navigated the battlefield with grace, utilizing Full Cowl at a mere 5% of its power. He finished with an impressive score, securing second place, just behind Katsuki.
As the group digested the results, a new figure entered the fray—Todoroki Shoto. With his dual quirks of ice and fire, he effortlessly claimed first place in the challenge, much to Katsuki's chagrin. Shoto explained his presence nonchalantly, stating he was invited to represent his father, Endeavor.
Katsuki's frustration boiled over, but his complaints fell on deaf ears as Shoto dismissed them. The tension escalated, prompting the rest of the kids to step in, hoping to defuse the situation before it could spiral out of control.
Katsuki's fuse was lit.
"What the hell, Icyhot?! You think you're better than me?!"
Shoto, unfazed, responded coolly,
"I was invited to represent my father. This isn't about you, Bakugo."
The situation teetered on the edge of a confrontation, prompting Tenya to step forward with a raised hand.
"Let's keep our cool, everyone. There's no need for a fight."
"Well, well, well, look what we have here,"
As the tension between Katsuki and Shoto was beginning to subside, a familiar voice cut through the air, drawing the attention of the U.A. students.
Yuuki said with a playful smirk, stepping into the view alongside Yuriko.
The man's gaze briefly fell on Katsuki with a mix of disdain and amusement. His partner stood beside him, her expression one of disapproval as she looked at the explosive hero-in-training.
The sudden appearance of the Kamen Riders caught the students off guard, their eyes widening in surprise and confusion.
Izuku, his face alight with recognition, exclaimed,
"Tomari-san! Yuriko-san! What are you doing here?"
Yuriko, trying to share the playful atmosphere from before, replied:
"Just enjoying the view. I-Island is really cool, isn't it? We also heard you came here with All Might, Izuku-kun."
But the atmosphere soon shifted noticeably around Katsuki. His usual bravado faltered under Yuuki's contemptuous gaze, a rare flicker of apprehension crossing his features.
Bakugo, unable to hide his discomfort, sneered defensively.
"What do you want, Drive?"
Yuuki crossed his arms, a taunting smirk playing on his lips. He lowered his sunglasses to look directly at the explosive blonde with his own silver eyes.
"Just enjoying the sights, Bakugo. Though I must say, it's amusing to see you're still the same little shit." The detective says, making the boy flinch. "I hope you still remember our talk. You wouldn't want to bother others now, would you? By the way, how was it to finally get your Quirk back?"
Katsuki gritted his teeth, but chose to not say anything.
Eijiro, sensing the hostility, stepped in with an uneasy chuckle.
"H-Hey, let's all just enjoy the day, okay?"
Yuriko's eyes, however, remained fixed on Katsuki, her disappointment evident.
"We had hoped you'd learned something from our last encounter. It seems we were mistaken."
Ochaco, feeling the unease, tried to lighten the mood.
"Um, maybe we can all just have fun together?"
The air was thick with tension, a stark contrast to the earlier camaraderie. The Kamen Riders' history with Katsuki had cast a shadow over the reunion, and it was clear that the day's festivities could now take a different turn.
But understanding the delicate balance of the situation, Yuuki decided to ease up on Katsuki, not wanting to ruin the day for everyone involved.
"Alright, Bakugo," The ravenette man said with a casual wave of his hand, "we'll let it slide for today. Just keep it cool, alright?"
Katsuki, his pride wounded but aware of the power difference between him and the Kamen Riders, simply nodded, keeping his head low. The memory of his previous humiliation at Yuuki's hands was still fresh, and he had no desire to relive such an experience.
Yuriko glanced at her senpai, a silent agreement passing between them. There was no need to darken the mood further; their point had been made.
Izuku, relieved at the de-escalation, managed a small strained smile.
"Thank you, Tomari-san. We're all here to have a good time, after all."
Eijiro nudged Katsuki gently, whispering in his friend's ear,
"Good call, man."
Momo, appreciative of the peaceful resolution, added,
"Let's make the most of our day here. There's plenty to enjoy together."
Ochaco, her spirits lifted, clapped her hands together.
"Y-Yes! L-Let's have some fun!"
As the group's tension eased and Katsuki's head remained bowed in a reluctant submission, Yuriko's demeanor softened. Her concern shifted from Katsuki's behavior to the well-being of the young heroes in training.
"It's really good to see you all," Yuriko began, her voice filled with genuine care. "After everything that happened with the Roidmudes, I just hope you're all taking care of yourselves, not just physically, but mentally too."
Izuku, always thoughtful, appreciated her concern.
"Thank you, Yuriko-san. It's been tough, but we're managing, little by little."
Melissa, standing beside Izuku, nodded in agreement.
"It's a tough process, but having support from people like you makes a big difference."
Yuriko's eyes lingered on Izuku and Melissa a moment longer, a fond smile gracing her lips. There was a clear bond there, one forged in the heat of battle and solidified through mutual respect.
Meanwhile, Yuuki leaned against a nearby railing, the picture of nonchalance.
He simply greeted them with a lazy wave, his laid-back demeanor a stark contrast to Yuriko's maternal-like concern.
Melissa watched Yuuki with a mixture of curiosity and skepticism. From a distance, her keen eyes followed his languid movements, his nonchalant interactions with the group. The others had spoken of him with a mixture of awe and respect, painting the picture of a vigilante whose valor was matched only by his skill. But the man she observed now seemed a stark deviation from that image.
'Is this really the same person they told me about?' Melissa pondered, a hint of disappointment threading through her thoughts. 'Mrs. Shijima described him as a savior, but all I see is someone who couldn't care less.'
Her gaze sharpened as she scrutinized Yuuki's behavior, seeking some hint of the heroism she'd been led to expect. Instead, she found a man who seemed more interested in maintaining a facade of cool detachment than engaging with those kids around him.
'They said he was this world's Kamen Rider, a protector of peace and justice. But he just looks... bored,' she noted mentally, her initial excitement at meeting Yuuki ebbing away. 'Where's the passion, the drive I've seen in other Riders? Does he not care at all? Is he really a cop?'
The contrast between the Yuuki described by Yuriko and the others and the man she saw now was jarring. Melissa couldn't reconcile the tales of bravery and selflessness with the seemingly apathetic figure before her.
'Could they have been exaggerating? Or does he hide his true nature behind that uncaring exterior?' Melissa's mind buzzed with questions. 'He's nothing like I imagined. Not at all like the type of Kamen Rider I want to be.'
Disappointment gave way to the inventor's curiosity as Melissa continued her observation. She decided to reserve her judgment, at least for the time being. Perhaps there was more to Tomari Yuuki than met the eye, and if there was, she was determined to uncover it.
The youthful curiosity of the UA students was piqued by the unexpected presence of Yuuki and Yuriko amidst the thrills of I-Island.
Tenya, ever the inquisitive one, voiced the question on everyone's minds.
"If I may inquire, what brings you both to I-Island? It's not like we expected to meet the Kamen Riders at a place like this," Tenya asked, adjusting his glasses.
Yuuki shrugged, a lazy grin playing across his features.
"Officially? We're here on vacation. I've got a stack of vacation days tall enough to rival Mt. Fuji," he quipped, eliciting a few chuckles from the group.
Yuriko nodded in agreement, her smile warm.
"Sometimes, even heroes need a break from saving the world," she added, her tone light.
'Tell that to Endeavor.' Shoto thinks dryly, thinking of how Enji seems to detest the whole idea of taking some time off from his hero duties to 'relax'.
But there was a twinkle of mischief in Yuuki's eyes, a subtle hint of something unsaid. He leaned in, lowering his voice just enough to draw the group in.
"But then again, you never know when duty might call, even on vacation."
Izuku's eyes widened, a flicker of concern flashing through his analytical mind. He had come to learn that coincidences were rare in their line of work.
"Does… Does this have something to do with the Roidmudes?" he ventured hesitantly, the question hanging heavy in the air.
"..."
Yuuki's response was a sly smirk, cryptic and teasing. He offered no confirmation, yet his silence and the playful glint in his eye spoke volumes, stirring a wave of unease among the teenagers.
The light-hearted atmosphere shifted subtly, the weight of potential danger lurking just beneath the surface. The UA students exchanged glances, their minds racing with possibilities. Yuuki's cryptic hint had effectively stirred the pot, leaving them to wonder what unseen threats might be casting shadows over their day of supposed leisure.
Ochaco, her brow furrowed with worry, was the first to speak up.
"Roidmudes? Here?" she asked, her voice tinged with anxiety.
Momo, ever the strategist, chimed in with a composed tone, trying to maintain order.
"Let's not jump to conclusions. We don't have enough information yet," she advised, though her hands clenched slightly at her sides.
Kyoka, with her keen senses, scanned their surroundings, her expression serious.
"If there is a threat, we need to stay alert," she stated, her usual calm demeanor giving way to the focus of a heroine.
Shoto, cool and collected as ever, addressed Yuuki directly.
"If you know something, it might be wise to share. We're all here to ensure the safety of the island," he said, his dual-colored eyes locked on the Kamen Rider.
Katsuki, who had been scowling since Yuuki's arrival, snorted dismissively.
"Roidmudes or not, we can handle it. We're not kids," he declared, his pride preventing him from showing any sign of concern.
Eijiro, always the optimist, clapped a reassuring hand on Katsuki's shoulder.
"Yeah! Besides, we've got the Kamen Riders with us. We've got nothing to worry about!" he exclaimed, trying to lighten the mood.
Melissa, though not a hero-in-training like the others, felt a surge of determination.
"If there's anything I can do to help, you can count on me," she offered, her voice steady despite the uncertainty.
Izuku, who had initially voiced his concern, looked around at his friends and allies, a determined gleam in his eyes.
"No matter what's coming, we'll face it together," he stated, embodying the resolve of a true hero.
The group nodded, a silent pact forming among them. They were ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead, united by their commitment to justice and peace.
Yuriko's eyes softened as she witnessed the collective resolve of the young heroes. Their spirit was truly commendable, and it brought a faint smile to her lips.
"Your bravery is heartening," she acknowledged with a nod, her tone laced with genuine admiration as she got looks of gratitude from the teens.
Yuuki, on the other hand, remained skeptical. He had seen enough in his line of work to understand the harsh realities that lay beneath the veneer of heroism.
"Bravery's fine, but don't let it blind you to the dangers," he warned, his voice tinged with a seriousness that seemed to belie his usual nonchalance.
And this snapped the kids back to reality, making them remember what kind of monsters they were dealing with.
Without another word, Yuuki turned on his heel and began to walk away, Yuriko following closely beside him after saying goodbye to the kids.
The male cop's gait was casual, but there was an unmistakable intention in his movements, as if he was subtly inviting the curious to trail behind.
The UA students and Melissa exchanged quick glances, an unspoken agreement passing between them. Curiosity piqued and a sense of duty compelling them forward, they began to follow the Kamen Riders at a respectful distance.
Izuku, his analytical mind working overtime, leaned in to whisper to his classmates.
"Let's keep our eyes open and learn what we can. There might be more at stake here than we realize," he cautioned, his eyes fixed on the retreating figures of Yuuki and Yuriko.
But Yuuki paused mid-stride, half-turning to glance over his shoulder at the group of young heroes trailing behind him. There was a hint of a challenge in his eyes as he called out to them, his voice carrying back easily.
"You guys coming?" he asked, his tone casual yet laced with an underlying seriousness.
The question hung in the air, offering an unspoken choice. They were free to follow and potentially involve themselves in whatever lay ahead, or they could choose the safety of ignorance, remaining unburdened by whatever truths or dangers Yuuki and Yuriko might be pursuing.
Izuku, ever the chosen one driven by his relentless pursuit of heroism, stepped forward first, determination etched into his features.
"We're coming," he declared, his voice firm and resolute.
His classmates, bolstered by his conviction, nodded in agreement, their faces set with purpose.
Ochaco, her usual cheer replaced with a steely resolve, added,
"We can't just stand back knowing there might be danger."
Tenya, adjusting his glasses, chimed in with a nod.
"Indeed. It's our responsibility as heroes-in-training to be vigilant and prepared."
Katsuki, crossing his arms and huffing, threw in his characteristic bluntness.
"Like I'd let anything exciting happen without me. Let's go."
The rest of the group murmured their assents, their faces a mosaic of determination and youthful bravery.
Yuuki studied them for a moment longer, his expression unreadable.
Then, with a slight nod that might have been taken for approval, he turned back and resumed his walk, this time with the teenage students in tow, their steps synchronized with his and Yuriko's in a silent march toward the unknown.
Gate 66
"Alright, seems like we got everything," the red-haired man said, as he and his men quickly checked the supplies that Samuel had given them. "This will be a cinch, hero or no hero-"
"So you're the mercenaries that he hired."
The group of mercenaries froze when they heard the voice, and looked around for the source. A bunch of pixels formed behind the red-haired man, and the Roidmude known as Another Drive manifested before him and his men. "You all are quite interesting, especially you, Mr. Wolfram."
"S-Shit! I knew we shouldn't have taken this job!" one of the men said, cowering at the android's presence.
The red-haired man, Wolfram, however, kept his cool.
"And you're the asshole that was trying to hustle us out of a job, huh? What do you want with us?"
"Easy there, I have no intention of interfering with you directly. I was just thinking. With me being a far more superior being than you are, I have far too big of an advantage. So I thought I'd be a good sport and give you something to help even things out," The Executive said.
He pulled out some Neo Viral Cores and handed them to Wolfram.
"This thing here has the power to upgrade your Quirks, even give you new powers. Just hold it in your hand and think about the people you wish to kill. Especially when things seem to get worse, and let the magic course through you."
"Hmph, I doubt that will come to pass," Wolfram said, though he pocketed the animal-shaped devices regardless. "Me and my guys rarely fail at a job."
"Oh, you'll be surprised by how things can spiral out of control with my kind around," Another Drive laughed, as he stepped away onto the shadowed wall before slowly disappearing into the darkness.
"See you tonight, Mr. Wolfram."
At a conference room...
The conference room was steeped in a tense atmosphere as the diverse assembly of a hero, scientists and a student took their places around the large table.
Krim, Kanade, Shinra, Shinji and Mei were already seated, their expressions grave as they shuffled through various documents and data pads.
David Shield and Toshinori were engaged in a hushed, yet evidently strained conversation.
As Yuuki and Yuriko led the group of young heroes into the room, the conversation lulled, and all eyes turned toward the newcomers. The sight of the U.A. students and Melissa seemed to take the adults by surprise, their expressions a mix of perplexity and mild annoyance.
David's eyebrows knitted together in concern as he turned to face Yuuki, his gaze questioning.
"Tomari, what is the meaning of this? This isn't exactly a field trip. What are my daughter and her friends doing here?" he chided lightly, though there was an edge of seriousness to his voice.
Especially as his concerned eyes landed on Melissa.
All Might, his usual jovial demeanor subdued, nodded in agreement.
"Young Midoriya and his friends are brave, but this may be beyond their purview," he added, casting a protective glance toward the students.
Yuuki, unfazed by the scrutiny, shrugged nonchalantly, though a keen observer might notice a flicker of intent in his eyes.
"They've faced Roidmudes before. They have a right to know, and they might offer valuable insights," he countered smoothly, almost as if he had anticipated this reaction.
Melissa, standing beside Izuku, took a tentative step forward.
"We want to help in any way we can," she said, her voice firm despite the gravity of the situation.
Krim, who had been silently observing the exchange, interjected with a calm authority.
"If Yuuki believes their presence is beneficial, I'm inclined to trust his judgment. I'm sure that they want to prove themselves capable in this ordeal." he stated, offering a nod of approval toward the students.
The room settled into a reluctant acceptance, the adults recognizing the determination and potential value of the young heroes. As everyone took their seats, the air was thick with anticipation and the weight of the task ahead.
The meeting would commence, each individual present knowing that the stakes were high and that the contributions of every person in the room, young or old, might be crucial in facing whatever threat loomed on the horizon.
The hush of anticipation settled over the conference room as Krim cleared his throat and addressed the gathering.
"Alright, let's begin," The genius announced, his voice steady despite the gravity of the information he was about to disclose.
He activated the holographic projector at the center of the table, bringing up a series of images and data points that illuminated the room with a pale blue glow.
"As you are all aware, the threat of the Roidmudes is ever-present, but our current situation has escalated beyond our usual scope," Krim began, his expression grave.
The images on the screen shifted to display the Another Drive Roidmude, their red eyes glowing ominously. The creator of the Drive Driver explains what the Roidmude wants to do after getting into contact with Samuel.
"Unfortunately, our problems don't end there. We've received credible intelligence that Samuel Abraham(Melissa's eyes widened at the mention of her father's assistant) has hired a group of villains. Their objective is to infiltrate the I-Expo and steal the Quirk Amplification Device, a piece of technology with the potential to amplify a person's Quirk to dangerous levels."
Everybody in the know omitted some of the darker secrets from the kids. They would not mention how Sam tried to convince David to go along with his crazy plan.
A murmur of concern rippled through the young heroes at the mention of the Quirk Amplification Device.
Izuku's mind raced as he considered the implications, his brows furrowing with worry. The thought of such a device falling into the wrong hands was a nightmare scenario.
Ochaco's hands clenched into fists under the table, her knuckles turning white. The reality of facing not only Roidmudes but also human villains sent a shiver of apprehension through her spine.
Tenya adjusted his glasses, his face set in a determined frown.
"This is a serious breach of security and safety. We must take immediate action to prevent such a disaster," he declared, his voice tinged with the responsibility he felt as a hero-in-training.
Katsuki, never one to be outdone, leaned forward, his eyes blazing with a fierce intensity.
"Let them come. I'll take down anyone who gets in my way," the explosive teen growled, eager to test his strength against any and all challengers.
Yuriko observed the reactions of the students, noting their blend of concern and courage. It was a volatile mix, but one that held the potential for great heroism.
"We have a formidable challenge ahead of us," she acknowledged, her gaze sweeping over the group. "But together, we might stand a chance."
Krim nodded in agreement, his eyes meeting each person's in turn.
"We need to be strategic and work as a unified force. This is a battle on two fronts, and we cannot afford to be divided," he emphasized, setting the tone for the discussions that would follow.
The room settled into a focused silence as the group prepared to delve into the details of their plan, each individual mentally bracing themselves for the trials ahead. The stakes were clear, and the time for action was now.
"As soon as we received the intel about Sam- I mean, Samuel Abraham's involvement and the potential threat to the I-Expo, I contacted the local authorities and several Pro Heroes," David explained, hesitating a little before calling his assistant by the full name. "They're on high alert and have started discreetly bolstering security around the event. We can't let the public catch wind of this; it would cause unnecessary panic."
The kids sighed in relief at this.
The top I-Island scientist then paused, his brow furrowing with concern.
"I've also been trying to reach out to Samuel. He was my assistant(and friend) and, despite his recent actions, I believe there might still be a chance to reason with him, to convince him to turn himself in peacefully."
David's eyes briefly met Melissa's, and there was a silent exchange of worry between father and daughter.
"However, since arriving at I-Island, he's been elusive. I haven't been able to track him down, and he's not answering any calls."
Melissa, who had been quiet until now, spoke up, her voice tinged with concern.
"Dad, do you think he's planning something here, during the expo?" she asked, the thought clearly unsettling her.
"It's a possibility we can't ignore," David admitted, turning back to the rest of the group. "Samuel is capable and resourceful in his own way. If he's here on the island and staying hidden, it's likely he's orchestrating his move for the Quirk Amplification Device. We don't know how desperate he is since he is now apparently 'competing' with Another Drive for the device."
Yuuki leaned back in his chair, his eyes narrowing as he processed the information.
"We'll need to be vigilant," he stated. "If this Samuel is as clever as you say, he'll have a plan, and we'll need to be one step ahead."
The mood in the room had grown even more serious, the weight of the situation pressing down on everyone present. The threat of Roidmudes was daunting enough, but the addition of a human adversary with intimate knowledge of the I-Expo's inner workings and security was a dangerous wildcard that could not be underestimated.
Yuuki, assessing the eager expressions on the young heroes' faces, knew they were ready to contribute in any way possible. With their abilities and training, they were more than just bystanders; they were assets who could play a crucial role in the upcoming conflict.
"Listen, you guys are still students, and this is a dangerous situation," Yuuki began, his tone firm yet not dismissive of their capabilities. "But I know you're itching to help, and there's a vital role you can play without being on the front lines."
He paused, ensuring he had their undivided attention.
"Collateral damage control. In a scenario like this, where the fight can spread unpredictably, it's essential to keep civilians safe. Your job will be to ensure that no one gets caught in the crossfire while we, the pro heroes and Kamen Riders, deal with the Roidmudes and the villains."
Izuku's eyes shone with determination.
"We understand, and we're ready to take on that responsibility," he replied, speaking for the group.
His analytical mind was already running through various scenarios and evacuation strategies.
Ochaco nodded in agreement, her resolve firm.
"We'll make sure everyone stays safe. It's what heroes do, after all," she said, her voice steady and confident.
Tenya, ever the protocol follower, added:
"We'll work together to create efficient evacuation routes and safe zones. We'll also coordinate with local authorities to ensure smooth operations."
Katsuki's scowl deepened, his hands clenching into fists at his sides. The memory of being relegated to what he considered menial work by the Kamen Riders still stung his pride. He was a fighter, not a babysitter, and the thought of being asked to perform "cleanup crew" duties again grated on him.
However, as he opened his mouth to voice a protest, he caught Yuuki's challenging glare. The unspoken warning was clear in the Kamen Rider's eyes: This was not the time for ego or insubordination. Katsuki's pride clashed with the reality of the situation, and the internal battle was evident on his features.
After a tense moment, Katsuki's shoulders slumped ever so slightly — a subtle concession. He clicked his tongue in annoyance but remained silent, opting to stare daggers at the table instead of challenging the detective Rider. He understood the hierarchy and the stakes; defying Dark Drive now would not only be foolish but could also jeopardize the mission and put innocent lives at risk.
Yuuki's gaze lingered on Bakugo for a moment longer, ensuring the message had been received, before turning his attention back to the rest of the group to continue the discussion. Despite the brief exchange, there was a tacit understanding that Bakugo, for all his bluster, would do what was necessary when it mattered most.
The tension in the room was palpable as the other students took note of the silent standoff between Katsuki and Yuuki. They exchanged quick, concerned glances, acutely aware of Katsuki's explosive temperament and his struggles with authority. The thought of him clashing again with Yuuki was worrying, to say the least.
Izuku, who knew Katsuki better than anyone else in the room, watched his childhood bully with a furrowed brow. He could see the internal conflict playing out behind the blonde's fiery eyes and hoped that he would choose to keep his pride in check for the sake of the mission.
Ochaco bit her lip, her gaze shifting between Katsuki and Yuuki. She understood the importance of unity, especially in critical situations like these, and hoped that her short-tempered classmate wouldn't let his anger get the best of him.
Tenya was ready to intervene if things escalated. He respected Yuuki's authority and knew the value of discipline, especially in times of crisis. He hoped that Bakugo would see reason and cooperate for the greater good.
Even Momo, usually composed, couldn't help but feel a flutter of anxiety at the prospect of internal conflict. She trusted in their collective strength and the guidance of their seniors, hoping that they could all pull through together without any discord.
Yuuki gave a nod of approval, satisfied with their response.
"Good. We're counting on you. Remember, keeping people safe is just as heroic as taking down the bad guys."
Krim, observing the dynamics in the room and Yuuki's effective yet unorthodox methods, couldn't help but draw a literary parallel.
"You know, Yuuki, your approach in utilizing these kids... it reminds me somewhat of Sherlock Holmes and his Baker Street Irregulars," he mused aloud.
Yuriko, nodded in agreement, a hint of amusement in her tone.
"That's an apt comparison. He is, in a way, the Sherlock Holmes of the Musutafu City Police Department," she said with a small smile. "He's our best criminal profiler, after all."
Yuuki, however, seemed unfazed by the analogy. He gave a nonchalant shrug, his gaze sweeping over the assembled group.
"Well, I sure am a fan of Sherlock Holmes. But whether I'm like him or not, it's simply all a matter of practicality," he stated matter-of-factly. "We're facing a complex situation here, and it would be foolish not to make use of all the resources at our disposal, especially when these 'resources' are capable heroes-in-training."
His pragmatic perspective settled over the room, reinforcing the idea that this was a collaborative effort, not just a mission for the Pro Heroes and Kamen Riders. Everyone had a role to play, and Yuuki's acknowledgment of the students' potential and value was a silent nod of respect to their abilities and their willingness to contribute.
However, the conversation had taken a turn that left a subtle but tangible shift in the atmosphere. While Yuuki's approach was understandable given the gravity of the situation, it inadvertently struck a chord with the students.
They had trained hard, faced real danger, and were trying to prove their mettle in various situations; being referred to merely as "resources" felt reductive, almost dismissive of their individual efforts and aspirations.
Izuku was the first to voice his feelings, his expression earnest.
"Tomari-san, we all understand the importance of using every available resource, but we hope to be more than just that. We want to stand alongside you as fellow fighters for justice, as comrades."
Tenya, acting as the representative of his classmates, straightened his posture.
"Indeed. While we are still students and have much to learn, our dedication to heroism is unwavering. We wish to be acknowledged for our commitment and not just our utility."
Ochaco's voice was soft but determined.
"We've all been through a lot together. It's not just about what we can do, but also about who we are. We're a team, and we support each other."
Eijiro's usual enthusiasm was tempered with a hint of frustration.
"Yeah, we're not just tools to be used. We've got our own reasons for being here, our own will to fight!"
Katsuki, though abrasive as usual, made his point with a scowl.
"Don't underestimate us. We're not just some pawns you can move around on a whim."
Shoto, calm and composed, added his thoughts.
"We appreciate the strategic perspective, but camaraderie is just as important. Trust and mutual respect make a team stronger."
The room fell silent for a moment as the words hung in the air, a collective expression of the students' desire for recognition and respect as individuals, not just components in a strategic plan.
Yuuki's gaze swept across the young faces before him, each etched with the telltale signs of budding heroism. Clearing his throat, he addressed the underlying concerns head-on with a tone that balanced sternness with a hint of understanding.
"Listen, I don't doubt your bravery or your potential," The veteran Rider began, his voice carrying the weight of his experience. "Each of you must have incredible courage and growth, and that's commendable. But there's a stark difference between being brave and reckless. The enemies we're dealing with here are unlike any standard villains or criminals. They're unpredictable, ruthless, and, above all, lethal."
He paused for a moment, letting the gravity of his words sink in.
"You're training to become heroes, and a part of that journey is recognizing your current limits. It's not about doubting your capabilities; it's about ensuring your safety so that you can reach the level where you can handle threats like these without unnecessary risks."
Izuku's brows furrowed in thought. He understood the logic but still felt a pang of frustration at the limitations being placed on them.
Yuuki continued, his gaze firm yet not unkind.
"My job, our job," He gestures to him, Yuriko, Krim and All Might. "As more experienced fighters, is to tackle the heavy hitters so you don't have to—yet. Your time will come, but for now, focusing on collateral damage control isn't just busy work. It's vital. It saves lives, and it's a role only you can fill at this moment."
Katsuki bristled, about to interject, but a quick glance from Yuuki quelled the retort.
The young heroes-in-training might not have fully agreed with the assessment, but they understood the sentiment behind it. The conversation had illuminated the delicate balance between their eagerness to prove themselves and the practicalities of their current abilities and experience.
"Actually, they might be able to help more."
Everybody turns to Shinra as he speaks.
The atmosphere in the room shifted palpably as he, Kanade and Shinji presented the Neo Viral Cores, their unexpected intervention infusing a fresh wave of intrigue among the young heroes.
"I have finished the adjustments I needed after acquiring Mr. Shield's data." Shinra clarifies. "Now anybody with a Quirk can safely fuse with any of us."
He gestures to himself and his two fellow Roidmudes.
The others' eyes widened in surprise and curiosity, reflecting the glimmer of possibility that the Viral Cores represented.
"Wait, you're saying these can be finally combined with us?" Izuku couldn't help but ask, his analytical mind already racing with the implications.
Shinra nodded, a confident smile playing on his lips.
"Exactly. We've been working on adapting the technology behind the Quirk Amplification Device. With the knowledge we gained from David, we've successfully modified the Neo Viral Cores. Now, they can safely synchronize with a Quirk user, enhancing their abilities without the risk of overload or harm."
Kanade and Shinji, standing side by side with the Neo Viral Cores displayed before them, wore expressions of unmistakable pride. Their posture was upright, shoulders back, and there was an air of accomplishment that seemed to radiate from them. They exchanged glances that spoke volumes of the long hours, the challenges, and the breakthroughs that had led to this moment.
Kanade allowed herself a small, satisfied smile.
"These cores," she began, her voice steady and filled with an air of confidence, "are the result of countless iterations and refinements. We've pushed the boundaries of what we thought possible, and the results speak for themselves."
Shinji couldn't contain his enthusiasm.
"Yeah! You should've seen the simulations we ran," he chimed in, his hands gesticulating to emphasize his point. "The synergy between the cores and Quirks is off the charts. We're not just talking small enhancements; we're talking substantial amplifications, tailored to each individual's abilities!"
Their pride was not just in the technological marvel they had helped create but also in the potential it represented. They were fully aware of the stakes at play, and the Neo Viral Cores were their contribution to tipping the scales in favor of the Heroes. This was more than just an advancement in technology; it was a beacon of hope, a testament to human ingenuity in the face of overwhelming adversity.
They could become something akin to pseudo-Kamen Riders.
The young heroes could see the conviction in Kanade and Shinji's eyes, and it was infectious.
The room erupted in a buzz of animated conversations as the students turned to one another, their earlier disappointment swiftly replaced by a burgeoning sense of purpose. Here was an opportunity to contribute in a more substantial way, to be more than just bystanders in the unfolding drama.
Izuku's eyes sparkled with a kind of childlike wonder, his mind racing with the potential applications of such an enhancement to his already formidable [One For All].
Katsuki's eyes gleamed with a competitive fire, already imagining the boost in power he could gain.
Ochaco, too, seemed intrigued by the potential for her [Zero Gravity] Quirk, while Tenya's thoughts raced as fast as his engines at the possibilities for his speed.
Momo's analytical mind was already considering the tactical advantages, her creation Quirk becoming an even more versatile tool in her heroic arsenal.
Kyoka, with a tilt of her head, was pondering the implications for her [Earphone Jack], the potential for increased range and precision sending a thrill down her spine.
And Shoto, usually reserved, allowed a hint of curiosity to cross his face as he contemplated the devastating potential of an enhanced [Half-Cold Half-Hot].
Yuuki, observing the change in mood, exchanged a look with Yuriko, a silent communication passing between them. Though he had harbored reservations, the tangible enthusiasm of the young heroes was hard to ignore. Perhaps, with the right guidance and the added boost from the Neo Viral Cores, they could indeed take on a more active role in the upcoming conflict.
"All right," Yuuki conceded, his voice carrying the finality of a decision made. "We'll reassess your role. With these Viral Cores, you'll be better equipped to handle more than just collateral damage control. Maybe even put up a fight against the Roidmudes."
"But remember," He cautioned, his gaze sweeping over the eager faces. "This doesn't mean you're invincible. It's a tool, not a miracle. Use it wisely and stay sharp."
The Closing Screen of this chapter shows Shift Legend TriCyclone, Signal Legend Ichigo, Shift Gold Speed and the Neo Cobra Viral Core, side by side, with the logo of Kamen Rider Dark Drive behind them.

Wynnt'r: Thanks! Glad you liked the chapter!
I will try to take your observations into consideration when writing the next chapters.
Toa Solaric: Thanks! Glad you liked the chapter!
Phantommore: There will be a Kamen Rider Chaser eventually in this story.
Of course, I don't want to spoil more than the obvious, but I do plan to make Gold Drive question his allegiance eventually in later arcs.
TheRealD3lph0xL0v3r: Thanks! Glad you liked the chapter!
TokuBuff348: The explanation about hosts feeling like they have Quirks was mainly specific because Yuuki and Melissa are Quirkless. When I start to make characters with Quirks fuse with Roidmudes, they will simply enhance the abilities of their hosts.
For'Sleep 3rd: Glad you liked the chapter!
I won't answer some of your questions in order to avoid giving spoilers and because I honestly still haven't thought about some of the things you mentioned.
