"Okay I was fine with the blood work. I was fine with the physical examinations, even though it was weird having someone other than my girlfriend poke around at my muscles. I was even fine with the X-Ray and MRI scans but is this really necessary?" Izuku says as he is latched on a table with wires all over his body.

"Yes Mr. Midoriya," The doctor says. "We simply need to test your muscle mass compared to your bone structure and then we will be done."

"Fine," Izuku says as he lays on the table staring at the ceiling as the machines beep and buzz around him.

"Man this is getting annoying," Izuku thinks to himself. "Well at least I have Star's speech to look forward to. I wonder what it's going to be about. Probably just normal stuff talking about how the stuff from I Island affects her career as a her-"

"Ow!" Izuku yells as a sharp pain in his arm draws his attention back to the world of the living.

"Sorry we're just trying to get a sample of the bone for further study," One of the nurses says as she slowly cuts through the skin near the finger and tries to scrape off a piece of bone.

"Hey! Stop!," Izuku says, staring at the nurse as he struggles against the straps. "I did not give permission to scrape pieces of bone off my body."

"Doesn't matter, Principal Nezu did," The nurse says. "It's for designing better combat armor for our heroes. You understand right?"

Izuku glares at the nurse and says, "I said NO!" With the yell of the NO he rips his arm from the straps and grabs the nurse's arm causing her eyes to widen in shock.

"Try that again and I will bring every drop of pain I can onto you," Izuku says, leaning forward causing the other straps to break, as the other doctors and nurses take a step back in shock.

"Y-y-yes sir," The nurse says as Izuku gets off of the table and leaves towards the changing room while grabbing a bandage for his finger.

"Wasn't that…" one of the nurses says.

"Yeah it was," The head doctor says as he watches Izuku leave the room.

"We have everything?" The man asks his compatriots as they put their gear in their bags.

"Everything is in order," the second in command says.

"You into the system?" The man turns.

"Second I get into the control room we'll have full control," The hacker says.

"Good," The man says. "You made sure it won't be affected by the other one."

"Yep we'll have full control even once it does its job," The hacker says.

"Good then let's go," The man says as they walk off to the control building.

"Hey, Izuku," Mirio says as he walks into the conference room. "I'm surprised you aren't here with your friends."

"They are all coming in later," Izuku says. "And there's not a chance in hell I'm missing big sis's speech."

"Speaking of which why do…" Mirio stalls off letting the question speak for itself.

"She asks me to," Izuku says. "She says it's a nickname between her close friends and…" A sad smile takes up Izuku's face. "Well I never really had those growing up so I am more than happy with calling her that and her calling me little brother."

"Fair enough," Mirio says as the crowd falls silent as Star and Stripes walk on stage.

"Thank you," Star says as she walks on stage. "I thank the Yaoyorozu family for inviting me to be the keynote speaker."

As the speech is happening 20 floors above them a group of men enter the control room of I Island's security.

"And I thank you all for coming to this speech. I promise it won't be too long," Star continues.

The guards in the control room quickly get knocked out before they can raise the alarm.

"I just want to congratulate everyone here on their work with heroes around the globe to help increase our ability to stop crime. And I know every hero here thinks what I'm about to say. We couldn't do this without you," Star says, causing applause among the heroes present.

The guards are tied up and stuffed into a closet as the hacker goes over to the computer and plugs in a drive.

"I also want to give thanks to several people here in the crowd," Star says. "I want to congratulate Sir Nighteye for leading the investigations of the Yakuza in his country, one of the last major crime organizations left in Japan."

Sir Nighteye bows slightly as the crowd turns and claps towards him.

"I also want to congratulate The Häyhä for his excellent work taking down a Russian Mob base in Helsinki," Star says as a man in a white suit bows slightly to some applause, with extra coming from fellow heroes in Eastern Europe.

"Also congratulations are in order for Emutopia for managing to defeat the villain Kiwiland and helping bring down the reign of Shireton in the southern island of New Zealand," Star says, causing a large bird looking hero to lower his head among some scattered applause.

"And a major congratulations to Ovrium, Japan's first quirkless hero student, for managing to bring down one of the Nomu who attacked Hosu City during the recent attack there," Star says.

Izuku's eyes widen as a loud chorus of cheers and applause comes from nearly every part of the room as he bows his head slightly down.

Meanwhile All Might is looking around in shock, "I thought Nezu was exaggerating." He thinks to himself. "How did someone like him get this much support?"

David nudges All Might slightly bringing him out of his thoughts as he notices people glancing at him for not clapping.

"And finally, despite his flaws, I would like to thank All Might for his years of service as a hero since despite what has happened in Japan under his reign he is still a true hero," Star says as the applause quickly fades away into a few measly claps.

Star sees the glares turning towards All Might and quickly pivots and says, "In fact due to his accomplishments I would like to invite him up to speak to you all."

Initiating program: T-10 Seconds

The crowd goes silent as All Might walks on stage and Star whispers, "Don't screw this up." While handing him the microphone.

T-5 Seconds

All Might walks up on stage and opens his mouth to start to speak.

T-2 Seconds

"Hello everyo-" All Might is promptly interrupted by an alarm and the screen saying "Emergency Shelter in Place."

"The heck," All Might says before holes open in the ground and restraints bind all of the heroes and hero students there.

"Finally," Izuku thinks to himself as he pretends to struggle against the restraints.

"Hello, everyone," A man with a dark mask says as he walks into the room with a group of armed men. "We will be your hosts for this evening."

The Häyhä starts to struggle to get up and yells, "Who the hell do you think you-" but is quickly stopped by a knee to the stomach by one of the guards causing him to shut up and fall to the ground, coughing.

"Don't bother fighting back you are trapped in quirk erasing restraints that are capable of holding an All Might in his prime. You have no chance of escape and all cell signals in this building are blocked," The leader says, stepping forward. "Now then who here is the head fucking scientist."

For a few moments no one steps forward before the leader says, "Fine… you come here."

"Wha… me?" Sam says as he glances around.

One of the henchmen walks forward and puts a gun on the back of Sam's head and starts walking him towards the door.

"Stop!" David yells standing up from the crowd. "That man is my assistant and I will not let you harm him."

"Admirable but stupid, Mr. Shield," The leader says. "Take him too."

The leader starts to turn to leave but stops and says, "You must be Japan's famous quirkless candidate."

Izuku looks up at the man and smiles saying, "So what if I am? You're going to pay for this and you know it."

"That may be but an extra hostage is always preferable. Plus I want to make sure that the only real threat here is constantly under my personal surveillance," The leader says as he shoves Izuku towards the door.

"Don't you touch him," Star growls, pushing against the restraints.

"Star, don't worry I got this," Izuku says as he is shoved towards the door giving her a small wink.

"Good luck, Izuku," Star thinks to herself as he exits the room.

- Author's Note: Hello, everyone, and I hope you enjoyed this chapter. So… I have completely lost my once a week schedule haven't I… shit. Apparently not being able to write for a week and some change due to the hangover capital of North America is not good for keeping a schedule. I apologize but to be quite frank I will probably not be able to get into the rhythm of the schedule for at least another week or two (and even then it will all be buggered up by the Olympics because family tradition watching all the games together. Deku's Quirks

Evaluate: Upon looking at a person or object, while the quirk is active, the user will see the target's weak points shown by a red glow. However, it can only be used on one opponent at a time.

Perception: allows the user to sense all of their surroundings and have perfect spatial awareness within a limited range (Now 100 meters/yards)

Memory Viewer: allows the user to see the memories of people they touch while the quirk is activated. However, if a memory is too painful it will cause the user to have a minor nosebleed and a migraine. It can only be activated once every 24 hours.

Deku's Gear:

2 custom swords: each capable of cutting through 10 inches of steel and has a variety of features that can be put into it including poisons and other fun things that I will come up with later

A variety of knives and flashbangs

Stun gun: 2 million volts per shock

Deployable cameras: Small cameras that stick to walls and other objects and are linked to the suit computer. They can see in infrared, normal, and ultraviolet light.

Deployable smoke emitter: small smoke emitters that can emit smoke for up to 1 hour

Various chemical mixtures created by Razor for different situations

Deku's Armor upgrades:

Boot Blades: 10-inch blades stored inside the boots of the armor that can be extended by flexing all the toes on either foot.

Computer screen that has the controls for all of the suit functions and external deployable tools
