Fairiest of Them All:
Disclaimer: I don't own Total Drama.
Last time in the Ridonculous Race, our 18 teams went to South Africa and there they really had to pull the weight. The Artists finish first and we said goodbye to the Theater Kids. Which of the 17 remaining will be the first next who might leave the game, let's find out in this Ridonculous Race!
"Welcome, we are still with 17 teams in South Africa, the teams start here, Yesterday's winners which were Robin and Kayla already get to take a Tip first," Don said.
Robin and Kayla walked up to the Don-Box, pressed the button and took out their Travel Tip.
"You might get your happily ever after, so don't look so grimm," Robin read of the Tip.
"That's weird, grimm is misspelled, it should be with one M," Kayla said.
"Wait a minute," Robin said.
"What is it Robin?" Kayla asked.
"Happily ever after and grimm," Robin said.
"But grim is misspelled," Kayla said.
"It's not grim as in serious, it's as in the Brothers Grimm," Robin said.
"The most famous fairy tale writers," Kayla said.
"And they are from Germany, so that must be where we're going," Robin said.
"We're going to Germany," Kayla said.
"The Artist are right, Germany will be our next destination," Don said.
Germany, the country with the second largest population in Europe, where schnitzel and fried sausage with fries is a favorite dish and where most fairy tales were born.
The first 8 teams arrived at the airport and will fly to Germany on the first flight, the 9 other teams will fly on flight number 2 which will only leave an hour and a half later,
All teams had a Travel Tip and rushed to the airport, now it's just a matter of who are the 8 fastest. 8 teams ran into the airport and headed toward the counter.
"Germany please," Kayla said.
"Two tickets to Germany," Cody said.
'Germany, tickets, now," Valeria said.
The Artists, Fraternal twins, Cheerleaders, Ridonculous Race Veterans, Cousins, Bandmates, Geeks and Teachers are the first 8 teams are on the plane and were on their way to Germany, the other 9 teams stayed behind at the airport.
"And again we are not on the first flight," Tony complained.
"You can't give up Tony, maybe this time we'll get lucky in Germany," Mitch said.
"We were 11th," Tony said.
"At least that's not last," Mitch said.
The nine remaining teams wait in the departure lounge for the plane that will take them to Germany.
"Excuse me, may I ask a question?" Laura asked.
"Sure," Tyler said.
"Why are you wearing a field hockey mask?" Laura asked.
"Finn wears a hockey mask to protect his face," Tyler explained.
"I get if he's wearing it during a hockey game," Bree said. "But why is he wearing it outside?"
"To protect his face, Finn unfortunately has the misfortune of having his face hit by things that are not just hockey pucks," Tyler said.
"And he can't talk because he got to hit many times in face with those hard objects?" Laura asked.
"Actually, I don't know why Finn doesn't talk," Tyler said.
***** Confessional: Cowgirls *****
"I guess everyone has something special about them," Laura said.
"Yeah, apparently," Bree said.
*****Individual Interview: Tyler *****
"I know people think Finn is a little weird because he always wears his field hockey mask, but he's a good guy and that's what matters," Tyler said.
And while 9 teams began to worry about having a possible chance to go home, the other 8 teams were in flight and flying towards Germany.
"I'm really excited to go to Germany," Kitty said.
"Me too," Carrie said.
"And what do you think the challenges will be?" Kitty asked.
"I think something with fairy tales, the Travel Tip did give a clue to it," Carrie said.
"I love fairy tales, my favorite fairy tale was always Beauty and the Beast," Kitty said.
"Mine was always Cinderella," Carrie said.
"Someday I hope to meet my prince charming," Kitty said.
"You will meet your prince, Kitty," Carrie said.
"You've already found your prince and Emma has already found hers," Kitty said.
"Who will find him soon," Carrie said.
*****Individual Interview: Kitty*****
"Do you know why Beauty and the Beast is my favorite fairy tale?" Kitty said. "Because it gives a good message, that real love what a person is on the inside, looks don't matter. I hope I find my Beast one day."
"Did you know that the first edition of the fairy tale book written by the Brother Grimm came out in 1812?" Harold asked.
"No, so all their fairy tales have been almost like two centuries old," Cody said.
"Yes and their version of fairy tales do not often end with happily ever after, but much more gruesome," Harold explained.
"So when people say they want a fairy tale ending, it's often wrong to say that," Cody said.
"Yeah, that's probably why most fairy tales were made kid friendlier," Harold said.
*****Individual Interview: Vera*****
"I'm so happy that we are on the first flight and that is thanks to Bob, he carried us to the airport so what, Plus he can run fast, that just proves that it is good to have muscle power with you.
Flight number 2 left for Germany, but more than an hour behind.
"We're headed to Germany," Gus cheered.
"And if there's a Dice Pizza there, we can finally find out what pizza's like," Deuce cheered.
***** Confessional: Babysitters *****
"If you work as a babysitter, then you're guaranteed to read fairy tales to your clients," Jenna said.
"Yep, I know all the fairy tales by heart by now," Oliva said.
"And there really are a lot of fairy tales," Jenna pointed out.
"But like a lot of them," Oliva said.
"I don't understand the whole fairy tale thing," Ronald said.
"It's about making your dreams come true, it gives you hope," Gina said.
"But life is not a fairy tale," Ronald said.
"For me it is," Gina said.
"Is it?" Ronald asked.
"Yes, I met the man of my dreams, my prince charming," Gina said.
"You have? Who is it?" Ronald asked.
"It's you, you're my dream prince Ronald," Gina said.
"Oh, like that," Ronald said.
After a long plane ride, flight number 1 landed in Germany. The 8 teams ran out of the airport toward the Don-Box and all grabbed a Travel Tip.
"It's an Either/Or," Emily read of the Travel Tip
"For those who are new I will briefly explain what an Either/Or is, with Either/Or the candidates can choose what they want to do," Don explained.
In this Either/Or the candidates can climb Rapunzel's tower, but beware, there are some nasty boobytraps along the way, Or they can choose to go to the Gingerbread House and eat a pastry, if they succeeded then they will find their next Travel Tip in the bottom of the pastry, if not then they have to eat as many pastry pies until they find one.
"Gingerbread house, is made of candy, let's go there," Cody said.
"But the pastry pies probably aren't and you know what the witch made her pastry pies out of in the story,' Harold said.
"Oh there's a good point, we'll climb the tower," Cody said.
"Wanna do the Tower of Rapunzel?" Sebastian asked.
"Heck yeah," Selene said.
"Figured that," Sebastian said.
"I hate pastry pies, no way I'm eating those," Selene said.
***** Confessional: Fraternal Twins *****
"Selene used to love pastry pies, until the incident," Sebastian said.
"I ate too many one day and all those pastry pies came back out, the same way the came in," Selene said.
"And all those pastry pies came out on Aunt Sharon," Sebastian said.
"I could never look at a pastry the same after that day," Selene said.
"Or Aunt Sharon," Sebastian said.
"We'll go for the pastry pies, Robin is afraid of heights," Kayla said.
"Pastry pies, I'm kind of hungry," Blake said.
The Geeks, Cheerleaders, Fraternal twins and Teachers go to Rapunzel's tower to climb it, while the Artists, Bandmates, Cousins and Ridonculous Race Veterans go to the Gingerbread House to eat pastry pies. The four teams that were going to climb the tower arrived at the tower.
"So that's a tall tower," Bob said.
"How high do you think it's?" Emily asked.
"My guess 130 feet, maybe higher," Cody said.
"Think we need to climb the tower with this?" Vera asked, holding a piece rope that didn't really look like a normal rope.
"It looks like hair," Valeria said.
"Let's hope it's not real hair," Selene said.
The Geeks, Cheerleaders, Fraternal twins and teachers began the climb. The other 4 teams arrived at the Gingerbread House.
"So that's a lot of pastry pies," Kitty said.
"I think there are more then 100," Carrie said.
"Not only are there a lot of them, but they're all so big," Trent said.
"Maybe we should have chosen the tower instead," Robin said.
The four teams began eating the very large pastry pies and all had a long way to go.
"Ugh these pastry pies are not really what you call tasty," Robin said.
"Oh, they taste like feet," Kayla said.
"How do you even know what feet taste like?" Robin asked
"I have no idea, but that's something a lot of people say when they don't like something," Kayla said.
"I so hope we find the Tip soon," Kitty said.
"Me too, I really don't want to find many of these pastry pies," Carrie said.
"These pastry pies are really good!" Blake said.
"Dude you like this?" Trent asked.
"My grandmother is part German and she always made pastry pies," Blake said.
"Was your grandmother a descendant of the Wicked Witch from Hansel and Gretel?" Trent asked.
Meanwhile flight number 2 had landed with the 9 other teams, they all ran towards Don-Box and got Travel Tip.
Cop and Criminal, Hockey Players, Cowgirls, Boy Scouts and the Supermodels all chose to climb the tower. Stepson and Stepfather, Baby Sitters, Newlyweds and Pizza Delivery Guys chose to eat the pastry pies at the Gingerbread House.
***** Confessional: Supermodels *****
"Have you seen the way we look? Does it look like we eat pasty pies?" Moon asked.
"If we did, we probably wouldn't be Supermodels," Steve said.
In the meantime, the Geeks, Cheerleaders, Fraternal twins and Teachers were still climbing the tower. Cody stepped on one of the boobytraps and he and Harold were covered in purple goo.
"What is this?" Harold asked.
"What is that smell?" Cody asked.
"Don't think about it, let's keep climbing," Harold said.
"I can't my hands are all slippery from the goo," Cody said.
"So are mine", Harold said.
"I'm going to fall," Cody said.
"Me too," Harold said.
Cody and Harold dropped down, the 3 teams continued to climb and teams that had also chosen the climbing challenge now began the climb as well. Cody and Harold stood up and started climbing again.
"We are doing good Emily," Valeria said.
"If we keep this up, first place will be ours," Emily said.
***** Confessional: Cheerleaders *****
"We're cheerleaders, we're used to climbing to the top," Emily said.
"And pulling some hair," Valeria said.
"Just never like this," Emily said.
In the gingerbread house, the other teams were busy eating pastry pies.
"Done!" Trent said.
"And we got a Travel Tip in one try," Blake said.
"Let's go!" Trent said.
The bandmates left the Gingerbread House and other teams continued eating.
"What is the challenge?" Blake asked.
"It's a Batch or Watch, Kissing Frogs," Trent read of the Travel Tip
In the pond where the Batch or Watch will take place there are lots of frogs, 17 of those frogs have a crown on their head. The one who did not weave the basket in South Africa must go swimming in the pond and look for the right frog. Once you find the right frog, take it to the princess and she will give you a Travel Tip.
"I made the basket, so you have to go get the frog," Trent said.
"Let's go find the pond and kiss some frogs," Blake said.
"But you don't have to kiss the frog," Trent said.
Trent and Blake went looking for pond. In the meantime, the Cheerleaders and the Fraternal twins had reached the top of the tower and retrieved their new tip from the Don-Box, with the same mission. The Fraternal twins and the Cheerleaders left the tower and went in search of Pond. The other teams were all still working on the challenges.
The bandmates arrived at the pond first, Blake jumped into the water and went in search of the frog with the crown.
"Got anything yet?" Trent asked.
"No, you can hardly see anything in this water and there are lot of frogs in here," Blake said.
"Just keep looking, there's nobody else here yet, let's take advantage of that," Trent said.
Blake went looking for the frog again, more and more teams had finished the first challenges.
***** Confessional: Artists *****
"6! We had to eat 6 pastry pies before we finally found the Travel Tip," Kayla said.
"I'm so nauseous now," Robin said.
"But we managed to get the tip," Kayla said.
***** Confessional: Cop & Criminal *****
"We stepped in like 7 boobytraps," Douglas said.
"We luckily survived them all," Roy said.
"I've climbed high walls before, but this was too much even for me," Douglas said.
The band mates, Cheerleaders and Fraternal twins are all at the pond and 9 teams are on their way there now.
Only the team of Cousins, Boy Scouts, Teachers, Babysitters and Stepson and Stepfather are still working on the first challenges.
"Again, no Tip, Jenna said.
"That means we have to eat another pasty,' Oliva said.
"How many are we at now?" Jenna asked.
"I have no idea, I've lost count," Olivia said.
"Let's hope this does contain the Travel Tip," Jenna said, as she and Olivia began eating the pastry.
"And finished another one," Mitch said.
"Do we have a Travel Tip?" Tony asked.
Mitch turned the pie dish over and Travel Tip fell out. "Yes," Mitch cheered.
"Let's get out of here," Tony cheered.
Stepson and Stepfather left the cottage and headed toward the pond. 12 of the 17 teams were all already at the pond.
"I've a frog!" Blake said.
"Does it have a crown?" Trent asked.
"Yes," Blake replied.
"Come out of the pond quickly and bring the frog to the princess," Trent said.
Blake got out of the pond, gave the frog to Trent and together they went to the princess, they gave the frog to her, the princess nodded her head and gave Trent and Blake the Travel Tip.
""You will not bring cookies to Grandmother, but you will walk the same route to reach the Chill Zone, so watch out for the wolf," Blake read of the tip.
"That fairy tale of Little Red Riding Hood," Trent said.
"The Chill Zone is in the forest," Blake said.
"The Black Forest to be specific," Don voice over said.
And as the Bandmates search for the Chill-Zone in the Black Forest, the last teams arrived at the pond.
"I'm so glad I don't have to do this challenge, I'm really not a fan of frogs," Leshaniqua said.
"I don't mind frogs, I'm just glad I don't have to kiss it," Leshawna said.
Many teams finished the challenge and headed for the Chill-Zone. The Cousins, Baby Sitters and Teachers remained.
***** Confessional: Teachers *****
"We were doing so well and we're heading for last place," Bob said.
"Climbing the tower was a really tough challenge," Vera said.
"And we didn't even step in one of the boobytraps," Bob said.
"It's my fault, I was slow and fell a few times," Vera said.
"And then most teachers say that PE is a useless subject," Bob said.
"I'm sorry I said that," Vera said.
The three teams went on to the final challenge, all other teams were in the Black Forest looking for the Chill-Zone and one team had reached The Carpet of Completion.
"Trent and Blake, congratulations you are the first team here," Don said.
"Yes, we won," Trent cheered.
"We rock!" Blake cheered.
***** Confessional: Bandmates *****
"I'm so glad we won," Blake said.
"Me too, I was kind of nervous, we had a lead, but our lead was getting shorter and shorter," Trent said.
"The frog search turned out to be quite tricky, especially when more teams showed up," Blake said.
"But luckily you were the first to find a frog and we came in first," Trent said.
"Valeria and Emily you are the second team," Don said.
"Oh yeah, baby," Valeria said.
"We're doing great," Emily said.
"Fraternal twins third place," Don said.
4th Ridonculous Race Veterans, 5th Geeks, 6th Artists, 7th Cowgirls, 8th Stepson and Stepfather, 9th Hockey Players, 10th Boy Scouts, 11th Newlyweds, 12th Models, 13th Pizza Delivery Guys, 14th Cop and Criminal
***** Confessional: Stepson and Stepfather *****
"We came in 8th," Mitch said.
"That's not too bad," Tony said.
"That's because of you Tony, you found that frog fast," Mitch said.
"Catching that frog was nothing compared to other things I catch," Tony said.
***** Confessional: Ridonculous Race Veterans *****
"Unfortunately that frog wasn't my prince," Kitty said
"As I said before, your prince will come, Kitty," Carrie said.
"You know what they say, you have to kiss a lot of frogs before you find your prince," Kitty said.
***** Confessional: Cop & Criminal *****
"In the last episode we finished 4th, now we're 14th," Douglas complained.
"That frog catching was quite tricky," Roy said.
"You're a police officer, it's literally your job to catch," Douglas said.
"Catching criminals is my job, not amphibians," Roy said.
Three teams are left and now the question is which team will arrive last and may be out of the race?
"Got the frog!" Leshawna said.
"Frog!" Bob said.
"Here's the frog!" Jenna said.
The Cousins, Babysitters and the Teachers all handed in their frog to the princess and all got a Travel Tip, all 3 team ran as fast as they could to the Chill-Zone.
"Cousins you came in 15th, you are still in the race," Don said
"Oh yeah, we're still in it," Leshawna said.
"We still got a chance," Leshaniqua said.
Teachers you're in second last, so that means you're still in the race," Don said.
"Oh thank goodness," Vera said.
"Babysitters, you're in last place," Don said.
Please tell me it a non-elimination round?" Oliva asked.
"Pretty please," begged Jenna
"It's not, I'm sorry you're out of the race," Don said.
***** Farewell Interview: Babysitters *****
"It's been a short but fun adventure," Jenna said.
"Totally agree on that, at least we got to see the world," Olivia said.
"And when I get enough money, I'm gonna take my own trip around the world," Jenna said.
"I definitely want to go back to South Africa, it's so beautiful there," Olivia said.
"And even though we're getting out now, at least I'm glad we weren't the first ones out," Jenna said.
"And with that we say goodbye to the Babysitters, There are 16 teams left, Where do we go next time, Find out at the next Ridonculous Race!" Don said.
Winner: Bandmates
Eliminated: Babysitters
