Neo knew the plan was fucked the moment two busybodies intruded their meeting.

She knew they had to improvise their original plan of just dropping some hints about the White Fang before leaving. With them already exposed, they had to make a show of a fight just to throw suspicion away from them. After all, it would look bad to their reluctant allies if they just left without a fight.

That's when Roman had the idea to take the giant killer robot for a test drive while Neo made sure they could still escape after the fight.

Don't get her wrong, she would have loved to join Roman in his spree of chaos but even Neo knew someone had to make sure they could still leave safely.

Roman obviously couldn't do it on account of having to prove their supposed loyalty to the cause so it fell to her to secure their escape route.

It was easy pulling one of the White Fang mooks to secure a bullhead. She just had to poke the big guy, LT, while pointing at the trail the giant killer robot left for him to nod gruffly in acquiescence and call for one of his pilots to fetch them after wrecking havoc. Not willing to wait for the bullhead, Neo walked out of the meeting place to at least see if Roman was doing okay.

After that, it was just a matter of following Roman's trail of destruction to see if he already needed help. With him inside one of the latest of Atlas' giant killer robots though? She doubts it but in this line of work, one could never be too sure.

She's thankful she thinks like that because following Roman's trail gave her a pleasant surprise. Jaune Arc, chasing after the giant killer robot together with Pyrrha Nikos while both were still disguised.

She would have thought they would have already left while using the chaos as a distraction to safety, not run into the chaos themselves. Still, this was just as nice as well.

She was amused at first because really? What did they think they could do? They couldn't even catch up now that Roman was already outrunning them.

That amusement died as her jaw dropped when Pyrrha Nikos started glowing brightly and caught a car Roman threw through the air.

Her jaw only dropped further as she watched the two of them suddenly sprint and jump before effectively flying through the air.

What the hell?

She could do that? She didn't know Pyrrha Nikos could do that. Regardless, if Neo wasn't worried for Roman before then she certainly was now.

Hurrying not to get left behind, Neo did her best to run after them while using her Semblance, Overactive Imagination, to hide herself from their notice. It took some running and serious application of Aura just to keep up with them but keeping pace was something that eventually became harder to do.

She never was the type to run this much, more comfortable with using her Semblance to hide or give the impression she teleported away, so it was no surprise that it was only a matter of time to lag behind.

Still, that did not stop her from trying, the closer she was to the potential site of the upcoming battle, the sooner she could help Roman. Which is why she was so thankful when Pyrrha Nikos landed on top of a crashed car when Neo was just about to be left behind.

Catching her breath and gathering her Aura back, she hid herself behind another crashed car behind them. She didn't need to do it with her Semblance active but one could never be too careful in these kinds of things.

She watches as the two embrace each other on top of the crashed car and her eyes widen when Jaune Arc slapped Pyrrha Nikos' ass when she turned her back towards him.

So the background cover of being boyfriend and girlfriend in the meeting earlier wasn't just a cover? They really were boyfriend and girlfriend? Pyrrha Nikos had daily access to that dick Neo just sucked? If she is, then damn she is really winning in life.

Before she could think more about it though, Pyrrha Nikos was already leaping away and chasing Roman even faster than before.

Luckily for her, an idea struck her mind as she saw Jaune Arc leap down the car to help any injured passengers. Before he can do anything else however, Neo struck.

Utilizing the element of surprise, Neo suddenly leaps on his back and puts her right arm under his chin as her left arm pushes his head forward.

"Hrrk!" A strangled cry leaves him as his hands rise up to try and remove her arm from his neck but it is too late. Neo already has him in a chokehold.

She felt him panic immediately as his body started to glow in what must be because of his Semblance and already she feels him resist stronger.

She could still remember how he got up after fighting LT and immediately tackling him back at docks so it is safe to say that it at least gives him regeneration or enhanced strength.

Regardless, his enhanced strength doesn't mean anything if he can't breathe. Tightening her hold, she does her best to hold as Jaune Arc resisted. Yet it was only a matter of time before strength left his body due to oxygen deprivation.

Soon enough, his glow dims as his knees hit the ground all the while his arms slacken in their resistance.

That's when Neo noticed another set of problems. How the hell was she going to move him now that he's passed out?

She really did not think this through, huh? She just saw Jaune as someone vulnerable and useful enough as a hostage to be leveraged if Roman needed help so she immediately pounced on him.

Luckily for her, that's when a low-flying bullhead with the White Fang's symbol neared her position from the direction of the warehouse. After that it was only a matter of signaling the pilot to land by making silent fireworks with her Semblance and dragging Jaune Arc inside.

And boy was she thankful she did that because when they finally managed to reach Roman by following the trail of destruction and the sounds of battle, she immediately saw he needed help.

"""JAUNE!""" Multiple voices called out to them as Neo brought the still unconscious Jaune Arc over the ledge of the bullhead, showing his disguised face for all of them to see.

"What did you do to him?!" Pyrrha Nikos shouted at her and Neo had to roll her eyes at the anger and hate coming out of the champion's eyes..

Lightly slapping Jaune's cheek with her hand, she wakes up the unconscious man just to calm his girlfriend down. As expected, it works like a charm as everyone sees him move and groan into wakefulness.

"Jaune! Are you okay?" Ruby Rose shouts from down below.

What is not expected however is Jaune's reply.

"I…I'm o-HURRRRGGEH!" He starts only to be interrupted by his own vomit leaving his mouth and down towards the ground.

She blinks. They blink. Everyone blinks as Jaune Arc's vomit forms a small waterfall falling to the ground.

"What the fuck?!" She could hear Roman scream out as he avoided the vomit projectile crashing in front of him.

Neo recoils from the putrid smell as she looks at the back of Jaune's head in disgust.

"S-sorry. Motion sickness is more common than you think." He says abashedly, leaning away from the edge and putting his back against the wall of the bullhead while wiping his own mouth with the sleeve of his shirt.

Really? This was the guy whose dick she just sucked earlier? This was the guy Pyrrha Nikos was dating?

Her look of confusion and incredulousness must have been obvious even to the people on the ground because she hears Pyrrha Nikos yell out.

"He has his moments!"

Neo cringes at the desperate tone to at least prop her boyfriend up.

"Hey! Nobody's perfect!" Ruby Rose adds with an indignant tone towards her.

Having enough of this, Neo kicks off the rope ladder every bullhead has for Roman to climb on.

"Hey! Wait! You're not leaving!" A voice calls out belonging to a blonde bombshell in front of…Holy shit are those Stilts and Fangirl?

Huh, what were Firebitch's people doing here?

Regardless, that's a question for later because right now she has to stop all those people from catching Roman and she knows just how to do it.

Pointing Hush towards a pale and sickly Jaune Arc, everyone finally gets the message. Yup, that's right. This is a hostage situation.

Everyone else other than Roman stopped to a halt as they looked towards her in a mixture of fear and anger.

"Whatever you do to him, I will do to you tenfold." Pyrrha Nikos threatens towards her with a cold voice filled with fury.

Neo only replies with a flat look, not that she could shout anything considering she was mute. But it was just so stupid. Threatening her while she's holding a hostage would only just make her want to hurt the hostage. What's she gonna do? Attack her?

Just to teach her a lesson, Neo waves Hush away from Jaune and steps closer.

"Uhm, Neo? What are you doing?"

Her answer to that is to change into Ruby Rose with a smirk. Jaune's resounding squeak just makes her smirk wider. Taking a glance at their audience, she could already see everyone become confused ... .everyone except for Pyrrha Nikos who now had a pale face.

So you're going to do to me tenfold of what I do to him, huh? Well, let's see you do this.

Neo meets Pyrrha Nikos' eyes in a challenge as she changes her eyes back and forth from her original brown and pink to Ruby Rose's silver.

She lets it linger for a moment before finally, she kneels in front of Jaune. He tries to pull his knees up to stop her but a quick point of Hush to his privates dissuades him. Looking him in the eyes and letting her smirk fall to the loveliest smile she can manage, her hands crawl towards his pants.

Gasps and shouts sound out from below them but Neo will not be deterred. She has to teach Pyrrha Nikos not to mess with her.

Neo sees Jaune blush even as he grabs her hand to stop her.

"No….Neo, please." He pleads and Neo tilts her head at that.

Welp, there's nothing else she could do.

Except of course for this, she gives him a small nod then kisses him right on the lips…completely forgetting the fact that he just barfed over the bullhead earlier.

Immediately recoiling in disgust, she wipes the taste of puke from her mouth with the collar of his shirt. Like hell was she gonna wipe that stuff on herself.

"S-sorry." Jaune apologizes embarrassedly once he sees her reaction.

Damn right he better be sorry. He just had vomit on his lips while she kissed him.

"In my defense….you kissed me by yourself." Jaune continues nervously as he looks away from her eyes.

Neo narrows her eyes at him. He has a point but she cannot just let this lie. This humiliation must be avenged…..with interest. She was just thinking to herself what she could do to make him squirm even more when an idea hits her.

Changing back to herself, she takes a glance once more and sees their audience gawking at her just as planned.

"Neo, what are you doing?!" Roman calls out as he finally climbs high enough to get his hand over the ledge.

With their time up, Neo takes hold of Jaune's collar, stands up to her full height, and pulls Jaune to his knees…..Which puts his head just under her chin and level with her neck.

Wow, either he's really tall or she's really just that short. Regardless, this works perfectly for what she has planned.

Tilting his face to look at hers, she gives her the loveliest smile she can. She's given him a lot of smiles today but this is the first time she's giving it this close and using her face at the same time. Not Pyrrha's, not Ruby's, but hers.

Her smile widens even more as she sees him blush even as he stummers nervously. Not letting him speak a word, she kisses him….not on the lips, of course, she's learned her lesson thank you very much.

She kisses him on his forehead which puts his face directly in contact with her neckline and cleavage. Separating from him, she sees his jaw go slack.

Neo giggles. She giggles! She can't help it! The expression on his face is just too cute! Pyrrha Nikos was right! He does have his moments!

SLAM!

Hearing Roman finally get in the bullhead, she turns to Jaune and signs one single word. Sorry.

"Sorry? What do you me-aahhHHHHHHH!"

She doesn't let him finish, she pushes him off of the bullhead.

"Did you have your fun?" Roman asks her as he gathers his breath from his own ordeal.

Neo decides to keep smiling at the falling Jaune Arc, seeing his friends finally move to catch him even as their bullhead flies away. As she sees him get caught in the ensuing flurry of chaos, Neo thinks to herself, Mission Accomplished.

She turns to Roman then and gives him a winning smile.

Five stars. Will do it again.

His heart skipped a beat as he looked at Neo's smile from up above him…..

SLAP!

No! Bad Jaune! She's a criminal! She just choked you out and could have killed you!

Reeling from mentally slapping his own self, Jaune firmly decides that his heart only skipped a beat because of the fear. Neo was going to be the death of him that's for sure. That is of course, if gravity doesn't kill him first.

"aahhhHHHH!" He screams as he watches the bullhead fly away above him.

Luckily for him, his friends were there to catch him as he fell from the sky.

"Jaune!"

Perhaps unsurprisingly, it is Ruby Rose who manages to reach him first by using her Semblance. Ruby appears in a burst of petals midair to catch him.

They lock eyes for a moment and Jaune has the temerity to blush as he remembers everything Neo did while wearing Ruby's face. That is of course until gravity asserts its dominance again.

Ruby might have decreased Jaune's downward momentum, they were still certainly falling. Not enough to kill of course, but enough to still hurt.

In a parody perhaps of the moment he caught Weiss midair back in Initiation all those months ago, Jaune and Ruby fall together.

""AHHHHH!"" They scream as they clasp each other tightly even as Jaune tries to twist to protect Ruby from the fall.

This time though, they have others to catch them unlike his own failed attempt at catching Weiss.

"Jaune!"

"Ruby!"

In their panic to catch them however, Pyrrha and Yang tangle with each other and fall to the ground. Jaune and Ruby then proceed to crash in a heap as both Pyrrha and Yang cushion them from the ground.

"Ow…" He hears Pyrrha's muffled voice and Jaune gasps at the knowledge he just mushed his girlfriend into the ground the same time he hears a muffled voice below them.

"Get….. off." Yang breathlessly whispers as it is now apparent that she became the bottom of their pile with Pyrrha above her, then Jaune, and finally Ruby at the top.

Rushing to alleviate the pressure from their friends, Jaune rolls himself and Ruby to the side. This in turn has the fortunate or unfortunate (depending on one's point of view) effect of putting him above his best friend.

Both of their breaths get caught in their throat as they both finally take in their position.

His arms on the ground on either side of her head while her own arms pressed against his chest and draped over his shoulder. Below his waist however, he could feel his knees dig into the ground…..right in the middle of Ruby's legs.

Suffice to say, they were in a compromising situation. A very compromising position as they both lock eyes and blush at each other. It doesn't help that seeing Ruby this close reminds him….of Neo doing things with him while wearing her face.

Damn that woman, Jaune just knows that this is all because of her. In the back of his mind, he could already hear Neo laughing at his embarrassment.

"Jau-" A voice to the side starts only to be interrupted by a much louder one.

"AAAARRRRRCCCCCC!"

Jaune has never moved faster his whole life than that moment then and there. Instinct pushes his body to work overtime and in a matter of seconds, he rolls off of Ruby and lays flat on his back as a blazing Yang with glowing hair and red eyes shoots past his original position.

Not to be deterred, Yang scrapes the ground with her foot and rapidly turns to look at him again. Jaune has the distinct feeling that he now knows what a prey feels like when a predator has him in its sights.

Fortunately for him, multiple people step up to stop Yang from tearing into his guts.

"Cease this, you dolt!" Weiss Schnee stands in the middle of them even as Blake stops Yang by tying her with her ribbon from behind her.

"Yang! Stop this!" Blake adds as she struggles to hold back her partner.

"He kissed my sister!"

""I/He didn't!"" Both him and Ruby shout at the same time, albeit with blushing cheeks as they finally rise up from the ground.

"Lies! We all saw you!" Yang points at him aggressively.

"That was Neo!" He shouts in defense of himself even as he fails to see Pyrrha calmly approach the stressed Ruby behind him.

"She was still wearing my sister's face!" Yang roars back, still completely focused on Jaune even if she has finally stopped walking towards him.

"She's the one who kissed me!" Jaune cries out exasperatedly, pushing his eyes in with his palms to fight the incoming headache.

"Aha! So you admi-!" Yang howls victoriously but is interrupted by a louder voice.

"ENOUGH!" Weiss yells out as a wave of cold air explodes outward from her, courtesy of Ice Dust.

"This is not helping us!" She continues as she looks at them before pointing to Yang first. "You! We all know it wasn't Jaune's fault! We saw that it was Neo who forced herself on him!"

Jaune was about to sigh in relief as he finally sees Yang start to calm down before being leveled with Weiss' own glare. "And you! Arc! Just…Just…Ugh! I'm just done with all this. I'm glad you are all safe."

Jaune gawks as Weiss finishes her tirade. Actually, everyone gawks at her. Finally feeling all eyes on her, Weiss blushes as she lets them know her thoughts.

"When Ruby and I received Yang's warning and call for help, we were worried about all of you that we even dragged strangers into this." Weiss waves, waving towards the strangers who somehow look familiar to Jaune's eyes.

"Especially you and Pyrrha since you were in the middle of the White Fang." Weiss continues to tell him, albeit embarrassedly.

He would have gawked at the heiress' bashfulness but something about her words snaps him to attention.

"Pyrrha!" He turns around quickly, remembering where he last saw his girlfriend.

He sees her standing there while wearing a complicated smile on her face as she puts a hand on Ruby's shoulder.

"Hello, Jau-oof!" She starts but he stops her speech with a quick hug.

Putting his arms over her shoulders, he pulls her quickly in a tight embrace while pulling her away from Ruby.

"Are you okay?" He whispers in Pyrrha's ear as he sees Ruby shyly nod at him and approach her sister from the corner of his eyes.

"I should be the one asking you that." She chuckles back at him as he puts her arms around his back to return the embrace.

"I'm not the one who fought a giant robot." He smiles back as he takes a breath of her, assuring himself that she's here with him.

He was so worried when he sent her ahead of him to help Bl-

"Blake!" He shouts out, startling Pyrrha out of his hug but he turns around again to look at his other girlfriend/lover….label pending until they finally have the talk.

The point is he's been a bad boyfriend/lover if he is this slow to worry about his lovers.

Must be because he woke up from unconsciousness straight into the middle of motion sickness caused by flying in a bullhead which he promptly got thrown off.

Still, as much as he tries to reason himself, he knows there's a deeper reason in himself but that's for another time. Right now, he has to look at his friend/lover.

"Blake! Are you okay?" He pulls Pyrrha with him as he approaches Blake who was standing hesitantly with her team.

"I…I'm fine. How about you, Jaune?" Blake answers, looking away while putting an arm over her shoulder.

Jaune doesn't let her hesitate for long because he pulls her in between him and Pyrrha in a nice group hug. Normally, he wouldn't have the balls to do something like this out in public but with the experience they just had, Jaune knows he can't take something like this for granted again.

"I'm fine. We were so worried when Roman started chasing you and Ren. Speaking of Ren, where is he? Where's Nora for that matter if Yang is here?" He answers as they separate before he has the presence of mind to look for his wayward teammates.

He notices Blake and Pyrrha wince at that and they both turn towards a certain direction.

"Ren?! Nora?! Are you okay?!" He gasps as he sees his brother from another being supported by Nora as they walk towards them.

The whole group snaps toward them and takes in Ren's limping form. They were all just about to run towards them when they suddenly heard the sounds of multiple bullhead engines. Turning their eyes towards the air in confusion, the group quickly gathers around the injured members and even pulls the two strangers Ruby and Weiss with them.

They look warily as four approaching bullheads get nearer and nearer. They brandish all weapons at hand, worried that this might be Roman coming back with another wave of reinforcements from the White Fang like back in the docks.

They hear an unexpected voice however when the lead bullhead opens up and gets close enough to start landing in front of them.

"PUT YOUR HANDS IN THE AIR! YOU ARE UNDER ARREST!"
