Chapter 627: Great Lakes City Pop Star thing…
(June 10. Great Lakes City.)
Amanda's car arrives, and coming out are Michelle Lewis, and her kids Lincoln and Luna, and of course Amanda Bright. "So, are we ready to see what the heck is going on with your friends?"
Lincoln nods and then he explains. "From what they told me, it sounded serious. But I do know this, that the Pop star band, well K-Pop band known as 12 is Midnight will be performing today at the Great Lakes City Music Festival."
"Heard about that one" replied Luna. "Got a message from Leni earlier today, that her friend Carlota informed her that Alisa Barela would also perform. Something doesn't quite feel right in…" then they hear music, and someone singing. "Sounds like it came from the roof."
They head into the Casagrande's apartment, and they arrive onto the roof, though Beldum and Pidgey flew up there first, and they are confused about this woman who is with them, and they don't know it is Alisa, without her usual attire. They then see the band known as 12 is Midnight, performing on the stage and the song continues.
[Twelve is Midnight]

They all clap and cheer hearing this, and they are amazed at how well they performed. Lincoln then looks to Sid and Ronnie Anne. "Mind explaining what the heck is going on here?"
Sid and Ronnie Anne look nervous, and so they tell them the truth about what had happened, but Sid explains it faster. "We went to the hotel to meet 12 is Midnight, but we couldn't and so we snuck into the vents and then we broke the vents and we fell onto Yoon-Kwan and he lost his memory and we tried to get him to remember and then things went bad, and now this is happening and he got his memories back thanks to singing."
Ronnie Anne then explains. "Apparently this did happen before, one of them explained that Yoon-Kwan gets memory loss almost all the time when on tour, via an accident. They always know what to do."
This surprises them. Michelle sighs and she calms down. "Sid, Ronnie Anne. Breaking into someone's room raises a ton of red flags, but then again it seems like you also gave that said person some inspiration. But still… Don't ever do that kind of stunt again."
Ronnie Anne and Sid nod, but then Maria and Becca intervene and speak. "Believe us, that they won't. Because after the festival, these two are grounded for two weeks." Sid and Ronnie Anne know that they deserve this.
Luna then sees a woman she has heard of. "What the heck is Alisa Barela doing here? I thought she'd be getting herself ready for the festival tonight."
But then Alisa gets a message from her manager Blaze, and she looks annoyed. "Dang it, looks like Blaze is demanding where I am. I freaking hate him now, worse manager ever. I wish I could just get rid of him. I mean, he doesn't even understand or hear me out on my needs and wants!" Carlota feels bad for her.
Michelle then goes over. "Alisa, explain to me what happened." So, Alisa explains to Michelle everything about her manager, and hearing this reminds Michelle of her former self, and also the bastard partner Doug Rockwell, and also Katie Crest and now she's furious but she calms down. "I think I know how we can settle this issue."
(Time skip, night time.)
The whole stadium is full, and the musical performance is over. The song which is a collab between Alisa Barela, and 12 is Midnight, and everyone loves it. The group head backstage, and then Alisa sees Carlota and hugs her. "That was awesome, as usual. You guys sure know how to leave a standing ovation!" replied Carlota.
"Yeah, it feels super awesome to be back in my element and my groove again" replied Alisa. "I finally remember why I do this, to make the fans happy, and to show that it's always about family. This has gotta be the best concert I have ever had, and with those guys too."
She waves to 12 is Midnight, and they wave back and are signing autographs for Ronnie Anne and Sid, and also taking some selfies. Even some friends from Royal Woods are here, and are also fans and they are Hope, Gretchen, Regina and Chastity. This is something Lincoln didn't see coming.
Alisa then looks to Carlota. "Thanks for being an inspiration for me to return and do what I do best. I am so glad to have a best friend like you, Carlota and also the best makeup manager and artist. You really do take up artistic skills from your mother." Hearing this makes Frida proud of her daughter.
"Thanks, and I am happy that everything is alright again" replied Carlota. She then sees the Tarantula on the shoulder of Alisa. "So, is he gonna be like your companion or something?"
But then someone else shows up, and that someone is Blaze. "Alisa, I saw the whole thing and that was amazing girl! I was going to show up here, and ask where have you been all day, but knowing that this whole thing has become a super major collab with 12 is Midnight changes so much! I have so many more new plans, which also involve 12 is Midnight, and this is going to make you famous and make me a lot of…"
"Enough!" yelled Alisa. "Just shut up!" she then calms down. "Blaze, I did this because I enjoy what I do, and I wanna live my life as I want it to be, and I am getting so sick and tired of you bossing me around for your own stupid bidding! I am done with you, because you are fired!"
Blaze is shocked hearing this. "You cannot do that! You are under contract and what I say goes…"
Then Michelle intervenes. "You are just using her for what you want and need, and Alisa is a woman who can whatever the heck she wants. You sir, you are in deep trouble because I made some calls to some old pals of mine back in Hollywood and one of them is going to arrive tomorrow as her new manager, someone who is understanding and knows what to do."
"And also, I don't think you even recall the contract and the fine print within. You made the contract under what Alisa said, and I have seen the copy and confirmed it, and it seems like you have broken everything that you have agreed upon. I am starting to see that you made Alisa into a fool, to forget the words in the contract. Well, glad she has good friends such as us."
Alisa is happy to hear this. "Thank you, now I don't have to be pushed around by some naggy moron."
This angers Blaze. "Fine! Do whatever the heck you want for all I care, I don't need you Alisa because I will find someone else to become famous!" But then he sees Luna Lewis. "Perhaps I can make her into someone famous, but the whole classic girl should be changed into something else. I could do more in managing her than those idiots Rockwell and Crest."
"Excuse me?!" Blaze sees Michelle and the others heard him. Apparently they heard him whispering. "You're friends with those idiots we killed off?!"
Luna then walks over, and she lands a hard slap to Blaze and she looks ticked off. "You are not going to be my manager, because I don't intend to become something that a psycho dictator wants. You're nothing more than some selfish, lowlife, greedy scum bag manager, just like Doug Rockwell and Katie Crest, and you'll end up just like them."
Lincoln then speaks. "Perished and no longer in the land of the living."
Michelle then walks over, and she lands one heck of a punch to Blaze, and Amanda does the same. Then they snap they're fingers and some security guards walk over, and they take the man away. He tries to yell in anger, but then he is stunned by a head butt from Beldum and he is knocked out.
Lincoln pets Beldum on the head. "Good boy, now that was a good hit." Lincoln then asks. "So, where do we go to celebrate?"
Alisa and 12 is Midnight know where. "To the Casagrandes apartment roof!" They all cheer and take their leave, to celebrate one heck of an awesome music festival.
