"Raven over here!" Karen yelling to Stan who is waiting in the cafeteria lunch line, being more late than usual to eat food, getting out after waiting for a long time, he walk toward the yelling voice, seeing Karen waving at him, he saw familiar faces along the way. "Hey Kyle, Kenny, Cartman." Saying hello as he walk pass his oldest friends, they turn around to acknowledge him. He nodded back as he got close enough to the table that his friends sat at, taking a seat near Henrietta who immediately scoot away from him and not putting to much significance from him, Karen. Stan watching Michael pointing at Henrietta, staring at Raven as he put his hand down. "She told me what happened. Your ex is a mean one." Stan nod in agreement. "I didn't expect it, it's a lot to watch two people you know get into a fight. I left the room to gather myself before having to deal with it." Henrietta didn't care to look at Stan, leaving him wondering why she look away from him, coldness in her eyes let him know that she wasn't happy with him.
Karen sat there wondering why Henrietta was angry at Stan. Stan knew he wasn't going to force Henrietta to talk about it, While becoming more aware of Firkle who sat next to him, giving weird vibes as he seem to look at Karen constantly, Pete notice Stan looking at the two as he seem to know what Stan is thinking. 'It's not a secret than, Karen must know as Kenny would tell her." He realize his issues aren't exclusive to himself, everyone is dealing with something. Picking up his fork from the food tray to eat his meal as he became aware of being look at himself. When he look up to see Karen giving him a look he recognize, he turn to look at Firkle looking at him. "I'm leaving." The voice of Henrietta speaking in annoyance, getting up as she gave Stan a mean glare.
'Damn if you do and damn if you don't, I should avoid whatever Henrietta has going on with her.' He didn't notice Karen, Michael, Pete, and Firkle getting up with their trays in hand, following with concern of Henrietta sudden emotional shift. 'I guess I've been alone for longer than I expected, not use to this much drama.' He finish eating, getting up to throw away his food, his peripheral vision seeing Karen still in the cafeteria as he saw her talking to her brother. "I got to go Kenny." She wave at Kenny as she began to follow Stan. Stan making space so she can be along side of him. "Karen. Do you think I'm doing anything wrong." She thought of her respond, taking a few seconds to answer Stan question.
"You have an issue with noticing other people, at least when it's girls. Raven, I don't have to point out either because I know you know." Stan agreeing with a nod as they got closer to where they always hang out. Henrietta angry voice muffle by the metal doors leading them outside, Karen and Stan pushing the door open wide. Henrietta got quiet at his presence, he didn't understand the sudden silence from the group. Michael seem uncomfortable with the experience, Peter look at Stan with what have you done. "I didn't mean to hurt you, it's just a lot for me right now." Henrietta intently watch Stan move closer to her, she look behind him as Karen pass him to make her toward Henrietta, facing her even at her tiny size.
"Henrietta, remember why we wanted Raven back, he needs a friend more than anything right now." Henrietta staring fierce at Stan, slowly softening her expression, she took deep a breath. "Whatever your reason Raven, it better be a good one because I don't accept betrayal." Stan turn to Peter and Michael who in turn look at Firkle, as Firkle himself didn't seem to notice their staring as he seem focus on Karen. "No, I don't want to hang a lone with you Firkle." Shut down before he could talk; Stan knew internal conflict in their group wasn't new, hearing the voice of Michael speak up. "Alright, I know summer is around the corner, this will be my last year with you guys. It'll be another year before I'm not on my own." Most of them tried to keep the air of not showing emotion except one, Karen.
"Going to miss you Michael, we'll make sure to keep the group going." Her voice breaking as she fought tears from her eyes. Allowing herself to show weakness, Peter put a hand on Karen shoulder. "Don't worry Karen, Michael will still be hanging out with us. Right?" He shook his head to Peter question. "Right. I'll get my bearings and see how it goes." Stan knew high school is a big step as his sister change a lot in her time there, getting close to Michael. "We still got enough time before that does happen, let's make the most of now." They grab their Bluetooth boom-box finding songs to play loudly as they sat down, Henrietta rest herself against the guardrail next to him as they watch Karen dance alone, Stan and Michael reminiscing about the time they did a dance crew.
"Can't believe the way that ended. We won, it's just strange how we won with everyone in their crew dying." Michael pulled out a vape from his pocket, taking a puff from the device, blowing out the smoke. "We seen a lot in South Park that we don't question how odd it is here Raven." Michael keeping his eyes to Karen dancing to the music, he seem to be lost in thought as Stan did the same, catching the moment when Karen avoided Firkle advancement toward her. 'He's obsess with her for sure.' He felt someone presence as Henrietta sat next to him holding out a vape.
"You want a hit?" Stan saw the vape in her hand, he look at her before grabbing it. "Thanks Henrietta." He took a big hit until his urge to fight his cough got the best of him, he felt her pat his back as smoke escape from his hard coughing. "Take it easy Raven. This is stronger than the stuff we smoked last time." Henrietta wasn't lying as he forgot himself in the moment. Karen stop dancing at him smoking, she walk toward where they sat. "Can I hit that." Henrietta made a face toward being asked by Karen, one that seem like this is the first time she ask her.
"Are you sure?" Karen nod at her question as Stan gave her the vape, hesitating at the idea of letting her smoke. "It's okay Raven. Don't worry about me." She took several big hits from the vape, before giving it back to Henrietta. She release the biggest cloud of smoke he's ever seen as she return back to dancing to a new song playing in the background. Stan couldn't help but get up after taking the hit to dance with Karen. It didn't take long for everyone to join, Stan watch Henrietta dancing in front of him as he enjoy the moment until the bell rang.
