"we need to talk." After the whole fiasco in the guest room and lullabying the unknown boy to sleep, Kazuradrop dragged BB out of the room and brought her to the corner of the hallway.

"Kazura, I-" BB was immediately cut off by Kazuradrop, clearly angry and definitely not pleased by whatever just happened.

"Don't you dare deflect my question!" Kazuradrop didn't know why she was so angry, but seeing BB's reaction to the boy was so unnatural, so not BB. It was an imperfection.

"...What is there to question?" BB asked as her eyes glanced around, trying to find the nearest exit to slip away from the clearly angry child.

"Every affection you've shown to the boy, what is that?" She needed to know the answers for BB's actions and the reason for that uncanny affection for the boy.

"Wha-" As BB tried to deflect that question, she was cut off by Kazuradrop yet again.

"Stop playing dumb," Kazuradrop seethed at BB for deflecting answers, and she was having none of it. "You never, ever, show that kind of face when you're around that human or Master. So what's with the face, mother? " The venom in her tone when she called BB.

BB flinched, trying to avert her gaze from Kazuradrop, feeling guilty about the past incident. "...I don't deserve to be called that." As BB stared at the ground, Kazuradrop frowned at what she was seeing.

"That you are, but still you haven't answered my question," Kazuradrop couldn't care less about what has happened on the moon.

"..."

Sigh. "After the interviews about our advances in restoring humans to space exploration, I was about to head home from there. During my drive towards Violet's workplace, I saw him." BB said, her eyes on the guest room doors with a small, genuine smile, one that wasn't malicious or cunning. It was different from her usual devious smile, which usually said she was plotting something. No, it was just a small, beautiful smile, one that felt so out of character for someone like her.

And Kazuradrop didn't like any of it.

"Buried under the snow, the only thing visible of him was his dark green hair, which didn't match the white snow.

When I found him, he was hurt, his body filled with cuts, his skin turned blue due to bruises and hypothermia, he was so small, he was malnourished, it was a wonder how on Gaia's green earth this child even survived. So... I took him back to the car-"

"And brought him here?" Kazuradrop finished her sentence, earning a nod from her.

Sigh. "I get it. He needed medical attention, but why here? Why not the hospital?" Kazuradrop asked, a little calmer after BB's explanation.

"...He had a bad experience with hospitals, plus you're the only Sakura medic among us."

"It was you who made me a medical sentinel," Kazuradrop grumbled, clearly not liking the direction this conversation was going.

"I know right? And you finally have someone to take care off, isn't that great?" She answered cheerfully for someone who looks like she was about to cry seconds ago.

"BB..." Kazuradrop was angry at her. Her hatred towards BB was genuine. Her personal skill [Repulsion For One's Kin] was also a contributing factor to her hatred towards BB. But since this might involve a completely innocent human child, she needs to put aside her hatred for a moment.

However, now that she thinks of it, "Wait, how did you know he had a bad experience with hospitals? Wasn't he unconscious on your way back?"

"..." BB didn't answer her and seemed to find the ceiling interesting all of a sudden.

"...BB, don't fucking tell me you peeked his mind while he was unconscious." A sweat trickled down BB's face as she avoided making eye contact with her.

"...Maaaybe," If Kazuradrop's eyes were able to shoot lasers, she would be nothing but ashes from how hard she's glaring at her. "It's just a little okay!"

"...And what is your definition of 'a little?' " Kazuradrop's eye twitched as veins began to become visible from how much she was stressing right now.

"Oh, it's not much, just from the moment he enter kindergarten and landed here..."

"..."

Kazuradrop didn't know what to think anymore other than strangling this woman until she turned purple like her own hair.

"..."

BB closed her eyes and put both of her hands on her head, take a deep breath and-

"Teehee!"

"Don't you 'teehee' me woman!" Kazuradrop leap towards BB and smacked her in the head with an audible.

*PLAK!*

"Owie! That hurts!" BB was kneeling on the ground holding the hissing spot on her head. "Kazura you meanie!"

If anything, Kazuradrop felt a small satisfaction from how hard that smack was. "Then be grateful that I didn't hit you harder, afterall I cared about my patient's health," she smiled a bit before her expression soured again as she looked at BB's face.

"Aww, I thought you wouldn't cared for him, but looks like my fear is unfounded." BB smirks an annoying one, probably because she was feeling victorious with this development.

"Hmph, it wasn't like that, he's a human child, one that's both critically injured and probably at the verge of death. As a medical sentinel, it was already my duty to take care and healed him the moment you brought him here. Also it would be an insult to me if I don't manage to restore his health to perfect condition."

BB nodded sagely at her logic.

"Still, that kid surprised me. How the hell did he even managed to gain consciousness and even managed to talk for several minutes, with a hole in his head?" She looked at BB who features slowly darkened.

She didn't say anything except smiling viciously while watching the outside, it was then she chuckled darkly.

Kazuradrop can only hope whoever did that to the boy already book a flight out of here or gone hiding, because one thing for sure, she's going out for blood soon.

"...Say, what did you see of his life?" Kazuradrop asked simply to gain more information from her while also directing BB's attention back to her.

"...He's quirkless." BB said looking sad.

"That's, concerning." Kazuradrop , did not liking the direction this conversation was going.

"And apparently he's also bullied for, a year and half."

"That's even more concerning. What about his parents?" Kazuradrop slowly felt the headache coming back.

"They're not home..." BB's expression turned solemn "His father was absent from his entire life, well at least his still is his father until a year ago when he's announced quirkless." She looked back at the door hoping the boy is still knocked unconscious from the injury.

"And he abandoned them?" earning a nod from her.

"What about the mom?" She sighs deeply which was not a good sign. "She just, recently abandoned him."

Kazuradrop can feel it, the amount of headache her head is feeling is borderline out of control.

"...So let me get this straight. You're saying, you brought home a five years old who is both physically and mentally scarred, and he's quirkless?" Kazuradrop growled when she pieces all the thing she heard together.

"Do you had something with quirkless? I thought I raised you right-" 'I don't have time for this!!'

"Focus BB!" Her shout caught BB off guard causing her to flinch.

"You were supposed to be the adult in this situations, how did you not think this through? You brought home a child, a mortal child with no quirk to defend himself against us! Maybe you won't hurt him, maybe I won't hurt him, but what about the others? What about the five's?

What will they think when they found out you brought home a weak human child? Violet might be okay with this, but what about Passionlip? What about Kingprotea? Don't let me start on Melt, because everyone in this manor had the ability to kill that kid a snap of their finger if they desire so. What were you thinking!?"

If it wasn't for the tense atmosphere, it would be a funny image of how the youngest of the five managed to scold their mother at her weakest. However, that was not the case.

"I'm sorry."
