Athena's POV:

I watched the two blond haired girls, who were sitting on the bed as they finished talking about all they had been through.

Without even knowing it, Annabeth and Sophie were very similar, they spoke the same, had the same flare in their eyes, and they both seemed to know what they were talking about.

I smiled at the both of them.

I was happy they were able to find each other again, Annabeth had never been the same since she had left, partly because she had ran away, which was completely understandable, but it was mostly because she had missed Sophie very much.

But right now was time to get to business.

The Forkle sir had told me to do so. I then cleared my throat.

"Well, Sophie, Annabeth, now that you have talked, I would like to say something of my own." I said, trying to make my gaze look stern.

And so I told my story, still thinking of the memories of the day Mr. Forkle had come to see me, here, in Olympus, one year after Annabeth's arrival in Camp Half-Blood.

"Please, I just need a few minutes to talk about it." the old man said, kneeling in front of my throne.

I glared dowm at him.

"Then do it, but if I wasted my time, you won't be able to have any single minute to speak." I answered, my voice deadly serious.

The wrinkled man gulped noticeably, and I resisted the urge to roll my eyes once more.

"My name is Mr. Forkle, and I came to talk to you about your daughter and her old friend." He started.

"Sophie Foster?" I asked. My voice cut like knife into his sentence.

Even before, I had cared a lot about Annabeth, and paid attention to every detail of her life.

"Exactly her." he agreed. "All I am asking, is that when they meet again, here, in a few years, you will make them explain everything to each other."

I narrowed my eyes at him, and then transformed into my human form to walk up to him. It was quite annoying to talk to someone when they are a million times smaller than you.

I pressed my index onto his fat chest.

"And what makes you think I'll do that?" I asked threateningly.

I tried to be aggressive, but I was already deciding what I was going to say that day.

"Because if they appear here on Olympus, it'll mean we're all in danger, and they're the only ones who can stop it." Forkle said, looking me dead in the eye.

I took a step back. I thought for a second.

"I will." I decided. After all, as long as this involved Annabeth, I would do anything.

I turned on my heels, and walked away, inciting him to leave. And soon enough, he did.

"Wait, so you're saying that Mr. Forkle came here a few years ago, told you to do all this..." Sophie started calmly, tucking a loose hair strand behind her ear, before completely exploding. "AND THAT HE DIDN'T SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT?"

I was taken aback by her outburst, I had never seen someone behave like that in front of a God.

Except Annabeth of course.

"Yes, people can't tell you everything Sophie, this was completely secret." I answered, my voice soft, I liked this girl.

"Wait, so does this mean..." she started but Annabeth joined her.

"That we're here because there's a big danger?" they said at the same time.

I looked back and forth between Annabeth and Sophie.

"Yes, and that's why I have something else to say." I sighed in front of their expectng expressions.

"There have been some agitations next to a school in San Diego. And by agitations, I mean "mysterious deaths that no one knows about except for us" kind of agitations. We are scared this is going to be a new enemy we have to defeat, like Mr. Forkle told me, you, and maybe your friends, are the only ones who can stop this. The other Gods and I have discussed it, and you and the friends of your choosing will be attending 'Littlerock Secondary School', to try to seek what is wrong in the area." I said, all in one breath.

Sophie and Annabeth both stared blankly at me.

"So, all of a sudden? When do we enter?" Annabeth asked.

I thought for a moment.

"Well, today is the 31st, so in about one week." I answered.

Annabeth smiled at Sophie.

"Well, I guess I was planning on staying at Camp Half-Blood for the whole year, but I guess school with you again will be the best!" she said, holding out her hand.

I simply stared at them in confusion. How could they simply accept the fact that they were going on a dangerous quest for more than months and not feel scared in the slightest?

But when I voiced my thoughts, they simply replied with a shrug and responded wit a simultaneous, "We're used to it."

I shrugged both in return and in resilience.

After all, after all they had gone through this shouldn't surprise them anymore.

"Though you realize it's to save the world, right? Not to have fun and spend time with friends." I told them.

They both nodded seriously and Sophie laid down on her bed.

"Am I the only one starving?" she asked, stretching her arms over her head.

Annabeth laid down on her bed, doing exactly the same as her friend.

"Nope! But I'm also too lazy to move to get food, so I dont complain," Annabeth replied amusingly and looking over at the other blonde.

Sophie groaned while closing her brown eyes.

"If Edaline were here, she would just make some delicious Mallowmelt appearrrrrr," she said lazily.

I rolled my eyes, the corners of my lips tugging, trying not to smile.

"You!" I yelled pointing at a random little girl with black hair and a long white dress.

The youngling looked at me with her scared eyes.

"Yes my Lady Athena?" she asked, her voice quivering in fear.

"Go get some food, only for mortals, now." I order with a firm voice.

The girl scurried off, almost tripping a few times with her dark hair flowing behind her.

I looked back at the two girls, who were splayed on the beds, looking at me in shock.

"And that is how you get rid of your laziness." I said, smiling at them with my pristine white teeth.

Annabeth and Sophie looked at each other, then burst out laughing at the same time.

I could help but join them, which was weird, because I never laughed. But it was a nice experience. Almost as if my problems flew away.
