Sophie's POV:

I tightened my grip on my suitcase's handle as Biana, Keefe and I prepared to leave the Lost Cities in front of all our friends. We were ready for the Quest.

"Why is it so hard to carry?" Keefe whined as he struggled to lift his brown suitcase. He had insisted on it being that color, who knows why?

I groaned, trying to hide a laugh. I put the suitcase on the floor and slipped out the handle from the socket.

"That's how you use it." I told him, handing it to him.

"Oh." Keefe said, chuckling. "Thanks!"

I rolled my eyes smiling.

"Well, we'll miss you." Dex told us, his eyes revealing he desperately wanted to go with us.

"Me too!" I exclaimed, ignoring his silent plea for me to stuff him into my suitcase and bring him with me.

I dropped my things and ingulfed him in a big, suffocating hug.

Soon, almost everyone joined.

Except for Keefe, who was still struggling with his suitcase.

"Hey, don't leave me out!" Keefe cried when he realized we were group-hugging -if that was a thing.

He joined the embrace, and a few moments passed before everyone pulled away.

I turned to Edaline and Grady, who had tears in their eyes.

"Bye, and good luck!" Edaline told me, wrapping her arms around me, whilst Grady did the same.

I tightened my grip around them, remembering every single detail so that I would be able to dream of this moment every night.

"Bye! Don't have too much fun without me." I whispered, pulling away.

Grady chuckled at my attempt to joke.

"We would never. Have a great school year with Annabeth kiddo." He said, ruffling my already messy blond hair.

I nodded and I turned around.

Keefe grinned at me. Though I could still tell that, behind his smile, he was upset that he didn't have any parent to say goodbye to. He didn't want to spend a lot of time with his father, and had only told him he was going somewhere for a few weeks.

Lord Cassius didn't really spend a lot of time with his son neither, because the death of Lady Gisela, his wife, had taken a big toll on him. Even if she had been apart of an evil organisation and had caused a lot of trouble in the Lost Cities.

So Keefe's father spent his days brooding, leaving his son to keep himself busy, and hang out with his friends.

I intwined my boyfriend's and I's hands together and watched Biana kiss Tam on the cheek.

The silver-banged boy's cheeks burned a deep red. The brunette better expect questions from me later, but right now, I needed to focus on saying my goodbyes.

"Goodbye, I'll miss you." he mumbled under his breath for only Biana to hear.

She smiled and skipped to where Keefe and I were standing.

Keefe slipped out the Cobalt blue Leaping Crystal out of his pocket and showed it to the light, casting a bright beam on the floor.

We waved at the crowd standing in front of us. They all waved back, smiling.

I jumped slightly as a crisp accented voice filled my head.

Hey, Sophie…

I just want to say…

I am so, so sorry. I am sorry for all the yelling, I'm sorry for not being supportive enough for you, I'm sorry I pushed you so hard, I'm sorry for being so selfish and rude, I'm sorry for loving you so much that I was blinded…

I came between you and Keefe, when you obviously love each other, and even after we broke up I was still jealous.

I know I've done too much to be forgiven, and I know you no longer even think of me as a good friend, and it's all my fault. I built up that wall between us, and I just don't know if you will ever trust me enough to tear that wall down again…

But I want you to know I'm sorry. About everything. I want you to know that I am completely supportive of you and Keefe, and I won't ever get between you two again.

Before I could even just glance at Fitz, Keefe gently pulled me into the light, and we were swept away.

Annabeth's POV:

I landed on my butt, right next to a gigantic apartment that was at least a million stories high, coming from the light of the Leaping Crystal.

"Ughhh." I groaned, rubbing my back.

That had sure been a rough landing. And I had thought falling into Tartarus was a bad fall.

"Well this 'leaping crystal' thingy kind of hurts." Percy muttered under his breath.

"Yeah." Piper agreed, standing up, tucking a lock of hair behind her ear.

I too straightened into my feet and helped Seaweed Brain up by extending my hand for him to take it.

I dusted my clothes off with my hands.

"Well, we better go." I told them, before taking out the piece of paper I had received from Chiron while we were leaving from Camp Half-Blood. "It says here we're all on the fifth floor.

"All? How many are we?" Piper asked.

I thought for a moment.

"Well, Sophie is taking Keefe and Biana, so six." I explained while calculating on my fingers.

Percy nodded.

"So do we each have our room?" He asked with excitement.

I smiled.

"Elves are really rich, so yeah, we will." I said.

"YES!" Percy yelled. "I won't have to share my room with an Elf!"

"That's rude Percy, stop." I scolded.

"Yeah, and what's wrong with sharing a room with an Elf anyways?" A familiar female voice called from behind us.
