"Holy crutack, we're in the King of Japan's castle, Rocke are you Japanese royalty and you didn't tell me." Rocket asked making Rocke giggle at his sweet Rocket's imaginings. Right now they were in Japan for the Cherrybloosom Festival plus Rocket had been feeling a little blue so the tenuki male had dedided a change of scenery would do him good and Rocke had missed Japan so it was a win-win situation in Rocke's opinion.
"It's sweet you think I'm a prince like you being the crown prince of Wondergore but nope, the Emperor of Japan and me are good mates and he wanted to catch up. You look adorable in slipppers." he replied entering the dining room squeezing Rocket's paw gently knowing he took a bit to warm up to new people or life-forms but maybe it would be okay since the Emperor of Japan was his friend.
"Ahhhh Rocke-san, it's been too lokg and see you brought a friend with you." the Emperor of Japan said warmly as they sat down. However in the middle of dinner, there was commotion outside and guards yelling as a female tenuki burst in gasping seeing Rocke and hugging him crying happy tears confusing Rocke but Rocket got it.
"Is she your mom, Rocke, not Kimi who's your adoptive mom, but your b-birth mom, the one who looks like you." he said making Rocke's mouth open wide at that seeing the female-tenuki nodding.
"How can I know, W-Weapon J said she died after I was born." he said taking deep-breaths which Rocket got as he'd felt this way when his birth-dad came into his life again so knew Rocke had a lot of questions doing a DNA test which revealed Sakina was telling the truth seeing Rocke run oht of the dining-room as fast as his slippered feet could carry him. "I'll go talk to him, Sakina right. This is a big shock for him." Rocket said leaving.
He found Rocke curled up in a furry ball under a cherryblossom tree sobbing making Rocket's heart hurt, to see him like this sitting near him waiting until he was ready to talk or felt loke it unaware Sakina had followed them as she hadn't meant to make her kit cry listening
"After you were born, it was amazing but when Weapon J took you, I was heartbroken then decided to search the universe until I found you but very proud of how you've grown up. I just want to be part of your life." she told Rocke seeing him quiet. "Okay but it will take time, like when Poppa Marshmallow came back into my sweetRocket's life." he replied as they hugged making Rocket smile sadly.
"So, how was Japan, and bet you giys had fun right." Rocket Senior asked Rocke and Rocket a few weeks later. They'd planned to stay for the length of the cherryblossom festival but after Rocke had found his bio mom, they'dstayed longer so Rocke and Sakina could bond doing momther-son things plus she accepted him and Rocket as long as Rocke was happy which relieved Rocket only seeing Rocke with Sakina had brought up questionshe really wanted to ask his dad unsure if he'd answer them heading to his and Rocke's room. "Japan was wonderful pkus I was reunited with my bio mother which makes me happy yet sad for Rocket." Rocke told him.
"That's why he went to your room, his bio mom ain't deas but out there. Seeing you with yours made him want to find Roxy, that's her name." Rocket Senior told him making Rocke get it. "I should say sorry for making him feel bad." Rocke said seeing Kira love the toys he and Rocket had brought her.
"You don't have to say sorry, I'm happy you got reunited with Sakina, it kinda gives me hope I'll find her." Rocket told him blowing into tissues feeling Rocke hug him then getting hisguitar, Stringey out of his case knowing Rocket needed a musical escape right now along with eating brownies when they got home. They found themselves in the night skies surrounded by stars like Lucy but Rocke saw Rocket makijgva wish on a shooting star closing those brown eyes of his for a few seconds then opening them.
