Recap

Alfred cleared his Throat. Everyone turned their attention towards the butler. "If our guests would follow me I"ll show you to your rooms." The Anvengers got up and followed the butler to their rooms. Tony, Peter, T'Challa, Loki, and Thor we're going to follow them out of habit. I mean they are apart of the avengers after all, but a small form stopped them. It was Robin. He had attached himself towards Tony. Tony smiled and picked the boy up. "Hey Dami, I've missed you kid." The remaining people in the room found the scene between Uncle and Nephew very endearing.

Now that the other Avengers were gone the Batkids took the opportunity to tackle Peter like Damien did. "Damien's right your not Leaving us again." Cassandra said. She hated when she was told that their spider was leaving them. They all love their uncle Tony, but they were strictly against Peter lead to live in New York.

"You are staying right? Even when this whole accords thing is resolved." Tim said. You could hear the nervousness in his voice. Jason smirked. "Of course he's staying. He's a bat like the rest of us. Regardless of the spider bite. He's still a bat" Jason said making his point clear.

Peter smiled and took off his suit. He was getting tired of wearing it. His family followed his lead and took theirs suits off as well. When Batman took his suit off. Gasps where heard. Everyone turned to find the other Avengers had come back downstairs. Alfred only smiled at his family and went to make dinner.

"BATMAN IS BRUCE WAYNE!" Clint exclaimed.

"I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!" Scott said shocked.

"WAIT DID STARK KNOW ABOUT THIS!"Steve said astonished .

"This would explain how shield could never get in contact with you." Black Widow said completely surprised. She couldn't even hide the fact that she was surprised.

Bruce glared at the members of the avengers who were on Captain America's side. He was still angry about the whole nearly finding his brother dead thing. " You better be glad I don't report you for murder!" He said glaring daggers into Steve's soul. The man in question gulped.

"What are you talking about we aren't murders." Scott said. Natasha, and Bucky gave each other a look. Knowing there pasts. "I'm not talking about the Black Widow or the Winter Soldier. I'm talking about Mister Red, White and Blue. Everyone was taken aback by Batman's words.

"What are you talking about?" Natasha asked. She couldn't see Cap being a murderer. She couldn't even believe someone would accuse him of such a thing. Batman turned his head towards Loki and gave him the Ok to put the headphones on Tony's head so he wouldn't be triggered by that horrible day. Once the headphones when on his head Peter, Damien, and Loki led the man out of the room.

Bruce pressed a button on his cowl and it showed footage of Captain America beating Tony repeatedly with his sheild. The worst part was he was hiting him in the ark reactor. The very thing that was keeping him alive. Everyone gasped. Natasha turned her attention towards Steve. "What the Heck was that Rogers!" She was beyond angry.

" How could you do something like that?" Banner said trying his best to keep the hulk at bay.

"Tony's our friend. How could you do something like that." Thor said. He looked ready to kill Steve.

Chapter 6 begins here

Steve gulped and slowly backed away. He was in trouble and he knew it. Out of nowhere. Dick Grayson Aka NightWing punched Steve with a force so hard he was knocked through one of the walls. The arguments stopped in an instant. Everyone was at a loss for words. The commotion was so loud that Alfred, Loki, Peter, and Damien peaked their heads out of the doorway to the kitchen. To see what was going on. Before them stood a very angry Richard Grayson. Fists clenched, face red, and eyes that said he was out for blood.

Bruce was the first one to break out his state of shock. He walked over to his eldest son and placed a calm hand on his shoulder. Richard instantly calmed down. "Sorry, I just couldn't take it anymore. You know I looked up to you, Peter looked up to you." He said. The anger in the boys eyes was unmatched. "But you lost all my respect for you when tried to kill a member of my family. Let me make something very clear to you Mr. Rogers NEVER CROSS A BAT." His words put a chill down Captain America's spine.

Everyone was silent. Until laughtor broke the silence and this was the kind laughter that came from the core. Everyone turned to find Tony Stark on the floor gasping for air. "O-O-Oh My Gosh! That Was Rich! I never thought I'd see the day Cap got his butt kicked." Tony was practically rolling on the floor. Thor and Rhodey ran over to help him off the floor and over to a couch.

Harley came over with a glass of water for him. "Here ya go Tony. " she said handing him the glass. Tony calmed down enough so he could drink the water without choking. Once he downed more than half the glass he looked over towards Dick and patted the seat next to him. Dick walked over and sat by his uncle's side.

Tony embraced the young man. " Thank you Dickie bird. I really needed that." Richard smiled. "Anything for you Uncle Tony." He said hugging the man back. Cassandra, Jason, Tim, Stephanie, Duke, Damien, and Peter walked over and joined in on the hug. It was such a cute moment that Bruce took many pictures. He wasn't the only one either.

*Dinner Time*

Alfred came into the living to inform everyone that dinner was ready. Everyone went to the dining room and took a seat. Alfred made Baked Chicken with creamy pasta, salad and garlic bread. Peter and Tony's eyes lit up. This was one of their favorite meals.

"Wow this looks amazing Alfred." Duke said.

"You never fail to amaze." Jack said (A/N: Jack is the Joker. I read somewhere that Jack was the Joker name before he became the joker. )

Dinner went by smoothly with occasional death glares towards Steve courtesy of the BatFam. He ate silently listening to the others have their conversations. He messed up and he messed up bad. " I have to figure out a way to apologize to Tony and the others."

*After Dinner*

Damien and his other siblings took Peter upstairs so they could catch up. Bruce watched as his kids sped up the stairs. He chuckled at their antics. " They really missed him?" He thought fondly. Bruce looked towards his little brother and smiled. " Hey, Tony do you and Peter want to patrol with us tonight?"
