After a rough start, she starts to form a tentative friendship with one Mr. Sherlock Holmes as well. What will the future hold in store for these two, who are so different, yet so alike? 31. Update from the Author

Holy Jeebus everyone. I can't believe it's been almost 4 years. I certainly did not plan to be gone that long. But then again, when do plans ever really go perfectly?

I know the past couple of years has been insanely hard for the world. I thought it would give me the opportunity to bury myself in my writing. In actuality, I did everything but that. But the other night I was sitting around and I saw my laptop. Something in my brain just clicked. It was time to start writing again.

Now, I don't have much that is ready to publish but I hope you enjoyed the first new chapter I put up. I know it's short, but I'm a little rusty so I want to make sure everything I put up is the best it can be.
