"Have you noticed how slow today has been?" Sonic yawned while playing through the first Genesis Sonic game on his SEGA Genesis.
"Nope." Shadow stated, sipping some Dr. Pepper as he was reading through the newspaper.
"Yeah." Silver stated, doing some stretches as he sneezed, shaking his head. "It's just that the mansion surprisingly isn't as crazy as it normally is."
"...Huh. Just me." Sonic remarked as he zipped out of the room after pausing his game, heading to the donut shop, to witness something. "Wha...?"
"Oh god, Ganondorf is playing with his stupid donuts again," Pikachu whispered to Pichu.
Pichu rolled her eyes while agreeing. "I don't know what he sees in them, Pikachu."
Ganondorf, who was able to hear that, then comforted the jelly filled donut in his hand. "Don't be sad, jelly donut, they didn't mean it that way."
Sonic squinted his eyes as he shrugged, heading out and going through the hallway, spotting Chrom scolding his daughter, Lucina.
"But why do you taunt me with your fishy treats, father?" Lucina whimpered as she was blubbering due to crying, having dropped her sword.
"Noodles are for the weak, Lucy," Growled Chrom while munching on his crispy fish sticks.
Lucina ran away, in tears. Sonic was going to comment, but received a glare from Chrom, sighing as he shrugged and headed back to his room.
"Anything new?" Shadow and Silver asked in unison.
Sonic sighed as he went back to playing his game, being in the Star Light Zone. "Nothing worth worrying about..."
Looking at each other, Shadow and Silver shrugged as they went back to their own business, each hedgehog doing their own activity. R.O.B. entered the room to see if there was anything going on, raising his metal arms as a shrug and heading out.
"Perhaps it's best if I just leave them to whatever it is that they're doing." ROB spoke to himself.
"I appreciate you guys coming with me here, but why would you be going this far to accompany me on a pizza delivery?" Silver asked while doing his job through the city of Fourside.
"Well we share a room together, do we not? It's only fair that we go together!" Sonic suggested as he briefly dashed away, returning with various things as he chuckled.
Shadow scoffed with his arms folded together. "I'm only doing it so I can prove a point to that dumb edgy moron."
"Like you aren't yourself?" Silver and Sonic said together and they both laughed, with Shadow freezing time and kicking both of the hedgehogs in the back of their heads.
"Don't make me do that again," The edgy hedgehog said to his partners, who in turn both groaned in pain from getting rather painful kicks.
